ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Supply Chain Intern
Department: Global Supply Chain - Valencia Office
Location: Valencia, Spain
Type of Contract: Internship, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position
Working model: On-site
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters
As an R&D Supply Chain Intern, you help keep an aerospace R&D project in Valencia supplied with the parts, materials and services it needs to move forward. In a supply chain built around specialised components, long lead times and a limited supplier base, every RFQ sent on time and every delay caught early protects the project schedule. This is a real seat on a real programme, not a shadowing exercise. You will learn how flight-grade hardware actually gets sourced, from engineering requirement to delivered part, with experienced colleagues alongside you.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of components, parts and services across our supplier base, working alongside engineering, production and procurement
- Help translate engineering requirements into RFQs and supplier evaluations, learning how technical specifications become commercial decisions
- Monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers on delays, and keep the team updated on order status
- Help spot supply risks early, including long lead times, single sources and obsolescence, and support the search for alternatives
- Support the R&D project in Valencia as needs and requirements change, adapting quickly alongside the team
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical or similar), supply chain, or business with a genuine technical interest
- Basic familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace (coursework, projects or student teams count)
- Comfortable reading technical documents such as drawings, specifications and datasheets
- More drawn to coordination and management (planning, follow-up, working with suppliers and teams) than to hands-on technical design
- Able to work under pressure and adapt when priorities and requirements shift
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or training institution
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with local suppliers in Valencia
- Some exposure to RFQs, supplier selection, ERP tools or Excel-based tracking
- Comfortable in a production plant environment and keen to work hand in hand with production and engineering teams
- Curiosity about how complex hardware gets built and bought, and the appetite to ask why

Location: Open to candidates living near New Jersey, Kansas City, Oklahoma or the Minneapolis area. Hands-on work is within a reasonable commute or drive of your home base
Nebius is building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI — and we're scaling fast. In line with our values, we're committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, and we're looking for an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to set the direction, standards and capability that keep our expanding operations safe, compliant and sustainable.
This is no ordinary role. We need a decisive, credible leader who owns the regional EHS agenda — someone who can set strategy, build a high-performing team, and act as the trusted voice of EHS at leadership level, while staying close enough to the detail to guide, challenge and support when it matters most.
This is a genuine opportunity to shape how EHS operates as Nebius scales. You'll have real autonomy to set priorities, build capability across your team and sites, and influence decisions at a regional and business level — backed by strong support from senior stakeholders and a growing global EHS function.
You'll be accountable for the performance, maturity and culture of EHS across your region — leading through others, setting the standards your team and sites work to, and stepping in personally when situations demand calm, experienced judgement under pressure. Above all, you'll help make sound EHS practice a source of competitive advantage for Nebius, not a compliance exercise.
What you'll do
Set and own the regional EHS
plan
, turning policy and legislation into clear priorities and controls for your sites.
Translate the global EHS strategy into everyday practice across your region, making sure teams are well supported and equipped with the toolkit to advance site EHS performance.
Lead, manage and develop local teams — setting objectives, building capability, and owning outcomes.
Act as the senior EHS voice with regional and site leadership — advising on risk and holding the business to account.
Own regional governance and assurance — audits, inspections, and the quality of your team's risk assessments and controls.
Take personal command of major incidents and crises — leading investigations, building a learning culture, and reporting to executive level with composure under pressure.
Set the standard for construction, commissioning,
operations
and other high-risk activity, equipping specialists to manage risk on the ground.
Own the regional EHS performance narrative — turning data into insight that drives decisions and accountable action plans.
Review EHS data and performance metrics regularly, acting on trends and insights to drive continuous improvement across the region.
Support the wider environmental and sustainability agenda, partnering with teams to embed it across your region.
Represent Nebius with regulators, industry bodies and partners, protecting its credibility on EHS.
Champion Nebius's culture and values, embedding EHS as core to how the business operates.
What we're looking for
Credible, decisive, and people-focused. You'll bring:
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, plus 6+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including experience leading or managing a team.
Deep working knowledge of country and regional legislation, with a track record of shaping policy and standards, not just applying them.
A genuine subject-matter expert — able to go deep on technical detail when needed, while spending most of your time enabling others to deliver.
Proven experience
supporting
incident response and investigations, including in high-pressure, high-consequence situations, with the composure to make sound decisions under stress.
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and holding them to account.
Experience
coaching and developing teams and capability.
Strong commercial and organisational judgement — able to balance risk, cost and pace.
Excellent communication skills, with the gravitas to advise, challenge constructively, and represent EHS externally.
A continuous-improvement mindset and the ambition to build a function, not just run a programme.
Preferred
8+ years' experience, including international or multi-site regulatory environments.
Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, construction, engineering, commissioning or other high-risk environments.
Chartered status or equivalent: CMIOSH, GradIOSH working towards Chartered, NCRQ Level 6, or equivalent senior EHS qualification.
Experience managing regional budgets and cross-site resourcing.
Why Nebius?
Lead with impact — set the direction for EHS as Nebius scales.
Build something lasting — grow a team and a function, not just deliver a programme.
Operate at leadership level — advise, influence and be accountable alongside the business.
Be backed — join a growing global EHS function with real investment behind it.
Grow with us — build a lasting career as Nebius continues to scale.
Our approach
Environmental, health and safety isn't something we do separately — it's how we do the job. Strong outcomes come from partnership, trust, collaboration and shared accountability. As Manager, your role is to set the standard, build the capability, and create an environment where leaders and teams are equipped to make good decisions, manage risk effectively, and speak up, learn and improve.

Join Nebius. Help build the future of AI infrastructure — safely, responsibly and together.

The Role
We're looking for an
Engineering Manager
for Network Infrastructure to own delivery of network infrastructure initiatives in the US. This is not a role for someone who only coordinates tickets and status. It is a role for someone with an engineering skeleton: a person who has built, operated, broken and recovered things, and can earn the trust of SREs, SWEs, network engineers, and security and platform teams. We are at the early stage of our US expansion, so at first you will be hands-on: reviewing designs, stepping into incidents, and writing code or automation when the team needs it, with a high degree of independence from the European teams. As the organization grows, the scope of the role will grow with it.
You own delivery.
You will make important cross-team initiatives land: defining scope, aligning owners, exposing risks, driving decisions, tracking dependencies, and making sure we ship useful outcomes instead of half-finished initiatives. The job is not done when the technical pieces exist. It is done when engineers trust the tool, the NOC actually uses the workflow, alerts are actionable, runbooks are real, and the new way becomes the default way.
You stay technical.
You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you should be technical enough to understand real trade-offs: why rollback is not optional, why "just automate it" can create a bigger blast radius, why SLOs without ownership are decoration, and why network device CI/CD is very different from deploying a stateless service. You can read a design doc, challenge missing assumptions, notice unclear failure modes, and help the team turn a vague but important problem into an executable plan.
This is a high-leverage role in an early-stage and fast-scaling network infrastructure organisation. Many important systems are being built now: automation, observability, reliability standards, provisioning flows, operational safety, and cross-site consistency. You won't be maintaining a mature machine from the sidelines. You'll help shape how the machine works.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the engineering bar: code quality, design review, on-call and incident management practices, and operational standards
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives in the US, from a vague problem statement to an executable plan to adoption
Define scope and success criteria, align owners across SRE, SWE, network, security, platform and data center teams, and drive decisions to closure
Review designs and technical proposals, challenge missing assumptions, and surface failure modes, dependencies and risks early
Stay hands-on where it matters: step into incidents, write code or automation, and unblock the team
Drive adoption: make sure tools and workflows become the default way of working, with real documentation, runbooks and feedback loops
Keep stakeholders, including the European teams, informed with clear, honest status and coordinate across time zones
Turn operational pain and engineering input into a clear, prioritized backlog
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in software, SRE, network or infrastructure engineering, including experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
A real engineering background: you have built and operated production systems and can earn the trust of deeply technical teams
Ability to read design docs and technical proposals, understand trade-offs, and ask sharp questions about reliability, rollback, blast radius and failure modes
Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD) at the level needed to hold your own in technical discussions
Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, including documenting plans and decisions and influencing smart technical people
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes from scratch
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfort working across time zones
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with network infrastructure: network automation, observability, or network device lifecycle management
Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, or production readiness processes
Experience with CI/CD or change management for network or other high-blast-radius infrastructure
Experience building a team from scratch or launching a new engineering hub
Experience with secrets and access management, firmware rollout or fleet-wide operational initiatives
Hands-on engineering contributions (code, tooling, automation) alongside management work
Knowledge of the US network landscape (carriers, IX, regional connectivity and regulatory specifics)
Examples of initiatives your team may own:
A user and secrets management system for network infrastructure, including robot-user lifecycle, safe key/password rotation, revocation, break-glass access, mixed agent/push-based device support, and integration with existing secrets backends
An SLO framework for network services and components, including SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, ownership, tiering, and a clear link between reliability targets and engineering investment
CI/CD for network devices, where configuration changes, validation, staged rollout, rollback, and blast-radius control become disciplined and repeatable instead of manual and risky
Fleet-wide operational initiatives such as firmware consistency, device lifecycle hygiene, observability coverage, monitoring quality, alert ownership, or production readiness for new network capabilities
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re launching dedicated Digital Natives coverage in North America, a new team built to serve companies whose products and business models are built around technology. These are cloud-first, developer-led organizations that build fast, scale fast, and evaluate vendors the way engineers do.
This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Your job is to find that momentum, multi-thread across technical and business stakeholders, and turn it into durable, multi-product partnerships.
These aren’t transactional engagements. You’ll architect solutions that span across our ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that require cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You’re not just executing a playbook, you’re writing it.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Identify where our technology is already being used or evaluated inside an account and convert developer-led adoption into company-wide commitments
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines, teams, and use cases
- Scope and close large ($xM+), complex deals, including multi-product, usage-based, and custom commercial structures
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, platform, and executive stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into customers’ product roadmaps and architecture
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand value
- Translate patterns from this segment into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights that inform how we expand Digital Natives coverage to other regions and verticals
- Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and the broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, technical deep dives, exec briefings, developer and founder events)
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led organizations, ideally API, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles where engineering and product leaders are the primary decision-makers
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions, including converting self-serve or usage-based adoption into enterprise agreements
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
- Deep technical fluency, able to engage CTOs and engineering leaders credibly on APIs, integrations, latency, and architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and C-suite stakeholders on long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building a new coverage model from scratch
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

GoMining is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to become the right hand of our commercial lead. You will share ownership of the commercial agenda: improve how our digital acquisition channels perform, grow revenue from our existing customer base, and build the processes and infrastructure that help the commercial team scale.
This is not a direct sales role, and it is not a purely high-level one either. We need someone who understands sales from the inside and can analyze data to find growth points. You should come with your own ideas and see them through to results without needing step-by-step guidance.
Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition & Sales Performance
Drive commercial performance across 7 digital customer acquisition channels together with channel owners and General Managers.
Run regular performance reviews, comparing actuals to targets and identifying the drivers behind deviations.
Identify revenue leakage across the funnel and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
Improve first-purchase conversion and overall acquisition efficiency, including the effectiveness of our traffic spend.
Analyze payment success rates and payment method coverage by market, and work with relevant teams to remove payment-related conversion barriers (e.g., adding local payment methods).
Retention & Customer Base Growth
Drive retention of existing customers and reactivation of the inactive customer base.
Build a customer-centric model in which existing customers adopt second and third GoMining products, together with General Managers.
Develop cross-product and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior and product usage.
Identify how ecosystem products can drive additional mining and TH sales.
Funnel Optimization & Experimentation
Map the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to first and repeat purchase.
Identify bottlenecks and launch experiments across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, and payment flows.
Define hypotheses, expected commercial impact, and success metrics for each experiment.
Measure experiment results and scale successful initiatives across channels.
Commercial Processes & Infrastructure
Build and standardize commercial processes together with the commercial lead: plans, strategies, control tools, and team motivation.
Own the end-to-end CRM rollout: finalize required functionality, test it, migrate all teams into a single system, set deadlines, and create training for team leads and their teams.
Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for commercial data.
Take over part of the commercial lead’s responsibilities and represent the commercial function in discussions with stakeholders when needed.
Commercial Analytics
Monitor conversion, payment success, revenue, acquisition efficiency, retention, and other key commercial metrics.
Dig into the data to understand why metrics change (e.g., a drop in the share of paying users in a channel), and turn findings into specific actions for channel and product owners.
Work closely with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Payments, and Finance teams to improve commercial performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Growth, or Digital Sales.
Hands-on sales or sales management background: you understand how sales teams work from the inside.
Experience in fintech, payments, or other transaction-driven digital businesses.
Strong understanding of funnel performance and commercial metrics: conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics.
Experience with retention, reactivation, or cross-sell / upsell initiatives.
Experience building and standardizing commercial processes; CRM implementation or rollout experience is a strong plus.
Analytical and critical thinking: you can open a report, spot a problem, and find its root cause.
A proactive, independent mindset: you bring ideas, take ownership, and move fast.
Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, Web3, or digital assets.
Experience managing or optimizing paid traffic and acquisition channels.
Knowledge of payment methods and payment flow optimization, including local payment methods in emerging markets.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Ability to build dashboards and analyses yourself, including with AI tools.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
