For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
Job Summary:
The Platform Engineering team is a close-knit group of highly senior engineers focused on building software products for developers — from internal APIs and services to developer tooling, CI/CD frameworks, and Kubernetes-based abstractions. We treat our platform as a product — prioritizing usability, adoption, and developer experience as first-class concerns. You will spend a significant portion of your time writing code — building platform services, APIs, and developer tooling used across engineering teams. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineers on meaningful software problems where your ideas and expertise truly matter. The team operates in Hybrid, focusing office time for meaningful collaboration.
Platform Engineering exists to empower product engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate healthcare software faster, more reliably, and more securely. We solve complex cross-functional problems through well-designed software systems — building APIs, services, and developer-facing applications that reduce cognitive load so development teams can focus on delivering value to clinicians and patients. We may not own every part of the stack, but we engineer the APIs, abstractions, and interfaces that piece it together meaningfully — and we own the design, implementation, testing, and lifecycle of what we build through sound software engineering practices and SRE principles
Key Responsibilities
1 · Design, build, and maintain platform services, APIs, SDKs, and internal tools used across engineering teams
2 · Own platform services end-to-end — from design and implementation through production operation and continuous improvement, writing high-quality, testable code throughout
3 · Design and improve CI/CD workflows and developer automation with a focus on usability and efficiency
4 · Apply distributed systems and backend engineering principles to design scalable, resilient services and APIs
5 · Production ownership of the services and tools you build — including observability, debugging, and incident response
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js building production-grade APIs, services, developer tools, and developer-facing UIs (React or similar), with strong automated testing practices (unit, integration, E2E)
Strong software engineering fundamentals — distributed systems, API design, and production backend services, with a proven ability to make pragmatic trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and developer experience
Working proficiency with observability (metrics, logging, distributed tracing, SLI/SLO frameworks) and production ownership of services you build — including incident response and post-mortems
Strong proficiency with Kubernetes — building software abstractions and APIs, extending capabilities through custom controllers and operators
Strong proficiency designing and building CI/CD pipelines optimized for security, compliance, and developer experience
Working proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), GitOps practices, and cloud-native environments
Strong communication, influence, and documentation skills — able to drive adoption of platform patterns, translate technical complexity for diverse audiences, and produce ADRs, runbooks, and developer- facing documentation
Preferred:
Experience building internal developer platforms or platform-as-a-product initiatives, including developer portals and self-service tooling
Experience with AI/ML integration: LLM APIs, intelligent automation, AI-assisted developer tooling, and agentic patterns
Working proficiency with cloud security practices (IAM, secret handling, encryption), compliance tooling (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST), or cloud cost optimization (FinOps)

ABOUT PEEC AI
AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring the founding SDR for our New York office. You'll build the outbound engine for North America from scratch, prospecting into SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at mid-market and SMB companies across the US and Canada, and generating the pipeline our New York AEs close. You'll report to our Head of Sales, Americas.
Founding means what it says here. There is no US playbook yet. You'll decide which accounts are worth calling, what the opening line is, which sequences earn replies, and what the motion looks like by the time the second and third SDRs arrive. You'll do it with a Head of Sales who has already built this and Berlin's playbook to borrow from, but the US version is yours.
If you get a rush from picking up the phone, love the puzzle of finding the right person to call, and want to sell a product genuinely at the frontier of where search is heading, this is the seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive outbound prospecting across North America, identifying and engaging decision-makers in SEO, marketing, and growth functions
- Execute personalized, high-quality outreach with cold calling at the core and email and LinkedIn in support, generating qualified meetings for our New York AE team
- Build the US outbound playbook: target account definition, sequences, messaging, and the prospecting approach the next SDRs will inherit
- Use AI tooling to research prospects, personalize at scale, and sharpen your approach faster than a manual motion allows
- Work closely on targeting and positioning, and tell us honestly what is landing in the US market and what is not
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets in a previous SDR or BDR role
- A natural on the phone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and sees every dial as an opportunity, not a chore
- Driven and self-directed, with a habit of setting ambitious targets and working steadily until you hit them
- Passionate about technology and the role AI is playing in reshaping how businesses operate, ideally someone who already uses AI tools day to day
- Highly coachable, treating every conversation as a data point
- Excited to learn the full sales cycle and grow into an Account Executive role. Our New York AE seat is the next rung, and we would rather promote you into it than hire around you
- Based in New York and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
- Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space
- Experience as an early or founding SDR somewhere, or building a motion in a new market
- Existing network in New York's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human generated and model generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Smart Manufacturing Engineer, SW & Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization
- Reports to: Smart Manufacturing, Team Leader
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Smart Manufacturing Engineer, SW & Electronics, you will help ensure our satellites can be tested reliably and efficiently before they are launched to space. You will design and own Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and satellite‑level test systems that combine electronics, embedded software and automation. Your work will directly support AIT and Production teams, keeping critical test setups running while building the next generation of EGSEs to scale ICEYE’s manufacturing.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy – day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support AIT and Production teams in running and troubleshooting RF, electronics and satellite‑level test setups, especially in your first months.
- Design, develop and maintain EGSE systems that combine electronics, embedded software and Python-based test automation.
- Capture requirements and define architectures for new test systems together with AIT Engineering, Production and other Engineering teams.
- Implement and debug embedded C/C++ code on ARM‑based MCUs (e.g. STM32, TI), including bring‑up, interface control and communication with instruments.
