ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for Ramp Accounts Receivable https://ramp.com/accounts-receivable, which brings the work behind getting paid into one connected workflow. You will help finance teams make invoicing, follow-up on unpaid balances, payment matching, and accounting handoffs useful and repeatable. You will own the customer-facing implementation and adoption plan, partner with the broader account team and specialists as needed, and help build a clear playbook for future launches. This role is a strong fit for a customer success or implementation professional who understands finance workflows and enjoys creating structure as a product grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Discover how customers create invoices, follow up on unpaid balances, match payments, handle exceptions, and update their accounting records.
- Choose a practical first workflow with the customer, then lead the plan from setup through first use, training, and repeat adoption.
- Align Controllers, AR operators, account teams, and technical partners on prerequisites, responsibilities, decisions, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve adoption blockers, and escalate payment-matching or accounting integration issues with clear evidence and context.
- Communicate customer progress and value in terms of time saved, visibility, and a more reliable invoice-to-cash process.
- Document customer learnings in reusable discovery, onboarding, and handoff practices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Roughly 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success, onboarding, implementations, or a related customer-facing role; level is flexible based on experience.
- A record of personally leading post-sale implementation or workflow adoption from discovery through first use and continued use.
- Ability to map a finance workflow, find manual handoffs or blockers, and turn the findings into a practical customer plan.
- Clear communication with finance stakeholders and cross-functional partners, including ownership of next steps and thoughtful escalation.
- Comfort working without a mature playbook and improving the process for future customers.
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, or payment matching.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP integrations, or accounting-system handoffs.
- Experience in finance software or with finance-led customer implementations.

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Program Delivery team. In this role, you’ll own delivery processes and coordinate execution across Core (Platform), Project DevOps, Streaming, and Staff Engineers.
You’ll need to understand what we’re building, why it matters, and how it works — getting into technical details, understanding dependencies and trade-offs, and using that context to help teams plan and deliver.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll stay close to the work, follow through on dependencies and blockers, and work with Team Leads to keep execution moving. You’ll also connect technical teams with business stakeholders, translating business priorities into delivery plans and explaining technical constraints and their impact.
Responsibilities
Establish practical delivery processes, help Team Leads apply them consistently, and onboard new Team Leads into agreed practices.
Keep plans, timelines, delivery status, and risks current and visible to teams and stakeholders.
Align plans with available capacity, accounting for operational work and technical debt, and ensure work is sufficiently understood, decomposed, and estimated before commitments are made.
Work with Engineering and Product stakeholders to resolve competing priorities and make the impact of new requests and scope changes clear.
Coordinate dependencies across teams, drive resolution of blockers, and escalate with clear options and decisions needed.
Drive delivery coordination for major technical initiatives, maintaining shared milestones and alignment across the teams and functions involved.
Define useful delivery metrics, ensure reliable data, and follow through on improvements.
Ensure delivery tools and workflows support agreed practices.
You will thrive if you have:
5+ years in Delivery, Project, or Technical Program Management within software engineering environments.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams.
Experience managing delivery hands-on and improving planning and execution practices.
Strong skills in capacity planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery metrics.
Ability to discuss architecture, technical constraints, and trade-offs and understand their impact on delivery.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including aligning technical and business stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and resolving disagreements.
An analytical mindset, ownership, and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the product and technical context.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:
EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.

Investment in your growth: paid language courses and access to suited-for-you development programs, including conferences, training programs, and coaching to support your professional journey.
A culture of recognition: a peer reward program to celebrate your contributions.
A fully equipped office in Limassol’s city center, with everything you need for deep work and collaboration.

GeoWay
is the core routing and ETA engine powering every inDrive trip globally—supporting city rides, intercity, freight, and deliveries across 1,200+ cities, 400M+ downloads, and over 9 billion transactions. We build our entire stack in-house, from road graph creation and real-time traffic estimation using proprietary GPS traces to custom cost functions and travel-time prediction. Based alongside our engineering team in Cairo, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of this mission-critical platform.
In this role, you will tackle routing challenges that off-the-shelf global vendors cannot solve. You will lead products built for the world’s most demanding road environments—navigating unmapped streets, dynamic local driving norms, severe GPS multipath, and low-connectivity edge devices across markets like Cairo, Lagos, Karachi, and Jakarta. If you are driven by solving complex algorithmic and geospatial problems at massive scale, this team is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own & Defend the Routing Roadmap:
Set the strategic sequencing for the routing platform, balancing conflicting priorities across six distinct business verticals and defending technical trade-offs with clear rationale.
Ship Rigorous Experiments & Measure Impact:
Launch routing and algorithm changes behind controlled A/B tests, personally evaluating outcomes against core metrics: travel-time error distribution, pre-pickup cancellation rates, and driver earnings per online hour.
Partner Deeply with Backend & ML Engineering:
Collaborate daily on technical feasibility within strict latency and compute budgets, authoring precise, production-ready product specs that routing engineers can directly execute against.
Size Every Problem Before Building:
Quantify the exact opportunity cost of defects and enhancements beforehand, determining trip exposure, bottom-line financial value, and the theoretical ceiling of any proposed fix.
Ground Data in On-the-Ground Reality:
Conduct direct field research by riding with local drivers and couriers across global markets, observing route failures firsthand and translating real-world edge cases into structured data queries.
Protect Platform Integrity with Data:
Serve as the gatekeeper of route quality, leveraging hard evidence to push back against requests—even from senior stakeholders—that risk degrading core platform performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Product Track Record:
4+ years of product management experience, with a proven history of shipping measurable features where you can define the baseline, final outcome, and underlying denominator.
Technical & Systems Literacy:
Strong technical fluency with data pipelines and distributed backend systems; comfortable identifying system edge cases and contributing actively to engineering design reviews.
Autonomous Data Analysis:
Proficiency in writing your own SQL queries to analyze large datasets, evaluate data pipelines, and diagnose root causes independently.
Statistical & Error Metric Mastery:
Deep understanding of error distributions, with the ability to look past simple averages to analyze distribution tails, variance, and segment-specific drivers.
Rigorous Experimentation:
Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests from scratch, including establishing pre-launch hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and post-experiment analysis.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).
Why join us

About the role
Descript's script-based editing features are at the heart of why creators trust us for their highest-stakes content. Product launches. Client interviews. Marketing campaigns. Content that represents them to their audiences.
As Lead Product Manager of the Narrative Editing team, you'll own how users capture, edit, and perfect their stories. You'll shape the script-first editing that makes video as simple as a document, the recording and writing tools that let users create without leaving Descript, and the AI regeneration features that make edits feel seamless and natural.
This is an opportunity to shape features that professional creators depend on while working with cutting-edge AI, a product users love, and a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible.
What you’ll do
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their creative goals, and the evolving AI video landscape — and use those insights to guide the editor roadmap
Bring Descript's taste for great video into interactions and defaults, so creators naturally produce polished, professional work
Continuously expand our editing capabilities with frontier AI technology by partnering with our AI Research team, launching features like video regeneration and automatic speaker identification
Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that help users achieve their end-to-end video workflows directly in Descript
Ensure Descript scales reliably for larger teams and more complex workflows
Who you are
You’ve built deceptively powerful tools:
You have 5 or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple enough for everyone, but scale to handle sophisticated use cases. You are a systems-minded product thinker who excels at designing intuitive experiences for complex, end-to-end workflows.
You start with the customer
: Plenty of “AI products” start with the technology and they all suck. You care deeply about understanding customers, and have experience in doing customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems.
You are a fog sculptor
: There are aspects to our editor and its design that do not have real competitors yet. The product intuition and design conventions have not been decided. You are attracted to ambiguous problems, know how to ask smart questions, and translate ideas into action.
You care about craft:
Our product is not a hype machine that runs on empty promises and vaporware. We think our product will be successful because people love to use it. That means you sweat the details. But without the sweat, because you aren’t stressed out.
You are funny, creative, maybe kind of weird
: Ok, this isn’t a hard requirement but Descript is kind of a quirky place and the people who love it tend to
like
that about working here. So, just want to drop a hint early on. Also, the sense of humor is important because even though we take our work seriously it’s still just, like, video creation and editing. We aren’t flying rockets into space so let’s all have a good time.
The base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.
