About Your Team
At Eneba, we’re building a global gaming ecosystem, with our marketplace at its core. As we grow, we have an opportunity to make Eneba a stronger, more recognisable choice for gamers - through campaigns that earn attention, build trust and give people a reason to buy and return.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to own that connection across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns. You’ll lead specialists who know their channels, bring a clear creative direction and work with teams across the business to turn ambitious ideas into campaigns with measurable impact.
There’s a strong foundation to build on and room to shape what comes next. You’ll have ownership of the strategy while staying close to the work: developing concepts, challenging creative decisions and using customer insights to choose where to invest. We’re looking for someone who has delivered through a team and still enjoys getting into the details that make a campaign work.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns, setting clear priorities that connect brand trust, customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Create and lead ambitious campaigns, bringing original concepts and turning them into experiences that work across channels, from first impression to purchase.
- Build the business case for your ideas, defining the audience, expected impact, budget, resources and measures of success.
- Find growth opportunities in customer behaviour, using funnel data and audience insights to improve conversion, encourage repeat purchases and bring customers back.
- Stay hands-on with the creative work, shaping briefs, sharpening messages and challenging copy and visuals to make every campaign stronger.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, challenging senior specialists to raise the bar and take their channels further, while developing junior talent into confident, independent owners of their work.
- Bring teams together around a shared campaign direction, aligning plans with Product, Performance Marketing, Influencers, Partnerships and other key teams.
- Turn company insights and product developments into compelling stories, working with PR specialists to earn relevant coverage and strengthen Eneba’s reputation.
- Build AI into how the team works, improving research, creative development and testing while maintaining a high standard for published work.
- Balance bigger creative bets with ongoing experiments, using results to decide what to scale, improve or stop.
Requirements
- A track record of turning original ideas into successful campaigns, with clear examples of concepts you developed, decisions you owned and business results you delivered - backed by data, a clear case for investment and forecasts you measured actual performance against.
- Experience building and leading marketing teams, challenging senior specialists, developing junior talent and holding people accountable for results.
- Strong creative and commercial judgement, with the ability to recognise a promising idea, make the case for investment and decide what to prioritise.
- A hands on approach to leadership, staying close enough to the work to sharpen a concept, improve a brief or investigate why a campaign underperformed.
- Experience connecting multiple marketing channels around a shared campaign, audience and business goal.
- Confidence working with customer insights and performance data, using customer journeys, segmentation and experiments to improve conversion and repeat purchases.
- A solid understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing and how they contribute to customer engagement, retention and revenue.
- An understanding of PR and earned media, and how to work with specialists to build trust and tell stories people care about. Direct PR experience is welcome but not essential.
- Practical experience using AI in marketing workflows, with examples of how it improved research, creative development, testing or team productivity.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to give clear feedback, make a convincing case and align people across teams.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale unique products.
- Various bonus systems: performance based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
Please attach CV's in English.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Product marketing at Honeycomb is a small team with a wide surface area. We decide how Honeycomb is positioned, what we say at launch, what the sales team brings into a deal, and how an engineer who has never heard of us understands the product in the first two minutes. Because the team is small, the work is broad: in one week you might rewrite a product page, build a competitive one-pager, interview a customer, and run the launch checklist for a new feature.
This role is built for someone early in a product marketing career who wants to systematically improve the customer buying journey. As a product and messaging expert, you will partner with go-to-market teams to drive business impact through sales and marketing campaigns. You will get real ownership of real launches, and you will have senior product marketers, a technical field team, and engineers who like explaining their work close at hand. Our audience is engineers and platform teams, so the bar is accuracy first: we would rather be precise and useful than clever.
What you’ll do in the role:
You will support and execute product marketing across Honeycomb's core products, with a generalist mix of messaging, launches, content, enablement, and competitive work. Expect to start by contributing to pieces of each and to own more of them over your first year.
Responsibilities
Messaging and positioning:
Write and maintain messaging for features and product areas, from the one-sentence version an engineer reads on a web page to the slide a sales engineer uses in a technical conversation. Keep it accurate and grounded in what the product actually does.
Launches:
Run launch execution for small and mid-sized releases and support the larger ones. Build the plan, write the assets, coordinate Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, and report on how the launch performed.
Content:
Produce the practical material that helps people evaluate and adopt Honeycomb: blog posts, solution briefs, web copy, demo scripts, FAQs, and customer-facing one-pagers.
Sales enablement:
Equip the field with what they need to run a good conversation, including pitch narratives, objection handling, battlecards, and release updates. Join customer calls, listen to recorded ones, and fix the material that isn't landing.
Competitive and market intelligence:
Track the observability market and competitor moves. Maintain competitive assets and keep them current and honest, so the field trusts them.
Voice of customer and proof points:
Talk to customers and prospects, turn what you hear into case studies, quotes, and proof points, and bring the patterns back to Product and Marketing.
Measurement:
Help define what success looks like for your work, pull the data, and share what you learn, including the things that didn't work.
What you’ll bring to the role:
2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, or in a closely adjacent go-to-market role such as content marketing, sales engineering, technical writing, developer relations, or product management, with at least some of it in B2B SaaS.
Strong writing. You can take a dense technical explanation and turn it into something short, accurate, and useful, and you can tell the difference between the two yourself.
Curiosity about technical products and the patience to learn how they work. You ask engineers questions until you actually understand the answer, and you are comfortable in a product that assumes a technical user.
Passion about the team winning: Sales, marketing, and product teams will depend on you to succeed. Their success is your success, but you’re not simply an order taker: you look for the smart solutions and don’t wait to be asked.
The ability to run a project across teams without formal authority: setting a timeline, chasing the open items, and telling people clearly when something has slipped.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. Our priorities move, the team is small, and the best work here comes from people who start rather than wait for a brief.
Willingness to use data to decide and to evaluate your own work honestly.
Demonstrated experience applying AI tooling in your work.
Nice to have
Exposure to observability, developer tools, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, platform engineering, or reliability and SLO practices. We will teach this, but a head start helps.
Experience marketing to engineers as the primary audience.
Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM tooling, including coding agents and MCP-based workflows.
Experience with webinars, conference talks, or community programs.
Experience working in a fully distributed company.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$171,000
—
$261,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

- Experience delivering broadcast and playback capabilities across web, iOS, and Android in partnership with client engineering teams.
- Strong foundations in distributed systems, APIs, data storage, caching, queues, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience evaluating and integrating video vendors, including understanding SDK limitations, quotas, scaling constraints, and pricing models.
- A strong operational mindset, with experience defining video quality metrics, running load tests, debugging production issues, and supporting on-call coverage for live systems and major events.
- Experience operating cloud-native systems using technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar backend language, with a commitment to hands-on engineering.
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly, guide cross-functional decisions, and translate ambiguous needs into a technical roadmap.
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards that improve system quality and team effectiveness.
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't match every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. An overview of this role
As a Lead Investor Relations team member at GitLab, you'll help rebuild our investor relations (IR) processes and shape how we communicate GitLab's strategy and performance to the public markets. Working closely with our VP of Finance Strategy & Operations, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and executive team, you'll be a senior individual contributor with broad ownership of investor communications and relationships. You'll connect insights from across the business to explain our technical products, evolving business models, and long-term investment thesis.
What You’ll Do
Lead key workstreams of the quarterly earnings process, including messaging, scripts, questions and answers, data collection and synthesis, and conference call preparation; build repeatable processes with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
Gather insights from research and development, Product, Sales, and other business leaders to explain GitLab's strategy, technical products, and business model transitions in investor communications and board materials.
Own relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community, monitor analyst models and consensus against our forecast, and flag gaps or risks to the head of IR and CFO.
Prepare the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CFO, and other executives for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows; lead investor calls independently when executives aren't available, explaining how GitLab's business works and answering investor questions.
Analyze peer and competitor earnings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, and investor days; maintain benchmarking analyses and deliver quantitative and qualitative insights for executive and board discussions.
Track GitLab's shareholder base and recommend investor targeting strategies to expand and maintain key ownership positions.
Draft and review earnings decks, shareholder letters, fact sheets, and IR website content; partner with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Strategy to keep messaging consistent, accurate, and compliant with disclosure requirements, including Regulation Fair Disclosure (Regulation FD).
Plan and deliver Investor Day with the head of IR to communicate GitLab's long-term story, alongside investor outreach, non-deal roadshows, and corporate access events.
What You’ll Bring
Experience evaluating software businesses from a buy-side or sell-side investment perspective, gained through investing, equity research, investor relations, or a related field.
Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to identify the business drivers that shape investor expectations.
Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations, and explaining technical software products, evolving business models, and financial performance clearly in writing and conversation. You can work directly with senior executives and offer an informed point of view.
Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Regulation FD, and public company disclosure practices.
Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools, experience with IR and market data platforms, and experience using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve workflows or a willingness to develop that capability.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an all-remote, asynchronous-first environment, with an approach that reflects GitLab's values, especially transparency and efficiency.
Nice to have: prior experience building an internal IR function.
About the team

Bring structured demand signal back into product and operations
Qualifications
Must have

The Agency Sales Lead – MENA is a senior commercial position responsible for securing holding-level media agreements with the Big 5 agency holding groups (Omnicom including IPG, WPP, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu and Havas) and converting them into committed, long-term budgets for inDrive Ads. Operating from Dubai, you will use your inside knowledge of how the holdings plan, negotiate and allocate client investment, together with existing senior relationships across their investment, trading and planning teams, to secure inDrive a place on the media plans of top global and regional brands.
As the first commercial lead for agency holdings in the region, you will own each agreement from initial conversation through negotiation, signature and activation, collaborating with internal Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to build the contracting framework the holdings require. Agreements secured in MENA are the starting point: once proven, you will extend them with the holdings' regional and global teams into other inDrive markets. Additionally, you will serve as a primary intelligence channel, gathering holding requirements to directly inform global product and feature roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets tied to committed budgets under holding agreements and the regional sales bonus structure.
Negotiate and execute annual and multi-year media agreements with the Big 5 holdings and their investment and trading units (trading agreements, joint business plans, preferred partner deals), covering budget commitments, pricing, incentives and inventory access.
Build and maintain direct relationships with the decision-makers who allocate advertiser budgets: heads of media investment and trading, heads of planning and buying, and client leads on top global and regional brand accounts.
Secure inDrive's inclusion on holding preferred partner lists and on the annual media plans of top global brands, and grow committed spend year on year.
Extend successful MENA agreements to the holdings' regional and global teams to unlock budgets across other inDrive markets.
Manage end-to-end contract execution by partnering with internal Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting teams to establish contracting, billing and compliance workflows that meet holding requirements.
Run joint business planning and quarterly business reviews with each holding, tracking committed versus delivered spend.
Gather structured holding feedback on measurement, data, formats and trading requirements, synthesizing it into recommendations that inform global Product team feature development and roadmap prioritization.
Execute seamless commercial handoffs of signed agreements and campaign briefs to central Account Management and AdOps teams for setup, execution and retention, while remaining accountable for delivery against commitments.
Maintain accurate agreement status, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting within the CRM system.
Travel across MENA and to holding regional and global hubs as required.
Qualifications
10+ years in digital media, including at least 5 years inside a Big 5 media agency holding group (Omnicom/IPG, WPP, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu, Havas) in media investment, trading, planning and buying, or senior client leadership roles.
Proven track record of negotiating and closing holding-level media agreements, trading deals or joint business plans with committed annual budgets, from either the agency or the media owner side.
Established, active relationships with heads of media investment, trading and planning at a minimum of 3 Big 5 holdings in Dubai and across MENA.
In-depth understanding of how holdings allocate client budgets: annual planning cycles, preferred partner selection, trading terms and incentives, and internal approval processes.
Demonstrated ability to navigate internal corporate matrix environments to shepherd contracts, legal reviews, and financial approvals through to execution.
Proven capability to translate market demands and client feedback into structured recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
Sell-side experience (platform, publisher or ad-tech) selling into the holdings after an agency career.
Relationships with holding regional or global leadership beyond MENA.
Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic; French is highly advantageous for North African market coverage.
Prior experience in digital media sales within a rapid-growth ad-tech, mobile app, retail media, or marketplace platform.
Strong commercial understanding of first-party mobility data, intent targeting, and context-driven advertising strategies.
Strong commercial instincts and curiosity for advertising technology and evolving media solutions, combined with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset and genuine excitement for building and scaling something new.

As a

, you'll own the top of our sales funnel, from identifying the right companies through booking qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll build a predictable pipeline from scratch, targeting companies that could realistically hire offshore staff, and find the buying signals that show when a business is ready to build a remote team.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll work closely with our sales team and internal leadership to test new channels, refine our ideal customer profile, and hand over opportunities that are warm, qualified, and ready to close.
Your success will be measured not only by the number of qualified meetings you generate, but also by the quality of those opportunities, your creativity in finding new ways to reach prospects, and the long-term clients they turn into.

Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and less conventional channels. Test, measure, and double down on what converts.
Qualify and warm up prospects so our sales team receives opportunities that are ready to close.
Keep our CRM clean and accurate. Report full-funnel metrics from first touch through closed client, and use them to improve results month over month.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years in B2B lead generation, with a proven record of generating clients for a staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO firm itself (not for one of its clients).
You can share real funnel numbers, including outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, and closed clients, as well as the KPIs you were held to.
You can build targeted lead lists and find buying signals on your own. You're creative with outreach and don't depend on an expensive stack of paid tools.
You have hands-on experience with at least one CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho) and keep detailed, up-to-date prospect and opportunity records.
You write and speak English excellently, and you're comfortable owning targets independently in a fully remote setup.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience running qualification or discovery calls before handing prospects over to sales
Familiarity with the Western SMB market (US, UK, EU, AU) and its offshore hiring needs
Experience with cold calling or appointment-setting software
Experience with corporate markets, such as accounting
Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.) to speed up research and personalization
Experience with outreach beyond cold email and LinkedIn, such as partnerships, referrals, events, communities, or content-led prospecting
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for someone who:

Takes ownership of results rather than waiting for leads to come to them.
Spots opportunities and buying signals that others miss.
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you're building from scratch.

Enjoys starting conversations with business owners and understands how great offshore talent helps companies grow.

to fuel our growth by connecting us with the companies that need great offshore teams the most.
If you're passionate about finding opportunities others miss, starting meaningful conversations, and helping businesses grow through great people, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a
Lead Generation Specialist
, you'll own the top of our sales funnel, from identifying the right companies through booking qualified meetings for our sales team.
Role Details
Commitment:
Part-Time/Full-Time
Working Hours:
Flexible with overlap across international clients
Location:
Fully Remote
Engagement:
Independent Contractor
Start Date:
ASAP
Monthly Rate:
Competitive rate based on experience, consisting of base pay + high incentives
What You'll Do
Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with companies looking to hire offshore staff.
Define and refine the ideal customer profile. Spot buying signals (hiring activity, growth triggers, operational strain) that show when a company is ready to offshore.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
Is driven by targets and motivated by seeing the pipeline grow.
Takes ownership of results rather than waiting for leads to come to them.
Spots opportunities and buying signals that others miss.
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you're building from scratch.
Handles rejection with resilience and keeps outreach consistent day after day.
Gets creative with outreach instead of relying on expensive tools or one-size-fits-all templates.
Balances high activity with high-quality, well-qualified opportunities.
Is data-driven, tracking every number in the funnel and using it to improve.
Enjoys starting conversations with business owners and understands how great offshore talent helps companies grow.

About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Our media organization is growing, and strong performance at scale requires more than talented Media Buyers.
We need leaders who can build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow teams to deliver consistently as client volume grows.
The Media Operations Manager will manage Media Buying teams while owning the systems that support their performance. You will be responsible for turning a group of capable individuals into a well-run operating unit.
You will work closely with Media Buying leadership and cross-functional teams to improve execution, capacity, quality, and team performance.
What You'll Own
Build the team operating system
You will establish clear workflows, operating rhythms, standards, and accountability mechanisms for the teams you manage.
You will determine what needs to happen consistently across accounts and build practical systems that make that possible.
Manage team performance
You will lead Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Media Analysts and hold the team accountable for performance, quality, and execution.
You will create a clear feedback loop between individual performance, team performance, and client outcomes.
Improve operational efficiency
You will identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, unnecessary manual work, and gaps in communication.
You will redesign processes and introduce tools, automation, and documentation where they create meaningful improvements.
Manage capacity and resources
You will monitor workload across teams and make recommendations around account allocation, hiring, staffing, and resource requirements.
As client volume changes, you will ensure the organization has the capacity to support it.
Develop leaders
You will coach Team Leads and high-potential Media Buyers and help build the next layer of leadership within the organization.
Who You Are
You are an experienced media leader who has moved beyond managing your own accounts.
You understand that good teams need clear expectations, reliable systems, strong managers, and accountability. You enjoy finding the reason behind recurring problems and fixing the system instead of repeatedly addressing the symptom.
You have strong paid media judgment, but your primary leverage comes from making other people and teams more effective.
You are comfortable operating with incomplete information and taking ownership of problems that do not come with predefined solutions.
Experience We Value
6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
Strong e-commerce experience
Experience managing Media Buyers, Analysts, Team Leads, or similar professionals
Experience building or improving operating processes and team workflows
Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
Experience with performance management and team development
Experience managing team capacity and resource allocation
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in an agency, growth, or high-volume client environment is valuable
Why Join Advantage HQ
This is an opportunity to help build the operating infrastructure behind a rapidly growing media organization.
You will have significant ownership over how teams work, how performance is measured, how capacity is managed, and how we scale without allowing operational complexity to slow us down.
Compensation & Location
$50,000 - $110,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
We are open to candidates globally.
We care far more about ownership, judgment, and execution than geography.
If you're excited by leading teams, building better operating systems, solving recurring problems, and helping a growing media organization scale, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity
At our scale, operational problems rarely exist within one team.
A process that works for five people may fail at fifty. A training gap in one team can become a performance issue across dozens of accounts. Capacity decisions made too late can affect client delivery.
The Senior Media Operations Manager will be responsible for solving these problems at a broader organizational level.
You will lead multiple media teams and managers while building the systems, standards, and processes that allow Advantage HQ's Media Buying organization to scale.
What You'll Own
Scale the Media Operations system
You will identify what is preventing the media organization from operating more efficiently and build systems to address those constraints.
This includes processes for account management, campaign execution, quality control, reporting, escalation, training, and performance management.
Lead multiple teams and managers
You will manage multiple teams through their respective leaders and establish clear expectations for performance, quality, and leadership.
You will develop Managers and Team Leads rather than becoming the escalation point for every operational issue.
Build performance and quality frameworks
You will define the metrics and operating mechanisms used to understand whether teams are performing effectively.
You will identify trends across accounts and teams and turn those insights into organizational improvements.
Own capacity planning
You will work with leadership to understand client growth, team capacity, hiring requirements, and resource allocation.
You will help the organization anticipate capacity constraints rather than reacting after teams become overloaded.
Drive continuous improvement
You will identify opportunities to use technology, AI, automation, and better processes to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary operational work.
You will establish a culture where teams continuously improve how they operate.
Who You Are
You are a systems thinker who understands paid media deeply and knows how to operate through other leaders.
You are comfortable looking across multiple teams and identifying patterns that individual managers may not see.
You are highly analytical but practical. You care about metrics, but you also understand that systems only work when people actually use them.
You enjoy building structure in environments that are still evolving and are comfortable making decisions without having every answer available.
Experience We Value
8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field
Extensive e-commerce experience
3+ years managing media teams, managers, or multiple team leads
Experience building scalable operating systems and processes
Experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation
Strong understanding of media performance and client delivery
Experience with automation, AI, analytics, or operational technology is valuable
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience in a high-growth agency, performance marketing, or similar environment
Why Join Advantage HQ
You will have the opportunity to help design how a large-scale media organization actually operates.
Your work will influence how teams are structured, how managers lead, how performance is measured, how resources are allocated, and how Advantage HQ scales its media capabilities without sacrificing quality.
Compensation & Location
$60,000 - $120,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
We are open to candidates globally.
We care far more about ownership, judgment, and execution than geography.
If you're excited by building scalable systems, developing leaders, improving operational performance, and solving complex challenges across multiple teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: El Salvador
The Role
You'll own paid media end to end for a set of DTC and e-commerce accounts: onboarding a new client, building their accounts from scratch, and running live campaigns against revenue targets. You're the person the client speaks to about their spend. You explain what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it.
This is a hands-on seat, not an oversight one. You run the accounts yourself.
What You Own
Onboarding a new client
Lead the kickoff: budgets, targets (CPA/ROAS), audiences, and reporting cadence
Audit existing ad accounts, tracking setup, and creative libraries before anything goes live
Agree what good looks like in month one, three, and six
Setting up
Configure ad accounts, pixels, CAPI, and conversion tracking
Build the account structure: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budget splits
Brief creative and feed requirements to the studio team
Running the account
Launch, monitor, and optimise daily against KPIs
Manage budget pacing and move spend where it performs
Run creative, audience, and bidding tests, then scale what works
Own the weekly and monthly client reporting and walk clients through it
Flag risks early. If a target is slipping, the client hears it from you first, with a plan
What You Need
3+ years buying paid media, hands-on, across Meta and Google (TikTok a plus)
A track record in DTC or e-commerce where you owned ROAS or CPA and can talk through specific accounts
Comfortable running client calls solo, including the difficult ones about performance
Strong on tracking and attribution: GA4, pixel, CAPI, and reading the data behind a result
Able to run several accounts at once, start to finish, and keep each one on plan
Nice to Have
Agency background running multiple clients
Feed management and Google Shopping experience
A creative testing framework you've actually used
