This group spans several teams—including Growth, Billing, Enterprise, and Discovery—each focused on solving complex challenges that help millions of users, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, get the most out of Figma. Depending on the team, you might design billing infrastructure at global scale, build secure enterprise access systems, improve how users discover and organize their work, or drive product-led growth and monetization initiatives.

Operate and monitor the systems you build, with a strong focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, providing feedback, and helping foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:
4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining complex systems or products in production.
Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, PostgreSQL).
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively across functions.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with B2B SaaS, billing/payments infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise-scale systems.
Familiarity with technologies such as Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, SCIM, SAML, or WebAssembly.
A background in experimentation, observability, compliance automation, or internal tools development.
Prior work on extensibility platforms (plugins, APIs, widgets), or experience contributing to open source developer communities.
Passion for crafting excellent developer or user experiences, and an eye for elegant, maintainable architecture.
Enthusiasm for learning and teaching—whether mentoring teammates, leading initiatives, or sharing knowledge in code reviews or pairing sessions.
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. At Figma we believe design doesn’t end in a file or with your designer - it includes everything that goes into the product you ship: the production code that ties it all together, the systems and developer tools that make that code reliable, the context you provide to our AI agents, and the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page.
The Code Area at Figma is redefining how Designers, PMs and Engineers collaborate. We are responsible for agentic workflows enabling ideation and prototyping on production codebases as well as accelerating the journey from design to code. In 2023,
we launched Dev Mode
, a suite of features that give developers everything they need to navigate design files and transform designs into code. In 2025,
we introduced Figma’s MCP
, accelerating how ideas get to production. Looking to the future, we aim to further reduce the barriers between design to code and code to design allowing ideation, prototyping and productionisation to happen seamlessly where it most makes sense.
Our Code organization is expanding, and we’re hiring AI Product Engineers across multiple levels in the UK. We’re looking for people who have built generative AI products and are eager to lead AI efforts end-to-end, from early ideas to production.
Join us in shaping the future of AI at Figma!
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and evolve Dev Mode our MCP tools and Make Figma’s leading tools for dev/design collaboration
Take part in building new 0→1 products within the agentic coding space
Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers craft high quality products

3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer
Demonstrated strong fluency with React & Typescript
Experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions
Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship

Experience leveraging MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales frameworks

our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
You’ll join a high-performing, strategic sales team focused on moving Honeycomb further into the enterprise space. We’ve proven product-market fit, closed Fortune 500 logos, and built a pipeline that’s primed for the kind of enterprise sellers who know how to multi-thread, influence the C-suite, and navigate $500K–$1M+ ACV opportunities. This is not a role for a former mid-market rep trying to stretch—it’s built for enterprise closers who know the game and want to win it.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own and drive complex, 6–12+ month sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies
Build strategic, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership
Sell consultatively, bringing deep understanding of the customer’s business, technical landscape, and buying process
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to shape high-value, tailored deals
Deliver predictable pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota targets
Represent Honeycomb at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings
What you’ll bring to the role:
5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling experience, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure
Proven ability to land $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles
Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise
A track record of building champions and navigating enterprise buying cycles with precision
Grit, ambition, and a bias for execution—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Experience leveraging MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales frameworks
On Target Earnings (OTE) based on level of experience (Base + Commission)
$275,000
—
$300,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.
