Your main tasks will be:
Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of five international entities (US, Hong Kong, Cyprus), running month-end close, GL and trial balance reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.
Run parallel accounting across our corporate ERP and QuickBooks, monitoring automated transaction feeds and catching duplicates or mismatches before they reach the books.

Maintain and execute the group tax calendar — CIT, VAT and local returns filed and paid on time, every time, with zero penalties.

We expect from you:
3+ years as a Senior, International or General Ledger Accountant in a multi-entity international company, working under IFRS and/or US GAAP. Big-4 or mid-tier audit background is a plus, not a must — and your industry doesn't matter.

Advanced Google Sheets/Excel for complex reconciliations and anomaly detection, plus practical skill in P&L forecasting and variance analysis.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken, for daily work with auditors, banking compliance officers and international service providers — and the autonomy to push an audit to completion without being chased.

Vacation
28 calendar days per year;

Full payment for
professional training, international conferences and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. - Identify upsell and expansion signals during engagements and hand them cleanly to the Customer Success team.
- Feed learnings from every deployment into n8n’s internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll build core features for our flagship product, turning complex tax scenarios into simple, reliable experiences. You’ll bring a builder-first mindset: staying close to customer problems, using AI and modern engineering tools to move from idea to impact quickly, and taking ownership of outcomes—not just code.
You’ll work hands-on in a cross-functional team and bring deep expertise in either frontend or backend engineering, while collaborating effectively across the stack. You’ll help us raise the bar for scalable design, quality, maintainability, and AI-first software development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS:
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering to understand customer problems, shape pragmatic solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own work end to end—from discovery and technical design through implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration.
- Turn ambiguity into action, make sound trade-offs, and deliver valuable increments without compromising long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to technical direction and strategy in support of the long-term product vision.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Critically evaluate, validate, and troubleshoot AI-generated output, using effective prompting and appropriate safeguards rather than accepting results at face value.
- Share effective AI-assisted development practices, encourage responsible experimentation, and help teammates improve how they use AI tools.
- Improve developer experience through tools, automation, and engineering practices that enable reliable, frequent delivery.
- Collaborate across product and platform teams, and contribute to an environment where people learn, grow, give constructive feedback, and raise challenges safely.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Professional software engineering experience (React, Node.js) and designing reliable backend services and APIs. Experience with React Native experience is a plus.
- Able to work effectively across system boundaries and collaborate with engineers outside your primary specialism.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Able to evaluate and troubleshoot AI-generated output, use effective prompting where relevant, and share practical learnings with teammates.
- Experience working with a public cloud environment such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices, including CI/CD, observability, and operating software in production.
- Understanding of core application and backend concepts such as authentication, databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
- A builder-first, pragmatic approach: You turn customer problems into shipped outcomes. You take initiative, test and learn quickly, and make clear trade-offs between speed, quality, maintainability, and risk.
- Passion for writing maintainable, elegant code and continuously improving how software is built.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a willingness to challenge ideas constructively.
- You have a builder mindset. You thrive in environments where things are still taking shape, take initiative to move ideas forward, and find ways to create impact even when the path isn't fully defined.
- You embrace trying things out over waiting for perfect conditions, ship early to learn fast, and treat iteration as progress.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions and yoga.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal tech meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is looking for an Ads & Promotions Specialist to join our growing team in Zagreb. In this role, you’ll drive ad revenue by selling advertising and promotional products to restaurants and stores across Croatia. You’ll partner with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to grow ad adoption among managed merchants, while owning the full sales cycle for unmanaged merchants yourself. This role suits someone who loves hitting targets, can win over a skeptical merchant, and doesn’t let a “no” slow them down.
You will:
Sell ads and promotions to managed and unmanaged merchants, owning a pipeline and working toward clear revenue targets.
Prioritise your time across high-value managed accounts and a broad base of unmanaged merchants, keeping track of every opportunity.
Pitch to merchants, handle objections, and turn hesitant or previously uninterested merchants into active advertisers.
Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns so merchants see a strong return, stay on ads longer and keep coming back.
Work closely with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to align campaigns with merchant goals and broader account strategies.
Support sales enablement by building and adapting pitch materials, reporting and best practices for the wider team.
Use AI tools day to day to prioritise prospects, personalise outreach and speed up reporting.
Our humble expectations
Fluency in Croatian and English, with the confidence to pitch, negotiate and close in both.
1–2 years of sales experience, ideally B2B and with quota-carrying targets.
A track record of hitting goals, including examples of pushing through when a target was hard to reach.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust with merchants and influence internal stakeholders.
Organised and able to prioritise effectively when juggling many accounts and competing deadlines.
Resilient and results-oriented, able to learn from lost deals and keep momentum.
Nice to have
An analytical mindset and comfort using campaign data to build a business case or spot upsell opportunities.
Understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
Experience in account management, marketing, operations or business analysis.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
Nice to have:
- A confederal or federal elected / permanent past.
- Experience inside a paritariste institution
- Experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda.
- Legal background in droit social and comfort reading accords collectifs quickly.
- International exposure to the European social dialogue ecosystem.
- Prior experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to industrial organisations across the EMEA markets. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with manufacturers, engineering groups, energy and utilities providers, and logistics and supply chain businesses. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the industrial sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to industrial stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across engineering, operations, supply chain, maintenance and field service. In collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with industrial decision-makers.

Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to industrial procurement cycles, capex and opex budgeting, and supplier qualification processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyse industrial market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within engineering and R&D, plant operations, supply chain and procurement, quality, maintenance, and field service. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for industrial applications
Navigate complex industrial stakeholder ecosystems including executives, operations and engineering leadership, IT and OT teams, digital transformation functions, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying industrial market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for industrial clients
Continuously refine the industrial sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within industrial organisations and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and industrial use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, multi-site industrial organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, operations and engineering leadership, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within industrial procurement frameworks, including supplier onboarding, security and data governance reviews
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various industrial audiences, from plant and engineering managers to senior executives
Deep understanding of industrial buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the regulatory, safety and sustainability pressures industrial businesses operate within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the industrial market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for industrial use

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
