What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Experiential Producer
for a 6-month engagement who's comfortable leading the strategy, creative direction, and production of events — from marquee Registry Weekend events to partner-sponsored showroom takeovers and brand pop-ups. You'll take a loose brief and own it end to end: concept, creative, vendors, budget, and show-running inside our NYC showroom in Soho. You own how each individual event is conceived and brought to life. Expect several events moving at once, each at a different stage, from early concept through post-event recap.
This is a hybrid role based out of NYC with required presence at the NYC Showroom at least 3 days a week with the occasional weekend. On event days, hours could stretch earlier and later to cover load-in (as early as 7am) and breakdown (as late as 9pm), but that's specific to event days, not the norm.
Events you’d be responsible for and expected to be on site for:
Overview of Events, Pop-ups and Brand Activations
October
10/27 Venue Rentals:
A partner-rented panel discussion hosted in our owned-and-operated space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own.
November
11/9 and 11/10 Venue Rentals:
Two partner-rented activations in our owned-and-operated event space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own. With back to back events, producers will need to ensure that load in and break down is done seamlessly.
December
12/5–12/6 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
12/9: Social Impact Event:
A custom partner-sponsored showroom experience featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
January
1/14 and 1/28: Babylist-produced Event:
Two custom partner-sponsored showroom experiences featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
February
2/6–2/7 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
Who You Are
Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't a role where someone else hands you the concept.
Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand activations out there look like, you know what's trending, and you have impeccable taste to bring it to life.
Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from scratch, not just execute someone else's vision.
Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of turning a brief into a full-blown event, from décor to negotiating with vendors to custom fabrication.
Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+ person event at the Babylist Showroom as back-to-back 10–15 person influencer gatherings on consecutive weekends.
Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in production, one in recap — without dropping a thread.
Experienced building and managing vendor budgets (catering, rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography) and keeping production on time and on budget.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Set the strategy and concept for individual events — mood boards, decks, layouts, décor, spatial planning — then produce them yourself, concept through strike.
Produce Babylist's signature Registry Weekend events in New York and lead partner-sponsored showroom experiences, from 15-person influencer gatherings to 500+ person multi-programming events.
Turn concepts and approved briefs into real production plans, timelines, and workbacks, and lead the planning meetings that keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Source and manage production vendors — rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography, signage, catering — and oversee logistics from delivery through installation and breakdown.
Run load-in, show, and strike onsite, owning the run of show and troubleshooting in real time.
Wrap up production post-event, document learnings, and feed them into Babylist's internal recap process and the next event's planning.
Keep a rolling calendar moving — often conceiving the next quarter's Registry Weekend while still executing the current one

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance
Ensure all ads and app store assets meet the requirements of each regulator (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA and others), platform ad policies for financial products, and Apple / Google app store guidelines, including risk warnings and country restrictions.
Out of scope
Organic social and community (Discord, Reddit communities, Telegram), owned by the Organic Social & Community Growth Manager.
Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.
Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto: you understand regulated, high-CPA acquisition, deposit-driven funnels and the ad-platform restrictions these verticals face.
Hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget of USD 250k+ a month.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, MetaAds, LinkedIn, X and ASO, with proven results on both App Store and Google Play as well as driving Web/Desktop Leads and FTDs
Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), SKAdNetwork, post-ATT measurement and deep linking, plus Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, incrementality thinking and ROAS-based budget decisions; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit), not just clicks or installs.
A track record of running structured creative testing at scale.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with programmatic and mobile ad networks.
Experience with Snapchat, Reddit and other social or new ad channels such as ChatGPT.
Knowledge of financial-promotion rules (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA) and Apple / Google policies for financial apps.
SQL or BigQuery; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A second language relevant to our key markets (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese).
Personal attributes
Commercial and numbers-driven: you decide on cost per FTD, not clicks or installs.
Comfortable owning a large budget and explaining every euro of it.
A fast tester who learns from failures and scales winners quickly.
Collaborative with Creative, Product, CRM and Data Engineering.
Our offer
A welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership.
Real autonomy over a large growth budget, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase.
Support for your ideas and room to put your expertise into the company's best practices.
Continuous personal development, a training and development budget, growth with the company and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes.
A vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations.

Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a senior construction executive who has delivered multiple phases of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and knows what it takes to run a campus, not just a project. You lead leaders. You build teams that execute safely and predictably, and you hold contractors and partners to a high standard. You are equally comfortable walking a live site and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to executive stakeholders. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. You will be the single point of accountability for construction at Helios, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.
Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.
Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Bonus Points:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technial and executive stakeholders.
Sound jugement under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
A commitment to safety, quality, and executional excellence.
A passion for building world-class infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
