About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We run a large-scale GPU cloud and AI infrastructure platform. Fraud and abuse — stolen payment cards, fake sign-ups, compute mining, credential abuse, and coordinated free-tier exploitation — directly threaten platform economics, capacity availability for legitimate customers, and our standing with payment providers and cloud partners.
As Product Manager, Anti-Fraud, you own the product roadmap for the systems that detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse across the customer lifecycle — from onboarding and payment through to ongoing consumption. You sit at the intersection of Trust & Safety, Payments/Billing, Risk, Data Science, and Product Engineering, and you balance two goals in constant tension: stop bad actors and keep friction near zero for real customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the end-to-end anti-fraud product roadmap: signup/KYC checks, payment fraud detection, account takeover protection, and compute-abuse (e.g., crypto mining, resource reselling) prevention.
Own the rules and risk-scoring surfaces — the tooling that lets analysts and data scientists define, test, and deploy detection rules and ML models with clear guardrails and audit trails.
Own the manual review and case-management experience for the Trust & Safety operations team, including queues, evidence views, and action workflows (block, limit, step-up verification, release).
Own customer-facing friction points — verification flows, step-up challenges, and appeals — designed to minimize false positives and protect the legitimate user experience.
Identify fraud and abuse incidents early — define the signals, alerts, and thresholds that surface incidents before they scale, and own the detection surface that flags them.
Participate in incident reviews and post-mortems, capturing root causes and turning each finding into concrete improvements to detection rules, models, and the roadmap.
Ensure timely response to active incidents — drive fast triage, clear ownership, and mitigation, working alongside Trust & Safety, Engineering, and Data Science to contain impact.
Write clear PRDs and specs that translate fuzzy risk problems into shippable engineering and data-science work.
Partner with
Analytics team
on detection models — defining the problem, labels, and success criteria, and deciding where rules vs. ML are the right tool.
Run experiments and monitor rollouts, watching both fraud-catch metrics and false-positive / customer-friction impact.
Work with Legal/Compliance to keep detection and enforcement aligned with payment-network rules, KYC/AML expectations, and data-privacy requirements.
Track and report on fraud loss, chargeback rate, false-positive rate, review throughput, and time-to-detection.
We expect you to have:
Proven
product management experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or payments.
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, SQL or equivalent, and reasoning about precision/recall trade-offs and metrics.
Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and to balance security, business, and customer-experience priorities.
Solid collaboration with engineering and data science; you can hold a technical conversation about signals, features, and model behavior.
Exposure to cloud, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or infrastructure products.
Understanding payment fraud, chargebacks, KYC/AML, or device/network signals (fingerprinting, velocity, IP reputation).
It would be an added bonus if you have:
Familiarity with ML-based detection systems and their operational lifecycle (drift, retraining, monitoring).
Experience with abuse patterns specific to compute or GPU platforms (mining, credential stuffing, free-tier farming).
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI

Most companies treat support as a cost center. We treat it as an engineering challenge and a product opportunity.
Support Operations Engineering is an engineering function inside ClickHouse’s Support Services organization. We build the systems that decide how customers get help from the moment they describe their problem to the moment it’s resolved. This role will help shape how Support Services, RevOps, GTM, and core Engineering teams collaborate on customers. This is not a tools team. About a third of our work directly supports the support organization. The rest is building experiences and systems that change how ClickHouse works with its customers in more effective, streamlined ways.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You’ll design and build the systems that sit between ClickHouse’s customers and the teams who serve them. The work is varied by design, and you’ll move between problem types as priorities shift:
- Intelligent routing and decision systems. Software that decides where work should go and who should handle it, weighing many signals at once, and is built to adapt as the business scales.
- AI-powered customer experiences. Customer-facing and internal experiences that understand what someone needs, recommend the best next step, and know when to hand off to a human.
- Internal platforms and tooling. Applications that give Support, RevOps, and GTM teams the leverage to work faster and more accurately, built to production standards.
- Integrations and data flow. Connections across Salesforce, live chat, incident management, Slack, GitHub, and more, so workflows and data move cleanly between systems.
- Automation and observability. Systems that remove repetitive work, surface what’s breaking, and give teams confidence in what they’re running.
Across all of it, you’ll partner with core Engineering to ship to production, and own what you build: code review, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 3–5 years building and shipping full-stack software in production, with tools like TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React (or comparable)
- Experience developing with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between distributed systems
- Hands-on experience close to support: as a support or technical support engineer, or by building tools or integrations for a support, CS, or RevOps team
- Confidence with Git and safe, version-controlled deployment workflows
- The ability to translate operational needs into solutions that non-engineers can follow
- A shipper’s mindset: self-driven, curious, and comfortable owning a problem end-to-end in a remote, globally distributed team
- Comfort using AI tools day to day in how you build, with a clear sense of where to trust them
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience building LLM-powered features in production (routing, retrieval, evaluation, or observability)
- Salesforce platform experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects) or certifications; if you don’t have it, the appetite to get there quickly
- Support and incident tooling: Pylon, incident.io http://incident.io, PagerDuty, Zendesk, Slack APIs, GitHub APIs
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases
- Experience in an early-stage or greenfield environment, or embedded in a support, RevOps, or business-systems function
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is looking for a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own the continued development, deployment and operation of the existing data platform within Humanoid. The role spans cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, platform engineering and data engineering, with responsibility for turning internal engineering requirements into reliable production systems.
You will also lead delivery by external contractors and act as their sole point of contact with Humanoid. You will gather requirements from our internal engineering teams, translate them into technical briefs, oversee implementation and bring completed work back for validation. All contractor questions, feedback and delivery coordination will flow through you, without requiring direct communication between contractors and other Humanoid team members.
This role combines substantial engineering work with technical leadership and delivery ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own platform delivery: Understand the existing platform architecture, identify the changes needed for Humanoid’s environment and workflows, and take those changes through development, integration, testing and deployment.
- Lead external contractors: Define work packages, priorities, technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Review designs and code, resolve technical questions, track delivery and ensure completed work meets Humanoid’s standards.
- Connect internal needs to implementation: Work with Humanoid’s engineering teams to understand requirements and constraints. Maintain a clear backlog, communicate tradeoffs and progress, and raise risks or decisions early.
- Build and operate cloud infrastructure: Manage compute, storage, networking and environments through infrastructure as code, with attention to security, reliability, performance and cost.
- Develop across the stack: Implement and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations and frontend interfaces that support internal users and engineering workflows.
- Improve the engineering platform: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, deployment processes, environment configuration and developer tooling.
- Own data workflows: Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, storage and access pipelines. Address data quality, schema changes, failed jobs and recovery.
- Maintain production reliability: Establish monitoring, logging and alerting; investigate incidents; and maintain practical rollback, backup and recovery procedures.
- Control access and preserve knowledge: Manage contractor permissions and secrets appropriately. Ensure source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and operational knowledge remain accessible to Humanoid.
- Verify and hand over completed work. Validate contractor deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and ensure releases include the documentation and support needed for ongoing operation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building, deploying and operating production software on a major cloud platform.
- Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure as code, containers, Linux, networking, identity and access management, and CI/CD.
- Solid software engineering skills, including backend services, APIs, databases and the ability to work across frontend and backend code.
- Experience with data pipelines, object storage, relational databases and reliable processing of large datasets.
- Evidence of taking ownership of an existing platform: understanding unfamiliar code, diagnosing problems and delivering improvements safely.
- Experience leading external developers or contractors, including scoping work, reviewing implementation and holding delivery to clear quality standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn incomplete requirements into actionable technical work.
- Sound judgment about what to build directly, what to delegate and when to involve internal engineering specialists.
Experience with robotics, machine learning infrastructure, sensor data or internal data platforms would be valuable. We welcome engineers with particular depth in infrastructure or platform engineering who can demonstrate effective delivery across the wider software stack.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE?
The data platform is deployed reliably within Humanoid and develops in line with internal engineering needs. Contractor work arrives tested, documented and ready to integrate. Internal teams have clear visibility into progress and decisions, while you own the technical context, coordination and follow-through needed to deliver.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.

The Role
We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager
for Network Infrastructure. This is not a "make slides, chase tickets, and ask engineers for status" job. It is a role for someone with an engineering skeleton: a person who has built, operated, broken and recovered things, and can earn trust in a room full of SREs, SWEs, network engineers, security and platform teams. You will work with a high degree of independence, set up the project management practices for your area from scratch, and stay close to the technical details yourself.
The "T" matters.
You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you should be technical enough to understand real trade-offs: why rollback is not optional, why "just automate it" can create a bigger blast radius, why a provisioning flow must survive real-world constraints, why SLOs without ownership are decoration, and why network device CI/CD is very different from deploying a stateless service. You can read a design doc, challenge missing assumptions, notice unclear failure modes, ask sharp questions, and turn a vague but important problem into an executable plan.
The "P" is project delivery with a product mindset, even if the product is internal infrastructure.
Your product may be secrets and robot-user management, an SLO framework, a firmware rollout process, a network observability platform, CI/CD for network devices, or automation that makes day-0 and day-N operations safe. The job is not done when the technical pieces exist. It is done when engineers trust the tool, the NOC actually uses the workflow, alerts are actionable, runbooks are real, and the new way becomes the default way. That means adoption, communication, documentation, feedback loops, and sometimes a bit of internal "marketing": the ability to convince smart technical people that the thing is worth using.
The "M" is management of execution, not people management.
You will not be responsible for engineers' careers, performance reviews or promotions. You will be responsible for making important cross-team initiatives land: defining scope, aligning owners, exposing risks, driving decisions, tracking dependencies, creating clarity where things are unclear, and making sure we ship useful outcomes instead of collecting half-finished initiatives.
This is a high-leverage role in an early-stage and fast-scaling network infrastructure organisation. Many important systems are being built now: automation, observability, reliability standards, provisioning flows, operational safety, and cross-site consistency. You won't be maintaining a mature machine from the sidelines. You'll help shape how the machine works.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives, from a vague problem statement to an executable plan to adoption
Define scope and success criteria, align owners across SRE, SWE, network, security, platform and data center teams, and drive decisions to closure
Review designs and technical proposals, challenge missing assumptions, and surface failure modes, dependencies and risks early
Track dependencies and risks across teams and time zones, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, honest status
Drive adoption: make sure tools and workflows become the default way of working, with real documentation, runbooks and feedback loops
Establish and run lightweight, effective project management practices: planning, prioritization, reviews, and post-launch follow-up
Work with regional teams and external partners (vendors, carriers) on the rollout of new network capabilities
Turn operational pain and engineering input into a clear, prioritized backlog
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering management or a hands-on engineering role (SRE, SWE, network or infrastructure), with a track record of delivering complex cross-team infrastructure projects
A real engineering background: you have built and operated production systems and can earn the trust of deeply technical teams
Ability to read design docs and technical proposals, understand trade-offs, and ask sharp questions about reliability, rollback, blast radius and failure modes
Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD) at the level needed to hold your own in technical discussions
Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without formal authority
Excellent written and verbal communication, including documenting plans and decisions and influencing smart technical people
Ability to work independently and to build processes from scratch
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfort working across time zones
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with network infrastructure: network automation, observability, or network device lifecycle management
Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, or production readiness processes
Experience with CI/CD or change management for network or other high-blast-radius infrastructure
Experience delivering projects with distributed teams across European, Middle Eastern and African time zones
Experience with secrets and access management, firmware rollout or fleet-wide operational initiatives
Hands-on engineering contributions (scripts, tooling, automation) alongside project work
Examples of initiatives you may own:
A user and secrets management system for network infrastructure, including robot-user lifecycle, safe key/password rotation, revocation, break-glass access, mixed agent/push-based device support, and integration with existing secrets backends
An SLO framework for network services and components, including SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, ownership, tiering, and a clear link between reliability targets and engineering investment
CI/CD for network devices, where configuration changes, validation, staged rollout, rollback, and blast-radius control become disciplined and repeatable instead of manual and risky
Fleet-wide operational initiatives such as firmware consistency, device lifecycle hygiene, observability coverage, monitoring quality, alert ownership, or production readiness for new network capabilities
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
