About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We're looking for a leader to build, coach, and scale a team of senior Startup Account Executives focused on landing net-new, scaling startups on Vercel. These are high-stakes, technical deal cycles, where founders and engineering leaders are making architectural decisions that will carry them through their next stage of growth as they build and adopt AI-native applications.
You'll set the operating rhythm, drive pipeline creation and execution, and act as a player-coach to help experienced sellers run tight, multi-threaded deal cycles. You'll develop deep expertise in Vercel, use pattern recognition to find the startups where we can deliver the most value, and partner across functions to build a foundation for adoption and expansion. By using automation and AI to maximize your team's impact, you'll turn wins into repeatable playbooks across the startup segment.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
About Startups at Vercel:
Vercel Startups partners with founders from the first line of code through hypergrowth. Startups move faster than ever, and the infrastructure decisions they make early either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. The
Greenfield team
hunts new logos at the inflection point: startups that have found scale and now need more from their infrastructure partner across performance, security, AI, and commercial terms.
We're a talent-dense team of former founders, engineers, and go-to-market operators. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table making architectural tradeoffs under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every conversation. We operate with high trust, high agency, and shared ownership: curious, resilient, and willing to push through hard problems to help startups win.
What You Will Do:
Hire & Scale
: Recruit, onboard, and ramp a high-performing team of senior Startup Account Executives focused on net-new logo acquisition in greenfield territory.
Coach & Develop
: Provide ongoing coaching, 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions to sharpen experienced reps into trusted partners for founders, CTOs, and technical leaders.
Startup GTM Strategy
: Define territory and segment approach, ICP targeting, and outbound motions to reach scaling startups at the moments where Vercel can help them build, ship, and scale.
Player-Coach Leadership
: Jump into key deals, join customer calls, and help reps connect technical priorities and architectural decisions to business outcomes across discovery, demos, security, procurement, and negotiation.
Pipeline & Execution
: Drive pipeline generation, disciplined qualification, and consistent deal progression to hit team bookings targets and set customers up for adoption and growth.
Forecasting & Performance Management
: Own forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline health, and manage performance against leading indicators and quota.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Solutions Engineering, and the Activations and Install Base teams as one team to improve targeting and conversion and help startups adopt AI-native architectures.
AI, Automation & Repeatable Playbooks
: Use AI and automation to maximize team impact, identify patterns across startup needs and usage signals, and turn successful plays into repeatable motions.
About You:
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing Account Executives.
A proven track record leading teams to land net-new logos and consistently hit bookings targets, with an understanding of how scaling startups evaluate, adopt, and expand on technical platforms.
Strong coaching skills across discovery, qualification, mutual close plans, multi-threading, and negotiation.
Experience building pipeline generation motions (outbound + inbound) and holding reps accountable to activity and quality.
Comfort leading conversations with founders and technical buyers about architectural decisions and business tradeoffs. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be credible with engineering stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI-native development and a willingness to build deep expertise in Vercel and the tools shaping how startups build and ship.
A growth mindset, resilience, and strong shared ownership. You operate with high trust and high agency while balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
Bonus If You:
Have sold developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML products, or other technical platforms to startups.
Have built or scaled a net-new / greenfield sales motion in a startup-focused segment.
Have firsthand experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or partner to founders navigating technical and business constraints.
Have strong cross-functional instincts, especially with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $280,000 - $330,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of Ramp's Fraud Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company and its customers against fraudulent activities. This position involves analyzing new account applications, monetary and non-monetary account activity to identify and mitigate risks associated with first-party and third-party fraud.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who is adept at applying fraud detection techniques and leveraging data sources and tools to develop logical courses of action. In addition to technical acumen, this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively cross-functionally and with customers, external financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies. Ideal candidates are self-starters who are energized by ambiguity and love creating clarity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze new account applications to detect potential fraud patterns, including identity theft, synthetic identities, and other high-risk behaviors.
- Evaluate transactional activity, identifying anomalies and irregularities indicative of fraudulent behavior.
- Thoroughly investigate alerts of first-party and third-party fraud, providing comprehensive documentation of findings.
- Investigate and facilitate customer card disputes, ensuring cases are resolved accurately and within network timelines.
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline investigations, and help develop and improve the processes and tooling behind them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Credit Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support, to ensure timely resolution of fraud-related issues.
- Communicate directly with customers to verify account activity, resolve disputes, and gather necessary documentation during investigations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including financial institutions and law enforcement, to support investigations and facilitate recovery efforts when necessary.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance fraud prevention and detection measures.
- Perform root cause analyses, document control breakdowns, and work with the strategy and engineering teams to improve fraud controls.
- Document procedures and proactively identify opportunities for operational process improvement.
WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Fraud doesn't operate on a standard 9-to-5 schedule, and neither does this role. Candidates must have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule to ensure 24/7 fraud monitoring and response. This is essential to maintaining Ramp’s commitment to protecting its customers and minimizing risk around the clock.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigations
- Experience within consumer/corporate/small business cards, payments, invoices, lending, or related industries
- Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with NACHA rules and regulations
- Experience with card network rules and regulations, including dispute and chargeback processes

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Nonprofits, universities and other mission-driven organizations do some of the hardest work in the world, usually with small teams and little technical capacity. As a Scaled Account Manager in Beneficial Deployments, you will be the person a named book of these organizations can rely on. You will own each customer relationship after the first conversation, including commercials, activation and the conversations that turn a new deployment into everyday use.
This role sits on the Scaled Sales team within Beneficial Deployments, the part of Anthropic that brings Claude to mission-driven organizations sooner and further than the market would on its own. You will work with little to no dedicated Customer Success support, so you are both the seller and the person who helps a customer get real value.
That is only possible if you work differently. You will use Claude to take on the short-horizon tasks that consume a book like this, and spend your time on strategic conversations. The role will also change. As we automate more of this work, the book will take less of your time, and that time moves to growth: deeper work with your highest-potential accounts, launches, events and programs that reach many more organizations. We are hiring someone who wants that: someone who will automate parts of their own job and move on to the next hard problem.
What you'll do
Own a named book of nonprofit and education customers.
Take over existing relationships and run them end to end: retention, seat growth, plan moves and new contacts inside each organization.
Drive activation yourself.
Help priority customers in the segment go from purchased seats to weekly use, starting with where staff lose the most time: fundraising, grant writing, reporting and program operations at nonprofits, or research support, teaching and administration in higher ed.
Automate your own work.
Use Claude to handle account research, follow-ups, usage reviews and routine questions, then share what works so the whole team can use it.
Spend your time on strategic conversations.
Work with executive directors, operations leads, and IT and academic leaders at universities to find the use cases that matter to their mission and agree what success looks like.
Spot who is ready for more.
Identify customers moving from individual productivity toward redesigned workflows, build the case, and bring in Applied AI or other specialists when they qualify for deeper support.
Build programs, not one-offs.
When ten customers have the same problem, create a playbook, webinar or cohort that solves it once.
Be the voice of your book.
Bring what you hear to Product, Marketing, Support and Operations, and work across those teams to get customer problems fixed.
Where your time goes as we automate
The role starts mostly account-facing. Over roughly the first six months, we expect Claude to take on much of the routine work, and your time shifts toward growth. Examples of where it goes:
Deeper with priority accounts.
Spend real time with the 10 to 15% of your book that can move from individual productivity to redesigned workflows, and get them there.
Quarterly launches.
Beneficial Deployments brings new offerings to the nonprofit and education community each quarter. Help drive them: coordinate across Marketing, Comms and partner teams, and make sure your customers benefit.
Events.
Help shape and run the events, local and eventually international, that become a core part of how we reach new organizations.
New signups and scaled partnerships.
Contribute to the motions that bring new organizations onto Claude, including partner channels and programs for segments we don't yet serve well.
The exact mix will change, and you will help decide it. Part of the job is working out which tasks should be automated and which still deserve a person's time.
You may be a good fit if you have
3+ years of account management or customer success experience with nonprofit or higher education customers, with a proven track record of growing retention and driving adoption of new technology
Have owned customer relationships in an account management or customer success role, and can point to accounts you grew, retained or turned around
Use AI in your own work today, and can show a workflow you built that gave you real time back
Bring structure to unfamiliar problems, and can move from a messy situation to a clear plan quickly
Have run multi-step programs or projects with several stakeholders and kept them on track
Have got things done through people you did not manage, across teams in a larger organization
Stay effective when your job changes, and would see automating part of your role as a win
Can explain AI plainly to people who are skeptical, busy or new to it
Care about the mission of nonprofits and educational institutions, and about AI being developed and deployed safely
Strong candidates may also
Have built something from zero, such as a company, a product, a sales motion or a new program, or been an early employee at a startup
Have a consulting background, with experience across many sectors and problem types
Have worked at an AI-native company or sold AI products, or moved from business development into owning accounts
Have worked in or with nonprofits, foundations, Universities or other mission-driven organizations
Understand how nonprofits and universities buy, including boards, funders, procurement cycles and tight budgets
Have used usage data to prioritize a large book of accounts
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$222,800
—
$290,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
This is the GTM Account Executive role for Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan, which has its own dedicated lead). Your must haves
(You don't need to meet every single requirement to be a strong candidate. If you're excellent in a few of these areas and eager to grow, we'd still love to hear from you.)
- Revenue track record: demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets, with deals you sourced and closed yourself.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results.
- Multi-country APAC experience: you have sold creative, marketing or AI technology in at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures.
- An existing network of senior buyers in APAC agencies, brands, media or entertainment companies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa or Thai is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and metrics for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.
Nice to haves
- Big3/Big4 consulting experience or equivalent top-tier professional background is a strong plus.
- Experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products.
- Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling startups.
- Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies.
- Relationships in K-content, gaming, or broadcaster and streamer ecosystems in Asia.
- Existing network of enterprise clients or partners in SaaS/AI ecosystems.
The deal
- Competitive base salary in USD.
- Equity participation through the company's stock option program.
- Based in Almaty (on-site; we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in) or remote in an APAC country, with regular travel across the region and to Almaty.
- Our GTM team works six days a week and overlaps with US hours. Expect the same pace wherever you are based.
- Full-time position.
- Opportunity to become the cornerstone of Higgsfield's APAC sales engine.

We're looking for a leader to build and grow the Startups Activations team. This team is the voice of Vercel to the earliest-stage startups, helping founders make great infrastructure decisions from day one and land on Vercel before they ever need to migrate.
You'll hire and develop up-and-coming talent from a wide range of backgrounds, including former founders, developers, and early-career sellers, and turn them into trusted advisors for technical founders. You'll build the machine: a high-velocity, repeatable motion that uses AI, automation, and product signals to reach thousands of early startups at the right moment. You'll set the operating rhythm, coach relentlessly, and turn what works into playbooks the rest of the Startups org can scale.
What You Will Do:
Hire & Grow Talent
: Recruit, onboard, and ramp a diverse team of former founders, developers, and early-career sellers. Build a bench that grows into future AEs and leaders across Vercel.
Coach & Develop
: Run 1:1s, call reviews, and skill-building sessions that turn new sellers into credible, technical advisors for founders.
Build the Activation Machine
: Design a high-velocity motion that combines outbound, product-led signals, community, and ecosystem partners (accelerators, VCs, AI tooling) to get early startups deployed on Vercel.
Be the Voice of Vercel to Startups
: Make sure every early founder understands how Vercel's platform and Agent Stack help them build, ship, and scale, and why starting here is the right infra decision.
AI, Automation & Playbooks
: Use AI and automation to multiply team impact, spot patterns in usage and signups, and turn winning plays into repeatable motions.
Pipeline & Execution
: Own activation, conversion, and bookings targets. Define the leading indicators that predict long-term customer growth and hold the team to them.
Forecasting & Performance Management
: Inspect pipeline health, own forecast accuracy, and manage performance against activity, conversion, and quota.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with Marketing, Product, Growth, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, and the Greenfield and Install Base teams to make handoffs seamless as startups scale.
About You:
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or startup go-to-market, including 2+ years managing quota-carrying sellers.
A track record of hiring and developing early-career talent and people from non-traditional backgrounds into top performers.
Experience building or running a high-velocity sales motion with volume, speed, and discipline.
Comfort talking with technical founders about architecture and tradeoffs. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need credibility with engineers.
Real curiosity about AI-native development and the tools shaping how startups build and ship.
A builder's mindset: you like creating systems, not just running them, and you balance strategy with hands-on execution.
A growth mindset, resilience, and strong shared ownership.
Bonus If You:
Have been a founder, early-stage operator, or developer.
Have built a team or motion from zero inside a high-growth company.
Have experience with startup ecosystems: accelerators, VCs, founder communities, or developer communities.
Have sold developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products to startups.
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally

We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the role
We're looking for a Principal Lead Counsel, Corporate & Finance, to join Aave Labs in the Cayman Islands, where our Group function is based. You'll be the senior legal lead on the corporate, compliance, treasury, finance and governance work that keeps the Group running, working closely with our Finance and Operations teams.
The Group is growing quickly, with new entities, licensed subsidiaries, a foundation and commercial relationships across multiple jurisdictions. You'll own the legal side of how the Group is structured, governed and funded, and make sure entity records, intercompany arrangements and treasury activity are properly documented, compliant and ready for review by banks, regulators, auditors and counterparties.
This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced corporate or finance lawyer who can act as the Group's principal adviser on corporate and finance matters, advise boards and senior leadership with minimal oversight, and build out the function as the Group grows. Crypto experience is a plus but not essential. Strong corporate and finance fundamentals and a willingness to learn the industry matter more.
How you can make an impact:
Act as the principal legal adviser to Group boards, foundation councils and senior leadership on corporate, governance and finance matters
Manage the Group's legal entities across the Cayman Islands, UK, EU, US and other jurisdictions, including incorporations, dissolutions, statutory registers, filings and annual return
Build and run the Group's corporate compliance programme, including a compliance calendar of statutory, licensing and filing deadlines across all entities
Own Group-wide corporate policies, such as code of conduct, conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, sanctions, whistleblowing and personal account dealing, and run annual attestations and training
Track the ongoing corporate obligations of the Group's licensed subsidiaries, including FCA and MiCAR authorised entities, such as change in control notifications, director and officer approvals and annual returns, working with the regulatory and compliance teams
Support internal and external audits, bank and counterparty due diligence, and record-keeping and document retention requirements
Advise on and document treasury activity, including lending, borrowing, loan participations, custody arrangements and stablecoin and digital asset holdings
Work with Finance and external tax advisers on the legal structuring of transactions, including choice of contracting or lending entity, withholding tax considerations and transfer pricing support
Own the Group's signing authority matrix, document execution process and contract repository
Support the wider Legal team on commercial and regulatory matters as needed
Let’s connect if you have:
4+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate, finance or funds work, including significant time at a leading Cayman or other offshore law firm (or a leading onshore firm) and senior in-house experience
A track record as a trusted adviser to boards and senior leadership, leading complex transactions and managing external counsel with minimal oversight
Experience with entity management, board governance and corporate secretarial work across multiple jurisdictions
Experience building or running a corporate compliance programme, including policies, registers, attestations, training and a compliance calendar
Comfort working closely with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Operations teams; familiarity with treasury operations, tax structuring or fund administration is a plus
Interest in or experience with crypto, DeFi or digital assets (helpful, not required)
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to run many workstreams at once and keep records accurate
Excellent communication and judgement, with the confidence to challenge and influence at the most senior levels
Willingness to be based in the Cayman Islands, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

Procurement Operations is the front door for buying at Anthropic. We sit inside Finance Operations and own the path from "I need to buy something" to a signed agreement, an accurate purchase order, and clean spend data at month end.
We are hiring a Procurement Operations Business Partner to own that path for the teams that keep Anthropic's offices, people, and physical spaces running. Workplace covers real estate, office build outs and leases, furniture and equipment, facilities services, maintenance, and food and beverage. Security covers physical security: guard services, access control and badging, cameras, and security consulting that protect our offices and people. People covers recruiting agencies and recruiting operations, HR systems, benefits and Total Rewards vendors, and training and development.
You will be the person who makes all of it feel simple to the teams who depend on it and reliable to the Finance stakeholders behind it.
This is a high volume role with an accounting core. You ensure every purchase in your portfolio is coded, dated, received, and accrued correctly, so spend is right in the books every month. Expect a steady queue of requests, statements of work, change orders, and renewals, and expect to be the person Accounting trusts on all of it.
We use Claude as part of our daily workflow and are looking for someone who wants to help define what an AI native procurement operations function looks like, including how AI changes intake, document review, vendor coordination, and requester support.
Responsibilities
Own the purchasing process
Manage a high volume of purchase requests, statements of work, change orders, and renewals each month across Workplace, Security, and People, keeping speed and accuracy high at the same time.
Serve as the primary procurement partner by guiding requesters from initial request to signed agreement and issued purchase order.
Review every purchase request for the things that matter downstream: the right vendor record and contracting entity, complete commercial documents, correct spend categorization and service dates, and the approvals the purchase actually needs.
Determine what each request requires before it can move, whether that is a statement of work, an amendment, a lease review, a privacy review, or a third party risk assessment, and route it to the right reviewers the first time.
Partner with Privacy, Security, and Third Party Risk on vendors that handle employee or candidate data or have physical access to our offices, such as badging and camera systems, background check providers, and on site service staff. Hold the line that nothing goes live without the review it needs.
Launch and track contract review with Legal and outside counsel, keep it moving, and confirm the executed agreement supports the purchase order before it is issued.
Structure purchase orders so they match how the vendor bills (fixed fee, milestone or progress billing, time and materials, per placement, per head, or recurring monthly service) and how Accounting needs to see the spend, with the right GL account, cost center, and service period on every line. Manage change orders, renewals, and closures over the life of each agreement.
Handle the mechanics that come with physical work and goods: multi line quotes, deposits, lead times, receiving, and asset handoffs for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Know where a purchase belongs. Not everything in these categories should run through a purchase order, and you help requesters tell the difference between a contract that needs Procurement and spend that belongs on a card.
Financial completeness and accuracy
Code every purchase order correctly at creation, including GL account, spend category, cost center, and service period, and understand how each choice lands in the financials: capitalized build out and equipment versus operating spend, deposits and prepaids versus expense, and lease versus non lease costs.
Work the hard cases with Accounting: progress billed construction, retainage, partially delivered milestones, guard services billed in arrears against changing staffing schedules, placement fees tied to start dates and guarantee periods, credits and true ups, and change orders that land mid month.
Understand what a contract actually commits us to, including term, termination for convenience, and notice periods, so firm commitment reporting reflects the real exposure.
Own the open purchase order book: receipts recorded against actual delivery, periodic reviews, stale line cleanup, coding corrections, and timely closures, so PO, receipt, and invoice agree.
Serve as the first line reviewer for month end accruals on your portfolio, gathering estimates from vendors and budget owners for variable spend and confirming or correcting proposed amounts so Accounting can close on time.
Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice holds, PO mismatches, and receiving questions so vendors are paid on time and spend lands where it belongs.
Support audit and reporting requests that touch your portfolio, including commitment schedules and control evidence, with data you can stand behind.
Be the front door
Be visible and responsive in your teams' Slack channels and office hours; answer routine purchasing questions quickly and escalate real blockers with context.
Apply purchasing policy consistently and explain the why, including approval thresholds, signature authority, and when an exception is and is not available.
Translate procurement, legal, privacy, and finance requirements into plain language for Workplace, Security, and People teams, and carry their operating reality back to those teams so controls fit the work. An office opening date, a guard post that has to be staffed tonight, or a recruiting search that has to start this week are real constraints, and you plan around them.
Keep a regular check in with your highest volume teams so upcoming office projects, renewals, staffing changes, and searches are visible early and nothing urgent arrives as a surprise.
Continuous improvement
Maintain the playbooks, intake guidance, and standard operating procedures for your portfolio so the path is repeatable and does not live in one person's head.
Identify manual steps, repeat questions, and failure points and fix them, including where Claude and workflow automation can take work off requesters and the team.
Minimum qualifications
5 to 7+ years of procurement operations, purchasing, or vendor operations, including time supporting Workplace or Facilities, Security, or People teams.
Proven track record of owning a high volume purchasing portfolio end to end in a procure to pay and intake platform.
Solid working knowledge of accrual accounting as it applies to purchasing: accruals and reversals, service period and cutoff, prepaid versus expense, capital versus operating spend, and GL and cost center coding. You can explain how a purchase order becomes an entry in the general ledger.
Experience managing services vendors on master agreements with statements of work and change orders, where scope moves and the contract, the PO, and the invoice have to stay in sync.
Experience with facilities, real estate, or construction purchasing, including milestone or progress billing and receiving against physical delivery.
Working knowledge of how contract review, privacy and security review, and financial controls fit together in a purchase, and the judgment to know when to push a request through and when to slow it down.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with office build outs, leases, or fixed asset purchasing, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and working alongside Lease Accounting or Fixed Assets.
Experience buying physical security services or systems, such as guard services, access control, or video surveillance.
Experience with recruiting agencies, contingent workforce, or HR and benefits vendors, including the privacy review that comes with employee and candidate data.
Background in accounting, accounts payable, or a month end close process.
Direct experience with Zip, Workday Financials, and Ironclad.
Prior ownership of month end accrual review or open PO reconciliation for a large, variable spend portfolio.
Experience designing tiered intake or approval frameworks that sped up low risk purchases without weakening controls.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Location-based hybrid policy:

This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You’ll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic’s values. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and you’ll have real ownership over the roles you run.
We’re open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting or in GTM recruiting; in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest.

Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) hiring
Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers
Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details
Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action
Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region
