We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:
In Ireland, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 104,000 - EUR 124,800. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

In this role, you'll act as a key connector between customer stakeholders and GitLab's field organization so GitLab is seen as a trusted, long-term partner across the full sales cycle. In your first year, you'll be expected to build a strong enterprise portfolio across your territory, including a meaningful share of AI-native accounts, create repeatable sales motions, and consistently forecast and report on deal progress and account health.

Shape the future of software development by crafting innovative solutions that align GitLab's platform with customers' long-term vision, compliance needs, and business objectives, including the specific infrastructure, security, and governance challenges AI companies face as they scale model development and deployment.
Build deep, strategic partnerships by mastering your customers' industry landscape, success metrics, and growth trajectories, including a strong point of view on the AI/ML ecosystem, so you can position GitLab as their indispensable technology ally.
Design and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement, to expand GitLab usage within new and existing strategic accounts, with particular attention to fast-growing AI companies and their evolving technical buying committees.
Lead end-to-end customer journeys from initial discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and successful implementation, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
Champion continuous improvement by contributing to forecasting and pipeline reviews, conducting sophisticated win/loss analyses, and sharing strategic insights, including emerging trends in AI company buying behavior, that refine our go-to-market approach.
Prepare and deliver compelling customer-facing and internal presentations, proposals, and recommendations that clearly communicate value, business outcomes, and the path to long-term partnership with GitLab.
What you'll bring
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
Background selling into large, enterprise accounts in San Francisco, United States, with the ability to build trusted C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
Familiarity with the AI/ML company landscape, including model providers, AI infrastructure vendors, and applied AI startups, and the ability to speak credibly to engineering and technical leadership about how DevSecOps practices apply to AI-driven development.
Knowledge of San Francisco's enterprise and AI market, including key industries, buying centers, and decision-making dynamics, with the ability to build and nurture a relevant professional network.
Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that lead to sustainable, long-term customer partnerships.
Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead account strategy, influence internal and external stakeholders, and remain calm under pressure.

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance, helping institutions put agents in front of customers, policyholders, and advisors that are safe, compliant, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. This is a rare chance to join while the vertical is moving from pilots to production, with the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each of Banking and Insurance, including different buyers, regulators, and use cases
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security, bringing Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec in early
- Help customers pick a narrow, high-volume first use case in Banking (servicing, caller verification, collections, onboarding) and Insurance (claims intake, policy servicing, renewals), and scale from there
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-build and share what the field teaches us
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy and platform bundlers, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into banks and/or insurers, and navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec gatekeepers
- An established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Deep fluency in banking and insurance regulation (model risk, third-party risk, data protection, consumer protection), which you can speak to without a briefing
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required.
There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Fullstack Engineer (Ruby/Vue.js), Growth at GitLab, you'll help turn GitLab's self-serve funnel into a reliable source of new paying customers. You'll work on the in-product journey from a user's first visit through sign-up, trial, and first purchase, on both GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Analysts, with a particular focus on backend development in Ruby on Rails and frontend work in Vue.js. This role gives you the opportunity to combine your fullstack engineering skills with product thinking and experimentation, shipping small changes quickly and measuring their impact on real customer outcomes.
Some examples of our projects:
Making it easier for self-managed users to try and buy GitLab
Building upgrade prompts where users run into paid features
Improving the trial experience, including trials of GitLab Duo
Improving the tooling the team uses to run and read out experiments
What you'll do
Design, build, and iterate on A/B tests and experiments that increase first purchases on GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab.
Build and improve registration, trial, onboarding, and in-product upgrade and purchase experiences to increase completion of these steps.
Implement backend features and services in Ruby on Rails and frontend experiences using Vue.js.
Analyze experiment results and product usage data with Data Analysts to decide which changes to keep, iterate on, or roll back based on first-purchase outcomes.
Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define hypotheses and success metrics before shipping experiments, then compare results against those metrics.
Maintain and improve our experimentation framework and tooling to increase experiment throughput and reduce the time from setup to results.
Collaborate with other Engineering teams, including Fulfillment, to remove purchase barriers across GitLab’s codebase.
Document decisions, review code, and share experiment results asynchronously so distributed teammates can track shipped changes and their measured outcomes.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you'll bring
Professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript, along with solid Git, feature development, and deployment workflows.
Experience working with relational databases and a solid understanding of web performance optimization.
A track record of shipping features to production and owning them after release.
Ability to use product data to decide what to build, keep, or roll back.
Ability to document decisions and share updates asynchronously with distributed Product Management, UX, and Data teammates.
Ability to organize your work, seek and apply feedback, and collaborate inclusively with teammates from diverse backgrounds, in line with GitLab’s values.
Preferred, not required: experience with Vue.js, PostgreSQL, A/B testing, feature flags, experimentation frameworks, or SaaS sign-up, trial, billing, or checkout flows. We'll help you learn our tooling.

The role Marketing is your lens; project management is the job. You own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end and carry each one from its kickoff target to the delivered result. Success is measured by the client's key metric, not just tasks shipped on time. You work alongside hands-on media buying, AI marketing engineers, and account leadership. Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
What you'll own:
— Carry the project to its target, focusing on one key client metric such as gross revenue growth, contribution margin, or lower CPI/CPA without losing volume.
— Diagnose what moves the number and translate client and engineer requests into work that serves the goal.
— Run the account and project management tasks including accounting, operations, client and project management, task tracking, documentation, timelines, budget, risk, and paperwork.
— Manage about 10 clients in parallel, maintaining pace and monitoring key metrics week-over-week.
Requirements:
— Ability to communicate with clients at the level of their business results, translating business goals into clear targets.
— Skill in diagnosing and filtering work to focus on what moves the metric.
— Hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid advertising accounts or teams, especially on Meta, Google, or TikTok with accounts around $300K+/month.
— Experience running distributed teams to goals, delegating work, and holding scope and timelines.
— Familiarity with automation and AI agents, having built at least one self-contained automation.
— Engineering background is optional but must be comfortable working with internal AI tools daily.
— Client outcome focus with KPIs tied to client metrics like traffic conversion, revenue, and CPA.
— Confirmed senior, autonomous, and systematic work style managing multiple accounts without follow-up.
— Timezone alignment with CET or west toward the Americas, including late-evening contact with US clients.
— Data fluency in client acquisition, sales funnels, attribution models, data structure, and marketing performance analytics.
Nice to have:
— Agency background with ability to build project plans on the spot.
— Public presence such as LinkedIn, Telegram channel, or conference talks.
— Experience briefing developers and engineers.
Red flags:
— Strategy or media planning only without hands-on account fluency.
— Not systematic or unable to hold process.
— IT/delivery PM without performance marketing feel.
What you can expect:
— Direct influence on client key metrics.
— Work at the frontier of AI in performance marketing.
— AI-first team culture with remote-first work from supported timezones.
Hiring process includes screening call, interview with Head of Project Management, possible test task, and final interview with senior engineer and/or CEO.

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Before a gamer buys from Eneba, they look us up online. What they find in the results, such as our Trustpilot score, review snippets and community threads, often decides whether they trust us enough to purchase. Reviews and opinions also shape what search engines show about us, and that shapes what the next customer believes.
The Reputation and Community Operations team manages that. We track how Eneba is perceived, work out what is driving it, and act on it, so that the story people find about us is accurate, current and earned.
ABOUT YOU
As a Reputation and Community Operations Specialist, you will read the public signals about Eneba, respond where it matters, and bring what you learn to the teams who can fix the root causes. You will also help build a community that is healthy and welcoming. We want to strengthen our team with a flexible person who writes well, stays calm under pressure and is curious about why customers feel the way they do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and respond to feedback: Track reviews, ratings and community discussions about Eneba, and respond where it has the most impact.
- Analyse sentiment trends: Identify the factors behind changes in public sentiment and present clear, evidence-based findings.
- Escalate and resolve recurring issues: Raise recurring issues with Support, Product and other teams, with supporting evidence and a defined ask, and follow up until they are resolved.
- Engage with the community: Take part in community spaces as a genuine, recognisable presence. Welcome new members, answer questions, de-escalate tense discussions and pass member feedback on to the relevant teams.
- Report on and improve public ratings: Contribute to regular reporting and, over time, take ownership of initiatives to improve Eneba’s public ratings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Less than a year of hands-on experience taking part in and/or growing online communities on platforms such as Reddit and Discord, along with a background in customer support, community management, social media or reputation management, and a real interest in gaming culture.
- Excellent written English and the ability to handle customers with clear, empathetic and professional communication, staying composed in difficult conversations and committed to resolving issues.
- A structured, organised approach to work, with strong ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage several priorities and work across teams independently.
- Curiosity about what drives customer sentiment, and confidence interpreting data trends.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a shift-based schedule, including occasional late evenings and weekends, particularly around major game releases and other high-impact periods.
COMPENSATION: €21,420 - €22,260 A YEAR;
Salary ranges may vary. We're seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We're an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AT ENEBA
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
