As our new Senior Account Manager you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of retail partners, focusing on building strong relationships, using data to drive performance, and delivering results for Wolt, our partners, and our customers. What you’ll be doing Own and develop the partnerships with some of our largest and most important accounts Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to drive long-term growth Lead quarterly business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and define joint growth plans Understand merchant priorities and business challenges, translate them into clear actions, and co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact Identify and execute both gradual improvements and step-change growth opportunities across the partnership Drive revenue growth for both Wolt and the partner through a data-driven approach focused on commercial performance, profitability, and operational excellence Introduce, negotiate, and execute new Wolt products, services, and commercial opportunities to expand the partnership and unlock new revenue streams Use data and insights to identify trends, influence decision-making, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives Act as the key point of contact between the partner and internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Support, Product, and Leadership Partner closely with Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and partner growth Bring structure, ownership, and hands-on execution while helping shape best practices in a fast-evolving environment Our humble expectations Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, consulting, or another commercial role with ownership of large or strategic accounts Fluency in Danish is required for this position Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into action Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of an organization Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing senior decision-makers Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently High ownership, strong execution skills, and a track record of delivering measurable business results Comfortable working with data and translating analysis into business recommendations; advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills are expected, and experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI is a plus Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, marketplace businesses, or a related industry is an advantage Experience managing large, complex, or strategic partnerships is a strong plus What we offer Help shape the future of retail at Wolt Denmark as an Account Manager, supporting and growing strong partnerships with leading retailers. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end - from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. You combine strong project management skills with analytical thinking to drive meaningful improvements at both the team and company levels. What You'll Do Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management What We're Looking For 4+ years of project management experience Background in Business Analysis or Product Management Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English Nice to have: hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results Nice to have: proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.) We strive to make our hiring process fair and comfortable for all candidates.
