About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We're looking for a leader to build and grow the Startups Activations team. This team is the voice of Vercel to the earliest-stage startups, helping founders make great infrastructure decisions from day one and land on Vercel before they ever need to migrate.
You'll hire and develop up-and-coming talent from a wide range of backgrounds, including former founders, developers, and early-career sellers, and turn them into trusted advisors for technical founders. You'll build the machine: a high-velocity, repeatable motion that uses AI, automation, and product signals to reach thousands of early startups at the right moment. You'll set the operating rhythm, coach relentlessly, and turn what works into playbooks the rest of the Startups org can scale.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What You Will Do:
Hire & Grow Talent
: Recruit, onboard, and ramp a diverse team of former founders, developers, and early-career sellers. Build a bench that grows into future AEs and leaders across Vercel.
Coach & Develop
: Run 1:1s, call reviews, and skill-building sessions that turn new sellers into credible, technical advisors for founders.
Build the Activation Machine
: Design a high-velocity motion that combines outbound, product-led signals, community, and ecosystem partners (accelerators, VCs, AI tooling) to get early startups deployed on Vercel.
Be the Voice of Vercel to Startups
: Make sure every early founder understands how Vercel's platform and Agent Stack help them build, ship, and scale, and why starting here is the right infra decision.
AI, Automation & Playbooks
: Use AI and automation to multiply team impact, spot patterns in usage and signups, and turn winning plays into repeatable motions.
Pipeline & Execution
: Own activation, conversion, and bookings targets. Define the leading indicators that predict long-term customer growth and hold the team to them.
Forecasting & Performance Management
: Inspect pipeline health, own forecast accuracy, and manage performance against activity, conversion, and quota.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with Marketing, Product, Growth, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, and the Greenfield and Install Base teams to make handoffs seamless as startups scale.
About You:
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or startup go-to-market, including 2+ years managing quota-carrying sellers.
A track record of hiring and developing early-career talent and people from non-traditional backgrounds into top performers.
Experience building or running a high-velocity sales motion with volume, speed, and discipline.
Comfort talking with technical founders about architecture and tradeoffs. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need credibility with engineers.
Real curiosity about AI-native development and the tools shaping how startups build and ship.
A builder's mindset: you like creating systems, not just running them, and you balance strategy with hands-on execution.
A growth mindset, resilience, and strong shared ownership.
Bonus If You:
Have been a founder, early-stage operator, or developer.
Have built a team or motion from zero inside a high-growth company.
Have experience with startup ecosystems: accelerators, VCs, founder communities, or developer communities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to help build and lead a team of Fraud Operations Specialists responsible for the efficient and effective execution of fraud detection and prevention strategies across all of Ramp’s products, enabling Ramp’s rapid growth. This role requires the ability to balance people management, process engineering, strategic thinking, and planning. You will utilize data and analytics to lead an efficient team, identify opportunities for improvement, prioritize development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize policies, develop tools, and infrastructure that best support Ramp’s operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and continue building a team of Fraud Operations Specialists who manage & review alerts, conduct investigations, and recover funds through enabling right sized coverage and meeting service level agreements (SLA)
- Develop a deep understanding of Ramp’s risk management policies (underwriting, payments, transactions, credit limit changes, collections) across all products
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science teams to build best in class risk tooling to increase operational efficiency

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
Synthesia is growing fast, and lifecycle is how we turn that growth into lasting customer relationships, guiding every user from first signup to real value. Every month we send 150+ emails to 1+ million contacts, and as we launch new products and enter new markets, that scale and its impact on revenue will keep rising.
As Senior Lifecycle Manager, you’ll build one of the most exciting lifecycle programmes in Europe. You’ll own the product-led growth motion after signup: the journeys that turn new users into activated, paying and expanding customers. You’ll build automations triggered by what users do in the product and set the standard for how every customer-facing email Synthesia sends works together as one experience. You’ll partner with Product, Product Marketing and Data teams to build a lifecycle engine that grows with the company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Customer journeys: Design, build and optimise lifecycle journeys that support customers throughout their experience with Synthesia, from activation, adoption and engagement through to expansion, retention and winback.
- Lifecycle automation: Own the end-to-end implementation of lifecycle programmes, from audience segmentation and behavioural triggers to workflow logic, suppression rules, QA and performance monitoring.
- Experimentation: Develop and execute structured experiments to continuously improve lifecycle performance. Test messaging, timing, segmentation and journey design, analyse results and turn learnings into actionable improvements.
- Data-driven personalisation: Leverage product usage, customer attributes and engagement signals to deliver increasingly relevant lifecycle experiences.
- Lifecycle quality and deliverability: Own campaign QA and testing processes, support email deliverability and sender reputation and help establish best practices for segmentation, frequency management and customer experience.
- AI-powered lifecycle: Explore and apply AI to make lifecycle marketing more effective and efficient. From content creation and dynamic personalisation to workflow automation, identify opportunities to improve both the customer experience and how we work.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- You deliver impact: You understand how lifecycle marketing contributes to activation, adoption, retention and revenue, and you can demonstrate measurable results from programmes you’ve owned
- You’re analytical and curious: You use data to understand performance, challenge assumptions and continuously improve what you build
- You think in customer journeys: You look beyond individual emails to understand the customer experience, identify friction and create relevant, connected communications
- You’re technically excellent: You’re confident building sophisticated automation, managing complex segmentation and working with customer and product data. You care about the details that make programmes effective and reliable
- You take ownership: You’re comfortable independently leading initiatives from concept through execution, proactively solving problems and making informed decisions
- You collaborate naturally: You know how to work across functions, build strong relationships and move complex projects forward without direct authority
- You care about quality: From deliverability and data accuracy to messaging and customer experience, you hold your work to a high standard
- You’re excited about AI: You actively explore how emerging technologies can improve personalisation, experimentation and the way lifecycle marketing operates
WE’D BE PARTICULARLY EXCITED IF
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or email marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or product-led companies
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including complex workflows, list building, segmentation and campaign execution
- Proven experience building and optimising always-on automated programmes, including onboarding, nurture and re-engagement, alongside one-off campaigns
- Experience owning lifecycle initiatives end to end, from briefing and journey design to implementation, QA, reporting and optimisation
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using product, CRM and engagement data to build audiences, evaluate performance and run structured experiments
- Practical experience using AI to improve lifecycle execution, operational efficiency or customer personalisation
- Working knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across different teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer data platforms
- Experience with Salesforce, particularly connecting CRM and account data to lifecycle programmes
- Experience with in-product messaging and multichannel lifecycle journeys
- SQL skills for self-serve behavioural analysis and insights

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure to help make Webflow a trusted home for business-critical websites and a foundation for the next generation of AI-built and AI-operated sites. You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of our cloud infrastructure, spanning capabilities such as hosting, serverless and edge compute, and global delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data, you’ll turn customer needs into measurable improvements in performance, reliability, security, and scale—helping businesses of every size run confidently on Webflow as the needs of marketing teams, developers, and AI agents evolve.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Director of Product.
As a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you’ll:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of Webflow and Source infrastructure. Translate customer needs and company priorities into a clear plan across hosting, compute, global delivery, storage, or deployment. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to define outcomes, sequence investments, and deliver improvements customers can measure.
- Make performance and reliability measurable product commitments. Partner with Engineering to define SLOs, observability requirements, and incident practices. Prioritize improvements to caching, content freshness, logging, and platform visibility based on customer impact, and help ensure consistent service as both human-built and AI-generated sites scale.
- Make the path from code to production safe and predictable. Improve the deployment lifecycle, from shareable preview environments to promotion and rollback. Define requirements for deploy protection, release controls, and automation hooks so developers and enterprise teams can ship confidently within their governance requirements.
- Build shared capabilities that help product teams move faster. Work with teams across Webflow and Source to identify common infrastructure needs and turn them into reusable platform capabilities. Help prioritize framework and runtime support, scheduled functions, data access, and storage, with consistent experiences across Webflow Cloud, the API, and the CLI.
- Turn customer infrastructure needs into clear priorities. Work directly with Enterprise customers, agencies, and customer-facing teams to understand what blocks adoption and growth. Translate needs around performance, resiliency, compliance, secure connectivity, and regional availability into actionable requirements, with a clear view of competitive gaps and opportunities to differentiate.
- Balance customer value with platform economics. Partner with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Pricing to shape usage models, cost visibility, and pricing inputs for compute, storage, and hosting. Use adoption, consumption, and cost data to evaluate investments and help customers understand and manage their usage.
- Stay close to the work from discovery through launch. Write clear briefs, define success metrics, make scope decisions, and resolve tradeoffs throughout delivery. Prototype ideas, query product data, and contribute directly where useful to help the team learn faster and ship better products.
- Plan beyond the next release. Identify how changes in runtimes, edge infrastructure, and AI-driven development affect your product area. Turn those insights into grounded, multi-quarter proposals, validate assumptions early, and adapt the roadmap as customer needs and evidence evolve.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure if you:
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure or developer platform products. You’ve owned a meaningful product area from customer discovery through launch and adoption. You understand hosting, compute, deployment, and storage well enough to make informed product decisions and engage engineers on tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, security, and cost.
- Treat reliability as part of the product. You’ve partnered with Engineering to establish SLOs, observability, and incident practices for a platform customers depend on. You translate operational issues into customer impact and make deliberate roadmap choices about reliability, technical debt, and new capabilities.
- Have built platforms other teams ship on. You treat internal teams as customers, uncover shared needs, and distinguish reusable platform capabilities from product-specific requirements. You balance immediate delivery needs with durable foundations and measure success through adoption, developer productivity, and customer outcomes.
- Make complex infrastructure approachable. You turn technical capabilities into clear workflows, useful defaults, and appropriate controls. You can serve developers who need flexibility and less technical customers, including marketers, who need to get something live with confidence.
- Understand how AI changes platform requirements. You’ve used code generation or agent tools hands-on and have a perspective on what they change about building, deploying, and operating software. You can turn emerging needs—such as rapid deployment cycles, bursty provisioning, and untrusted code—into concrete product priorities.
- Own outcomes from discovery through iteration. You combine customer research, product data, and technical context to identify problems worth solving. You write clear requirements, define success measures, make scope decisions, and stay close to execution and post-launch results.
- Lead cross-functional work with clarity and sound judgment. You bring Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership together around a clear problem and plan. You make tradeoffs explicit, challenge assumptions constructively, and move decisions forward independently, knowing when to seek input or escalate.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

An overview of this role
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven owner for about.gitlab.com, the site where developers, platform teams and enterprise buyers first meet GitLab. You'll build a performance-based strategy for where the site goes next, align partners around it, and see it through: from the roadmap and experimentation program to the pages behind every major product launch and event.
You set direction and orchestrate the work; you don't need to build it yourself.
What You'll Do
Build a performance-based strategy and quarterly roadmap for about.gitlab.com, tied to pipeline and self-serve trial goals, and align Marketing leadership and partners around it.
Set the experimentation roadmap based on business goals and manage the optimization program, partnering with User Experience (UX) Design so design shapes what we test from the start.
Own launch page production for major product launches and events, from calendar and brief to launch readiness and post-launch cleanup, with UX Design, Product Marketing, Content and Marketing Engineering.
Set direction for information architecture and content governance, so a site with many contributors stays coherent, on brand and easy for search and artificial intelligence (AI) answer engines to understand.
Represent content contributors on the content management system (CMS) roadmap, and bring AI into their workflows with clear guardrails for human review.
Build a two-way partnership with localization content managers so learnings flow between the English and localized sites.
Define the site's success metrics (conversion on key paths, site-sourced pipeline, test velocity and win rate, on-time launches) and report progress to Marketing leadership.
What You'll Bring
Experience owning strategy for a high-traffic business-to-business software-as-a-service website, ideally one with many audiences and contributors.
A track record of setting an experimentation roadmap and running a program that delivered measurable conversion or pipeline lift.
Experience running website launches across design, content, product marketing and engineering teams.
Skill at turning analytics, research and A/B test results into clear priorities.
The ability to lead through influence: you build credibility with designers, engineers and marketers, and act as a partner, not a gatekeeper.
Technical fluency with modern websites and content management systems, enough to make tradeoffs with engineers. You don't need to write production code.
Curiosity about AI and experience using it to improve content or web workflows.
Clear, concise asynchronous writing and the ability to thrive in GitLab's all-remote, handbook-first culture.
Bonus points: experience marketing to developers, running localized sites, or working with technical search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO).
About the team
You'll lead through a dedicated team of specialists in UX design, technical SEO, AEO, marketing analytics, content, paid and campaigns, and partner with Marketing Engineering to ship.
If this role excites you but you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

Product Manager II, Business Systems
At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers users to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is seeking a Product Manager to guide the prioritization, internal alignment, and delivery of needle-moving business systems capabilities. This role will partner closely with Engineers, Systems Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and leaders across WHOOP. In support of the Business Systems team’s goals, you will be expected to own key business KPIs, make excellent prioritization and tradeoff decisions, and deliver new capabilities that help us scale and serve our members.
WHOOP is a complex business. We make a physical product and sell it through many channels around the world. Business Systems is responsible for enabling all facets of our operations: order fulfillment, shipping, and returns; materials planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory management; and membership services.
You will be accountable for improving our business processes in ways that meet our members’ expectations and improve operational efficiency and simplicity, all while ensuring that our data is reliable and accurate. You’ll also be accountable for using AI to create leverage for yourself and your team. This is not a job where you’ll write PRDs like it’s 2015; you’ll be expected to build prototypes, create demo environments, and stay close to the leading edge of technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive research, development, and delivery of new capabilities and process improvements across 3rd party and custom-built software.
- Bring your strong opinions and good taste to set a strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for your area and team. Write high quality documents to support the product life cycle.
- Be hands-on and use AI tools daily to create prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Take ownership of key company metrics related to how good our processes are working for members, how we’re improving operational efficiency, and how reliable our services are.
- Own and optimize systems that cut across all parts of our business as noted above.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Analysts to break down and prioritize member and employee needs, and define detailed systems & process designs.
- Collect and analyze internal and external customer needs and feedback through rigorous research and testing methodologies.
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Product Management with a clear record of successful delivery and impact collaborating with an engineering team.
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in analytics is strongly preferred.
- Track record of good judgment around what to focus on and how to shape the deliverable.
- Experience with SQL/Amplitude/Sigma for data analysis is a plus (and will be required to learn on the job).
- Experience working with physical product logistics, e-commerce and/or subscription companies, ideally for a company with an international presence and in coordination with finance partners.
- Experience designing and driving commerce business processes that integrate with platforms like Netsuite and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize requests from assertive cross-functional leaders and build consensus around a sequenced roadmap.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate hypotheses, learnings, analysis, problems, and opportunities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, positive attitude, and passionate about improving the experience of our members.
This role is based full-time in-office at WHOOP HQ in Boston, MA. All candidates must be prepared to be onsite full-time.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000.00-$175,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
