As ClickHouse scales, we're building the technology and operating foundation Finance needs to continue to enable our rapid growth. As part of that work, we're standing up a dedicated Travel & Expense (T&E) function and are looking for a Senior Expense Specialist responsible for maturing the current processes and day-to-day operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Audit, Compliance & Risk
- Own expense audit end-to-end
- Build and maintain the SOX-ready control environment for T&E, including documentation, testing support, and sign-off readiness.
- Track and reduce policy non-compliance, turning an untracked risk into a measured, managed one.
Global Policy & Program Ownership
- Enforce one global, regionally compliant T&E policy — including EOR employees — to reduce local tax and audit exposure.
- Centrally administer and optimize the ClickHouse Expense tool, Corporate Card program and system integrations to the HRIS and ERP systems.
Reimbursement & Employee Experience
- Cut international reimbursement cycle time from ~30 days to ~7 through automated routing and clear SLAs.
- Reduce the time employees spend per claim through better tooling, clearer policy, and self-service support.
- Be the primary point of contact for T&E questions, escalations, and edge cases — approval flow issues, policy setup, and offboarding coordination with the People team
Reporting, Enablement & Change Management
- Build spend dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive reporting where none exists today.
- Deliver role-based training and a global T&E champion network, and lead structured change management (ADKAR or similar) to drive adoption of new policy and tools.
- Partner with Accounting to complete the handoff of remaining T&E responsibilities.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 4+ years of experience in travel & expense, accounts payable, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth or Cloud software company with a distributed, multi-entity employee base.
- Hands-on ownership of Expensify, Ramp (or a comparable card/expense platform), and NetSuite integrations — you know what breaks in these systems and how to fix it at the root, not just route the ticket.
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit readiness for expense and card programs; experience building or maintaining automated fraud detection a plus.
- Comfort designing policy for a global, multi-entity, multi-employment-type workforce (FTE and EOR, including platforms like Deel), and translating that policy into system configuration.
- A track record of building reporting and KPI visibility from scratch — you don't wait for a dashboard to be handed to you, you build it.
- Experience running training and change management for a process or tool rollout (ADKAR or similar frameworks a plus).
- Ownership mentality: you see a broken process and fix the root cause, not just the ticket in front of you.
- Independence: you troubleshoot issues, ask clarifying questions, and propose solutions rather than escalating every ambiguity.
- Curiosity: you ask why a process exists before you automate it, and you're a lifelong learner when it comes to new systems.
- Follow-through: you see initiatives through to full adoption, not just launch.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The Partner Team at Vercel is charged with creating mutual success for Vercel, our partners, and our customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Programs to build and scale the programs, infrastructure, and operating model that turn Vercel's partner strategy into repeatable, high-leverage execution across our entire partner ecosystem, including SIs, GSIs, ISV co-sell, and product partners.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this person owns how partner strategy gets operationalized: designing the shared systems, journeys, and enablement that every partner type moves through, so partner leadership and partner managers can focus on strategy, relationships, and growth rather than rebuilding infrastructure partner-by-partner.
This is a hybrid position, with a required 3 days per week in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own the partner journey framework: design and continuously improve the shared journey every partner moves through, from Acquisition to Onboarding to Activation to Acceleration, including eligibility criteria, intake paths, incentives, tiering, and agreements.
Lead partner enablement & certification: own the roadmap and delivery model for partner onboarding, training, certification, and badging programs, partnering with PSE and GTM Enablement on technical training content.
Establish governance & standards: define tiering, KPIs, and rules of engagement across partner types, and drive consistent standards across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Design repeatable GTM plays: build co-sell, pipeline-generation, and joint go-to-market motions that scale successful partner plays rather than reinventing them per relationship.
Run partner communications & community: own ongoing partner comms, news, meetups, summits, self-serve co-marketing kits, and the Partner Advisory Board with its feedback loops.
Use data to evolve programs: evaluate program and partner performance using data and partner feedback, and recommend where programs should expand, simplify, or retire.
Act as the execution arm of partner strategy: translate partner leadership's priorities (enterprise, agentic pipeline, scale) into clear, resourced programs and roadmaps.
What you need
6+ years in partnerships, partner programs, ecosystem enablement, or GTM strategy roles, in AI / Developer tooling.
Proven experience and results building and scaling partner programs.
Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.
Experience with PRM systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling.
Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete, scalable programs and measurable execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership; comfortable driving alignment across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success without direct authority.
Data-driven approach to evaluating program performance and partner feedback.
Clear, confident communicator capable of building tools, content, and playbooks that other people can execute consistently.
Bonus if you have
Experience designing governance, tiering, or certification frameworks for multiple partner types simultaneously (SIs, ISVs, GSIs, resellers).
Exposure to AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startup ecosystems.
Experience standing up or migrating PRM/marketplace infrastructure.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $175,000 - $230,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Deployment Manager on the Beneficial Deployments team, you will guide customers from a signed contract into a live, governed, and adopted deployment so that customers achieve tangible impact rather than simply incremental improvement with Claude. You'll guide organizations from contract signature to production deployment across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and our API products, fundamentally changing how they work and deliver on their missions.
You'll be the technical hands that switch Claude on. Before any organization can drive adoption, before any champion can ship their first workflow, someone has to connect Claude to the customer's identity provider, get the right people provisioned into the right workspaces, and walk their CISO through how it all comes together. That's your work. You turn "we've signed the contract" into "our employees can log in, with the right access, under the right policies, the way our security team expects."
This is a high-leverage role where you'll pioneer scalable activation methodologies that enable hundreds of nonprofit customers to unlock transformative use cases and realize measurable outcomes at unprecedented speed. You won't just follow playbooks. You'll design the frameworks and repeatable processes that can be deployed consistently across diverse customer environments, and you'll shape them into programs that reach customers we could never serve one at a time.
You'll operate at the intersection of technical deployment, enablement, and program design. Some days you'll be in the weeds with a customer's IT team debugging a SAML assertion; other days you'll be stepping back to ask how the last ten deployments should change the next hundred. Your systems-thinking approach will directly shape how we activate customers, and your strategic management will ensure every customer achieves meaningful outcomes within their first 90 days. By identifying patterns across activations, you'll build replicable approaches to organizational change while maintaining the agility to customize solutions for each customer's unique transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
Own the complete activation journey from contract signature to production deployment, orchestrating cross-functional resources and customer teams to ensure rapid time-to-value across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products.
Deploy Claude inside customer environments. Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML), SCIM and JIT provisioning, MCP connectors, admin policy templates, and seat-assignment logic across Okta, Entra ID, Ping, and Google Workspace. Deliver informative transitions to Support for deeper issues that require investigation or engineering support.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup. Bring a clear point of view on best practices, help security and IT leadership make the design decisions that determine whether a deployment holds up over time
Light up the capabilities that make Claude valuable. Enable and govern MCP connectors to the customer's systems, ensure Skills, Projects, and other capabilities are turned on and configured for their use cases, and work with their IT team on the approvals and OAuth consent this requires, so that day one feels ready
Design and scale activation frameworks by identifying patterns across deployments and building templated playbooks that balance standardization with customization for breakthrough outcomes.
Turn playbooks into programs. Package what works into repeatable, increasingly self-serve motions (deployment checklists, admin enablement sessions, onboarding cohorts, Claude-powered guidance) so that activation quality no longer depends on you being in the room.
Drive organizational transformation by developing change management strategies, rollout plans, and Train-the-Trainer programs that build internal AI champions and catalyze adoption across customer organizations.
Define and track success metrics across activation rate, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using data to continuously optimize the motion.
Channel customer insights back to Product, Support, and Security teams, serving as voice of the customer so that repeat deployment blockers get solved once.
You may be a good fit if you have:
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation management, technical account management, technical onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success, with a track record of running multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with documented handoffs.
Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. You've worked with (or inside) them and you understand how they differ from commercial enterprises.
Hands-on, sustained ownership of enterprise identity integration work. SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning across at least two major identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, Google Workspace). You can debug a broken SAML assertion or a misconfigured SCIM attribute map without escalating, and you know when a Support handoff is the right call.
Experience advising CISOs, CTOs, or IT leadership on enterprise governance and setup for a SaaS or AI platform, with an informed point of view on org topology, access models, RBAC, and OAuth.
Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) sufficient to anticipate what a customer's security review will ask, and to know when to bring in our AI Security Specialist.
You've designed, shipped, and measured programs that serve many customers at once: onboarding cohorts, enablement series, admin academies, lifecycle or engagement motions. You naturally ask "how might we scale this?", turn 1:1 moments into 1:many programs, and instrument what you build so you know what's working.
Hands-on fluency with AI in your own workflow. You've prototyped, generated content, analyzed accounts, or replaced internal processes with LLMs, and you can talk concretely about what worked, what didn't, and what's next. You don't wait for AI tooling to arrive; you build it.
Organizational change and enablement experience including developing rollout strategies, navigating stakeholder resistance, building internal champions, and designing programs that drive adoption at scale.
Comfort building in ambiguity. This is a new role on the team, and what you build becomes the template. You'll thrive creating structure where none exists, adapting quickly as the business evolves, and learning continuously.
Data-driven and metrics-oriented. Experience setting and tracking success metrics from day one, using data to optimize approaches, and demonstrating impact to diverse stakeholders.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
- Our healthcare agents already reach over 50% of U.S. families. We partner with leading health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle some of the most sensitive and high stakes conversations in any industry. From helping members understand their benefits to resolving billing questions with empathy, our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system.
- Our healthcare customers include major health insurance networks, nonprofit providers, multi-site primary and urgent care practices, healthcare diagnostics companies, and healthcare financial platforms.
- Join us to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system—and help build technology that makes care more accessible, more human and more affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design integrations grounded in real healthcare workflows. Translate customer requirements into clear recommendations on interfaces, data flows, and EHR configuration. Identify assumptions, tradeoffs, and limitations so engineering teams have an actionable implementation plan.
- Resolve customer-specific EHR complexity. Understand how each organization configures and operates its EHR, including scheduling rules, patient identity, permissions, and workflow dependencies. Work with customer analysts, vendor teams, and Sierra engineers to investigate unexpected behavior and resolve integration blockers.
- Guide integration readiness through go-live. Define customer setup requirements, dependencies, and validation criteria. Guide EHR and IT teams through application registration, access provisioning, environment setup, and workflow testing, partnering with engineers to verify that integrations behave as intended.
- Bring EHR expertise to customer discovery. Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Agent Development to assess feasibility, explain integration requirements, and scope achievable projects. Make clear what Sierra supports today and what requires additional configuration or development.
- Shape Sierra’s healthcare integration roadmap. Evaluate vendor capabilities, integration programs, and emerging customer needs. Recommend where to invest, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from customer-specific configuration and implementation work.
- Make each implementation easier than the last. Turn deployment experience into reference designs, implementation guides, and internal training. Help teams apply proven approaches and recognize when a customer’s requirements call for a different design.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability or EHR implementation, with direct responsibility for designing or delivering integrations at an EHR vendor, health system, healthcare technology company, or implementation consultancy.
- Deep expertise in at least one major EHR ecosystem, such as Epic, athenahealth, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, or similar systems. You understand its integration options, configuration model, and implementation processes, and can investigate unfamiliar capabilities independently.
- Practical knowledge of patient-access workflows, such as scheduling, registration, or referral management. You can explain how operational rules and customer configuration affect what an integration can do.
- Technical fluency in healthcare integrations. You can read API documentation, interpret requests and responses, and troubleshoot data and configuration issues. You have hands-on experience with relevant approaches such as FHIR, HL7v2, vendor APIs, or file-based exchange, and can explain when to use them.
- A track record of taking third-party integrations through deployment. You have worked through application registration, authentication and permissions, test and production environments, workflow validation, and go-live dependencies.
- Clear communication and independent judgment. You can lead discovery with EHR analysts and operational teams, turn incomplete information into an implementation plan, and explain recommendations to software engineers and business stakeholders. You know when to validate an assumption before committing to an approach.
EVEN BETTER...
- Epic certifications in areas such as Bridges, Cadence, Prelude, or Interconnect, or comparable expertise in another EHR ecosystem.
- Experience across multiple EHR vendors or health systems, particularly integrating third-party products into patient-access or contact-center workflows.
- Experience using SQL, scripts, or code to investigate integration issues, or working with teams building AI agents for healthcare.
- Hands-on software development experience, including building or extending integrations with EHRs or other healthcare systems.
- Comfortable contributing directly to integration code, including implementing API calls, troubleshooting failures, and writing tests. Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you excited about shaping the future of how people shop, and ready to take ownership of a portfolio that drives real commercial impact?
At Wolt, we are looking for a Sales Manager who combines strong commercial thinking with the drive to build a market-leading portfolio of merchant partners.
Wolt's mission is to make cities better places to live through technology. Since 2014, we have expanded to 30 countries and serve more than 40 million users. From restaurants to retail and Wolt Market, we are building the everything app that brings the best of your city straight to your door.
In Norway, we are live in 58 cities and are continuing to grow. To strengthen our restaurant and retail selection across the country, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will become an expert in your own assigned area - geographically and/or functionally - managing a pipeline of small to medium retail and restaurant partners. You will apply strong commercial thinking to identify the right partners across verticals, and use your communication, negotiation and presentation skills to show the value Wolt can bring to the industry and to merchants. You will also take on strategic sales projects, working closely with stakeholders across Norway and Woltwide, and act as a role model for more junior members of the team.
Join us in building Wolt together and making Norwegian cities even better.
What you will be doing
Define and develop a local market sales strategy, identifying the highest-potential partnerships that strengthen Wolt's portfolio
Contribute to Wolt's overall sales strategy to accelerate market entry in new areas and strengthen our position in existing ones
Develop a deep understanding of the competition and the different retail verticals, knowing which players are a "must-have" for Wolt
Target new partners in line with the company's strategy to meet the objectives for your area
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships, tailoring your approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice
Own the full sales cycle with new merchant partners - from researching leads and prospecting, to meetings, market visits, negotiation and closing
Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to Wolt's growth and market position, working collaboratively across Sales and other functions
Contribute to capability building in the team by mentoring and guiding junior sales colleagues
Our humble expectations
You have a strong track record in B2B new sales and field sales, ideally combined with knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
You can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have demonstrated experience setting direction for sales initiatives
You are a natural "hunter" with a drive to build and grow a merchant portfolio, and you get excited about overcoming bottlenecks and objections
You have strong consultative sales skills - you build relationships easily and tailor your approach to each partner's needs
You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You have good analytical skills and can translate sales metrics, commission levels and market potential into clear priorities
You allocate your time strategically, focusing on the best potential leads
You are a natural team player who enjoys helping more junior colleagues grow
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written Experience with CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
What’s in it for you
You will be part of an ambitious and supportive Sales team in a fast-growing company, with real ownership over your own area and the strategic projects you take on. This role offers strong development opportunities for those who demonstrate ownership, commercial sharpness and consistent performance.
If you are excited about taking responsibility for your own results and contributing to Wolt's continued growth in Norway, we would love to hear from you.
We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.

The Sr. Client Partner will be responsible for driving the growth of Disney's advertising revenue (Disney+, ESPN, linear channels and digital platforms), owning the full sales cycle: from identifying opportunities and developing commercial proposals, through negotiation, deal closing, campaign execution and results analysis. The role combines a commercial and consultative mindset with a strong focus on building long-term strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers.
Main Responsibilities
Drive the growth of Disney's advertising revenue by aligning advertisers' business objectives with Disney's advertising solutions (streaming, premium video, linear and digital) through a consultative sales approach.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, deal closing and post-campaign follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, agencies and direct clients in the local market, including senior-level relationships where appropriate.
Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations grounded in data, audience insights and market trends, tailored to each client's objectives.
Own campaign delivery and reporting: provide clients and the sales team with quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance drivers (product, budget, cost and creative efficiency) against the agreed KPIs.
Coordinate with the legal, traffic/broadcasting and ad operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and flawless campaign execution before and during air.
Partner with Aleph's internal teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to preferred partner status.
Own and be accountable for quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline management and account growth objectives.
Act as a product champion with clients, leading conversations, workshops and presentations as a trusted advisor.
Monitor weekly and monthly reporting and post-campaign analysis, proactively identifying optimization opportunities.
Actively research the market to identify new prospective clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, Client Solutions and Research to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Skills and Experience Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media sales or online advertising; for senior positions, a proven track record selling premium video, BVOD or streaming inventory, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, streaming/CTV platforms, social media and mobile advertising, and ideally experience with programmatic or self-serve buying solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to clients and large audiences.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinking, a collaborative spirit, energy and a strong goal orientation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field.
Advanced English.
The mindset we are looking for :
Genuine technological curiosity: adopts, tests and integrates new tools — including AI — into the way they work, rather than merely tolerating them.
Analytical thinking: able to read data, interpret pipeline signals and make decisions based on information, not intuition alone.
Orchestration ability: does not aim to do everything manually, but to coordinate — letting AI handle research, draft materials and suggest next steps — while the person decides, personalizes and builds the relationship.
Real adaptability: anticipates changes in the sales process instead of merely reacting to them.
Strategic relationship building: prioritizes quality over quantity, thinks long term and knows where to invest time across the account portfolio.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

The Role:
We're seeking a Senior AI QA Test Automation Engineer to take a leading technical role in AI quality and test automation. You will work primarily with our AWS Bedrock AgentCore-based CX Agent Suite, a multi-agent customer-support system covering intent routing, FAQs, deposit-status queries, and human handoff. You will design and build the evaluation and QA tooling required to validate AI agents reliably, while also contributing to technical standards and best practices across QA.
This is a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) role with a strong technical and strategic focus. You'll work closely with QA leadership, Data Science, and Engineering to architect scalable AI evaluation systems, establish technical standards, and drive the evolution of our AI evaluation framework. Our current evaluation harness is based on DeepEval and is evolving towards a broader agentic evaluation architecture. You will have the opportunity to evaluate and prototype emerging agent-orchestration approaches, including Strands Agents, and contribute to architectural decisions around their adoption.

Collaborate with QA, Data Science, and Engineering to integrate AI-driven testing into the existing GitLab CI/CD pipeline (dev → test → staging → prod), alongside Terraform-provisioned, EKS/AgentCore-hosted services
Build resilient and adaptive automation that can detect and respond to changes in agent behavior, Bedrock Guardrails configuration, and routing logic
Develop data-driven quality analytics, including root-cause analysis, quality trends, and intelligent test prioritization, leveraging existing observability and evaluation data from OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray traces, and LangFuse offline evaluation runs
Lead research into emerging AI testing methodologies and mentor engineers through code reviews, workshops, and architectural guidance
Main requirements:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline
6+ years of hands-on experience in QA/Test Automation, with strong experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
1+ years of experience applying AI/ML in software testing or QA process improvement, with a proven track record of bringing AI/ML solutions into production workflows
Strong Python skills, with experience working in Python/AWS-centric technology environments; Java and/or TypeScript is a plus
Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation techniques, including LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop evaluation, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration patterns
Practical experience with DeepEval or comparable evaluation frameworks, along with familiarity with agent-orchestration SDKs such as Strands Agents
Knowledge of LLM tooling, vector databases, and MLOps pipelines
Experience integrating AI tooling into enterprise CI/CD environments, particularly GitLab, and working with containerized cloud-native environments such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS
Strong communicator, able to influence technical decisions and drive engineering standards across teams
The following will be considered an advantage:
Experience with autonomous QA agents or agentic orchestration frameworks for self-evolving test suites
Experience with LLM observability tools such as LangFuse, LangSmith, or Arize, particularly for measuring probabilistic and adversarial robustness
Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and bias detection for guardrail and model validation
Experience with gRPC, WebSockets, and/or HTTP/2
Experience with AWS Bedrock, plus familiarity with GCP Vertex AI and/or Azure AI

The Integrated Supply Chain Manager owns the end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle for the market, bringing together demand planning/S&OP and logistics/order management into a single point of accountability.
The role supports overall business revenue and profit delivery through rigorous management of demand signals across product and customer channels, and through efficient logistics, fulfilment and order management execution.
The role partners Commercial leadership and works across multi-functional teams — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Supply Planning — to assure alignment and sufficiency in the business plans to deliver anticipated demand, while ensuring smooth supply chain operations and best-in-class customer service.
This requires balancing every aspect of the supply chain: managing inventory levels and cost-to-serve, minimizing shortages, and delivering a responsive supply chain through high demand forecast accuracy and OTIF delivery performance, in adherence with global process design and regional/market strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demand Planning & S&OP
▪ Deliver the Demand Management process: generate a consensus forecast of phased demand at the appropriate planning level on a 12 to 18months horizon, owning enrichment of the forecast to create and publish a consensus.
▪ Execute monthly demand management cycles; co-pilot the commercial leader to drive the Demand Review (DMR) with commercial teams, gain approval of the recommended forecast, and define risks, opportunities and the actions commercial teams will take to drive or influence demand.
▪ Collaborate with statistical modellers on historical data cleansing to ensure data accuracy as a foundation for reliable statistical forecasts, recording all adjustments and assumptions (channel trends, seasonality, promotions).
▪ Analyze multiple variables to shape the demand forecast — shipment/sell-in, POS/sell-out, share, promotional plans, cannibalisation — and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on activity plans and promotional effectiveness.
▪ Own Demand Management KPIs (Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, FVA), leading forecast accuracy improvement plans through root cause analysis and action planning with demand planners, brand and sales teams.
▪ Ensure phased consensus forecast numbers are aligned with financial numbers and proactively communicate demand changes to the regional supply/demand planning organisation, working through service and inventory impacts.
2. Logistics, Fulfilment & Order Management
▪ Formulate, execute and continuously optimise logistics strategy across warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
▪ Oversee day-to-day fulfilment and order management operations — order entry, verification and processing in SAP/ERP — to meet performance, cost-to-serve, warehouse accuracy and inventory turnover targets.
▪ Act as escalation point for customer and sales enquiries on order status, delivery schedules and product availability, partnering with the warehouse and 3PL network to ensure stock availability.
▪ Lead implementation and testing of new order management and logistics systems and process upgrades and maintain SOPs and business continuity/recovery plans.
3. Vendor, Stakeholder & Regional Alignment
▪ Build strong vendor and 3PL partnerships through performance evaluations, service-level negotiations and cost-efficiency initiatives.
▪ Partner with category planners to reconcile brand forecasts with regional plans and collaborate with the regional Demand Planning and Global Supply Chain/Logistics teams to deliver a seamless plan-to-delivery outcome.
▪ Support the market's business planning process in partnership with the local Leadership Team and contribute to product rationalisation and portfolio optimisation.
4. Process & Performance Management
▪ Drive continuous improvement of daily, weekly and monthly routines within the cross-functional operational team (Marketing, Sales, Supply/Demand Planning, Logistics) to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance, service to customer and customer experience.
▪ Drive performance improvement through KPI management — Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, Demand Plan Stability, OTIF, cost-to-serve — challenging local teams and setting targets, supported with clear action plans.
▪ Ensure compliance with the global forecasting calendar, SOX controls, ISO standards and legal/regulatory requirements across order management and logistics operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Domain Knowledge:
▪ Highly skilled in demand planning management and/or logistics/order management (5-7 years+), with strong business acumen and proven managerial skills.
▪ Highly skilled in working with Commercial and Sales teams, with strong business partnering, significant impact & influence.
▪ Experienced in international matrix environments; FMCG or similarly mature inventory-management industry preferred.
▪ Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related discipline; APICs desirable.
▪ Proficient with SAP/SAP B1 (B1/APO), SCM/ERP and WMS platforms, Logility (or equivalent forecasting tool), PowerBI and advanced Excel.
▪ Familiarity with 3PL operations across Asia is an advantage.
▪ Advanced understanding of demand planning and logistics best practices, including forecast periodicity, statistical models, warehousing, transportation and order fulfillment.
Communication Skills
▪ Data Visualization: ability to present data and forecasting/logistics results clearly through visualizations using tools such as PowerBI.
▪ Reporting Skills: competence in generating insights in clear and concise reports.
▪ Collaboration: ability to work effectively in teams and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
▪ Deep expertise in running the Demand Management process through an Integrated Business Planning framework driving S&OP.
▪ Deep understanding of internal and external drivers of demand volatility, forecast errors and bias, and logistics KPIs (fulfillment rates, cycle times, shipping costs).
▪ Ability to build and maintain forecasting models, operational dashboards, and translate large datasets into demand and logistics strategies.
Abilities & Behaviours
▪ Excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills; business partnering at the core, with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and hold tension in S&OP conversations to drive the right outcome.
▪ Sound commercial and financial acumen; can interpret and explain complex statistical information.
▪ Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
▪ Good understanding of product, brand building, internal process and market/customer environment.
▪ Strong, fact-based decision-making; drives execution, initiates action and follows through to completion.
▪ Continuous improvement mindset – flexible, embraces change, uses various tools and techniques to solve problems.
