ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience advising Enterprise customers in a SaaS or digital experience environment, ideally in a role where you owned adoption, renewal, uncovering expansion and long-term customer health.
- Experience managing usage, consumption or credit-based accounts. This includes tracking utilization against commitments, managing burn-down and forecasting renewals and expansion from usage trends.
- Technical aptitude across codebases, deployment pipelines, integrations, permissions and security, with the ability to partner credibly with developers. Production coding is not required.

You’ll thrive as a Senior Customer Success Manager if you:
- Dig into a customer’s business using financial filings, industry research, and internal data to spot risks, opportunities, and growth paths.

- Read product usage data, spot early signs of churn or underuse (such as slowing consumption, dormant users, and stalled workflows), and turn them into an action plan before renewal.
- Stay on top of details, keep cross-functional partners aligned, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment through strong organizational and project management habits.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

Why this role matters:

ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.
Total Compensation:
• Base Salary Range: $160,000-$185,000
• Offers Commission: 75/25 OTE

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
What you'll do:
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives,
and define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements and milestone schedules
for finance-related initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, system administrators and
business analysts, to deliver IT projects on time, within scope and within budget, from kickoff
through go-live and handover to support.
• Establish project governance: project charters, RACI, steering committees, decision logs and
clear escalation paths, so ownership and decisions are never ambiguous.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, managing the critical path, dependencies and
milestones across several workstreams and teams.
• Implement project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches) to
streamline workflows, adapting them to fixed finance deadlines such as month-end, quarter-end
and audit dates.
• Identify manual, repetitive Finance processes and deliver AI-driven process automation: define
the business case, success metrics and controls, run pilots, and track adoption and measured
savings.
• Conduct risk assessments, anticipate blockers, and deploy prompt mitigation or escalation
strategies, maintaining risk, issue and dependency logs, including data quality, security, access-
control, AI-use and regulatory risks specific to financial data and multi-country operations.
• Prepare regular status reports, track KPIs, and maintain transparent communication with
leadership, Finance stakeholders, clients and vendors.
• Monitor project expenditure, forecast resource allocation, and manage third-party vendor
relationships, including statements of work, acceptance criteria and escalations.
• Work directly with engineers and architects on integrations between finance and business
systems, data flows, testing, environments and releases, and challenge technical estimates
when needed.
• Run the change request pipeline, release planning, cutover and go-live coordination, and post-
implementation reviews, and capture lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops so Finance and IT stakeholders can adopt
new solutions and automations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and apply that
knowledge to improve finance operations and delivery practices.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business
Administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 to 8 years) managing IT projects, including technical or digital
transformation projects delivered end to end as the accountable lead.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams
in parallel, plan critical paths and dependencies, and track delivery through KPIs and risk, issue
and dependency logs.
• Experience setting up and running project governance, including charters, RACI, steering
committees, change control and post-implementation reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall, and ability to run hybrid delivery.
PMP strongly preferred; PRINCE2, CSM or PSM valued.
• Experience owning project budgets and forecasts and governing external development or
integration vendors, including statements of work and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven process automation, for example with LLM-based
assistants, document and data extraction, RPA or low-code workflow platforms, including
assessing which processes are good automation candidates, defining controls and managing
pilots through to adoption.
• Experience delivering projects for Finance or other regulated, numbers-driven functions, such as
reporting and analytics, treasury or payments integrations, and payables and receivables
tooling, with an understanding of month-end close, controls and audit needs.
• Strong technical knowledge of the SDLC, cloud and infrastructure, APIs and system integrations,
databases and data pipelines, and testing and release management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint for
budget tracking and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
information to Finance, IT and executive stakeholders, plus leadership without direct authority,
negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Fluent English.
