ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they sell into. As a Majors AE covering some of the key EMEA markets, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-new revenue and platform expansion. You will work alongside Solutions Engineers, Partner Manager, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to bring Vercel's platform into some of the most digitally ambitious and transformational companies in the region.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and execute multi-year account plans across a curated set of named Major Accounts, with hyperscalers, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one
Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership, rigorous discovery, executive alignment, and multi-threaded deal execution spanning engineering, product, procurement, legal, and the C-suite
Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation as measurable operational levers
Own complex commercial negotiations and establish Vercel as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner embedded in your accounts' roadmaps for web and AI transformation
What you need
5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a demonstrated track record of closing six and seven-figure deals in major or strategic accounts
Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — you know how to activate a hyperscaler or SI/ISV relationship to open doors and accelerate deals, not just name-drop them
Fluent in English and local language requirements based on the territory you’re focused on
Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO
A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, builds executive relationships from scratch, and sequences complex accounts to maximise long-term revenue
Fluent in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
Able to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership — without leaning on a solutions engineer as a crutch
A value seller who leads with business outcomes and customer pain, not feature lists
Bonus if you
Have a background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML
Come with existing relationships at AWS, GCP, Azure, or major SI/ISV players active in the UK and Northern Europe markets
Have experience navigating ELAs, global framework agreements, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries
Have sold into media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — verticals where Vercel has strong traction in the UK market
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London based pay range for this role is 200,000 - 270,000 GBP OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. ROLE OVERVIEW
Higgsfield AI is looking for a highly commercial, product-minded Senior Account Executive to help scale our product-led growth and enterprise expansion motion during a period of hypergrowth.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Growth, helping convert product adoption into long-term commercial expansion across strategic accounts. The ideal candidate has experience working at a PLG-first company, a usage-based SaaS business, or a credit-based GenAI platform where revenue growth came from expanding existing customer relationships, increasing usage, and turning power users into enterprise accounts.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong customer instincts, operational rigor, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT-LED REVENUE GROWTH
- Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding contracts, and growing long-term account value.
- Partner with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for increased product adoption across teams, workflows, and use cases.
- Structure pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer usage signals into actionable revenue opportunities.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & SOLUTIONS
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.
- Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product.
- Translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers across creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.
GTM STRATEGY & SCALE
- Help refine Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Surface customer insights, product feedback, and market trends to improve adoption and expansion.
- Bring operational structure to account management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies.
- Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred.
- Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption.
- Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly operational and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data and customer insights to drive growth.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments. We partner closely with government program managers, technical leads, and system integrators across the full lifecycle, from pre-award shaping and evaluations through post-deployment expansion. We are building the federal go-to-market motion from the ground up, and every team member has a direct hand in shaping how LangChain is adopted across the federal landscape.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Federal Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing GTM team and lead LangChain's expansion into U.S. federal agencies. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — helping technical teams at DoD, Civilian, and IC agencies discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, solutions engineering, and professional services to shape how AI agent infrastructure gets adopted across government. If you're a relationship-driven seller who understands the federal landscape and wants to be part of building a go-to-market motion from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and manage the full federal sales cycle, from lead stage to close with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through
- Act as a trusted advisor to federal prospects and customers — including DoD, Civilian Agencies, and IC — learning their mission requirements and demonstrating how LangChain's products solve real problems
- Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with solutions engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value in government environments
- Navigate federal procurement mechanisms — GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contracts — to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with speed and precision
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency decision-makers, program managers, and contracting officers, as well as system integrator partners (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos) and resellers (e.g., Carahsoft) who help drive and support deal flow
- Stay on top of the federal AI landscape — agency priorities, executive orders, budget cycles, and competitor activity — to educate customers and shape LangChain's federal strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships and support post-sale success in partnership with our Deployed Engineering and support teams
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms and work with legal to redline contracts
- Bring federal customer insights back to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap and improve the user experience
- Help define and iterate on our federal sales playbook — your input will help shape how we go to market in this segment
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 7+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers, with at least 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets — ideally $2M+ ARR annually
- You have deep familiarity with federal procurement: GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, and direct agency contract vehicles
- You can translate complex technical concepts — LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs — into mission-aligned value for both technical and non-technical government buyers
- You have established relationships across federal agencies and the system integrator ecosystem
- Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision-makers at agencies
- You thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and are energized by impact — you want to help build the federal playbook, not just follow one
- Driven and solutions-oriented; you know how to navigate procurement roadblocks and keep complex deals moving forward
- Passionate about generative AI and excited to help federal customers navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape
- You exemplify our operating principles:
- You are motivated to build something great: you hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact in every customer interaction and internal deliverable
- You embrace hot takes: you bring informed opinions about the federal AI market, challenge assumptions, and engage in constructive debate with your team
- You operate with maximum agency: you take ownership of your territory, move deals forward independently, and help cross-functional partners stay unblocked
- You run to the roar: you lean into the complexity of government procurement, long deal cycles, and ambiguous buying processes — and find a way through
NICE TO HAVE
- Active or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI orchestration and observability tools
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6), or other federal compliance and authorization frameworks
- Existing relationships with federal-focused system integrators and resellers (e.g., Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, Carahsoft)
- Prior experience building a federal GTM motion at an early-stage or growth-stage company

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.

- Drive proof-of-concept efforts, working with sales engineers and product experts to demonstrate tangible value
- Stay on top of product updates and industry trends to educate customers and shape the conversation around GenAI adoption
