Lead 2–3 high-priority initiatives during the first 3 months: define scope, align stakeholders, establish ownership, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes.
Ensure predictable execution through clear planning, coordination, and delivery management.
Unblock stalled or ambiguous projects by clarifying ownership, resolving dependencies, escalating risks early, and driving initiatives through completion.
Build and operate an effective execution framework: monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, retrospectives, project reviews, and escalation processes.
Establish a single source of truth for project status, risks, commitments, and delivery tracking.
Improve the experimentation ecosystem by increasing decision-making speed, standardizing evaluation and rollout processes, and reducing operational chaos/manual work.
Accelerate ML delivery cycles by reducing time from idea → experiment → production and coordinating dependencies across ML, backend, analytics, and product teams.
Ensure ML initiatives deliver measurable business impact, not only technical outcomes.
Strengthen functional leads (Product Analytics, Data Engineering, ML, UX) through prioritization support, execution discipline, feedback, and managerial coaching.
Increase ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Own operational excellence of the function, including data freshness, uptime, SLA adherence, and delivery predictability.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across ML, backend, product, and analytics functions.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and multiple parallel initiatives.
High technical literacy with the ability to dive deep into data and ML topics, understand system constraints, and work closely with engineering and data teams.

Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Senior Director of Product Management for Developer & AI will lead product strategy and execution across one of 1Password’s most future-defining portfolios. This role spans our Developer Experience (DevX) products, Security for AI, and AI for Security initiatives, as well as the product surface area that supports standards adoption and developer engagement.
Reporting to the VP of Developer & AI Engineering, this leader will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for how developers and AI-powered systems securely interact with 1Password—from local development and secrets management, to programmatic agent access, to secure runtime environments.
This role requires deep partnership with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and GTM teams, and leadership of a senior group of product managers operating across highly technical, platform-oriented problem spaces.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading senior PMs or product portfolios.
- Experience owning platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products strongly preferred.
- Track record of shipping impactful developer tools, platforms, or security products used by large or fast-growing audiences.
- Strong familiarity with the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to reason about AI capabilities and limitations through a product and customer lens.
- Solid understanding of modern security concepts such as identity, secrets management, access control, and secure system design.
- Comfort operating in highly technical problem spaces alongside senior engineers.
- Ability to connect long-term product vision with near-term priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Experience balancing discovery, delivery, and platform investment.
- Demonstrated success partnering deeply with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
What you can expect:
- Set and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1Password’s Developer Experience, AI security, and AI-powered security initiatives.
- Ensure clear articulation of customer problems, value propositions, and success metrics across the portfolio.
- Lead product definition for secure, agentic workflows including identity, delegation, secrets delivery, and access control for both developers and AI agents.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities and risks into durable, differentiated product primitives.
- Work in lockstep with the VP of Developer & AI Engineering to align product strategy with technical vision, architecture, and delivery.
- Enable strong product-engineering collaboration that balances innovation, speed, and long-term platform integrity.
- Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and GTM teams to ensure successful launches, platform integrations, and ecosystem adoption.
- Represent product strategy internally and externally, ensuring consistency across messaging, documentation, and developer engagement.
- Provide product leadership and input into standards participation and developer advocacy efforts, ensuring standards work is grounded in real customer needs and product direction.
- Help position 1Password as a trusted product leader in the AI and security ecosystem.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers working across complex, technical domains.
- Establish product operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and outcome-oriented metrics.

About the Role
This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United States and Canada.
The Pipeline Programs Manager turns GitLab's pipeline targets into programs the field can run. You'll own execution of pipeline generation programs, including sales plays, PipeGen days, and run the hygiene checkpoints that keep pipeline data trustworthy. You'll also help surface the risks and upside behind our pipeline plan working across Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Strategy, and RevOps.
What You'll Do
Execute global and regional pipeline generation programs, including codified sales plays and PipeGen days, against an established program calendar.
Coordinate in-quarter program delivery across regions and segments: timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through on action items.
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene checkpoints, and report on adherence and trends with RevOps and Sales Strategy.
Partner with Marketing and Enablement to bring pipeline generation programs to the field with the right messaging, content, and training.
Work with the team on the GTM plan by identifying the drivers, risks, and upside that could move the pipeline numbers, and making them visible to decision-makers.
Give input on the design of sales plays, hygiene standards, and related incentives from what you see during execution.
Track program performance against success measures, and summarize what worked, what didn't, and what to change next time.
Coordinate global outbound program execution with Sales Development and sales leaders, and help bring it to regional and team levels at scale.
Identify process and systems improvements in Salesforce and reporting that increase metric visibility and reduce manual work, and work with RevOps and Systems to land them.
What You'll Bring
5+ Years experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Enablement, or Marketing Operations, with a record of delivering programs on time and with quality.
Experience running cross-functional programs with operational rigor: multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and clear follow-through.
Comfort working with pipeline data. You can use Salesforce and BI dashboards to spot gaps and explain what they mean. Basic SQL (Snowflake or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel: pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and hygiene.
Clear communication and presentation skills. You can explain a program or a risk to Sales leaders and to cross-functional partners.
Ability to influence without authority, earning trust and moving work forward across teams you don't manage.
Good judgment in a fast-moving environment. You move quickly, keep quality high, and know when to escalate.
Curiosity about how AI and automation can improve go-to-market execution.
Ownership mindset. You carry programs through to outcomes, not just activity.
Experience in a quota-carrying or sales role is a plus.
About the Team
The Pipeline Excellence team builds the pipeline engine that turns GitLab's growth targets into predictable, repeatable revenue outcomes. We set pipeline targets and the GTM plan, run the programs and cadence that keep the field moving, and turn pipeline data into recommendations on where to invest.
We work with Speed with Quality, so our cadence and standards let go-to-market teams move fast without sacrificing forecast accuracy. We hold an Ownership Mindset, meaning every stage of the funnel has a defined owner and standard. We measure ourselves on Customer Outcomes: pipeline health exists to drive real bookings and real customer relationships, not just activity. We work closely with Sales leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Development, Finance, and Analytics, and we're scaling that engine for the agentic era.

Perplexity is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to advance how AI systems search, reason, and work together to solve complex problems. Our work spans search and retrieval, LLM post-training, multi-agent training, and the harnesses that make these systems effective.
We control the full stack: the models, the agent harnesses, and the search infrastructure underneath. That gives us the freedom to develop new approaches across all three training models to use search more effectively, designing tools and execution environments around learned behavior, and improving retrieval to support how agents actually work.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Improve retrieval and ranking models and the search interfaces agents use to find and assess information.
- Build datasets, reward signals, and evaluations that expose meaningful failures and guide improvements.
- Own experiments end to end, from a clear hypothesis to scalable training, deployment, and measurable gains in quality, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with AI, Search, Infrastructure, Data, and Product teams to bring new capabilities into production.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A strong track record of building and shipping ML systems, with deep experience in one or more of LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, search and retrieval, or agent systems.
- Strong software engineering skills and the ability to work across model training, experimentation infrastructure, and production systems.
- Experience designing rigorous evaluations, diagnosing failures, and translating experimental results into practical improvements.
- Comfort with open-ended problems that require both research judgment and hands-on engineering.
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the drive to carry an idea through to a working system.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with training models to use tools or complete tasks over many steps.
- Multi-agent training, coordination, or evaluation.
- Building agent harnesses, distributed training systems, or scalable inference infrastructure.
- Large-scale retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems.

For more information, visit xsolla.com.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
The Inference Foundation team owns the core of Mistral's inference stack: the inference engine and its orchestration, from the feature set and configuration that serve our models in production to the release machinery that keeps the stack current and production-grade.
This is a hybrid position spanning production LLM serving, engine and platform development, and capacity engineering. You will work on three intertwined problems:
1. Optimize the inference stack at scale — feature development and fixes in the engine and orchestrator, squeezing more throughput and lower latency out of every GPU under strict quality-of-service targets.
2. Make capacity elastic — scaling up and down should be cheap and fast, not a performance cliff.
3. Power the training of our frontier models — high-performance serving that keeps RL and post-training loops running at full speed.
What You Will Do
INFERENCE ENGINE & ORCHESTRATION
- Develop and fix the core of the inference stack — engine and orchestrator — including feature selection, configuration, and tuning for maximum performance at scale
- Own the release process for the serving stack: validated, regression-free releases through automated performance gates and progressive rollout
- Drive improvements and fixes upstream when the open-source engine is the right place for them
PERFORMANCE & CAPACITY AT SCALE
- Optimize serving efficiency across the fleet — driving down pod startup time, tackling cold-cache regressions on scale-up, smarter caching and offloading
- Optimize and maintain the optimal serving topology — overlap communication and transfers with computation, ensure optimal placement, connectivity, and routing
SERVING FOR FRONTIER TRAINING
- Build the serving infrastructure that powers RL and post-training for our frontier models
- Optimize inference performance across the full spectrum of our workloads
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and running ML/LLM services at scale, with clear latency and availability targets
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or others
- A solid grasp of inference internals: prefill vs. decode, KV-cache behavior, batching, scheduling, speculative decoding, parallelism strategies
- Familiarity with distributed and disaggregated serving architectures
- Comfortable debugging across the full stack — CUDA/NCCL, kernels, containers, networking, storage
- Python for systems tooling and backend services; PyTorch
- Kubernetes for running infrastructure at scale
- GPU and networking fundamentals: CUDA runtime, NCCL, InfiniBand/RDMA
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Demonstrated vLLM/sglang know-how — upstream contributions, or a track record of running in demanding production environments
- Hardware-aware optimization for various model architectures
- Experience serving MoE models at scale (expert parallelism, expert placement/load balancing)
- CUDA/Triton kernel development; Nsight Systems/Compute profiling
- Rust and/or C++ in production systems

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At DoorDash we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. TPMs on our Engineering teams provide fundamental support to the underlying technology services as well as the engineers building these services. It’s no simple task, but it wouldn’t be interesting if it was!
About the Role
Money is DoorDash’s organisation responsible for the financial products and infrastructure that enable transactions across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. The domain owns how consumers pay, how merchants and couriers are paid, and how money is recorded, reconciled and reported, covering payment processing, payment methods, payouts, invoicing, financial ledgers and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain. You will lead important engineering wide initiatives across Invoicing Platform, Payment Instruments, amongst others; working with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable, scalable Money capabilities for the business. Programs will span backend services, partner and merchant integrations, and regulatory / compliance products. They require strong technical judgment, cross organisational coordination, stakeholder management, and ownership of results.
You will report into the centralised global Technical Program Management team in Engineering, through a manager based in London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Cannon Street.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs - You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn Money Domain’s strategy into executable technical programs.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution — Money Domain interacts with capabilities across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure. You will establish clear ownership and milestones, surface critical dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams when the path forward is not obvious.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking - You will develop a deep understanding of the architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems behind Money Domain (Financial Systems). You will engage in technical designs, identify scaling and reliability risks, understand how decisions in one part of the system affect end-to-end consumer, rider/ courier, and merchant experiences, and help teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action - Many of our hardest problems do not begin with a clean scope or a single owner. You will truth-seek across technical and business inputs, frame the problem, clarify the definition of success, develop a point of view on risks and options, and create an execution path that teams and leaders can align behind.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes - You will understand the merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes behind the work and use that context to guide prioritization and execution.
We're excited about you because…
You’re experienced in working with engineering teams on large-scale distributed systems and/or b2b products. You can speak to system architecture, scalability and reliability decisions, and design trade offs.
You’re a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
You have strong ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus. You can convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike.
You’ve engaged with Engineering teams on product & platform development with a thorough understanding of software development processes and project planning.
You are pragmatic and detailed in your approach and focus on progress, not perfection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance in Financial Systems, e.g. SOX, PSD2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!
