- Keep SOPs current. Update guides when a process or pattern changes.
Requirements
- 1+ year in fraud operations. Hands-on case review in e-commerce, fintech, payments or a marketplace.
- Third-party fraud knowledge. Understanding of card-not-present fraud, stolen cards and account takeover.
- Strong pattern recognition. You spot inconsistencies across orders, accounts and devices and explain why they matter.
- Root cause thinking. You ask why a case happened and propose a follow-up action, beyond closing the ticket.
- Clear written & spoken English. You write precise replies to PSPs, authorities and internal teams.
- Daily AI and data tool use. You work comfortably with spreadsheets, back-office tools and AI assistants.
- Prepare dispute evidence. Gather and enrich order data for chargeback representment.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Hardware Lab Technician to own the physical side of a large-scale robot data collection operation. You’ll keep the fleet running, build what’s next, and be the person the lab calls when something stops working. This is a hands-on role across research and low-volume production where embodiments, grippers, and camera rigs change fast—and the hardware has to keep up. Day-to-day teleoperation is handled by a dedicated operator team you support; you maintain what they run on and help ensure data quality through reliable, well-calibrated hardware.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $40 per /hour
What You’ll Do
Build, wire, and bring up data collection stations — robot arms, multi-camera rigs, workstations, teleoperation hardware, and cable management that survives daily operator use.
Keep the fleet running: daily checks, preventive maintenance, calibration routines, and diagnosing faults on arms, hands, and sensors.
Swap and integrate end-effectors and grippers, dexterous hands, force/torque and tactile sensors, and RGB-D cameras.
Run calibration and firmware procedures across the fleet, and catch drift before it reaches the data.
Assemble and iterate prototype hardware coming out of our mechanical and electrical engineers — printed parts, off-the-shelf components, vendor-fabricated parts, and custom harnesses.
Soldering, crimping, connectorization, harness building, and PCB rework support at the bench.
Own the lab's physical state: spares and consumables inventory, parts kitting, bench and tool organization, and shipping, returns, and RMAs with vendors.
Support teleoperators on hardware issues during live collection — triage fast, fix or escalate, and get the station back up.
Document what you do. Build sheets, maintenance logs, calibration records, and hardware SOPs the next technician can follow.
Help bring up new embodiments and new stations alongside engineers and researchers.
What we need to see
3+ years hands-on technician experience in a lab, prototyping, or low-volume build environment — robotics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or similar.
AS in a technical field, a relevant trade or technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mechanical assembly fundamentals: fasteners and torque, bearings, belts, linkages, and the ability to read CAD and mechanical drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar).
Electrical hands: soldering including basic SMD rework, crimping and connectorization, harness building, and confident use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Comfortable in Linux at the command line — SSH into a workstation, run a calibration script, read a log, and tell us what it said.
Experience with motors, encoders, and sensor integration, and an understanding of what a bad ground or a marginal cable does to a data stream.
Methodical and self-documenting. An undocumented fix is a future outage.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, and able to prioritize when more than one lab needs you at the same time.
Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, with flexibility on shift coverage as the labs run extended hours.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
Maintenance and calibration on collaborative or industrial arms — UR, Franka, xArm, ARX, or equivalent.
Multi-camera rig build and calibration; RealSense, ZED, or Orbbec-class depth cameras.
Running and maintaining FDM or SLA printers, and designing your own simple fixtures and adapters.
Light scripting in Python or bash to automate a repetitive bench or calibration task.
Experience in a high-throughput lab or production line where uptime or yield was a number someone tracked.
Vendor-facing experience: RMAs, lead times, and spares planning.
Job reference: #L1-CC1

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Head of Public Sector to build and lead ElevenLabs' government business in the US. Government agencies are moving voice and conversational AI from pilots into production for citizen services, contact centers, accessibility, training, and mission operations. You'll own how ElevenLabs shows up in that market, from strategy and pipeline through to the team that delivers the revenue.
We don't use traditional job titles at ElevenLabs. This role is equivalent in scope and seniority to a Vice President of Public Sector, with ownership of the vertical, authority to hire and structure the team, and direct access to the executive team.
You'll work closely with the executive team, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security. You'll set the vision for how ElevenLabs serves the government, decide how the team is structured and staffed, and stay close to the largest pursuits. You'll lead from the frontline alongside your team while hiring the leaders who will take over portfolios as the business grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across US Federal (Civilian, Defense, Intelligence), State, Local, and Education.
- Own the public sector revenue plan, forecast, and pipeline, and report on them to the executive team.
- Recruit and lead the team, including additional Account Executives, segment or regional leaders, capture and proposal support, and sales operations. You'll have the authority to shape the org.
- Lead from the frontline with your team on the largest and most complex pursuits, from first agency conversation through procurement, security review, and award.
- Shape our approach to contract vehicles and channels, including GSA Schedule, cooperative contracts, procurement vehicles, and partnerships with systems integrators and resellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders, procurement officials, technical stakeholders, and the integrator and partner ecosystem.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Security to define and prioritize what government customers require, including FedRAMP, StateRAMP, IL5, ITAR, data residency, FOCI Mitigation and sovereign or on-premise deployment. You'll bring customer and pipeline evidence to roadmap decisions.
- Work with Legal and Finance on government contracting terms, pricing, and the processes public sector sales depends on.
- Create repeatable sales processes, performance metrics, and operating rhythms so revenue becomes more predictable as the team grows.
- Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineer and Account Manager orgs so early deployments become references and expand across agencies.
- Work with Marketing on public sector messaging and content, and with government affairs and policy contacts to track regulation, funding, and procurement changes.
- Serve as the public face of ElevenLabs in the government market, at agency briefings, and industry events.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology sales or business leadership, with at least 10 years in public sector markets.
- Experience leading government sales teams, with a record of hiring and developing both individual contributors and managers.
- Proven track record of securing, large ARR strategic contracts with government agencies.
- Prior experience building a public sector business unit or equivalent leadership role at a technology company, ideally at an early or growth stage.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and education procurement, including funding mechanisms, acquisition vehicles such as GSA Schedule, GWACs, and IDIQs, and how buying decisions are made.
- Working knowledge of compliance and security requirements such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, IL5, ITAR and FOCI mitigation strategies.
- Experience selling cloud, AI, or other advanced technology to the government; familiarity with navigating AI trust and safety questions.
- Executive credibility with senior government officials, program leaders, and technical and security reviewers.
- An established network across agencies, systems integrators, and public sector partners.
- Comfort staying hands-on in deals while building the team and the playbook.
WHY THIS ROLE
The opportunity is to define the strategy, hire the team, and shape what we build for government, with direct support from leadership and a company growing as fast as ElevenLabs.
LOCATION
While we operate as a remote-first company, there is a strong preference for this role to be based in Washington DC.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Test Engineer
- Location: Valencia
- Reports to: Laboratory Lead and Test Architect
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Onsite
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As our Lab Test Engineer, you’ll plan, run, automate and document the lab’s tests across simulation, signal capture, playback and hardware in the loop, so results are repeatable and trusted. ICEYE is building a space-based RF constellation covering 100 MHz to 30 GHz alongside its SAR fleet, and the Experimentation Lab in Valencia is where we develop, simulate and validate that capability. We simulate the constellation and its emitters end to end, capture real signals from real hardware, and generate and play back signals through a channel simulator for end-to-end runs and algorithm validation.
A lab that only its builders can operate becomes shelfware. Specialists will build the simulation, the capture system and the playback chain, and you’ll turn those into tests that run reliably, on schedule, with traceable results. The role covers the full breadth of the lab: setting up hardware, running campaigns, automating procedures, keeping equipment calibrated and inventoried, and producing evidence that engineers and customers can rely on.
You’ll have an early seat in a new lab, with direct influence on how ICEYE builds and proves this capability.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and run tests across all three lab missions: end-to-end simulation runs, emitter capture sessions, playback and channel simulator campaigns, flatsat and receiver tests, and algorithm validation.
- Write procedures and automate them: turn manual setups into scripted, repeatable test sequences, and add them to regression so each software or firmware build is checked.
- Set up and maintain the lab: instruments, SDRs, cabling, fixtures, the screened enclosure and emitter bays, network and compute. Track calibration, configuration and inventory so every result records what produced it.
- Manage test data: keep recordings, run outputs and metadata organised, searchable and backed up, with the provenance to reproduce a result.
- Analyse and report: compare results to expectations and to previous runs, flag regressions and anomalies, write concise test reports, and log issues with the evidence needed to fix them.
- Support campaigns in the field and in the air, customer and partner demonstrations, and the reproduction of on-orbit anomalies on the ground.
- Run the lab safely: RF safety, ESD, equipment handling, access control and the handling rules for controlled material.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Hands-on test experience in an electronics, RF, space or comparable hardware lab: test setups, procedures, execution and reporting
- Comfort with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, signal generators, power supplies) and basic RF practice (connectors, attenuators, cable loss)
- Scripting for test automation and data analysis, typically Python
- An organised and rigorous way of working: you write things down, version them, and can reproduce last month’s result
- Clear written English
Nice to haves:
- Satellite AIT, flatsat or hardware-in-the-loop testing
- SDR experience, RF capture or signal analysis
- Test automation frameworks, CI pipelines, instrument control (SCPI/VISA)
- Test data management, databases, dashboards
- Verification under a formal process (ECSS or similar)
- Experience setting up a lab from scratch: equipment selection, layout, safety, calibration programme
- Spanish, for working with local suppliers and facilities
- Eligibility for national security clearance (an advantage)
What success looks like
- 6 months: lab equipment is inventoried, calibrated and configuration-tracked, and capture and playback sessions run from written procedures, with data stored and findable.
- 12 months: core tests are automated and running in regression, test reports are produced routinely, and you’ve supported the first field campaign.
- 24 months: the lab runs as a service. Other teams book and run tests with your procedures, and results arrive with the evidence attached.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Software Engineer, Simulation and Modeling
- Location: Valencia
- Reports to: Reports to: Laboratory Lead & Test Architect
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Software Engineer, Simulation and Modeling, you’ll build the software world the satellites live in (orbits, emitters, signals, truth and scoring) so the whole team can ask “what if” and get a number back. ICEYE is building a space-based RF constellation covering 100 MHz to 30 GHz alongside its SAR fleet, and the Experimentation Lab in Valencia is where we develop, simulate and validate that capability.
Customers and our own engineers ask questions we currently answer by hand-waving: what revisit a cluster gives over an area, how many emitters we detect in a crowded scene, how geolocation accuracy moves with cluster spacing or timing error, and what a next-generation architecture choice buys. The answers need a simulation framework that models the constellation and the emitters end to end, generates the signals each satellite would see, and scores what comes out against a known truth. It doesn’t exist yet. You’ll build it, and it will become a tool used by engineers, analysts and customer-facing staff.
You’ll work daily with the lab, signal processing and ground segment teams, and you’ll have direct influence on how ICEYE builds and proves this capability.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Model the constellation: orbit propagation, cluster geometry, attitude and pointing, antenna beams, access and contact windows, with spacing and timing as swept variables.
- Model the emitters and the theatre: emitters as state machines with real antenna patterns, scan behaviour, modes and duty cycles, placed at order-of-battle density. Start from the lab’s real captures and extend synthetically.
- Generate the signals: propagation and link modelling (path loss, delay, Doppler, ionosphere in the low band) and synthetic I/Q per satellite, at a fidelity the RF hardware and the processing chain can consume.
- Own the truth together with the processing team: a truth ledger of every simulated emission, position and time, kept out of reach of the system under test, plus the association and scoring that turn a run into detection rate, false-alarm rate, geolocation accuracy and latency.
- Drive the hardware together with the RF team: provide the geometry and timing the channel simulator and playback hardware need, so a recorded radar can be heard by three simulated satellites with the right delays and Doppler.
- Make it a platform: versioned scenarios, seeded and reproducible runs, provenance on every result, tests, CI, documentation and an interface that non-authors can use.
- Answer real questions: capacity, revisit and performance studies for the payload, product and sales teams, and architecture trades for future generations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Strong software engineering in Python (and ideally a compiled language): clean architecture, version control, testing, code review, packaging
- Experience building a simulation or model of a physical system that others used, and validating it against measurement or real data
- Numerical and scientific computing: NumPy/SciPy or equivalent, vectorisation, performance awareness
- Working knowledge of at least one of orbital mechanics and access computation, RF link budgets and propagation, or signal processing
- Habits that make results reproducible: seeds, configuration management, data provenance
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to haves:
- Constellation, mission or system-level modeling and simulation (STK, Orekit, GMAT, Basilisk or in-house)
- Radar, EW or emitter modeling; scenario or order-of-battle generation
- TDOA/FDOA/AoA geolocation or estimation theory
- Synthetic I/Q generation, GPU acceleration, or real-time and hardware-in-the-loop interfaces
- Cloud-native deployment, containers, workflow orchestration, and data stores for large runs
- A simulation framework of yours that outlived your involvement in it
- Eligibility for national security clearance (an advantage)
What success looks like:
- 6 months: a first end-to-end scenario (cluster geometry, a handful of emitters, synthetic I/Q per satellite, truth logged, a first score) is used to answer at least one real capacity or performance question.
- 12 months: a reproducible, documented framework runs without you on the team; geometry drives the RF channel simulator; real captures enter scenarios alongside synthetic emitters.
- 24 months: the simulation is part of the end-to-end loop with the flatsat and ground pipeline, runs in regression, and backs performance numbers we put in front of customers.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist

Location: Valencia
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- RF Test Engineer
- Location: Valencia
- Reports to: Laboratory Lead & Test Architect
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As an RF Test Engineer, you’ll capture real signals from real hardware and build the system that plays them back through a channel simulator. ICEYE is building a space-based RF constellation covering 100 MHz to 30 GHz alongside its SAR fleet, and the Experimentation Lab in Valencia is where we develop, simulate and validate that capability.
Our processing, on the ground today and on board from Gen 2, is only as good as the signals we test it against. Today we have some synthetic I/Q, a few captures and a lot of assumptions. You’ll help us build a library of real emitter signals with known truth, plus a way to replay them as a satellite would hear them, with LEO Doppler, delay, path loss and interference, coherently across several satellites at once.
You’ll be one of the first engineers in the lab, with direct influence on how ICEYE builds and proves this capability.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
- Capture real emissions: bring emitters into the lab (marine radars, AIS and ADS-B transponders, satcom terminals, partner-supplied equipment), operate them in a controlled, screened setup, and record them at the right bandwidth, dynamic range and timing accuracy. Extend this to field and airborne collection.
- Characterise captures: turn raw recordings into library entries with I/Q in a documented format (SigMF or equivalent), measured parameters (PRI, pulse width, scan, chirp, hopping, modulation), metadata and truth, so someone who wasn’t there can reuse them.
- Build the generate and playback chain: specify, integrate and calibrate the RF record and playback system (SDRs, vector signal generators, arbitrary waveform generators and multi-channel playback), from a single emitter up to a dense scene.
- Build the channel simulator path: apply per-satellite delay, Doppler, Doppler rate, path loss, multipath and interference to recorded and synthetic signals, phase-coherently across channels and driven by geometry from the simulation software.
- Develop test hardware and software: fixtures, RF interconnect, switching, attenuation and calibration paths, plus the Python code that controls and automates your instruments, so every measurement runs as a script.
- Feed the end-to-end loop: inject signals into the flatsat, receivers and processing chain, work with the simulation team so RF stimulus and simulated truth line up in time and frequency, and support algorithm validation campaigns.
- Keep operations lawful and safe: work with the regulator, site safety and partners on screened operation, test identities (MMSI, ICAO address) and RF exposure limits for everything that transmits.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Hands-on RF measurement and signal capture experience with spectrum and real-time signal analysers, vector signal generators, SDRs and oscilloscopes, and the judgement to spot a clipped, aliased or contaminated capture
- Experience building or integrating an RF record and playback, signal generation or hardware-in-the-loop test system
- Solid DSP fundamentals: sampling, I/Q, filtering, channelisation, Doppler and timing effects, and how each shows up in a recording
- Python (or equivalent) for instrument control, automation and analysis, with comfort in SCPI/VISA and SDR APIs
- Calibration discipline: reference planes, path loss and phase characterisation, and an uncertainty you can defend
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to haves:
- Radar, ELINT, ESM or EW background, especially with pulsed and frequency-agile emitters
- Experience with channel emulators or fading simulators (for example PROPSIM or Vertex) or a home-built equivalent, and satellite or LEO link simulation
- Multi-channel phase-coherent systems, precision timing (GPSDO, PPS, White Rabbit) or TDOA/FDOA test
- GNU Radio, MATLAB, UHD, VITA 49, SigMF
- Microwave work above 18 GHz, anechoic and screened-room operation, EMC test
- Field collection campaigns from masts, vehicles or aircraft
- Eligibility for national security clearance (an advantage)
What success looks like:
- 6 months: your first lab emitters (marine radar, AIS) are captured, characterised and in the library with truth, and a playback path replays a capture into a receiver repeatably.
- 12 months: multi-channel playback runs through a channel simulator driven by simulated geometry, supports at least one algorithm validation campaign, and your first field collection is complete.
- 24 months: the processing teams use the library routinely, and a calibrated, automated stimulus chain is part of the end-to-end lab loop.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Application Screening
- TA call
- Hiring Manager call
- Onsite interview

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
We build
Tempo
, the open-source distributed tracing backend behind Grafana Cloud Traces and Grafana Enterprise Traces (GET). Tempo makes it easy to search traces, generate metrics from spans, and connect tracing data with logs, metrics, and profiles across the Grafana stack.
2026 is an inflection point for Tempo. After a major architectural upgrade and the launch of TraceQL metrics, we are shifting from foundational work to product and operational excellence, and evolving Tempo from a SaaS database into a platform that powers Grafana’s next generation of observability products (App Observability, Asserts, Traces Drilldown, and AI-driven assistants).
Over the next year, you will help us:
Make Grafana Cloud Traces “just work” for customers by eliminating rough edges, confusing limits, and hidden failure modes.
Achieve operational excellence at scale as we grow from close to 50 cells today into triple digits this year, with autoscaling, parameterized rollouts, and aggressive toil reduction.
Evolve Tempo into a platform enabler: higher-density APIs, trace aggregation, TraceQL metrics math, and machine/LLM-friendly interfaces that downstream products and agents can build on.
Push performance further: faster query latency at hundreds of MB/s ingestion and performant 30-day query ranges to match competitors.
Prepare Tempo for an agent-driven world: larger, burstier, higher-cardinality workloads, and new categories of AI-powered workflows, such as assistant-driven triage and “why is this slow?”- style investigations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Engineer on Tempo, you will own technical direction on the hardest problems in our roadmap and raise the bar across the team.
Deliver significant technical projects.
Take well-scoped, multi-month initiatives from problem framing through rollout, e.g., trace aggregation APIs, Limitless Tempo, autoscaling cells and customer limits, or query engine improvements. Partner with Staff engineers and the tech lead on broader, cross-team direction.
Own major components of Tempo.
Contribute to and own parts of ingestion, storage, query, and metrics generation. Write and present design docs, participate in design reviews, make sound trade-offs on performance, cost, and complexity, and document the “why” for the team.
Build APIs for humans and agents.
Help shape the next generation of Tempo’s interfaces (structured, deterministic, discoverable) so that Act 3 products, LLM-driven assistants, and external integrators can build on Tempo reliably.
Contribute to operational excellence.
Own outcomes for the areas you build against concrete SLOs (P99 write latency, incident recurrence, TCO per ingested GB), and help move the team toward Zero Ops through automation, parameterized rollouts, and actionable alerts.
Collaborate with Product and sibling teams.
Work with PMs and with App Observability, Asserts, Drilldown, and Grafana Assistant teams to understand how Tempo gets consumed and to ship what unblocks them.
Mentor and support engineers.
Raise the bar through thorough code review, constructive design feedback, and pairing, especially with junior and mid-level engineers.
Participate in on-call
for the services you help build, and contribute to incident response and post-incident learning.
Contribute to open source.
Tempo is OSS. You will engage the community, review external contributions, and contribute to the project in the open.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Example problems you could work on
These are the kinds of projects landing in 2026:
Trace aggregation and higher-density APIs:
extend TraceQL metrics, design LLM-friendly response types, and make Tempo a first-class data source for Grafana’s AI assistant.
Autoscaling end-to-end:
customer limits and Tempo cells, with hysteresis, predictive scaling for spikes, and safe scale-down.
Agent-scale ingestion and query:
guardrails for bursty, high-cardinality, agent-generated workloads.
Query performance:
new data formats, smarter query pipelines, targeted optimizations for common Drilldown and Traces workflows, and 30-day query ranges.
Rollouts and multi-cell operations:
parameterized rollouts, push-button deploys, and the tooling to grow safely into triple-digit cell counts without a proportional increase in alert noise.
Limits and self-service:
drive customer-facing configuration and observability so escalations trend toward zero.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Technical ownership.
A track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects that spanned design, delivery, and operations, and of helping the teammates around you grow.
Solid systems experience.
Significant hands-on experience building and operating distributed data systems in production: ingestion pipelines, storage engines, query execution, or similar.
Strong software craftsmanship.
You write clean, robust, performant software that others can maintain, and you know when to optimize vs. when to ship.
Strong Go, or a path to it.
We write Tempo in Go. Solid experience in other systems languages (Rust, C, C++) translates well.
Operational mindset.
You’ve owned production services, carried a pager, reduced toil, and treated SLOs as a product feature, not a chore.
Customer focus and pragmatism.
You break complex problems into short feedback loops: analyze, design, deliver an MVP, learn, iterate.
Collaboration and clear writing.
You contribute through design docs, reviews, and shipped code, and you communicate clearly in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with tracing, OpenTelemetry, or large-scale observability systems.
Experience designing query languages, SQL/TraceQL-like engines, or APIs intended to be consumed programmatically (by services or agents).
Experience with columnar storage formats (e.g., Parquet) or purpose-built on-disk formats for analytical workloads.
Experience operating multi-tenant, multi-cell SaaS infrastructure at scale on Kubernetes.
Experience building for AI/LLM consumers: structured APIs, metadata/discovery endpoints, deterministic outputs, evaluation harnesses.
Open-source contribution or maintainership, and comfort engaging a community in the open.
Experience as an on-call user of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or Tempo in a previous role (or on a homelab).
Experience in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

Build project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and communication strategies for key People programs, scaling the level of structure to the size and risk of each initiative.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives, and resolve conflicts in priorities and capacity before they affect delivery.

Maintain program dashboards, status reporting, and executive updates that give leaders a clear, current view of progress, risks, and decisions needed.
Establish project governance practices and escalation pathways, including intake, prioritization criteria, stage gates, and decision rights.
Monitor program health and proactively manage risks and issues, bringing options and recommendations rather than just flagging problems.
Support annual planning, roadmap development, and portfolio prioritization efforts, aligning People initiatives with business priorities and available capacity.
Requirements
5+ years of Project Management experience preferably within the people function in high pace environments
Proven track record of delivering complex projects or programs end to end, with examples of the impact

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We want every employee to do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Support Engineer who pairs strong technical skills with a service mindset and good judgment. Anthropic is growing fast, and IT needs to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive work (including with Claude), and improving the day-to-day employee experience. You'll handle support across our mostly macOS environment and help with the operational work that lets us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with room to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time. This isn't a scripted support role. You'll have real ownership, use your judgment to improve our processes, and grow with the team as we scale.
Key responsibilities
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, mostly through our ticketing system, plus Slack and in-person
Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations that need cross-team coordination
Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communicate clearly with users at every technical level
Write and maintain internal documentation, including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Spot patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues, and flag opportunities to automate
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as we scale
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Write scripts (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting macOS endpoints, and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools
Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services
Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and persistent approach
Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPNs
Experience with IT projects beyond day-to-day support, such as migrations, tool rollouts, or process redesigns
Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Interest in developing deeper technical skills and taking on more complex systems administration over time
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. The Opportunity
OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.
You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.
You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.
This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.
What You'll Do
Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.
Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy.
Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction.
Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment.
Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists.
AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life.
Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value.
Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making.
Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles.
