About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that keep the company running and bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team based in London to own full-cycle recruiting of our G&A functions (Policy, Finance, Legal, People, and related areas).
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You’ll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic’s values. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and you’ll have real ownership over the roles you run.
We’re open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest across the functions.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A (Policy, Finance, Legal, People) with a focus on Policy hiring
Demonstrated ability to recruit in the UK and European market, with familiarity with local talent dynamics and employment norms
Track record of strong stakeholder partnership — building trust quickly with hiring managers in fast-moving environments
Comfortable operating with ambiguity: willing to flex between functions and contribute to building something new rather than running an established playbook
Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure — owns pipeline health, not just pipeline size
Self-starter who can work with significant autonomy while staying tightly aligned with global strategy
Genuine connection to Anthropic's mission and an understanding of why it matters in a recruiting context
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build the systems that make our marketing fast and agile. The tools and tactics in the age of AI change constantly, but what lasts is the underlying system: clean signal data, a scoring model that routes it, and reusable workflows the team can build on. You’ll own that system, using automation and AI to turn a week of work into an hour.
You’ll own the end-to-end demand generation engine that translates market signals and buyer intent into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll connect audience intelligence, multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle engagement, and sales activation into scalable, repeatable growth motions. You should be able to pull the data, architect a target list, generate the creative, and ship a multi-channel campaign using AI tools and systems, while ensuring every campaign, data point, and automation strengthens the broader growth engine.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The Core Growth Motion: Build reusable campaign systems: templates, automations, and workflows to spin up integrated campaigns without rebuilding from scratch each time. Run priority campaigns end to end, from targeting and messaging through multi-channel execution and pipeline accountability.
- Build the Warming Engine: Architect cohort-based nurture journeys (including content-download, post-event, post-onboarding, and always-on nurture programs) that move contacts from first touch through consideration toward sales readiness, rather than sending high-intent accounts directly into cold sales outreach. Improve the new-user onboarding sequence, own the monthly newsletter, and manage the startup program.
- Work at the Intersection of Data, AI, and Marketing: Use signals, scoring, AI tools, and connected workflows to identify who to target, determine the next best action, and execute campaigns efficiently. Get ahead of agent-driven discovery: make content and signals legible to the tools buyers now use to choose vendors.
- Product Fluency and Technical Storytelling: develop a deep understanding of our product, its technical capabilities, use cases, and competitive differentiation. Partner with Product Marketing for relevant, value-driven campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE
- Demand Gen Experience: 3-5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, running campaigns end to end in B2B tech, ideally toward technical audiences or for open-source products.
- Lifecycle Expertise: hands-on experience building, measuring, and optimizing cohort-based nurtures via email and in-app.
- Builder Mindset: you're not just an operator. You build the workflows instead of relying on an existing machine, pull and shape data yourself to build lists and scoring, and you're fluent in signal and scoring tools.
- Systems-Level Thinking: you execute the task in front of you while understanding how each campaign, workflow, and data point feeds the broader growth engine.
- Technical Workflow Fluency: you're familiar with agentic approaches and think in connected tools and automated workflows, not manual steps.
- Problem Solving: you work from a goal and can identify the steps and systems needed to get there.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with tools such as Common Room, Inflection, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Amplemarket.
- Experience with open-source-to-paid or product-led growth motions.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own credit scoring across the full customer lifecycle — from application decisions to behavioral models that drive portfolio profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve Application and Behavioral Scorecards that drive underwriting and collections decisions across live credit products.
- Work within a regulated environment — prepare model documentation and defend modeling decisions to internal governance and external reviewers.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the full modeling cycle: data exploration, feature design, model build, validation, deployment specs, and post-production monitoring.
- Track scorecard quality — AUC, KS, bad rate, stability index — and validate against real portfolio outcomes via NPV and backtesting.
- Prepare model documentation and governance artifacts for regulatory review.
- Shape credit strategy — your models directly influence approval, pricing, and collection decisions, not just inform them.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building credit risk models — Application Scorecards and/or Behavioral Scorecards specifically (ECL/IFRS9-only experience does not substitute).
- Experience with model audits, documentation, or regulatory review support.
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL — you build models yourself, not just review others' work.
- Experience covering the full lifecycle: data, feature engineering, validation, and production monitoring.

WORK AND OWNERSHIP
- Hybrid-first work environment with a modern office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila
- Company-provided tools and equipment
