What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Field Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Experiential Marketing. In this role, you will own and scale Garner's field marketing strategy across the western region of the US, designing and executing the in-person programs that build the sales pipeline and accelerate revenue with the audiences who shape where companies send their healthcare dollars: benefits consultants and brokers, HR Benefits leaders, and our strategic partners.
This is a high-ownership role for a self-starter. You will run the full program lifecycle, from strategy and sales alignment through execution and pipeline attribution, and you will be accountable for the pipeline those programs generate. Through your efforts, you will directly influence Garner's growth in priority markets and accounts, and help define a repeatable field marketing engine that scales with the company.
Where you will work:
This role is fully remote and does not require relocation to our NYC headquarters. Because of the significant travel this role requires, you must be based in the
Mountain or Pacific time zone and live near a major airport
. You should expect
up to 50% travel
to run events and programs.
What you will do:
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western region of the US, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, and roadshows that engage benefits consultants, brokers, and HR Benefits leaders
Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in close partnership with sales leadership and demand generation, prioritizing the markets, accounts, and formats that will most move pipeline and accelerate deals
Own pipeline targets tied to field marketing, and design pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies that maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and sales follow-through
Partner hand-in-hand with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists and drive strong attendance from priority accounts and partners
Manage sponsorships, venue and vendor relationships, speakers, and third-party event investments end to end, with a bias toward efficiency and measurable outcomes
Track and report on program ROI, pipeline sourced and influenced, and engagement metrics, and bring field insights back to the broader marketing team to sharpen campaigns and messaging
Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs that can be replicated across regions, segments, and partners
Bring an AI-first mindset to everything you do, using AI to build efficiency, consistency, and collaboration into how field programs are planned and run; Garner is enabling our teams on Claude Code, and you will be expected to put it to work
The ideal candidate has:
5-7 years of field marketing experience, including prior field marketing experience at a technology company, with a proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs.; you think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just attendance (Healthcare, benefits, or HR-tech audience experience is a plus)
A highly self-directed, execution-oriented mindset; you consistently deliver quality results on complex programs, create the workflows, standards, and tools the function runs on, and move fast without waiting to be told what to do
Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to optimize across speed, cost, and quality and juggle multiple programs, regions, and stakeholders at once without losing the objective
Excellent stakeholder skills; you build strong relationships and communicate concisely and compellingly, equally effective influencing sales leaders and collaborating with marketing peers, vendors, and external partners
A solid command of the data; you interpret program metrics and pipeline KPIs, extract the signal from the noise, and use it to prioritize the markets and accounts that matter most
Comfort with the event and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Swoogo, or similar), and a continuous drive to improve ROI through better tools, automation, and process
Experience using AI to work smarter is strongly preferred; you look for ways to automate the repetitive, raise quality, and scale your impact, and you are eager to grow these skills with us; comfort with Claude Code specifically is a significant plus
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Safeguards Analyst focusing on Integrity & Authenticity, you will be responsible for building and executing enforcement workflows for our products and services, with a focus on detecting and mitigating attempts to misuse Anthropic's AI systems for coordinated inauthentic behavior, election manipulation, and targeting, tracking, and surveillance of individuals.
Your work will span a broad and interconnected set of harm areas: AI-enabled influence operations and disinformation campaigns, the abuse of AI to interfere with electoral processes, and the use of AI systems to facilitate stalking, surveillance, profiling, and the targeting of individuals or groups. Safety is core to our mission, and you'll help shape policy enforcement so that our users can safely interact with and build on top of our products in a harmless, helpful, and honest way.
Important context for this role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a political, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role may require responding to escalations during weekends and holidays, particularly around major electoral events.

Support the Safeguards policy design team by providing detailed feedback on policy gaps based on real enforcement scenarios
Keep up to date with emerging AI policy enforcement best practices, evolving threat actor tactics, and the regulatory landscape around elections, privacy, and surveillance, using these to inform our decision-making and workflows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in trust & safety, policy enforcement, threat intelligence, or a closely related field with a focus on one or more of: influence operations, disinformation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, election integrity, or privacy and surveillance harms
Experience standing up and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools to draw insights from large datasets
Experience identifying emerging risks and threat actors, and communicating findings to a diverse set of stakeholders, such as Product, Policy, Engineering, and Legal teams
Experience working with generative AI products, including writing effective prompts for content review and enforcement
Understanding of the challenges involved in implementing product policies at scale, including in the content moderation space
Preferred qualifications
Experience conducting cross-platform investigations into influence operations, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or disinformation campaigns

Working knowledge of privacy law, surveillance technology, or data broker ecosystems as they relate to targeting and tracking harms
Experience with large language models and an understanding of how AI technology could be misused to generate synthetic personas, fabricate quotes, or automate persuasion at scale
Familiarity with election security frameworks, campaign finance law, or electoral integrity standards in one or more jurisdictions
Experience navigating evolving regulatory landscapes relevant to this space (e.g., DSA, EU AI Act, FEC regulations, GDPR)
Experience working with election bodies, civil society organizations, or government agencies on integrity or disinformation-related issues
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
Experience with dark web monitoring or tracking threat actors across surface, deep, and dark web environments

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a threat intel manager to build and run our Model Exploitation & Fraud team within Threat Intelligence. This team detects, investigates, and disrupts the large-scale exploitation of Anthropic's AI systems. Model distillation, unauthorized access, account farming and reseller abuse, and fraud and scam operations.
You will set the strategy for the mission area, hire and lead a small team of technical investigators, and build the systems, processes, and partnerships that let the team scale. The team includes established senior investigators who own our deepest technical casework, tracing distillation networks, reseller and proxy ecosystems, and financially motivated actors across first-party surfaces and third-party platforms; your job is to direct, resource, and amplify that work, not duplicate it. This area carries regular U.S. government engagement and requires deeply understanding external black market ecosystems and how they interact with our systems.
Important context: In this position you may be exposed to explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role may require responding to escalations during weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
Own strategy, priorities, and outcomes for the Model Exploitation & Fraud mission area; define what we detect, investigate, action, and share
Hire, manage, and develop a team of technical threat investigators; set the quality bar for casework and intelligence reporting
Design clear lanes between this role and the team's senior individual contributors: strategy, people leadership, and program ownership sit with you, while ownership of the deepest technical investigations and tradecraft stays with the senior experts closest to the work
Capable of independently leading complex investigations.
Direct, prioritize, and resource complex investigations into model distillation, unauthorized AI R&D usage, unauthorized access, coordinated account abuse, and fraud/scam networks, partnering with the senior investigators who lead the deepest technical casework and clearing blockers from their path
Drive the redesign of triage for a very high-volume detection pipeline: partner with investigators and engineering to build abuse signals, clustering, and agentic investigation workflows that separate sophisticated actors from noise
Expand the team's coverage into fraud and scams, building the detection and investigation playbooks from the ground up
Own the external engagement program for the area, including regular intelligence sharing with U.S. government partners and industry peers, ensuring the investigators driving the work are visible in those channels
Anticipate how resellers, proxies, and third-party platforms change the abuse surface, and shape coverage accordingly
Work with policy, enforcement, and engineering to convert findings into bans, product mitigations, and safety-by-design improvements
Define and report the team's metrics; brief Safeguards and company leadership on the threat landscape
Minimum qualifications
Have led and managed investigative, fraud, platform integrity, or threat intelligence teams, ideally ones built around senior, deeply specialized individual contributors
Have strong domain fluency in scaled abuse — fraud patterns, account abuse, unauthorized access, or platform exploitation economics — sufficient to set priorities, pressure-test findings, and earn the confidence of expert investigators
Are proficient enough in SQL and Python to review data-heavy casework, pressure-test conclusions, and provide surge capacity when the team needs it
Have experience overseeing investigations that track threat actors across surface, deep, and dark web environments, including reseller and access-broker communities
Have working familiarity with large language models and a strong grasp of how models can be distilled, extracted, or exploited at scale
Have built processes, detection systems, or programs from scratch and can show what changed because of them
Communicate crisply with executives, engineers, and external partners alike
Preferred qualifications
Experience at a major technology platform on trust and safety, fraud, or abuse investigations at scale
Background in financial crime investigation or fraud analytics
Experience working directly with U.S. government stakeholders on threat reporting
A track record of partnering with, growing, and retaining senior technical specialists, including defining clear scope between management and senior IC tracks
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Russian with nuanced regional and geopolitical context
Active Top Secret security clearance
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses.

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed and regulated financial institution for digital assets. We hold licenses in Dubai (VARA) and Singapore (MAS), are registered in Hong Kong (TCSP), and operate 24/7 from offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
We are an integrated provider of custody, trading, financing, staking, and tokenization services. Our custody platform, Hex Safe, is one of the strongest in the market and serves 600+ institutional clients globally: investors and allocators (VCs, funds, family offices), Web3 companies (foundations, protocols, token issuers), and service providers (wealth managers, OTC desks, brokers, PSPs, corporates, banks). It stands out as the only platform offering regulated cold wallets with transaction signing under 1 second, compared to an industry average of around 2 hours.
As a pioneer in digital asset infrastructure, we are now expanding our ecosystem by strategically entering the payments’ business space. This expansion marks a pivotal milestone in our growth, aimed at bridging traditional finance with the digital economy through compliant, scalable and instant payment infrastructure.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated revenue, paid quarterly.
We are looking for a VP / Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions with a strong network across the payments and PSP ecosystem in APAC and the GCC. The ideal candidate has sold payment infrastructure into institutional clients, understands how PSPs and fintechs make integration decisions, and can speak credibly about stablecoins, on/off-ramps, settlement, and APIs.
As a Senior Payments specialist, you will help spearhead Hex Trust's strategic expansion, transforming our core enterprise capabilities into cutting-edge merchant solutions and global digital payment networks.
This role carries two mandates:
Scale our existing Convert-to-Pay business
by originating and closing PSP, acquirer, and fintech clients across APAC and the GCC — driving payment volume, recurring revenue, and stickiness from day one.
Secure a flagship design partner
to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — a strategic, build-the-future mandate at the frontier of where payments and digital assets are heading.
This is a pure origination role with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue. You will own the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage. The platform is proven, the licenses are real, and we have the right to win.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay: prospecting, qualification, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage across APAC and the GCC.
Identify and win new PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients to grow stablecoin payment volume, recurring revenue, and assets in flow — this is a hunting role.
Translate Hex Trust's regulated, API-first stablecoin payment capabilities into commercial wins with senior payments and treasury stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and secure a flagship design partner to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — shaping requirements, structuring a co-build relationship, and turning early collaboration into a long-term commercial anchor. This is a core responsibility and a key deliverable for the role.
Work closely with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to deliver smooth onboarding and integration.
Feed product, marketing, and leadership with market intelligence and client signals that shape the roadmap and our go-to-market.
Requirements
7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales / business development experience, with meaningful time in payments.
Proven track record of selling payment infrastructure — ideally cross-border, on/off-ramps, acquiring, or stablecoin/digital-asset payment rails — into PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
An existing, active network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC. This is critical; we are not building your network from scratch.
Strong working knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must speak credibly on these topics to technical and commercial audiences alike.
Demonstrated ability to run the full sales cycle independently — prospecting through close — in a lean, fast-moving environment, including consultative, product-minded selling and co-creating solutions with early or strategic partners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly to senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is required. Mandarin (for HK/Singapore) or Arabic (for GCC) is a strong plus.
Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.

Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.
We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.
Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Employer Experience team, the team responsible for building our employer-facing benefit experience. This role owns both the external-facing experience and internal systems and tools that support how Garner’s employer clients interact with and experience the Garner benefit. This includes our client and broker-facing Garner Portal, our invoicing and eligibility systems, and a suite of internal applications operated by the Implementations, Integrations and Finance teams. This role reports to the Head of Product.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases. Example projects include designing a broker-facing product enabling them to gain insight into the performance of their customers, or building a data warehouse product enabling innovative provider and plan analytics.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.
Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. You instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. You pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you’ll get here:
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $222,000 - $245,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Regional Sales Director in the West Region, you’ll report directly to the VP, Employer Sales- West.
The Regional Sales Director will deliver strong sales results within the West market in the 1,000-9,999 life segment. This role’s focus is relationship management within our partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. It is a build-and-close role with real autonomy: you run your own book, take on the hardest deals, and shape how your region wins. Every partner you bring on puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members.
What you will do
Own revenue responsibilities for your specific territory in the West market: Northern California
Own a quarterly quota, delivering on it independently and taking on the most complex and cross-functional deals with minimal support.
Build and grow the region's base of brokers and advisors, activating new partners and deepening the highest-producing ones.
Personally develop and win the region's most strategic Gold Advisor relationships.
Shape territory strategy alongside your partner roles (Enterprise, AE, CR, and peer RDs), sharing what is working across the region.
What we're looking for
Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $275,000 – $300,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.
