Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Support Engineer to join our
API Support
team. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll own customer issues end-to-end: triaging incoming tickets, debugging production behavior across our authorizer and API surface, reasoning through configuration and data flow, and driving problems to resolution, often without needing to hand anything off. You'll work across card lifecycle, authorization decisioning, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and the other configurable layers of our platform, using internal tools, Snowflake, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows to move fast.
When issues reveal deeper product gaps, you'll partner with Engineering and Product to surface patterns and get problems resolved upstream. You will also partner with Solutions and Product Delivery to ensure that we deliver clear, timely, and charming customer communications. Your judgment directly shapes customer trust, product reliability, and our ability to scale the Support function without scaling headcount linearly with ticket volume.
Lithic is the card-issuing and payments platform powering some of the most ambitious fintechs and embedded-finance programs in the market. Our customers build on our APIs to issue cards, move money, and run card programs at scale, which means the questions that reach us are rarely "where's the button?" They're "why did this authorization decline at 3:42am ET?", "why is this webhook firing twice?", "is this dispute eligible under Reg E?", "what's the latency on our tokenization endpoint right now?" Customers don't remember when things work. They remember when things break, how fast we fix them, and whether we took the time to set things right. As a Support Engineer at Lithic, you're the person who makes that moment go well.
What you'll do:
Own support tickets from first response through confirmed resolution. No tossing them over the fence.
Debug independently by tracing system state, API logs, authorizer decisions, webhook delivery, and data flow across production.
Diagnose issues spanning card issuance, authorization decisioning, transactions and settlement, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and other configurable behaviors of the Lithic platform. A typical investigation might involve querying Snowflake to trace a transaction's lifecycle, checking Grafana dashboards for latency anomalies, pulling up the customer's integration in Retool, and documenting the resolution in The Vault
Use internal tooling, Snowflake/dbt marts, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, internal agents) to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain high operational rigor in triage, prioritization, SLA adherence, and customer communication.
Surface recurring failure patterns that inform product and engineering improvements. Drive permanent fixes, not just one-off resolutions.
Contribute to The Vault (our Notion KCS knowledge base). Write the article you wished existed when you picked up the ticket.
Create and update internal tooling using Metabase, Retool, Grafana, and Snowflake.
What you'll bring:
3+ years in a technical, execution-heavy role: Support Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, TAM, or similar. Ideally in fintech, payments, or developer-platform B2B SaaS.
Strong debugging instincts and comfort operating in production environments where you won't always have a playbook.
Comfortable with using and debugging REST API calls, webhooks, and configuration-driven systems. You are familiar with OpenAPI specs, JSON payloads, and can work through issues with HTTP calls fluently.
SQL chops. You can independently write a query against a data warehouse (we use Snowflake + dbt) to answer a customer question without needing to ping a data analyst.
Ability to reason through complex system behavior from first principles, not just follow runbooks.
Clear, direct written communication internally and customer facing. You explain what happened, why, and what you did about it, without hedging or jargon.
A strong bias toward ownership. You'd rather solve the problem than route the ticket.
Comfortable using AI tools like (LLMs and coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor) as a part of your daily workflow.
Experience working in ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent)
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote environment
The annual US salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues
A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server
for easier troubleshooting
A tool which turns log files into interactive tables to easily sort and filter columns
A functionality to
ChatOps

What you’ll do
Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing

Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.
What you’ll bring
Experience in, and passion for managing customer facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case resolution
Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent knowledge)
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)
Experience with Git and CI/CD
Expertise in writing support content
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill level

About the team
The Support team is distributed all over the world across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Support Engineers work on Support Tickets and helping GitLab’s customers, but they also dig into the code and logs to find out why something is not working as expected. The Collaboration here at GitLab is extraordinary and exciting - Support Engineers

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
We build the products and infrastructure that millions of Canadians trust with their financial lives. Data & Engineering at Wealthsimple spans everything from the client-facing apps to the systems running underneath them — and we hold ourselves to a high bar on both. We move fast, but we build thoughtfully: quality, security, and scalability aren’t trade-offs here, they’re the standard.
The Production Engineering team sits within Platform Experience, on the boundary between Platform and Product. Our mandate is to raise reliability across Wealthsimple’s most critical flows — reducing incidents, helping service teams ship safely, and turning individual fixes into platform-wide improvements. We measure ourselves against two targets: 99.9% uptime on critical flows, and fewer than 1% of weekly active users experiencing errors in the app. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care deeply about craft, you’ll fit right in.
About the role
This is a new role — one that doesn’t yet exist at Wealthsimple — and it’s a meaningful one. As a Staff Software Developer on Production Engineering, you’ll bring senior technical leadership to the work of making Wealthsimple more reliable at scale. You’ll work across platform and product teams, identify the highest-leverage reliability problems, and build solutions that don’t just fix the immediate issue but raise the floor for everyone. This isn’t a role where you sit in one corner of the codebase. It’s a role where you shape how engineering gets done across the company.
What you’ll do
- Improve the platform to prevent incidents — designing and driving adoption of guardrails, sensible defaults, and engineering standards that reduce the likelihood of failures across services
- Build tooling that reduces time to mitigation when incidents occur, including contributing to our in-house product on AI-assisted incident response
- Own the investigation and follow-through on load test findings — translating results into concrete reliability improvements across critical flows
- Work across platform and product engineering teams as a technical influencer — participating in architecture and readiness reviews, coaching service owners, and driving adoption of scalable reliability practices
- Identify recurring failure patterns and design platform-level fixes that prevent them from showing up again in a different service
- Contribute to the team’s reliability syncs with product engineering, helping align on incident themes, critical-flow risks, and the next highest-leverage initiatives
Skills you bring
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or SRE work
- Demonstrated track record of improving reliability at scale — reducing incidents, building guardrails, or driving operational standards across multiple teams
- Strong proficiency in backend systems and distributed architecture; you can diagnose complex failure modes across a service mesh
- Experience with load testing and capacity planning, and the ability to translate findings into concrete engineering improvements
- Proven ability to work across engineering teams as a technical influencer — driving adoption of standards and practices without direct authority
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Argo and modern deployment tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to both engineering teams and senior leadership
Who you are
- You think in systems — you’re not looking for the fix, you’re looking for what caused the problem and how to make sure it doesn’t happen elsewhere
- You’re comfortable working without direct authority; you build credibility through the quality of your thinking and the clarity of your recommendations
- You hold a high bar for operational excellence without making it someone else’s problem to catch up to — you bring people along
- You’re energised by ambiguity, not slowed down by it; you know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent
- You’re curious about where AI-assisted tooling is headed in reliability engineering, and you want to help shape how we use it — not just observe it from a distance

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in Munich, Germany. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in English and German.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
- Senior Backend Software Engineer (Tactical Access)
- Business Automation - Engineering
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Reports to: Engineering Lead of Tactical Access squad
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Espoo office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
THE MISSION OF THE SENIOR BACKEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER
You will own the backend systems that let customers plan and manage satellite tasking through Tactical Access, ICEYE's tactical customer access product.
Tactical Access is customer-facing on two fronts, API and web, so this role sits at the intersection of backend engineering rigor and product ownership. You will design and operate the services and data models that power satellite tasking for real customers, and you will be trusted to make API design and reliability decisions that customers depend on directly, not just internal consumers.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES & REQUIREMENTS
Outcomes
- Own end-to-end delivery of at least one significant Tactical Access backend capability, from API design through production operation, with documented tradeoffs
- Reduce production risk in owned services through improved observability (metrics, traces, alerting) and demonstrated root-cause fixes, not just symptom patches
- Ship API changes that account for client/customer impact (versioning, backwards compatibility) with no unplanned breaking changes to integrators
- Collaborate directly with product managers, customers, and other engineering teams to turn business needs into the right technical tradeoffs
- Contribute full-stack when end-to-end delivery requires it, without backend ownership slipping as a result
- Actively raise the engineering bar in code review and architecture discussions for the team, not just their own PRs
Role-specific Competences
- Production backend engineering experience in Go (or a closely comparable typed language) building and operating APIs and backend systems in production
- API design and lifecycle ownership: versioning, backwards compatibility, and reasoning about customer impact of changes
- Cloud (AWS) and container/orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform); on-prem environment awareness is a plus
- Data and messaging experience: PostgreSQL for storage, NATS for event-driven communication
- Observability experience: building and maintaining dashboards and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry; comfortable distinguishing metrics, logs, and traces during a live incident
- Treats testing, documentation, and code review as core engineering practice, not overhead
- Applies security and quality best practices in a production, customer-facing system
- Good experience in AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Devin, or similar)
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT) and geospatial data (PostGIS, GeoJSON)
KEY COMPETENCES
In addition to the requirements above, we evaluate candidates on these key qualities throughout the hiring process:
Intellectual Firepower: Rapidly comprehends, structures and synthesizes complex information, draws accurate conclusions, and communicates them with clarity.
Passion & Work Ethic: Brings sustained motivation, resilience, and high personal standards to every challenge.
Ownership & Action: Assumes full accountability for outcomes, acting decisively, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams, contributing to shared success, and engaging in constructive debate.
Integrity & Growth Mindset: Operates with transparency and humility, learns from setbacks, and actively seeks opportunities to grow.

- Pragmatic Engineering: Design simple, maintainable architectures that prioritize incremental changes, clear documentation, and high-quality code reviews to ensure safe deployments.
