About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

An overview of this role
At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and as a People Systems Engineer, you’ll build what keeps it moving. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, and working alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer, you’ll design, build and maintain the automations, integrations and AI-powered workflows that connect Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and the tools that power our global workforce. You’ll own features from request through tested code, deployment and ongoing reliability across Workato, Google Cloud and Claude. With an AI-forward mindset, you’ll rethink how People work gets done, eliminating manual effort and creating streamlined, delightful experiences for team members. If you think like a software engineer, love solving puzzles and want to grow your career at the intersection of people systems, AI and automation in an all-remote, async-first environment, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
Build, test and maintain People system automations and integrations across Workato, Google Cloud Platform, Claude, Workday, Greenhouse and GitLab, owning your features from design through deployment.
Develop integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Slack and internal tools using Workday Web Services (WWS) and Slack’s API and Bot SDK, and build Slack apps and bots that turn manual steps into simple, automated workflows for team members around the world.
Write clean, readable automation code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, stored and versioned in GitLab, with clear documentation and peer code reviews.
Keep pace with a high-growth company by monitoring integration health, troubleshooting failures quickly and fixing root causes so our automations stay reliable at scale.
Ship changes safely through GitLab CI/CD pipelines, following testing, change-management and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT general controls (ITGC) standards with care.
Lead with AI: use AI tools, large language models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, including Claude, every day to accelerate development, prototype AI agents and reimagine how People work gets done, then share what you learn so the whole team moves faster.
Look past the surface of a request to find the real problem, then recommend and build solutions that are durable, scalable and easy to support. Partner with People Technology Analysts on configuration, testing and releases, and with Information Security, IT and AI Engineering on security and standards.
Raise the bar for how automations are architected, documented and maintained, learning from and contributing alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience building automations or integrations, ideally with human resources or business systems.
Experience writing and maintaining code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript, and a willingness to learn Ruby if you haven’t already.
Hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable integration platform as a service (iPaaS) in a production environment.
Experience working with APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP, and an understanding of how data moves between systems.
Proficiency with Git for version control and code review; you treat automation code like production software.
A forward-thinking, AI-forward mindset: you use AI tools every day to automate tasks, speed up development and improve processes, and you’re energized by what AI makes possible next.
The ability to work independently, solve problems with curiosity, come with options and a recommendation, and collaborate openly. You protect highly confidential information and take ownership of code quality, reliable outcomes and the end user’s experience.
Additional relevant experience includes Workday integrations (WWS, Reporting as a Service or Workday Studio), Slack apps or bots, CI/CD pipelines, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services, Docker or Kubernetes, building with LLMs, AI agents or MCP frameworks, SOX ITGC controls, Greenhouse, Serval, Google Workspace, or all-remote and asynchronous work. A related computing degree or equivalent experience is also welcome; none of these is required.
About the team
The People Technology team is building the systems foundation that lets GitLab scale as a global, all-remote company. We’re always raising the bar for what People technology can do, improving reliability, usability and intelligence across the platforms that power our People organization. We work across core systems, integrations, reporting and compliance, and partner closely with stakeholders across time zones to move fast, build with purpose and create seamless experiences that empower people to do their best work. If you want to grow your career building something that matters at a company working at the edge of what’s possible, this is the team.

The Role & Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for taking technical ownership of key workstreams on EnerMech's Azure Databricks data platform, operating across the full platform stack: data modelling and pipeline development in Databricks, the underlying Azure infrastructure, and the CI/CD, DevOps and DataOps practices that keep the platform reliable, secure and scalable.
Working for our Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) function in the Mumbai Shared Service Centre, the role holder operates with a high degree of autonomy, makes and documents architectural decisions, resolves complex platform issues, and is a technical point of contact for the global EBS Team, and business stakeholders.
Key reponsibilities will include:
Design, build, quality and reliable operation of assigned workstreams on the Azure Databricks data platform, from scoping through to production deployment.
Integrity of the medallion data model (bronze/silver/gold) for assigned data domains, ensuring data is modelled, validated, documented and certified for downstream reporting and analytics.
Build and optimise Delta tables and materialized views, with attention to performance at scale.
Design and implement data quality frameworks (preferably DQX or equivalent), including quarantine/error handling and validation against data contracts.
Define job-specific compute configurations appropriate to each workload, balancing performance and cost.
Contribute to and troubleshoot Terraform-managed infrastructure (networking, storage, Key Vaults, Managed DevOps Pools, Dev Centers).
Own and maintain Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, variable groups/libraries, and repository security, permissions and branch policies.
Support environment-level Azure configuration, including subscription-level access, RBAC for user and pipeline (service principal) identities, and Terraform state backend management across multiple storage accounts and environments.
Operate autonomously across a workstream, from scoping through to production deployment.
Use AI-assisted tooling to support day-to-day development, validating outputs against authoritative sources (architecture decisions, technical leads, documentation) before acting on them.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including across time zones with colleagues in the UK, Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
The Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
Our Workforce Management team's primary focus is to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time, so customers, merchants, and delivery partners get help as quickly and reliably as possible. The team brings a people-first mindset paired with strategy and operations to achieve its goals, moving quickly, applying first-principles thinking, and focusing on problem-solving to ensure seamless execution. The team manages workforce capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time operations for a large and growing global network of in-house and outsourced support centers, with the goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience reliably, at scale.
About the Role
As a Manager, Workforce Planning, you will lead planning for our rider and merchant support ops, own KPI performance, and partner cross-functionally to keep staffing supply aligned with business priorities.
This role flexes across two tracks depending on team needs and where your strengths lie: an Audience-facing track, where you act as the primary bridge between a specific line of business and the Workforce Management function, translating business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting; and a Technical track, where you directly supervise the in-house and outsourced sites, focusing on the technical accuracy of capacity models and the tools behind them. Both tracks require a leader who can navigate ambiguity, identify root causes through data, and manage up and across with clarity and confidence.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Own capacity plans and scheduling coverage across an integrated scope spanning in-house and outsourced/vendor sites
Own KPI performance — service level, occupancy, over/under staffing, and quality — and lead root-cause analysis and recovery planning when performance slips
Anticipate staffing risks and deviations before they affect service, and put proactive mitigation plans in place
Lead goal-setting for your area and track progress, translating results into clear updates for leadership
Partner cross-functionally to align staffing supply with evolving business priorities, and drive process and efficiency improvements
Communicate performance, blockers, and root causes clearly to leadership while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
Act as the primary bridge between your assigned line of business and the Workforce Management function
Translate business goals into capacity plans and performance reporting that keep service levels on track
Manage outsourced/vendor relationships tied to your audience, holding partners accountable to staffing commitments and service level targets
Build trust and influence with business stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs and risks clearly and proactively
Own the technical accuracy of capacity models, forecasting methodology, and underlying assumptions
Ensure planning tools and systems are used to their full potential, and lead improvements to the models, templates, and tools themselves
Translate high-level goals into precise, data-driven staffing blueprints the broader team can execute against
We're excited about you because…
You have 5-7 years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations, including experience leading or directly managing a team
You're fluent in workforce management fundamentals: capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, shrinkage, and occupancy
You bring strong analytical rigor and are comfortable with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
You have a track record of driving measurable performance improvements across cross-functional teams
You're a confident, clear communicator, able to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy solving complex problems
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
You have experience managing outsourced/vendor relationships, including staffing commitments and service level accountability
You're a skilled business partner, comfortable owning KPI outcomes and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders outside of WFM
You bring hands-on experience with workforce management software (e.g., NICE, Verint, Genesys, or Aspect) and forecasting/capacity modeling methodology
You've improved planning tools, models, or templates, and enjoy going deep on the technical mechanics behind a capacity plan
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

: At the intersection of technology and human potential, we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible, crafting a future where innovation and human capabilities merge in powerful, unprecedented ways.
Why Join Us?
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead.
And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, APAC
From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will drive the transition from manual, repetitive legacy work to more accurate, streamlined, and automated models, dashboards, and data feeds. Your work will change from week-to-week and month-to-month as you partner with FP&A to redesign how the team plans and forecasts, build new dashboards, and train AI agents to do the tedious stuff automatically. We need someone who combines financial acumen with technical know-how — translating model assumptions and drivers into the right long-term solution, whether that's a Pigment model, a Python script, or an AI agent. You'll also own the trustworthiness of the numbers Finance leaders rely on, building systematic data-quality checks and partnering with the Data/Analytics Engineering team to resolve upstream data issues. And because a fix that only you can maintain isn't really a fix, you'll document your models clearly enough that analysts without a Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes — empowering the team with tools that completely solve problems without manual workarounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Pigment, BigQuery, NetSuite, Omni, Sigma, Claude Code
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with FP&A business partners across Sales & Marketing, R&D, and G&A to understand how each team plans, forecasts, and reports today, then work together to identify manual, repetitive Finance work that Pigment integrations, Python scripts, and AI agents can streamline and automate.
Own the end-to-end build of new and migrated Pigment models — data blocks, formulas, workflows, dashboards, and views — turning fuzzy business asks from FP&A into technical solutions people actually want to use.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of our Pigment architecture, ensuring we avoid a tangled mess of metrics, dimensions, and boards and keep our tools easy-to-navigate.
Team up with your peers on the Finance Systems team to build durable integrations between Pigment, BigQuery, and other finance systems, so the data everyone needs shows up accurately and automatically instead of through manual workarounds.
Put systematic data-quality checks in place — reconciliations, change monitoring, variance alerts — so business partners can trust the numbers without manual effort.
Document what you build clearly enough that a Finance analyst with no Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes.
Loop in the Data/Analytics Engineering team when a request needs a new data connection or you find an upstream data problem.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or analytics engineering, with hands-on work in an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) — or an equivalent analytics-engineering background (SQL, dbt, Python) with a strong interest in moving into EPM/finance systems work.
Proven experience using AI agents/LLM tooling to automate finance workflows.
Ability to sit with a Finance stakeholder, listen to a messy description of “how we currently do this,” and come back with a well-scoped technical plan.
Working proficiency in Python — or willingness and ability to learn via Claude Code or Codex.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar).
High attention to detail — this role will work on models that inform real business decisions, so the ability to audit models and build intuition on outputs matter as much as speed.
Strong communication skills — able to explain a data discrepancy or a modeling trade-off to someone without a systems or data background.
Bonus Skills
Prior experience inside an FP&A or corporate finance function (not just building tools for one from the outside), ideally supporting a Sales, R&D, or G&A finance function specifically.
Prior experience building a Sales Capacity/Planning model or a Supply Chain model in Pigment, Anaplan, or another similar planning platform.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Omni.
Experience with dbt or another data-transformation framework.
