Sensor Tower is looking for a Team Manager to join our Investor Vertical. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to own and execute on our expansion strategy with our London-based team. Sensor Tower Team Managers are dynamic, player-coach positions in which you will manage your own book of high-leverage accounts, as well as direct a team of your own Account Managers (50% own book / 50% team leadership). WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Directly own relationships with Sensor Tower’s most strategic EMEA-based Investor accounts, which include hedge funds, private equity firms, and venture capital firms.
- Manage a team of Account Managers, each with their own book of business, with the primary objective of hitting team GRR and NRR milestones.
- Hire, train, and mentor new Account Managers with high upside potential.
- Analyze companies that operate in the digital economy to add value to your clients and showcase Sensor Tower’s alternative data product suite.
- Work cross functionally with the Investor Vertical’s NYC-based and HK-based teams, as well as other departments like Marketing, Data Science, Product Management, etc.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 8-12 years of experience working at or with financial institutions, with much of that experience in a consultative sales or sales management position.
- Past exposure to strategic/enterprise data sales or account management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, with experience leveraging large datasets and AI.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and follow-through.
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Thrives in fast-paced environments and keeps operations running smoothly.
- Excellent communicator who brings both polish and personality to internal and external interactions.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing, to ensure the SE's have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business. If you've ever served in a Technical Presales role for a software company, you know just how much knowledge you are expected to have, demos you need to show, workshops you need to execute on, etc. The Field Engineering team maintains the backend systems, content creation and deep subject matter expertise that enables the Solution Engineering team to scale and focus on direct customer selling, community building, learning, and other adoption and revenue-focused activities. As a Staff Field Engineer, you are viewed by Sales and FE leadership as being in the top 20% of the field team, operating with little to no supervision on the company's most strategic engagements and serving as a mentor to Senior Field Engineers and Solution Engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Advise on and support some of Grafana's most strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects on the company's most complex technical challenges with no supervision.
Serve as a company-recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one area of the Grafana Platform, and deep knowledge across multiple Grafana technologies, building new reference architectures from scratch and overcoming competitive objections in the field
Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling value based stories to help the sales team technically close deals.
Own end-to-end creation and curation of technical training content (workshops, how-to guides, demo scripts) for one or more product areas, and establish a repeatable content review cadence in partnership with Enablement and Product Management to keep materials aligned with the product roadmap
Architect, engineer, and maintain a live production environment that supports demo, workshop, and POV infrastructure at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and uptime.
Act as a key influencer in product direction, helping key customers adopt newer technologies, and represent Field Engineering in Product planning cycles to surface enablement gaps and shape investment priorities
Serve as a presenter for Strategic Marketing events (presentations, panels, webinars, conferences, blogs) as an ambassador for Grafana
Provide technical guidance for a specific product area to Solution Engineers, Observability Architects and customers, and present best practices to customers
Help update and improve product documentation, and contribute back to the organization through white papers, blogs, and product direction input
Mentor Senior and Staff Solution Engineers and Field Engineers
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Minimum of 8+ years of related technical experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer role (or equivalent), serving as a SRE, Developer, Architect and/or successful presales Solution Architect. OSS development experience is a plus.
Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies, with recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) depth in at least one area of the Grafana Platform; deep working knowledge across multiple technologies in the Observability space (e.g. Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.)
Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain (e.g. IoT, AI/ML) beyond the core observability stack, and demonstrated domain knowledge across the broader Grafana Ecosystem
Has created and maintained at least one product training asset (workshop, guide, or structured content) that has been adopted by the broader technical field organization
Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to produce and maintain field-facing enablement content and influence roadmap priorities
Comfortable with at least one modern programming language, and a strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle, including debugging and investigation
Working familiarity with Linux, including common tools
Practical experience using AI tools to generate and review code and to accelerate day-to-day tasks, while retaining full ownership of final decisions and quality criteria for the resulting work
Able to architect a modern application on one of the primary cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP), including IaC tools such as Terraform, understanding the tradeoffs between build vs. buy, and the technologies that make up that architecture such as Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, Microservices and more
Proven track record building and delivering strategic technical content (workshops, demos, decks, webinars, videos) for technical audiences, including complex POVs and content that overcomes competitive objections
Deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges in complex, strategic sales cycles

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The People team at LangChain is architecting the operating system for the team behind the agents. Our charter is to make LangChain the best place to work — building the foundational infrastructure across recruiting, global rewards, performance, and AI upskilling that empowers our team to achieve our mission. We treat the employee lifecycle as a product: modular, intentional, designed for high-velocity iteration. We dogfood our own platform to automate the mundane and keep the team focused on the high-judgment work that matters.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our People Operations team is globally distributed. This role is our West Coast presence — the person on the ground in SF and the anchor for People Ops during US hours.
This is a logistics, compliance, and hospitality role simultaneously. A new hire's first week is a product we're responsible for, and you own it. You’re the often face of HR to employees, and are focused on solving problems for our users (employees) in a high craft, maximum agency way. The systems here are still being built, and you have an opportunity to help influence how we set up the infrastructure to scale. We’re here to build something great, and you play a key role in making that happen through the foundations of people operations.
Location/City:
San Francisco, CA — in office 5 days per week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own onboarding end-to-end. Run pre-boarding — documentation, account setup, background checks, and the data handoffs to IT, Payroll, and Workplace — so nothing reaches a new hire half-finished.
- Run cohort day. Facilitate our twice-monthly in-person onboarding cohorts in SF, including everything from compliance to the employee experience.
- Drive the first 90 days support structure. Run the system behind 45/90 check-in cadence, buddy program, and the onboarding survey, including closing the loop on what it tells us.
- Be the front line during US hours. Serve as the first stop for employee questions: resolve what you can, route what you can't, and drive ongoing documentation in our knowledge base so it doesn't get asked twice.
- Build the process, don't just run it. Write and maintain the onboarding SOPs, close the parity gap between in-office and remote onboarding, and build distinct paths for rehires and international hires.
- Automate your own work. Use AI to take the repetitive load off this function — status chasing, packet assembly, provisioning checklists, survey synthesis — and use ticket volume to find what keeps breaking.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 2–5 years in people operations, HR coordination, or onboarding at a high-growth tech company, with hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling preferred).
- Compliance Fluency: Working knowledge of I-9 and employment eligibility verification, including the retention and audit requirements — plus the follow-through that casework rewards. Documents move on deadline, and you are never the reason something sits.
- Documentation-First Instincts: Your processes are written down, current, and usable by someone else. You turn a repeat question into a knowledge base article instead of answering it twice.
- AI Fluency: You already use tools to increase your leverage, and you reach for automation instinctively rather than as an afterthought.
- White-Glove Judgment: A new hire's first day is a moment that matters and you treat it that way. You handle compensation, immigration, and personal data with discretion.
- Resilient Ownership: You're comfortable on a globally distributed team and in a fast paced, build environment. When equipment doesn't arrive or a start date moves, you're calm and already solving it.
- Operating Principles: You exemplify our operating principles https://www.langchain.com/careers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience standing up or rebuilding an onboarding program, not just running an existing one
- Immigration or visa coordination experience (H-1B, PERM, TN, or equivalent)
- Global onboarding exposure
- Experience with LangSmith, Claude, or a similar tools
Annual salary range: $100,000 – $110,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.
