ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE

- Launch Support: Ensure that product releases are flawless through documentation, enablement and context sharing across the organization
- Incident Management: Achieve fast resolution of product bugs and issues by aiding in the tools and processes for incident identification and resolution
- Partner Ops: Manage our operational relationship with relevant partners and vendors, including negotiating strong service agreements and performing joint performance assessments
WHAT YOU NEED

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue.
You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close.
This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase.
You’ll move comfortably between technical and executive conversations. In one meeting, you may discuss model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT teams. In the next, you may help Finance and executive leaders understand the ROI, total cost of ownership, and operational impact of adopting Ramp’s AI products.
You’ll join at a formative moment for Ramp’s AI business. As one of the first dedicated sellers for these products, you’ll help identify the strongest use cases, refine how we position and sell the portfolio, influence the customer experience, and build the playbook the broader team will eventually scale. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through close, implementation, and adoption, helping customers translate their purchase into a successful deployment. This role combines Ramp’s resources and customer reach with the ownership, speed, and ambiguity of an early-stage team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Carry a revenue quota and own the progression of AI product opportunities from initial discovery through purchase, ensuring business value is clear, technical requirements are validated, and obstacles to a decision are resolved.
- Lead discovery with business and technical buyers to understand their goals, workflows, challenges, decision criteria, existing systems, and AI strategy.
- Translate Ramp’s AI applications and infrastructure into compelling solution narratives tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build ROI and total cost of ownership analyses that quantify the value of Ramp’s AI products and create executive-level justification for investment.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases, set realistic expectations, and establish a credible path from evaluation to production.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria that establish value and build confidence in a purchase decision.
- Build relationships with champions and decision-makers across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
- Navigate questions related to APIs, integrations, model capabilities and limitations, data flows, architecture, privacy, security, governance, implementation, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, create urgency, address objections, identify risk, and keep customers moving toward a decision.
- Lead customers through implementation after purchase, including deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, workflow design, technical coordination, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and post-sales teams to remove deployment blockers and deliver a strong customer experience from evaluation through production.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to internal teams to improve the products, positioning, sales execution, and customer experience.
- Turn early customer conversations into repeatable messaging, demonstrations, qualification criteria, value stories, and sales plays as we build this go-to-market motion from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, technical sales, Solutions Architecture, enterprise software sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle—not only experience delivering demonstrations or supporting post-sale implementation.
- A track record of independently influencing and winning complex B2B sales opportunities with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases, including ROI and total cost of ownership analyses; this capability will be central to success in the role.
- Commercial instincts and comfort taking meaningful ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and results.
- Technical fluency across modern AI systems, including applications and agents, model capabilities and limitations, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, governance, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
- The ability to explain probabilistic, rapidly evolving AI technology with credibility and precision without overpromising what the product can do.
- Experience building champions and navigating multi-threaded buying groups with competing priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
- Energy for zero-to-one work and the opportunity to build a sales motion rather than simply inherit one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, AI applications or agents, developer tools, data platforms, security products, finance technology, or workflow automation software.
- Experience helping launch a new product or develop an early go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, usage controls, data governance, or enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience selling to developers, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Experience creating reusable sales assets, demonstrations, value frameworks, or enablement programs.

Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.

Descript's Research team builds the models behind the product's most distinctive features: Video Regenerate and lipsync, video translation, zero-shot voice and roomtone cloning, and Studio Sound. We don't build general-purpose generative models. We pick specific problems in the editing workflow and build specialized models for them. This isn't research for its own sake. Everything we build is meant to ship, and most of it has, going from prototype to a production feature used by millions of creators within months.
This role is focused on multimodal understanding: training models to perceive edited media the way a human video editor does. Underlord, our AI editing agent, reasons about a project largely through a textual representation of it. Giving it direct perception of the media it's working on is what will let it judge its own output and reason about the creative choices in an edit, not just the structure of a project. It's also an open research problem, since there's no settled way to represent or evaluate editorial craft, whether a cut lands or whether the pacing works. We have a unique dataset to work with.
Some recent work from the team:
Audio editing by latent inpainting
: regenerating a masked span of speech
Video Regenerate
: regenerating a speaker's lower face to match new or translated audio
Jumpcut Smoothing
: generating a bridge across a cut so the join plays like a continuous take
Anchored Tree Sampling
: tree-based imputation that bounds drift in long video generation
PoDAR
: disentangling power from semantics in audio latents to make them easier to model
More at
descript.com/research
.
What you'll do
Multimodal understanding:
build vision-language systems that let Descript's agentic editing features reason over the visual and audio content of a project.
Evaluation:
design the benchmarks and evals that make editorial quality measurable, and that balance quality against cost and latency.
Data:
build the datasets your work depends on, including synthetic data generation where real examples don't exist at scale.
Training:
train specialized models from scratch or fine-tune existing foundation models, whichever gets the capability we need.
Shipping:
take models from prototype to production with the agent and engineering teams.
Direction-setting:
identify the next research direction that should become a Descript feature, not just a paper. More senior candidates should expect to own this directly; more junior candidates will grow into it.
Publishing:
take your work to academic venues if you'd like. We support it, but it isn't a requirement of the role.
What you bring
Required
Proven ability to design and implement deep learning algorithms, demonstrated by publications, open-source work, or models you've shipped.
Strong programming skills and deep fluency in PyTorch.
A track record of generating new ideas in machine learning. You produce more ideas than you can implement, and once an experiment setup is established, you can run and evaluate many of them quickly rather than being bottlenecked on infrastructure.
Strong experimental judgment. You test ideas fast, and you're honest with yourself and the team about which ones don't pan out.
Clear written and verbal communication, including when a direction isn't working, so the team doesn't waste time following a lead that's already dead.
A PhD or Master's in deep learning or a related field, or equivalent experience. We care about the track record more than the credential.
At least one of the following must be true:
Lead or first author of an accepted publication in a top venue: CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or similar.
Played a key role in shipping a production feature with deep learning as a core component.
More senior candidates (Senior and Staff) should also bring a track record of owning research direction rather than executing a plan handed to them, and experience mentoring or technically leading other researchers or engineers.
Where breadth helps
Direct experience in multimodal understanding is welcome but not required, and we don't require domain-specific expertise in computer vision or speech and audio. Our team spans both, and strong general deep learning ability transfers. We hire against the bar above, and then expect you to grow into the domain. Depth in any of these is a strong signal:
Vision-language models and multimodal understanding.
Generative modeling for video, audio, or images.
Post-training, fine-tuning, and RL on large foundation models.
Building evaluation systems for generative or agentic outputs where metrics resist clean definitions.
Taking a research idea through to a shipped, production-facing feature.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $197,000–$262,500, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.

Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most.
We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers get the right answer quickly and delivering consistent results across quality, speed, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The role combines direct leadership of channel teams with close partnership across CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, CX AI Ops, and Product Operations. You will develop strong managers and frontline teams, create real accountability, and stay close enough to the work to understand where customers and teams are getting stuck. You will translate the department’s direction into clear priorities, stronger operating routines, and measurable improvements across Phone, Email, and Chat.
Because Ramp’s CX team sits within the Product organization, this role has close ties to the technical teams and products our customers use every day. That proximity gives CX a unique opportunity to turn frontline insight into better workflows, stronger product feedback loops, and an AI-powered way of working.
This role is a strong fit for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who learns quickly, raises the bar, and makes clear decisions in a fast-changing environment. You are comfortable owning the day-to-day, rolling up your sleeves to understand the work and the product deeply, developing people, setting high standards, and turning complex problems into clear plans that improve outcomes for customers and teams. You will help define how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where human judgment matters most, how channels work together, and how CX scales through Ramp’s next chapter.
If you love building high-performing teams, solving hard operational problems, and helping customers win through rapid product, business, and AI-driven change, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own day-to-day channel execution — lead Phone, Email, and Chat teams, stay close to the work, and drive frontline performance across customer satisfaction, quality, service levels, resolution quality, and productivity.
- Develop CX leadership — coach Managers, set clear expectations, and build accountability for team performance and customer outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point — help resolve high-priority customer and internal escalations, bringing sound judgment, urgency, and clear communication to complex issues.
- Improve tools, workflows, and channel execution — use product knowledge, customer feedback, quality findings, and performance data to improve operating routines, resolve cross-channel trade-offs, and partner with CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, AI, Product Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, and other stakeholders on better workflows and automation opportunities.
- Challenge how we operate — evaluate whether our metrics, workflows, team structures, training, and operating model meet today’s customer and business needs. Bring a founder mindset by questioning assumptions, testing new approaches, and helping the organization evolve.
- Shape the AI-powered future of CX — define how CX should evolve as Ramp grows, including how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where specialization improves the customer experience, and where human judgment should be elevated.
- Turn strategy and emerging opportunities into scalable operations — translate department priorities and new business areas into clear channel plans, repeatable processes, strong change management, and high adoption across Phone, Email, and Chat.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a leader who has managed large, complex operational teams in a fast-paced environment; traditional support experience is valuable but not required.
- Exceptional learning agility and horsepower, with startup or similarly high-ownership operating experience; you learn new domains quickly, move through ambiguity, and build structure without waiting for perfect information.
- A record of improving customer-facing operations through rigorous analysis, strategic problem solving, and strong execution, including finding practical solutions to complex problems others may miss.
- An empathetic, direct leadership style that develops people while holding a high personal and team bar for performance, quality, ownership, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to align teams and cross-functional partners around difficult decisions.
- A builder mentality around technology and operations, with experience using AI, automation, or workflow tooling to transform the customer and team experience and drive changes from idea to adoption.
- Curiosity about the business behind the support motion, with the ability to connect customer needs, product complexity, frontline workflows, and company priorities.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience leading multiple customer-facing channels, such as Phone, Email, Chat, or other real-time and asynchronous support operations.
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or another complex, highly regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with operations, product, or tooling teams to improve customer-facing workflows across multiple teams.
- Experience scaling customer operations at a high-growth startup.
COMPENSATION
For candidates located in New York City or San Francisco, the base salary range for this role is $220,000–$290,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the base salary range will be between $190,000-$260,000.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Emerging Talent is an important part of how Ramp builds for the long term. It gives us the opportunity to meet exceptional people early, build relationships before they enter the broader talent market, and develop the next generation of Ramp talent.
We’re hiring a Recruiter to help build and execute our Emerging Talent programs. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across early-career roles and internships, partnering closely with hiring teams to identify, assess, and close exceptional candidates.
A big part of the job is finding talent before everyone else does. You’ll build relationships with students and early-career candidates, develop new ways to reach high-potential talent, and help create an exceptional experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Ramp through offer and, for our interns, potential conversion to full-time. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve how we operate, test new approaches, and help shape a growing Emerging Talent function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Ramp’s Emerging Talent roles
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and other teams to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate on early-career talent
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates through universities, student communities, technical networks, referrals, events, and other emerging-talent channels
- Lead offer and closing processes, building strong candidate relationships and helping exceptional talent understand the opportunity to build their careers at Ramp
- Support the execution of Ramp’s internship programs, including candidate programming, events, intern engagement, and intern-to-full-time conversion
- Use recruiting data to understand pipeline health, identify opportunities, and keep hiring teams informed on progress and outcomes
- Create an exceptional candidate experience that is thoughtful, transparent, and high-touch at every stage
- Experiment with new ways to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent early, and help turn what works into repeatable recruiting practices
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience with Emerging Talent, university, campus, or early-career recruiting is a plus
- A track record of identifying and engaging exceptional talent, with strong instincts for candidate quality
- The ability to quickly learn new talent markets, calibrate to a high hiring bar, and recruit across different roles and functions
- Strong operational rigor and the ability to manage high-volume pipelines, competing priorities, and frequent context changes without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- An experimental mindset and willingness to try new approaches to find, engage, and hire great talent
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience owning high-volume or seasonal hiring programs
- Experience recruiting technical or engineering early-career talent
- Experience supporting internship programs and intern-to-full-time conversion
- Experience using AI throughout the recruiting workflow to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and execution

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a scaled Private Equity channel that makes Ramp the trusted financial-operations partner for PE firms and their portfolio companies. The Manager, Channel Partner Management — Private Equity will lead an established five-person team of Channel Partner Managers and raise the quality, rigor, and efficiency of an existing motion.
The team includes one Upmarket PE CPM, focused on the most strategic and complex sponsor relationships, and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs, focused on scaled coverage, activation, and portfolio-company pipeline generation. This leader is not being hired to redesign the team or recategorize the program. They will make the current team more effective: clarifying expectations, improving performance, and ensuring each CPM has the tools, coaching, and cross-functional support to execute at a high level.
This is a people-leadership and operating-excellence role—not a player-coach role defined by personally owning every senior relationship or stepping into every deal. The manager will diagnose performance and conversion gaps, coach specific skills, establish a rigorous inspection cadence, and hold a high bar for accountability. They will work closely with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and other partners to improve collateral and partner messaging, refine activation and incentive plans, strengthen account and portfolio planning, and remove friction from the CPM workflow.
The goal is continuous improvement: make the team more poised with partners, more commercially disciplined, more efficient in how it spends time, and more consistent in turning PE relationships into high-quality outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a five-person PE CPM team: one Upmarket PE CPM and four Core / Downmarket PE CPMs
- Set clear role charters, coverage models, capacity expectations, and success metrics by segment; ensure the Upmarket motion receives the depth it needs while Core / Downmarket operates with speed and repeatability
- Build the team’s commercial operating rhythm across sourced pipeline, qualified opportunities, closed-won revenue, partner activation, portfolio coverage, conversion, velocity, and partner health
- Coach CPMs from real partner interactions and account plans: identify the specific skill gap, prescribe an intervention, inspect behavior change, and hold a high bar for outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, ChOps, Growth, and leadership to convert PE influence into high-quality pipeline and strategic account outcomes
- Recruit, onboard, performance-manage, and retain a high-performing, collaborative team
- Serve as an executive point of escalation for the team’s most strategic PE relationships, using judgment about when to coach, join, or personally intervene
- Use AI and automation to improve research, portfolio coverage, executive preparation, relationship tracking, and team productivity
- Help shape the evolving PE channel strategy and codify repeatable playbooks for the broader Channel organization
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of relevant quota carrying experience, ideally with a focus on Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
- 1+ years of people-management experience, ideally leading a revenue-carrying partnerships, sales, or account-management team
- Demonstrated success building and managing a complex book of investor, sponsor, or enterprise partner relationships with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment: can distinguish influence from source, quantify partner impact, and prioritize finite team capacity against the highest-value opportunities
- A rigorous, data-driven management style; comfortable using funnel health, conversion, velocity, activity quality, and account/partner signals to coach and allocate resources
- Executive presence with PE partners, operating teams, CFOs, and internal senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure, and drive cross-functional outcomes without relying on formal authority
- High standards for performance management, feedback, and talent development
NICE TO HAVES
- Fintech, payments, expense management, AP, procurement, or CFO-software experience
- Experience designing partner programs, referral mechanics, or account-mapping motions

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
