ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Regional Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across a defined region within the Americas. This is a critical frontline leadership role for someone who has managed high-performing enterprise Account Executives, understands complex technical sales cycles, and is excited to help build the go-to-market motion for one of the most important categories in software.
As Regional Director, Sales, you will own regional revenue execution, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and team performance. You will lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives selling to technical, product, and business stakeholders at high-growth startups and large enterprises.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who combines strong operating discipline with curiosity about AI, developer platforms, and emerging infrastructure markets. You should be comfortable staying close to deals, coaching sellers through complex cycles, and helping customers understand both immediate use cases and long-term strategic value.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own regional revenue targets, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and overall sales execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Executives.
- Build a culture of accountability, customer obsession, strong qualification, and consistent execution.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to improve win rates and customer outcomes.
- Drive disciplined execution across territory planning, account strategy, opportunity qualification, mutual action plans, forecasting, and expansion motions.
- Stay deeply engaged in strategic opportunities, including executive alignment, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Coach the team on selling to technical and executive audiences, including engineering leaders, AI teams, platform teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Inspect pipeline rigorously, identify risks early, and ensure clear next steps across priority opportunities.
- Develop a clear view of market demand, buyer personas, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points across your region.
- Help refine LangChain’s enterprise sales motion as we scale from early GTM into a more repeatable, predictable sales organization.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent as the region grows.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 2+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proven track record managing teams that sell complex technical products to enterprise customers.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Account Executives.
- Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals: qualification, discovery, value selling, mutual action plans, forecasting, negotiation, and executive engagement.
- Experience selling to technical buyers such as engineering, infrastructure, data, AI/ML, developer platform, or product teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage or high-growth environment where playbooks are still being built.
- Strong cross-functional instincts and a collaborative approach to working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
- High ownership, low ego, and a willingness to be hands-on with customers, deals, and team development.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure software, observability, data platforms, ML/AI tooling, or open-source commercial products.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, observability, evaluations, or modern AI application development.
- Experience helping scale a regional sales function at a company moving from founder-led or early GTM to a more repeatable enterprise sales motion.
- Experience with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Prior success selling into both digital-native and large enterprise accounts.
- Experience working in a highly technical, product-led, or open-source-influenced sales environment.
WHY JOIN US
AI is changing how software is built, deployed, and operated. LangChain is at the center of that shift. This is an opportunity to help build the sales organization for a category-defining company, work with highly technical and ambitious customers, and shape how enterprises adopt production-grade AI systems.
You’ll join a team that values ownership, clarity, curiosity, and pace — and you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
Compensation: $350,000 - $400,000 OTE + Equity

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Energy (oil and gas) and Utility sectors. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Energy & Utilities industry, you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, pilot, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
Key Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of energy (oil and gas) and utility operations, such as predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and customer engagement
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries
Cohere is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The salary range listed for this role reflects the expected base compensation. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while managing many concurrent cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Relevant certifications (i.e. GCIH, GCFE, PMP, ITIL, or Splunk and SOAR) are preferred
Experience with dedicated case-management or SOAR platforms (i.e. ServiceNow SIR, TheHive, Splunk SOAR and Phantom)
Exposure to insider-threat, DFIR, eDiscovery, legal-hold, or GRC and audit workflows

WHO ARE WE?
Join us!
About North:
North https://cohere.com/north is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
Why this role:
The Data Abstractions & Tools team is the group inside North responsible for how users bring their data into the platform and put it to work. We own the systems that let users upload, organize, and share their files and knowledge bases, the framework for extending agents with skills and third-party integrations, and the data-sync pipeline that connects enterprise data sources to North's agents.
North connects to a growing set of external tools and data sources so its agents can act on a user's real workflow. This role owns the integration pipeline end-to-end: adding new integrations to the platform, helping other engineers do the same, and becoming the owner of the process that makes that repeatable. You will also create the evals and tests that make sure those integrations work as expected and keep working as the platform evolves.
In this role, you will:
- Build new integrations (tools) on the North agentic platform, and maintain the ones already in production.
- Own the integration pipeline: the process for adding a new tool, from design to shipping to ongoing maintenance.
- Help other engineers add integrations of their own, and raise the bar for how the team does it.
- Create evals and tests to make sure integrations work as expected and alert on regressions.
- Tune tool descriptions to improve performance based on feedback and evals.
- Use AI actively in your work, while staying accountable for the quality and reliability of what you ship.
You may be a good fit if:
- You have shipped production code and are comfortable building integrations against external APIs.
- You have a background in evaluating agentic systems (ideal), or at minimum know what an eval is and are comfortable with prompt engineering and tool-description tuning.
- You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities are a moving target.
- You bring high agency: you learn quickly and drive change without waiting for perfect instructions.
- You've owned things end-to-end before and care about the quality of what ships, not just that it shipped.
- You enjoy helping other engineers succeed, not just shipping your own work.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. If jobs are viewed on other sites then please verify these through our official careers https://cohere.com/careers page.

ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a Consulting Engineer, you're the hands-on engineer on our customers' most important projects. When a customer needs to migrate, integrate, or prove ClickHouse on a real workload, you work in the build alongside their engineers: you design it, build it, test it and hand it over.
You'll work on a broad mix of projects for customers across the Americas, from moving large workloads off other databases to building new real-time analytics on ClickHouse. Each one is scoped with clear goals from the start, so you know what success looks like and can get stuck in. It's a fast way to build deep experience across lots of different data problems.
The consulting function at ClickHouse is less than a year old, so you'll help shape how ClickHouse delivers this work as the team grows. Between projects you take cases alongside support engineers, which keeps you close to day-to-day support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Turn customer goals into a scoped project with measurable success criteria, sizing and a timeline
- Design a target architecture and prove it against the customer's own data: schema and engine design, capacity and sizing, proofs of concept
- Do the build: implementation, pipelines and integrations, migration execution, tooling and automation
- Measure it before it matters, with benchmarking, load and functional testing, then support the cutover
- Tune what production reveals, then hand over with an engagement report and knowledge transfer, so the customer's team can run it without you
- Take L1 to L3 cases alongside support engineers when you're between projects
- Feed what you see in the field back to Product and Engineering, and turn your work into reference architectures, knowledge base articles and blog posts
- Work in a constant feedback loop with the Pre-sales team to ensure that the demos and POCs they present are credible when you put them into production
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years delivering hands-on technical work for customers, whether your title was consultant, professional services, solutions architect, senior support, SRE or something else
- Real depth in databases, whether analytical, transactional or relational
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- You've owned implementations, migrations or POCs for external customers from start to finish
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
- You've deployed and run workloads on Kubernetes yourself
- You've run distributed systems, such as distributed databases, in production
- You give precise technical answers and explain them clearly
- Fluent English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Migrating analytical workloads from systems such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery or Elastic
- Terraform
- Data pipelines and streaming, such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark or Debezium
- Python, Bash or Go
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- This role is remote in North America, in a country where ClickHouse already hires
- Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, depending on the project: some need none, others weekly visits
- You'll join our Support Services team in the Americas, alongside Support Engineers and TAM Architects
- You'll be part of the on-call rotation, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take three to four hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
