Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As a Software Engineer, you'll work on some of the most technically challenging and impactful parts of our product. You will be developing high-performance client-side systems in C++/WebAssembly, extending the multiplayer protocols that make collaborative design possible, and building out the communications layer between C++ and Javascript. Your contributions will help push the boundaries of what's possible in the browser. You'll also help shape our user experience by building features that are fast, accessible, and intuitive—even in the face of complex data models and intermittent connectivity.
This is a highly collaborative role: you'll partner closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to plan, build, and iterate on features that serve millions of users around the world. Whether you're optimizing our core engine, building authoring tools, or crafting new platform abstractions, your work will be key to advancing the future of design.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build core features and frontend infrastructure in a real-time, multiplayer system with a complex in-memory data model (SceneGraph)
Optimize performance and memory usage to deliver a fast, reliable UX in the browser using C++/WebAssembly and TypeScript
Extend our core C++ engine and multiplayer protocols to support scalable design systems, branching/merging flows, and advanced collaboration modes
Design and build APIs and tooling to allow product teams to build against our platform with ease and confidence
Contribute to accessibility strategy and implementation, ensuring our tools are usable by all
Collaborate regularly with cross-functional partners across product, design, and engineering to plan and execute high-impact projects
Write clear, maintainable code and documentation, and contribute to architectural decisions
Mentor and support other engineers through pairing, code review, and feedback
Help drive recruitment and shape our inclusive, high-performance engineering culture
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience shipping user-facing features or products
Strong programming skills in one or more languages relevant to our frontend such as TypeScript, C++, React, Go, Rust, or Python
Experience working with web-based applications, browser performance, or real-time collaborative systems
A track record of working collaboratively across teams and disciplines to deliver complex technical projects
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
2+ years of experience in a technical lead role, especially across multiple teams
Experience with game engines, rendering systems, or other performance-critical applications
Background in developer platforms or API design
Familiarity with WebAssembly, browser internals, or C++ in a frontend context
Passion for crafting collaborative tools and creative workflows
A strong product mindset and attention to user experience
A commitment to continuous learning, inclusion, and helping others grow
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

What You'll Do:
Launch, monitor, and personally run advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, this is a hands-on role, not an oversight or agency-management position.

Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for campaign wrap-ups and client billing.
Collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and client success teams to deliver seamless service.
Contribute to strategy for new ad formats, emerging media, and innovative campaign tactics.
Serve as an in-house expert on ad platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
What you need for this role:

actually running and optimizing campaigns yourself, in your own ads accounts, not just briefing or overseeing an agency. Backgrounds as a User Acquisition Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or Ad Operations Specialist (in-house or agency-side) are all a great fit.
Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Microsoft Ads, or Yandex.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and social media dynamics.
Experience with pixel setup, mobile tracking, and app marketing analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

Limassol office
full-time (this role is on-site only).
What will make us really love you:

You're curious, coachable, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
You communicate confidently with clients and colleagues alike.
You consistently deliver high performance and exceed expectations.

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in more than 80 countries and very few roles based in offices.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing. We are hiring a
Business Services Team Manager
to lead efficient and effective travel, logistics, event, scheduling, expense policy and administration.
This executive role requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting and management. It is a fast-paced and complex operation in the tech industry.
We coordinate large-scale company events which involve travel for hundreds of people from 80+ countries. We run such events four times a year, a significant investment in our ability to shape culture, teamwork, execution plans and strategy. Our team is responsible for travel procurement and logistics, ensuring that these events run efficiently and safely. Visas, travel complications and unexpected situations make this a complex operation to run efficiently, demanding a rigorous approach and high work ethic in the team.
This team also serves as an independent check on expense claim approval, ensuring fairness and consistency across teams and countries. This requires integrity, transparency and accountability, and a willingness to set and politely defend the same expectations of the most senior and most junior colleagues.
Together these responsibilities amount to tens of millions in operational costs and a significant number of tactical and operational decisions.
Our team also provides traditional 'EA' services for company leads, though they do this across departments and as a consistent service rather than as personal assistants; they set and deliver to expectations on specific kinds of work. They schedule meetings, coordinate monthly reports, handle delegated approvals for travel and expenses, work across teams, coordinate with suppliers, and run small projects or initiatives.
Location: Worldwide, home based, except in locations where we have an office, such as London, Taipei and Beijing

Travel approvals, logistics and operations
Expense review in line with policies
Planning of complex company events four times a year

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside large organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll be embedded in Ramp's enterprise accounts, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metrics
- Run executive-level stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including C-suite relationships you own independently
- Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
- Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
- Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
Must-Haves
- Enterprise change management — You've driven workflow adoption inside complex organizations, navigated real resistance from real stakeholders, and have measurable results to show for it. Finance or fintech context is a plus but not required.
- ERP system fluency — You're comfortable working within and around major ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Sage Intacct, or similar). You understand how these systems structure financial data, where integrations typically break, and how workflow changes ripple through an ERP-centric finance stack. This fluency is what lets you speak credibly to Controllers and finance ops teams about how Ramp fits into their existing systems of record.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI tools habitually in your work. You use them to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks. This is how you work, not something you're exploring. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Financial impact communication — You can walk a CFO through the business case for a workflow change, connect implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and run executive updates in financial terms, not product terms. A finance background is not required — fluency is.
- Technical acumen — You can hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture. You don't need to code, but credibility in technical conversations is what earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group.
- 7+ years in enterprise customer success or implementations — You’ve spent enough time navigating complex organizations and senior stakeholders that it’s second nature. You know how to move an enterprise, not just support one.
Nice-to-Haves
- Agentic workflow experience — You've helped customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale. You understand what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation actually stick.
- Finance domain depth — Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (Netsuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows. Accelerates credibility with Ramp's customer base.
- Demonstrated commercial impact — You can point to expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached — not described in general terms.
- Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company — not just a company that uses AI, but one where rethinking workflows around it was part of the product or culture
- High-growth or startup experience (comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change)
- C-suite relationships built and maintained independently, without relying on a sales counterpart
