About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The team
The Hardware Automation team builds the internal platforms and tooling that power how Nebius operates its data center infrastructure at scale. Our mission is to eliminate manual effort, reduce human error, and give every team in the Hardware Infrastructure department real-time visibility and control over the systems they own.
We operate as a product engineering team embedded within hardware infrastructure — meaning we don't just write requirements and hand them off. We own the full stack: from requirements gathering with data center operations and hardware engineering, through design and build, all the way to rollout and ongoing reliability.
The role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the programs that turn manual hardware operations into automated, scalable workflows. You will own the delivery of automation initiatives across the full hardware lifecycle — from automated server provisioning and firmware update orchestration through intelligent fault detection, self-healing remediation, and data-centre-scale operational tooling — coordinating engineers, operations teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to ship systems that meaningfully reduce human toil at fleet scale.
The responsibilities
Initiating and driving cross-team projects with clear goals and timelines
Aligning conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs, including C-level
Facilitating technical and procedural decision-making
Establishing and scaling repeatable processes
Collaborating closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
The profile :
Engineering Manager
wanting to move from vertical to horizontal impact, from team to org level, designing and carrying a unified roadmap and strategy across multiple engineering teams. In this case, we are talking about 6 teams for more than 30 engineers.
Technical Project/Program Manager
with an Engineering Management background.
Strong operational risk awareness: track record of structuring staged rollouts, defining rollback criteria, and insisting on safety gates before automation runs unsupervised on production infrastructure.
Experience coordinating across engineering and operations stakeholders with different risk tolerances — bridging teams that move fast and teams that prioritise stability without letting that tension stall delivery.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with specific hardware automation domains: zero-touch provisioning, firmware orchestration, automated hardware testing frameworks, or self-healing remediation systems.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes) from a delivery and rollout management perspective.
Exposure to data centre operations — rack and stack, cabling, power and cooling management — sufficient to understand what automation means to a technician on the floor.
Experience with site reliability engineering (SRE) practices: toil measurement, error budgets, and the discipline of treating operational automation as a first-class engineering investment.
Knowledge of observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent) used to monitor automation system health and measure operational outcomes.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are looking for an Incident Response Manager to serve as the operational backbone of how Anthropic handles incidents. When things go wrong, you are the person who makes sure the right people are in the room, the right information is flowing, and nothing falls through the cracks.
The right person for this role brings structure and rigor to high-volume, high-stakes situations without waiting for a playbook to be handed to them. You will work across engineering, product, security, legal, go-to-market, and leadership to ensure Anthropic responds to incidents with speed, clarity, and accountability. This is not a role where you follow existing runbooks; it is a role where you write them, and where you operate effectively even when the runbook does not yet exist.
Responsibilities
Build the incident response management function, establishing the processes, tooling, and operational standards that define how we handle incidents at scale
Serve as an on-call incident commander, driving coordinated response across technical and non-technical stakeholders during incidents of varying severity, including managing multiple active incidents simultaneously
Engage the right people at the right time, with a strong sense of urgency, bringing order and direction to fast-moving, ambiguous situations
Own incident communications end-to-end, from real-time internal coordination to external channels like status pages, direct customer outreach, and stakeholder updates, ensuring they reflect Anthropic's commitments to safety, transparency, and accuracy
Participate in blameless incident reviews, contributing operational context and helping drive follow-through on critical remediations so the same class of incident does not recur
Partner with engineering teams to develop and maintain incident response policies, procedures, and escalation frameworks that scale with Anthropic's growth
Partner with engineering, product, security, legal, and go-to-market teams to continuously improve how the organization detects, responds to, and learns from incidents
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of experience in incident management, with direct experience managing technical product or infrastructure incidents (not exclusively security or trust and safety)
Have built or significantly shaped an incident response program, ideally at a high-growth startup or in an environment where you had to create structure rather than inherit it
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and make sound decisions under pressure without waiting for direction
Are comfortable working in unprecedented situations where processes are still being defined and guidance may be incomplete or conflicting, leaving things better than you found them
Have a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration, particularly with engineering, security, legal, communications, go-to-market, and executive leadership
Bring a blameless, learning-oriented mindset to incident reviews, focused on systemic improvement rather than individual fault
Have experience with cloud infrastructure incidents and enough technical depth across the stack to engage meaningfully with engineering teams during response, including comfort navigating distributed systems, monitoring tools, and logs
Are analytically minded, with experience using data (incident metrics, queries, trend analysis) to inform decisions during response and to drive operational improvements over time
Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure, both in real-time coordination and in post-incident written communications
Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments and are energized by bringing operational discipline to complex, evolving situations

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic's research organization works across the full model development lifecycle, from pre-training and post-training to alignment, interpretability, and safety, each operating at the frontier of AI development. As a Technical Program Manager for Research, you'll define and build the programs that research teams need most. You'll move across research areas like compute, evals, RL environments, and emerging research initiatives, going deep enough in each to understand how researchers work and what they need. You'll identify where the biggest opportunities for impact lie, find the highest-leverage gaps, and build the programs, processes, and tooling that allow researchers to focus on research. This is a 0-to-1 role: you'll explore new domains as priorities shift, determine what each one needs, and create lasting impact where none existed before.
Note: This role may require responding to incidents on short-notice, including on weekends.
Responsibilities
Embed deeply within a research domain to understand the technical landscape, build trust with researchers and technical leaders, and identify the highest-leverage problems to solve, knowing the surface area will shift over time as research priorities evolve
Move fluidly across research areas like compute, evals, RL environments, and emerging research initiatives, picking up new domains quickly and getting to depth fast
Drive end-to-end execution of complex, ambiguous research initiatives spanning multiple teams, often without established playbooks or precedent
Establish processes and frameworks that bring structure to unstructured research environments without slowing researchers down
Lead efforts like large-scale compute resource planning, including allocation, efficiency, and prioritization across research and production workstreams
Drive eval readiness for model launches by standardizing results, shaping eval plans early, improving tooling, and ensuring honest, transparent reporting across research, product, and marketing
Own execution and operational health of RL environments across major training runs, coordinating cross-team trade-offs and feeding insights back into roadmap planning
Equip research leadership to make decisions quickly by going deep on technical tradeoffs and presenting clear, actionable recommendations
Act as the connective tissue between research, engineering, and product teams to reduce chaos and accelerate execution
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have a background in ML research or engineering with several years of experience building technical programs from scratch, ideally with hands-on exposure to training, evaluation, or large-scale distributed systems
Are a fast learner who can ramp on unfamiliar technical domains quickly and contribute meaningfully to discussions with researchers
Are resourceful, high-agency, and able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities to drive progress in fast-moving research environments
Have a track record of operational ownership of complex technical systems, including monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization
Can reason about technical tradeoffs at depth across model architecture, training infrastructure, evals, or compute efficiency, and translate them into clear decisions for leadership
Have excellent stakeholder management skill and the ability to influence senior technical staff through competence and consistent delivery
Are comfortable with high-stakes environments where decisions impact compute spend, model training timelines, and launch outcomes
Are passionate about the potential impact of AI and are committed to developing safe and beneficial systems
Are excited to redefine what technical program management looks like at the frontier of AI research

If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across product, engineering, partnerships, and our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers. As Rain scales, the difference between a good product org and a great one is the rigor of the operating system underneath it — how partner feedback gets in, how decisions get made, how launches land, and how the whole machine compounds.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own the product operating system end to end: the rituals, the launch motion, the partner feedback loops, the tooling, and the cross-functional surfaces that make the rest of the team faster and sharper. You'll work directly with PMs, engineering, partnerships, support, compliance, and our largest external partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the product operating cadence — planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, launch reviews, and the rituals that keep a fast-moving product org aligned
• Run the launch motion end to end across cards, payments, and platform — readiness, partner enablement, internal rollout, support and CX prep, and post-launch measurement
• Build and run the partner feedback loop — capture input from our fintech, neobank, and institutional partners across channels, synthesize it, and turn it into prioritized product signal
• Stand up the tooling, dashboards, and documentation that make product operations leveraged — partner trackers, release notes, status comms, internal knowledge bases
• Partner with PMs to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives that touch support, compliance, partnerships, and finance, and own the seams between teams
• Drive the operational excellence that scales a product org — metrics hygiene, postmortems, decision logs, and the institutional muscle that compounds quarter over quarter
• Identify and remove friction wherever you find it — process, tooling, communication, decision-making — and raise the bar for how the team operates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–8 years of product operations, program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy & operations experience, with a track record of building operational excellence inside a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
• Exceptional product judgment and operating instincts — you're someone others describe as one of the sharpest operators they've worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
• A senior, autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome without needing close direction
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts) and the instinct to pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering or product
• Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe operational excellence is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can operate with sophisticated external partners, internal engineering teams, and executive stakeholders with equal ease
• Proven ability to ship cross-functional initiatives quickly, measure their impact, and iterate in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
• Experience operating inside a product org shipping cards, payments, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or smart contract ecosystems
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience
• Experience standing up product ops as a function from early days

ABOUT THE ROLE
Rain is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own cards — one of the most strategically important surfaces at the company. Cards are how stablecoins meet real-world spend, and this role will shape the product, platform, and growth decisions that define that experience for our partners and their end users.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll operate as the directly responsible PM for cards end to end: the roadmap, the cardholder experience, the platform capabilities that power it, and the activation and growth loops that make the product stick. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and directly with our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the roadmap for Rain’s cards product — cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth — and drive it end to end
• Partner deeply with engineering on platform and infrastructure tradeoffs (issuing flows, authorization behavior, ledger design, network integrations) and translate them into partner-facing product decisions
• Define and ship the card experience our fintech, neobank, and institutional partners put in front of their users — onboarding, activation, spend controls, and lifecycle
• Build and tune the activation and growth levers that drive adoption, usage, and retention of cards across partner programs
• Translate complex payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces
• Gather feedback directly from partners, distill it into sharp prioritization, and push the team toward the highest-leverage work
• Measure ruthlessly, iterate quickly, and set a bar others want to work to
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 8-10 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping products from zero-to-one through scale at a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
• Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor — you’re someone others describe as one of the sharpest PMs they’ve worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
• A senior, autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome without needing close direction
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts) and the instinct to pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.

Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.

Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.

About The Opportunity
OKX's Trading Products team owns the core trading experience across Spot, Margin, and Perpetual/Futures — spanning the full user journey from pre-trade decision-making, through order execution, to post-trade settlement and risk management. As our trading volumes and product complexity continue to grow globally, we are looking for a
Trading Product Manager
who can own and evolve both the
user-facing trading experience
and the
underlying trading mechanics
that power it.
This role sits at the intersection of product design and trading logic. You will work on how users discover, price, place, and manage trades (pre-trade / trade / post-trade), while also owning the correctness and soundness of the core mechanisms beneath the surface — margin models, funding rate formulas, liquidation logic, risk parameter design, and order/matching behavior. You will work closely with engineering, risk, quant, and design teams to ship trading features that are intuitive for users and rigorous under the hood.
What You’ll Be Doing
Start from users and the market to uncover real trading-experience needs
— Continuously surface user pain points through user research, behavioral data, community feedback, and conversations with active traders, ensuring product direction is grounded in real signal rather than internal assumptions.
Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class trading product competitiveness
— Continuously track developments in crypto and traditional finance markets and the latest moves from leading products, translating external insight into concrete product opportunities that keep our trading experience and competitiveness ahead of the industry.
Build and continuously refine the end-to-end trading experience
— Own the full journey across pre-trade (market data presentation, decision-support tools, leverage/margin setup, risk disclosures), trade (order flow, execution feedback, order book/depth interaction), and post-trade (position management, PnL display, settlement statements) — from defining requirements through to shipping the solution.
Drive efficient cross-team collaboration with mature program-management execution
— Bring a complete product methodology, independently write rigorous PRDs, and lead alignment and coordination across engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance. Own the full project lifecycle — from requirements definition and solution design, through development scheduling, to launch validation and post-launch review — ensuring every stage closes the loop with a clear outcome, without relying on others to drive progress.
Apply rigorous quantitative thinking to understand and reason about trading mechanics
— Bring strong logical reasoning and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to learn fast and quickly master core trading mechanisms such as margin, leverage, funding rates, and liquidation. Candidates with a deep understanding of trading systems are preferred.
What We Look For In You
We are open to two types of candidates for this role:
(a) Experienced Trading Practitioners
Prior hands-on experience in trading — either within crypto (exchange product, quant, trading desk) or in traditional finance (equities, futures, FX, derivatives) — with direct exposure to how trading products and mechanisms are designed and operated.
Solid understanding of core trading concepts: margin/leverage, order types, market microstructure, risk management, and P&L mechanics.
Comfortable reading and reasoning through trading formulas (e.g. mark price, funding rate, liquidation price) and translating them into clear product logic.
(b) High-Potential Talent
Strong quantitative/analytical foundation — a background in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, with strong academic performance.
High self-drive and fast learning ability — demonstrated track record of picking up complex, technical domains quickly and independently, even without prior trading experience.
Genuine intellectual curiosity about financial markets and trading mechanics, with the rigor to work through formulas and edge cases rather than relying on surface-level understanding.
Common requirements for both profiles:
3+ years of product management experience (or equivalent hands-on experience in quant/trading roles for candidates from profile (a)).
Strong technical intuition — comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers, and reasoning through quantitative models. You don't need to be a developer, but you think with the rigor of one.
Excellent communication skills — able to write a precise, technically sound PRD, and to explain complex trading mechanics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High agency and execution velocity — comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving from open question to shipped solution, and making decisions with incomplete information.
Genuine passion for crypto and trading — actively uses trading products, understands order types and market microstructure, and can explain how margin, leverage, or liquidation mechanics work. Ideally, you have skin in the game.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience with derivatives products (perpetual futures, options) either as a builder or an active trader.
Familiarity with risk parameter design (margin tiers, liquidation engines, insurance funds) at an exchange or financial institution.
Quantitative modeling experience (e.g. Python, SQL) sufficient to validate trading formulas or backtest mechanism changes.
Prior work in a high-growth crypto exchange, trading firm, or fintech company.
Fluency in English is preferred to better support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

About the Role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a deeply technical post-sales role focused on driving successful adoption of Azul Prime within a portfolio of strategic customers. Unlike a traditional TAM role, this position is hands-on and technical first. You will spend the majority of your time engaged with customer engineering teams on JVM performance tuning, troubleshooting, reliability engineering, and architectural guidance. Strong relationship skills matter, but it is technical credibility with developers, SREs, and architects that makes this role successful.
You will be trusted by Azul’s most important accounts to ensure that their mission-critical Java applications run on Prime with the best possible performance, stability, and cost efficiency. And you will serve as the bridge between customers and Azul’s engineering organization, feeding real-world insights back into the product.
What Makes This Role Different
Technical depth first. Expect to spend significant time reading thread dumps, GC logs, and flight recordings — not building slide decks.
Direct partnership with Azul engineering. You will work side-by-side with our runtime, GC, JIT compiler, and tooling teams on complex customer issues.
Ownership of technical outcomes. You own production adoption of Azul Prime within your accounts — from candidate application selection through successful rollout and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Ownership
Own a portfolio of named strategic customers, with flexibility to engage additional high-value Azul Prime customers as opportunities arise.
Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with technical stakeholders — SREs, Java developers, platform engineers, and architects.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support on joint account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary technical advisor for Azul Prime across your accounts.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning engagements for JVM-based applications running at enterprise scale.
Provide architectural guidance on reliability, scalability, latency, throughput, and cloud cost optimization.
Work with customers to identify and qualify candidate applications for Azul Prime, then partner with them through successful production deployment.
Product & Engineering Partnership
Collaborate with Azul’s runtime, compiler, GC, and tooling engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Channel structured, actionable customer feedback into Azul’s product and engineering organizations to help shape the roadmap.
Act as a senior point of technical escalation for high-severity issues within your accounts.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
Design and deliver customer-facing workshops, training sessions, and technical business reviews.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and reusable customer-facing assets for Azul Prime.
Share knowledge internally, mentoring peers across the TAM, Sales Engineering, and Support organizations.
Keep internal systems current with account activity, engagement notes, and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
12+ years in senior technical roles such as software engineering, SRE, performance engineering, or cloud/platform engineering.
8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, solutions architect, consulting engineer, or SRE with direct customer engagement).
Strong working knowledge of Java programming and JVM internals — garbage collection, JIT compilation, class loading, threading, and memory model.
Demonstrated experience tuning and troubleshooting enterprise-scale Java applications in production.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
Strong Linux fundamentals, including shell scripting and performance troubleshooting on Linux systems.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from individual engineers to senior executives.
Based in North America and able to travel occasionally to customer sites (typically 10–20%).
Preferred Qualifications
Deep specialization in JVM performance tuning, GC behavior analysis, and low-latency Java applications.
Experience with observability and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, JFR, or similar APM tools).
Familiarity with microservices architectures and modern cloud-native Java deployment patterns.
Cloud platform certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SRE-related certifications.
Contributions to open-source Java projects or active participation in the broader Java technical community.
Experience using Jira and Confluence to raise bugs and maintain documentation.
Prior experience with Azul Prime, OpenJDK, HotSpot, or other commercial Java runtimes.
