Location: Hybrid - London, Berlin
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Professional Services team, you’ll work hands-on-keyboard inside strategic enterprise customers, modernizing legacy frontends to Next.js and building production AI agents. You’ll own the work from technical discovery to shipped TypeScript, whether that’s moving a React app to App Router, auditing a codebase for performance, or deploying agents with Vercel’s eve framework and AI SDK. The role has two profiles: Next.js experts focus on code optimization, performance audits, and SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization), while AI builders scope, design, and ship agents that prove their value. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in London or Berlin.
What you’ll do
Build production AI agents, MCP servers, and agentic workflows with Vercel’s eve framework, AI SDK, and AI Cloud
Lead migrations from legacy React, Vue, and other frameworks to Next.js, including Pages Router to App Router, and automate them where possible
Audit customer codebases for performance bottlenecks and anti-patterns, and deliver roadmaps with measurable improvements
Architect Next.js applications with App Router, Server Components, streaming, and ISR for enterprise scale
Run workshops and pair programming so customer teams can maintain what you ship
What you need
6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (consulting, solutions architecture, forward deployed engineering, or technical founder)
Built and deployed web applications, backend systems, or agentic workflows using AI tooling such as harnesses, skills, and MCP servers
Expert-level TypeScript and React experience shipping production applications
Next.js experts: Led a legacy frontend migration to Next.js, or shipped a production Next.js application using App Router and Server Components
AI builders: Built production LLM agents, including sandbox and filesystem agent patterns and human-in-the-loop flows
Ran technical discovery and presented to executives at enterprise customers, with occasional travel to customer sites
Bonus if you
Led an enterprise AI initiative that shipped production agents replacing manual processes or legacy systems
Diagnosed and fixed LCP, CLS, and INP issues at scale
Contributed to Next.js, React, or AI SDK open source

JetBrains
At JetBrains, we create intelligent tools that help developers work smarter. For more than 25 years, our products—IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, WebStorm, Rider, TeamCity, Space, AI-powered tools, and many others—have been shaping the global software ecosystem. Millions of developers and thousands of companies worldwide rely on JetBrains to build, ship, and scale their software.
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented
Account Manager
to support the largest and most diverse B2B segment at JetBrains. This role covers all global customers without a dedicated Key Account Manager. These accounts range from fast-growing startups to large international organizations, representing substantial potential for expansion, cross-sell, and long-term partnerships.
You will drive new revenue, protect renewals, and help customers adopt more of the JetBrains ecosystem—including IDEs, AI offerings, and team tools. The role combines strategic work with high-value accounts and a programmatic model for long-tail customers at scale.
Two types of strengths we welcome.
Depending on where you shine, your focus may lean towards one of these:
New business.
You enjoy winning new customers. You run the full sales cycle, from discovery calls through to closing, with a focus on driving new revenue and building the pipeline across segments without a dedicated account owner. Expect a high volume of calls and conversations, with lead generation support from agencies and AI-assisted outreach.
Account growth.
You enjoy growing and protecting existing customers. You manage relationships with strategic accounts, expand adoption across the JetBrains ecosystem, and secure renewals.
In this role, you will:
Grow a global portfolio
Manage all B2B customers in your segment who do not have an assigned KAM.
Work with companies of all sizes—startups, scale-ups, and global corporations.
Develop strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product expansion opportunities (IDEs, AI solutions, Team Tools).
Drive new and recurring revenue
Grow new recurring revenue by converting trials, expanding usage, and positioning higher-value editions.
Secure on-time renewals and prevent churn through consistent, proactive engagement.
Analyze account potential and prioritize focus using a data-driven, programmatic approach.
Expand adoption & prevent churn
Monitor product usage, renewal cycles, lead history, support signals, and customer behavior.
Act early on risks and build engagement campaigns (inbound and outbound) across your segment.
Ensure customers gain full value from JetBrains tools and are aware of the broader JetBrains product ecosystem.
Run full-funnel sales motions
Work with inbound leads, trials, demos, evaluations, and outbound opportunities.
Qualify opportunities, run discovery, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the full sales cycle.
Maintain clear next steps and accurate forecasting.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with Customer Success Engineering for technical deep dives and evaluations.
Work with Business Development, Product, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and KAM teams on joint initiatives.
Bring structured customer insights back to influence product strategy and messaging.
Ensure operational excellence
Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline with clear next steps and deal context.
Use segmentation and playbooks to scale outreach across thousands of accounts.
Participate in events, webinars, and community activities to strengthen relationships with the developer audience.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Roughly 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (ideally in SaaS or developer tools).
For new business: hands-on experience in prospecting, discovery calls, and closing deals, and motivation to take a real step up in sales.
A proactive, creative mindset and the ownership to take initiative rather than wait for tasks.
Resilience to rejection and ease with working in an environment where activity and results are tracked in dashboards.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio.
Proven success in upsell, cross-sell, renewal, or expansion motions.
An analytical approach to pipeline management and account prioritization.
Confidence working with technical audiences and motivation to learn JetBrains products deeply.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tooling.

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Strategic Account Executive (Life Sciences) at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team introducing our frontier AI platform to the world's leading life sciences organizations. You'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic, enterprise-scale deals across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations. You'll leverage deep life sciences sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted advisor to industry stakeholders — helping them embed AI into R&D, clinical development, and commercial workflows, and uncovering its full range of capabilities. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you'll continuously sharpen our value proposition, sales motion, and market positioning for life sciences decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is energized by building a new category in an established, highly regulated industry — identifying high-potential accounts across pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations, and running the strategies to win them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products into life sciences enterprises, you'll help these organizations unlock new capabilities while advancing the responsible development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations, carrying and exceeding an individual revenue target
Engage personally with C-level and senior technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of R&D, Heads of Data/AI) — building business cases and value narratives, and navigating complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal review through to production deployment and expansion
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities within your accounts, building and executing account plans that turn strategic relationships into committed revenue
Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence — accurate deal inspection, clear next steps, and predictable, coachable execution across a high-value, long-cycle book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate life sciences-specific needs — R&D, clinical development, commercial — into product and roadmap input
Codify winning use cases, proof points, and reference stories from your deals, partnering with Marketing and Enablement to help scale them across the broader life sciences motion
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic as a visible, trusted voice with customers and at industry events
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in life sciences, with demonstrated success covering bio, pharma, and research organizations
A track record of carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise sales of technical, complex products (API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, data/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS)
Experience winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, including building C-suite relationships, within life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research organizations)
Operational rigor across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders — CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML — and experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to large pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling — GxP compliance, data governance, regulatory and compliance-driven procurement, security review, and the governance expectations of pharma/biotech organizations
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles (12+ months) typical of biopharma R&D and drug development procurement
