LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position

Develop guidelines and facilitate fair and transparent selection of pilot sites. Consider TB burden and health security risk as possible selection factors.
Develop baseline status assessment templates for usage by PhilHealth Regional Offices. Consider including indicators on TB service capacity (screening, diagnostics, treatment, and preventive treatment) and emergency preparedness.
Develop delineation of roles and responsibilities between the DOH and PhilHealth in implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the pilots.
Support Policy Development for Pillar 2.
Project management of identified priority initiatives under the Unified National Agenda
Coordinate and liaise with the appropriate PHIC offices to address technical, operational, legal, or actuarial risks for alignment and resolution.
Support the policy units to ensure adherence to timelines for policy development, approval, and cascade.
Organize and attend meetings as necessary to ensure regular discussions and alignment between OPCEO directives and the offices involved in policy development.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to set the direction for our enterprise story: the narrative, messaging, and go-to-market strategy that turn Nebius’s full-stack differentiation into pipeline and revenue with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
You’re welcome to work remotely in the United States.
This is a role for a recognized enterprise product marketing leader from B2B cloud or AI infrastructure who has shaped category narratives and led complex go-to-market motions, and can prove it through the messaging they built, the programs they orchestrated, and the revenue outcomes behind them. You understand the AI cloud stack well enough to earn credibility with engineering leaders, and you know what it takes to move a complex enterprise buying committee (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data/AI Officers, CISOs, VPs of Infrastructure, security and procurement teams) through a 6–18-month cycle. You set the strategy and frameworks that others execute against, and you measure your impact in win rates, pipeline influenced, and field adoption, not assets shipped.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will be the senior voice for how Nebius positions itself to the enterprise and a force multiplier for the organization: setting the enterprise go-to-market strategy across product lines, guiding and mentoring other product marketers, and equipping sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships to carry the story into the field. You will work directly with senior leaders across product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership as a trusted strategic partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the enterprise narrative and positioning strategy.
Own the enterprise layer of the Nebius story end to end, from our “ultimate AI cloud” positioning down to persona-specific messaging, and define the frameworks and standards that other product marketers and content teams build on. Translate our differentiators and each layer of the cloud stack (custom GPU servers, AI orchestration and MLOps tooling, Token Factory, and our agentic layer) into credible messaging that resonates with technical and business decision-makers alike.
Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy across products and launches.
Define the enterprise go-to-market plan across the Nebius portfolio, set priorities and sequencing for major launches, and drive alignment across product, sales, solutions architecture, partnerships, and marketing. Make the trade-offs on where to focus and invest, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to shared outcomes.
Design and own the enterprise customer journey.
Own the logic and strategy of the 6–18-month enterprise buying cycle, defining what moves a buyer at each stage from awareness to evaluation, decision, and expansion. Set the plays, content, and touchpoints for each stage and partner with digital/ABX and field marketing leaders to sequence and target them by account, using ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
Build the enterprise business case.
Develop the messaging, proof, and business case around what enterprises actually evaluate: total cost of ownership, reliability and SLAs, security and compliance, data sovereignty and residency, migration risk, and vendor lock-in. Equip Nebius to win through security review, procurement, and the CFO’s office, and engage directly with senior executives on strategic deals.
Drive enablement strategy and field adoption.
Set the enablement strategy for sales, solutions, and partner teams, and ensure they can articulate Nebius’s value to every persona on the buying committee: first-call decks, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI/TCO tools, objection handling, and competitive positioning against hyperscalers and neoclouds. Lead enablement programs and measure adoption, win rates, and deals influenced.
Own competitive and category positioning.
Maintain a sharp, evidence-based view of the AI enterprise infrastructure landscape and help shape how the category is defined. Turn market and competitive intelligence into positioning the field can defend and campaigns can lead with, and keep Nebius’s differentiation current as the market moves.
Lead the enterprise content and proof strategy.
Define the enterprise asset strategy and own quality across the library: solution briefs, white papers, reference architectures, case studies, web pages, webinars, and videos. Personally produce the most strategic pieces and set the bar for the rest.
Elevate communications, analyst, and investor narratives.
Shape the enterprise narrative for press moments, site launches, analyst briefings, and investor materials, in close coordination with comms, legal, and executive leadership. Serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert for the enterprise story in analyst, customer, and industry settings.
Champion the voice of the customer.
Partner with sales and customer marketing to build a pipeline of references, case studies, and proof points, and bring enterprise pain points and wins back into product strategy and messaging.
Mentor and multiply.
Coach and guide other product marketers and cross-functional contributors, establish best practices, messaging methodologies, and workshop frameworks (such as SCIPAB), and raise the quality and consistency of product marketing across the organization.
Contribute strategically at the leadership table.
Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape how we position Nebius in a fast-moving AI infrastructure market. Act as a trusted partner to product, engineering, sales, and partnerships leaders, with a seat at the table, not just as a content source.
We expect you to have:
8+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record leading enterprise go-to-market in cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure (ideally the AI cloud market) at a growing, modern company.
Proven ownership of the enterprise segment across the marketing lifecycle, with the ability to speak to win rates, pipeline data, and revenue impact on significant enterprise deals.
Demonstrated experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches across multiple products or product lines, influencing leaders without direct authority.
Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating multi-stage enterprise customer journeys across long (6–18 month) buying cycles, and running account-based programs on ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase in partnership with digital/ABX teams, with clear, measurable outcomes.
Strong technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack: GPU platforms and the NVIDIA ecosystem, networking, storage, IaaS, inference, and ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Ray, Slurm, MLflow, Kubernetes, inference and agentic platforms), with the ability to go deep with engineers and translate up for executives and business buyers.
Demonstrated experience building and running sales and partner enablement at scale, including battlecards, pitch decks, sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and ROI/TCO narratives, and driving measurable adoption across a field organization.
Fluency with the enterprise buying process and its stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Infrastructure, IT Ops, Platform Engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and finance) and the concerns that gate a deal: TCO, reliability, security, compliance, sovereignty, and lock-in.
Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops and methodologies such as SCIPAB, and comfort presenting to C-level executives, analysts, and customers.
Experience mentoring or leading product marketers or cross-functional teams, and raising standards across a function.
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, is comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed, and connects the dots across functions and departments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. #LI-LT1

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization – the teams responsible for selling and diffusing Claude into enterprises around the world.
Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters. The best people in this role operate like advisors who embed themselves deeply in the orgs they support, earn a seat at the leadership table, write on behalf of executives, and see around corners, anticipating what the organization will need to hear before anyone asks for it. There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or NYC.
Responsibilities
Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within GTM, becoming an expert in the team's work and a trusted member of its leadership support team
Serve as an advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer and their team - helping them think through what to say and when, draft communications in their voice, and give them expert counsel
People manage a small team (one/two directs), supporting the global GTM org
Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into narratives that land with employees across every function
Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, customer wins, organizational change, moments of external attention) and have a plan ready for how we’ll bring employees along
Design and implement strategies to boost signal and reduce noise, so employees know what's important and what it means for them
Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
Partner closely with the broader internal communications team to ensure updates are accurately and consistently cascaded across existing channels and live forums
You may be a good fit if you
Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling complex concepts into plain English, with a nose for great storytelling
Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when to push, when to listen, and how to deliver a recommendation even when it’s something an exec may not want to hear
See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
Strong candidates may also
Have 15+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make complex, high-stakes material clear under pressure (e.g journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, strategy and operations)
Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the work moves faster than most people can follow
Have built or run internal communications programs during periods of rapid organizational growth
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$295,000
—
$345,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Job Overview
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud, helping our teams around the world create and collaborate securely. You will bring this project to a definitive close.
Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based at our Montreal, Quebec, Canada office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs).
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture in Year 2, jointly with IAM — build the identity-to-network enforcement model, define the network zone taxonomy, and direct the migration from IP-based user firewall rules to identity-based rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, Network Address Translation (NAT), decryption policy, and multi-virtual-system (vsys) environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a trusted technical partner to a senior manager — you provide the technical depth so the manager can focus on the program, and you keep work moving without close supervision.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Professional proficiency in French and English is required for this role. English is necessary to communicate and collaborate regularly with colleagues and leaders based in the United States who primarily work in English.
What Sets You Apart
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.

An overview of this role
As Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you'll lead finance for GitLab's Research & Development (R&D) organization, our largest operating expense area. You'll be the strategic finance partner to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and their leadership team, owning R&D planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.
R&D builds our AI-powered development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform, which more than 100,000 organizations use. You'll connect investment in headcount, infrastructure, AI and cloud usage, and tooling to product outcomes, with clear measurement and reliable forecasts.
You'll sit at the CTO's staff table, shape GitLab's long-range plan, and help leadership decide where to invest next, making R&D spend predictable.
What you’ll do
Serve as the finance advisor to the CTO and R&D leadership. Hold partners accountable for execution against plan and connect R&D priorities to company financial targets.
Lead annual planning, and rolling forecasts for R&D. Own the operating plan across headcount, compensation, contractors, hosting and cloud, AI and large language model (LLM) costs, software, and tooling.
Build frameworks that connect R&D investment to product roadmap outcomes. Evaluate business cases for new initiatives, AI capabilities, build-versus-buy decisions, and vendor commitments, and present risks and opportunities to leadership.
Define and track R&D efficiency metrics, including R&D spend as a percentage of revenue, cost per engineer, hosting cost per user, and AI inference cost per feature. Identify large-scale savings and reallocation opportunities and see them through to completion.
Partner with People and R&D leaders on hiring plans, location strategy, and organizational design. Keep headcount forecasts accurate and reconciled to actuals.
Lead the AI transformation of R&D finance. Rethink planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows, and use AI tools to make them faster, more accurate, and more insightful.
Redesign FP&A processes, policies, and planning and reporting systems for efficiency and effectiveness, with AI in the center. Work with Accounting on capitalized software, accruals, and allocations, and with Procurement on process improvements.
Lead and develop your R&D finance team:: hire and coach team members, set goals and priorities, and give expert feedback. Put GitLab's values into practice through handbook-first, asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
What you’ll bring
Extensive finance experience, including serving as the lead finance partner to an R&D, Engineering, or Product organization plus experience leading a team of analysts
A strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and R&D cost drivers, including engineering headcount, cloud hosting, AI and LLM usage, software licenses, and capitalized software development.
Experience leading process redesign and change in a finance team, including hands-on use of AI tools to improve how work gets done.
Expertise in influencing senior technical stakeholders and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for executives.
Advanced financial modeling skills that follow industry best practices, expertise in Google Sheets, and hands-on experience with financial and data visualization tools. We don't use Excel for modeling.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Comfort working remotely and asynchronously, and the ability to use GitLab.
Preferred experience includes enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) finance; direct CTO partnership; NetSuite, Sisense, Adaptive Planning, or SQL; or a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.

Workplace: hybrid
We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
Capital.com is expanding into new products, payment methods and jurisdictions, and our financial crime controls need to stay ahead of that growth. As VP, Financial Crime, you will own first-line financial crime across the business, from how investigations run day to day to the systems and controls behind them.
You will lead two senior direct reports: the Head of Financial Crime Operations, who runs our investigations and casework, and the Head of Financial Crime Product, who owns the systems and controls the function relies on. Together you will cover the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, customer due diligence, risk assessment, screening, fraud, transaction monitoring, investigations and offboarding.
You will set the strategy, shape the leadership team and give senior stakeholders a clear view of how well our controls are working. This is a senior role with a clear mandate and real scope: build a financial crime function ready for a much larger, more complex business.
This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities
Set the first-line financial crime strategy and delivery plan. Shape the organisation, capacity and delivery model as the business grows, and track whether investment delivers the intended control and operational improvements.
Build and lead the financial crime leadership team across Operations and Product. Develop managers, set clear accountability, align priorities and resolve delivery dependencies.
Own the effectiveness of first-line controls across your remit. Work with Compliance and entity leadership to identify gaps, agree improvements and show that the changes address the underlying risk.
Oversee operational performance, balancing investigation quality, timely decisions, customer experience and cost. Step in where recurring problems call for a change to the operating model or technology.
et priorities for financial crime technology. Guide build-or-buy decisions using evidence of risk reduction, customer impact, delivery effort and ongoing cost.
Prepare the function for new products and jurisdictions. Define the controls, systems and operational capacity each launch needs, and bring unresolved risks and readiness gaps into launch decisions.
Lead the use of automation and AI where they improve outcomes, with proper testing, human oversight, ongoing evaluation and clear ownership of decisions and performance.
Give senior leaders a clear view of control effectiveness, performance, material issues and the decisions required. Support audits and regulatory reviews, and lead the operational response to material issues with Compliance and local leadership
Requirements
A track record of leading first-line financial crime (fraud, AML, sanctions) at a fintech, neobank or bank operating at scale across several jurisdictions.
Hands-on experience building financial crime controls and products from an early stage, covering deposits, withdrawals and the wider payments lifecycle.
Experience leading leaders: managing managers across operational and product or technical teams, with clear accountability and measurable results.
A strong grasp of operational performance management, including backlogs, SLAs, quality assurance, capacity planning and cost, and of how these trade off against customer experience.
Experience setting financial crime technology priorities and making build-or-buy decisions based on risk reduction, cost and delivery effort.
Sound judgement across AML, sanctions and fraud, including how policy and risk appetite translate into workable first-line controls, and a clear view of where Compliance's and the regulated entities' accountabilities begin.
A practical, well-governed approach to automation and AI in financial crime operations, including model testing, human oversight and performance monitoring.
Experience preparing for new product or market launches, working with Compliance, Product and local leadership to define readiness and surface risk.Confidence presenting to executive leadership and supporting regulatory reviews and audits, with clear, evidence-based reporting on control effectiveness and material issues.

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.
