HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ROLE
Morpho's Protocol team is evolving the core lending infrastructure that powers products and markets across the ecosystem. As the number of opportunities, integrations, and protocol initiatives grows, the team needs clear product direction on what to build, why it matters, and how to sequence the work.
This role will work with Morpho’s protocol team to shape product strategy and guide execution. You will turn the needs of users and ecosystem partners into a focused roadmap, work closely with protocol and engineering teams to shape solutions, and drive improvements from discovery through launch and adoption. You will operate at the intersection of deeply technical systems, financial markets, and a fast-moving ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap for Morpho's protocol team, defining the highest-impact problems to solve and sequencing opportunities against company goals, user needs, technical constraints, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Build and run a continuous discovery process with curators, distributors, integrators, developers, and other protocol users to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements, decision frameworks, and success criteria that help protocol and engineering teams move quickly with strong rationale.
- Partner closely with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing to take initiatives from early exploration through design, implementation, audit, launch, and adoption.
- Evaluate product and technical tradeoffs, including when to extend the protocol, improve surrounding infrastructure, enable partners, or deliberately avoid adding complexity.
- Define and track the signals that show whether protocol initiatives are working, combining quantitative data with ecosystem feedback to guide iteration and future investment.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, tradeoffs, and release implications clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Improve how product decisions are made and documented as Morpho and its protocol ecosystem scale.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's protocol, development and release process, current roadmap, and the rationale behind the major initiatives in flight. You have built relationships across protocol, engineering, research, security, and go-to-market teams, and have started speaking with key curators, distributors, integrators, and developers.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You have established a clear, prioritized view of the most important protocol problems and opportunities. The roadmap reflects explicit tradeoffs, user evidence, technical constraints, and measurable outcomes. You have driven at least one meaningful initiative from discovery into execution and proactively keep stakeholders aligned on decisions and changes.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You have shipped a meaningful protocol improvement and can show how it advanced user or business outcomes. Product, protocol, and engineering teams have stronger shared context on what to build and why. You consistently identify important user needs, ecosystem shifts, and roadmap conflicts early, and have improved Morpho's product discovery and decision-making process.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments.
- Proven track record taking products or major features from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to reason about system design and constraints, engage deeply with engineers and researchers, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent product judgment: you can distinguish important user problems from requests, make principled tradeoffs, and focus teams on the work with the greatest impact.
- Strong user discovery and synthesis skills, with the ability to uncover needs across different user types and turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear direction.
- Experience leading cross-functional work without relying on formal authority.
- Ability to define success, use quantitative and qualitative evidence, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in an async environment.
- Comfort creating clarity and driving decisions in highly ambiguous contexts.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: you act without waiting to be told.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in crypto, DeFi, traditional finance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with lending markets, smart contracts, or permissionless protocols.
- Experience shipping products with significant security, audit, regulatory, or governance considerations.
- Experience working with research & development teams
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to own and grow Higgsfield's relationships across the agency ecosystem.
You'll work with leading creative, advertising, media, and digital agencies to bring generative AI into real-world creative workflows — from campaign development and content production to scaled creative experimentation.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven seller who understands how agencies operate, knows how to build relationships with creative and business leaders, and is excited about defining an entirely new category of technology.
We're open to hiring this role at the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level based on experience and track record.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full sales cycle across agency accounts, from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across creative, production, innovation, strategy, media, and technology teams.
- Develop strategic relationships with major agency groups and their individual agencies.
- Identify opportunities to embed Higgsfield into agency workflows and client engagements.
- Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, business units, and client relationships.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, events, partnerships, and inbound opportunities.
- Develop account strategies that expand initial adoption into broader agency relationships.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing to translate agency feedback into product and GTM opportunities.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Help define Higgsfield's broader agency sales strategy and playbook as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with deeper experience expected at the Senior AE level.
- Strong understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem.
- Experience selling technology, platforms, or solutions into agencies or creative organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to own and close complex, high-value commercial relationships.
- Strong network across creative, advertising, media, production, or agency leadership is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative leaders and commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and commercial judgment.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and helping build a sales motion rather than simply inheriting one.
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by revenue ownership.
- Genuine excitement about generative AI and how it will transform advertising and creative production.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

We are hiring a
Senior Software Engineer
for our Processing team to lead Lithic’s next phase of growth.
The Processing team builds and maintains the real-time interfaces between Lithic and external payment networks. Every card authorization, clearing message, and settlement file flows through systems this team owns. The team manages both online and batch transaction flows across Mastercard, Visa, and Amex, along with transaction enrichment, disputes processing, and network compliance. The systems we maintain have strict latency and uptime requirements, because they sit on the critical path for every card transaction. What you'll do:
Ensure high reliability, low latency, and correctness for Lithic's transaction processing interfaces and related services
Develop new capabilities across authorization, clearing/settlement, disputes, and network integration surfaces
Ensure that the team is delivering reliable, secure, and scalable code with minimal tech debt
Evolve the infrastructure supporting physical network peering with card network partners, ensuring connectivity, failover, and capacity meet reliability requirements
Own initiatives from planning to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned along the way
Participate in the team on-call rotation
Lead efforts to improve systems and processes both within the team and across engineering
Help drive strategic planning in collaboration with the engineering manager and product manager
What you'll bring:
8+ years experience shipping code in fast paced production environments
Advanced distributed system instincts and design skills
Experience driving large cross-functional projects across engineering, product, and operations teams
A proven commitment to empathy and inclusion
Excellent communication skills
Growth mindset and continuous desire to learn and improve is a must
An interest in fintech and the payments space is preferred
The annual US salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.
Our ambition is not simply to sell more bikes. It is to make great bikes more integrated, more accessible, and better supported through the independent shops and communities that grow cycling and bring in new riders. That is what makes this moment exciting. Joining X-LAB means helping to shape a company with unmatched production scale, real engineering R&D depth, and the confidence to earn trust… one rider, one dealer, one product, and one market at a time.
