Nebius is building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI — and we're scaling fast. In line with our values, we're committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, and we're looking for an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to set the direction, standards and capability that keep our expanding operations safe, compliant and sustainable.
This is no ordinary role. We need a decisive, credible leader who owns the regional EHS agenda — someone who can set strategy, build a high-performing team, and act as the trusted voice of EHS at leadership level, while staying close enough to the detail to guide, challenge and support when it matters most.
This is a genuine opportunity to shape how EHS operates as Nebius scales. You'll have real autonomy to set priorities, build capability across your team and sites, and influence decisions at a regional and business level — backed by strong support from senior stakeholders and a growing global EHS function.
You'll be accountable for the performance, maturity and culture of EHS across your region — leading through others, setting the standards your team and sites work to, and stepping in personally when situations demand calm, experienced judgement under pressure. Above all, you'll help make sound EHS practice a source of competitive advantage for Nebius, not a compliance exercise.
What you'll do
Set and own the regional EHS
plan
, turning policy and legislation into clear priorities and controls for your sites.
Translate the global EHS strategy into everyday practice across your region, making sure teams are well supported and equipped with the toolkit to advance site EHS performance.
Lead, manage and develop local teams — setting objectives, building capability, and owning outcomes.
Act as the senior EHS voice with regional and site leadership — advising on risk and holding the business to account.
Own regional governance and assurance — audits, inspections, and the quality of your team's risk assessments and controls.
Take personal command of major incidents and crises — leading investigations, building a learning culture, and reporting to executive level with composure under pressure.
Set the standard for construction, commissioning,
operations
and other high-risk activity, equipping specialists to manage risk on the ground.
Own the regional EHS performance narrative — turning data into insight that drives decisions and accountable action plans.
Review EHS data and performance metrics regularly, acting on trends and insights to drive continuous improvement across the region.
Support the wider environmental and sustainability agenda, partnering with teams to embed it across your region.
Represent Nebius with regulators, industry bodies and partners, protecting its credibility on EHS.
Champion Nebius's culture and values, embedding EHS as core to how the business operates.
What we're looking for
Credible, decisive, and people-focused. You'll bring:
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, plus 6+ years' Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including experience leading or managing a team.
Deep working knowledge of country and regional legislation, with a track record of shaping policy and standards, not just applying them.
A genuine subject-matter expert — able to go deep on technical detail when needed, while spending most of your time enabling others to deliver.
Proven experience
supporting
incident response and investigations, including in high-pressure, high-consequence situations, with the composure to make sound decisions under stress.
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and holding them to account.
Experience
coaching and developing teams and capability.
Strong commercial and organisational judgement — able to balance risk, cost and pace.
Excellent communication skills, with the gravitas to advise, challenge constructively, and represent EHS externally.
A continuous-improvement mindset and the ambition to build a function, not just run a programme.
Preferred
8+ years' experience, including international or multi-site regulatory environments.
Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, construction, engineering, commissioning or other high-risk environments.
Chartered status or equivalent: CMIOSH, GradIOSH working towards Chartered, NCRQ Level 6, or equivalent senior EHS qualification.
Experience managing regional budgets and cross-site resourcing.
Why Nebius?
Lead with impact — set the direction for EHS as Nebius scales.
Build something lasting — grow a team and a function, not just deliver a programme.
Operate at leadership level — advise, influence and be accountable alongside the business.
Be backed — join a growing global EHS function with real investment behind it.
Grow with us — build a lasting career as Nebius continues to scale.
Our approach
Environmental, health and safety isn't something we do separately — it's how we do the job. Strong outcomes come from partnership, trust, collaboration and shared accountability. As Manager, your role is to set the standard, build the capability, and create an environment where leaders and teams are equipped to make good decisions, manage risk effectively, and speak up, learn and improve.
If you want to lead a function where your judgement is trusted and you can genuinely shape how we work, we'd love to hear from you.
Join Nebius. Help build the future of AI infrastructure — safely, responsibly and together.

Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a hands-on construction leader who has delivered large-scale, mission-critical data center or comparable infrastructure from start of construction through commissioning and turnover. You know what it takes to run a major building on a live campus: sequencing trades, protecting the schedule, and keeping safety and quality from becoming trade-offs. You lead teams from the front, hold contractors and partners to a high standard, and raise issues early and honestly. You are equally comfortable walking the building with a superintendent and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to senior leadership. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.
What You'll Do:
As Senior Manager, Data Center Construction at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will be Galaxy's accountable leader for construction of a large-scale data center building on the campus. You will report to the VP, Campus Construction Manager and work alongside peer Senior Managers who each own a building or scope, with shared accountability for the safety, schedule, cost, and quality standards that keep the campus aligned. You will own your building from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations, and you will lead the on-site Galaxy team and contractor relationships that make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Data Center Facility Delivery: Serve as the single point of accountability for construction of a large-scale data center facility, from GMP handoff through energization, Level 1-5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover to operations. Drive the facility to its safety, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the building schedule and track progress against baseline. Identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones. Provide clear schedule inputs to the campus master schedule.
Manage Project Risk and Contingency: Maintain a quantified risk register covering schedule, cost, supply chain, labor, weather, and trade-interface risks. Control owner contingency drawdown, run structured risk reviews with the GC and trade partners, and drive mitigation before exposure becomes impact.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards at the building level. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage the day-to-day and executive-level relationship with the general contractor and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance, and escalate issues early.
Control Cost and Change: Oversee pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for your building under the GMP. Enforce disciplined change management and provide accurate cost reporting to campus and executive leadership.
Lead Integrated Project Controls and Forecasting: Own the facility's integrated cost, schedule, and cash flow forecast on a monthly cycle. Validate GC-reported progress against independent percent-complete and earned value analysis, report cost-to-complete and forecast variances, and give development and finance leadership a reliable view of capital deployment and funding requirements.
Administer the Commercial Framework: Administer the GMP agreement and related owner contracts, including notices, allowances, buyout and savings, delay and impact claims, backcharges, retainage, and lien waivers. Protect Galaxy's commercial position and resolve disputes at the lowest level possible, partnering with Legal as needed.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and the OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Drive Utility and Energization Readiness: Coordinate with the serving utility, interconnect and substation teams, and Galaxy's power development group to align permanent power availability, energization sequencing, and test windows with construction and commissioning milestones. Treat power delivery as a critical-path item and escalate early.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with the on-site commissioning manager, 3rd party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of the building to operations.
Manage Customer Delivery Commitments: Serve as the construction lead for customer-facing delivery milestones, including ready-for-service dates. Ensure facility handoff meets contractual commitments and the customer's acceptance criteria.
Ensure Quality: Enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards on your building. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues with contractors and design partners.
Coordinate Across the Campus: Work with peer Senior Managers and the VP to resolve cross-building conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Apply Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives on your building, and capture lessons learned so each building is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Inspection Requirements: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent, candid status updates to senior leadership and communicate building status, risks, and forecasts to internal stakeholders across Pre-Construction, Design Engineering, Operations, and Security.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects, with at least 3 years in a senior role leading a project or building team through construction.
Demonstrated success delivering a data center, or comparable mission-critical facility, from start of construction through commissioning and turnover.
Working knowledge of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Experience integrating OFCI equipment and supporting commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
What You Bring:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack QA Engineer with a background in fintech, banking or other finance-related products to join our banking QA team. We build mobile banking apps on shared backend APIs. You will test both mobile apps and backend services by hand and help us build test automation for APIs and mobile apps. Our products move real money - cards, transfers, payments - so quality here matters.
What You Will Do
Test new features and run regression for iOS and Android apps;
Test backend APIs and integrations: requests, responses, logs;
Design and maintain test cases and checklists in TestRail;
Build, maintain and run automated API tests with Postman and Newman in GitLab CI;
Maintain and extend our existing Java / REST Assured API test framework (TestRail integration, Allure reporting), and bring it back to regular runs;
Contribute to mobile UI test automation for iOS and Android — together with developers in their native test suites or with cross-platform tools — with a focus on end-to-end checks against the real backend;
Prepare test data and test accounts for automated and manual runs;
Help evolve our test automation approach and tooling;
Clarify requirements directly with developers and product managers — we have no business analysts, so you will often find out how things should work yourself;
Take part in release checks (release candidate testing, post-release smoke) and help improve QA processes;
Use AI tools to speed up your work — and verify what they produce.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer;
Experience in fintech, banking, payments or other finance-related products;
Solid test design skills: you write test cases and checklists from short task descriptions;
Hands-on experience testing mobile apps on both iOS and Android (TestFlight / Firebase builds);
Strong API testing skills: HTTP, REST, status codes, authorization;
Hands-on API test automation: comfortable reading and extending automated API tests in code (Java or Kotlin preferred) and writing simple tests by analogy - not framework architecture from scratch - plus Postman/Newman (scripts, environments, collections); experience running it in CI;
Proxy tools - Charles or Proxyman: inspecting traffic, breakpoints, mocking responses;
Working with logs to localise bugs;
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude: you ask questions, dig into unclear tasks and own the result;
Readiness to test manually - this is not a pure automation role;
Russian - native․
Nice to have
Building test automation in code from scratch: framework, CI pipeline, reporting;
GitLab CI: pipelines, schedules, artifacts;
Basic SQL;
Mobile UI test automation: Appium, Espresso/Kaspresso or XCUITest;
Experience with feature flags and testing releases with partial rollout.
Benefits
Fully remote work;
Monday-Friday schedule, approximately 10:00/11:00 to 18:00/19:00 Moscow/Cyprus time;
A service agreement with a Cyprus or Kazakhstan based company;
A fixed monthly salary in euros;
Paid annual leave of 21 working days;
Paid sick leave;
Public holidays: New Year holidays through January 4-6, plus May 1-2 or May 8-9;
One additional paid day off per month;
The opportunity to attend conferences and take training courses at the company's expense;
Challenging and engaging tasks;
Training on the company's products and processes;
A genuinely comfortable and professional working environment;
Opportunities to grow and develop together with the company and its products.
