Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada.
What is Grafana Cloud?
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns and operates the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are offered as a hosted service in Grafana Cloud, and additionally as on-premise solutions with
Grafana Enterprise Metrics
,
Grafana Enterprise Logs
, and
Grafana Enterprise Traces
. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and operating at scale on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software.
Mimir Squad
The Mimir squad has two sub-squads, Ingest and Query, which together maintain the
Mimir OSS project
, and additionally own and operate Grafana Cloud Metrics across three major cloud providers. Engineers on the team focus on optimizing the efficiency and resilience of processing, storing, and querying metrics at large volumes. These services operate at a large scale and performance is key to keeping the offering competitive and running smoothly.
A Mimir engineer has various work streams. They likely are engaged in a larger project with another engineer, as well as mixing in some performance and reliability improvements discovered through operating the system in production. They are also responsible for writing and reviewing PRs and design documents from other engineers in the squad, shepherding automated release rollouts, and participating in the on-call rotation for their systems.
What will you be doing?
Take a very active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial idea all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s follow-the-sun on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is entirely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a Squad. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Some experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Familiarity with observability systems, know when to use metrics, logs, traces, to debug a problem
Nice to haves:
Experience working with Kubernetes is highly desirable
Experience working with queue systems, e.g. the Kafka protocol
Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn
Familiarity with the concept of infrastructure as code
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is USD
154,000
- USD 185,000
.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
here
.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

We are looking for a
n Accounting Manager to join our Finance Department!
Your main tasks will be:
Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of five international entities (US, Hong Kong, Cyprus), running month-end close, GL and trial balance reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.
Run parallel accounting across our corporate ERP and QuickBooks, monitoring automated transaction feeds and catching duplicates or mismatches before they reach the books.
Lead the annual statutory audits for the Cyprus and Hong Kong entities end to end with external auditors, and coordinate outsourced partners on US tax filings and local returns.
Maintain and execute the group tax calendar — CIT, VAT and local returns filed and paid on time, every time, with zero penalties.
Prepare and update monthly and quarterly P&L forecasts with plan-vs-fact variance analysis, and handle KYC/AML and compliance requests from banks, acquirers and PSPs.
We expect from you:
3+ years as a Senior, International or General Ledger Accountant in a multi-entity international company, working under IFRS and/or US GAAP. Big-4 or mid-tier audit background is a plus, not a must — and your industry doesn't matter.
Hands-on experience with statutory reporting, audits and local tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. US, Cyprus or Hong Kong exposure is highly desirable; other international jurisdictions are fully acceptable.
Experience with parallel accounting in an ERP alongside QuickBooks or Xero, and a working understanding of automated data ingestion (bank feeds, API integrations).
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel for complex reconciliations and anomaly detection, plus practical skill in P&L forecasting and variance analysis.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken, for daily work with auditors, banking compliance officers and international service providers — and the autonomy to push an audit to completion without being chased.
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
to work full time;
Vacation
28 calendar days per year;
7 wellness days per year
(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
Bonuses up to $5000
for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
Full payment for
professional training, international conferences and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system:
receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a prioritized deal pipeline with clear status, rationale, ownership, next steps, key dependencies and decision points for each opportunity.
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant targets, shareholders, investors, advisers and other transaction counterparties where required to create and advance opportunities.
Work with the Strategy and Research Team to ensure the pipeline reflects group strategy, strategic fit and portfolio priorities before material resources are committed.
Transaction Assessment & Deal Preparation
Convert qualified opportunities into structured deal processes with a clear transaction thesis, workplan, timetable, information requirements and governance path.
Lead transaction financial analysis, valuation and scenario work and ensure that the economics, assumptions and key sensitivities are transparent to decision-makers.
Plan and coordinate due diligence across relevant workstreams, ensuring that material findings, risks, dependencies and unresolved issues are surfaced promptly.
Maintain a clear recommendation on transaction attractiveness, key conditions and execution risks as facts evolve through the deal process.
Deal Structuring, Negotiation & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of approved M&A and divestment transactions, maintaining momentum and accountability from initial engagement through signing and closing.
Coordinate transaction structuring and the work of internal specialists and external advisers, ensuring that commercial, financial, legal, regulatory and operational considerations are integrated.
Lead or coordinate negotiations on transaction economics and material commercial terms, escalating reserved or material decisions to the appropriate governance body.
Investment Committee & Deal Governance
Prepare clear, concise and decision-grade transaction recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership consideration at the relevant deal stages.
Work with the Strategy and Research Team to incorporate independent strategic fit, portfolio impact and transaction-thesis review into decision materials.
Work with the Board / IC Secretary to ensure transaction materials, approvals, decision records and meeting timing are complete and appropriately coordinated.
Ensure transaction execution remains within the approved mandate and that material changes in economics, structure, risk or conditions are escalated for renewed decision where required.
Closing, Handover & Post-Deal Coordination
Drive transaction closing readiness, including completion of required conditions, approvals, documentation and coordinated execution across all relevant parties.
Ensure a structured handover of completed transactions to the relevant Business Owners and Portfolio Management Team for integration, separation or other post-deal execution, as applicable.
Provide complete transaction records and execution learnings to support the Strategy and Research Team's after-action review of completed deals and their effect on the portfolio.
Deal Process, Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
Maintain transparent and regular reporting on the deal pipeline, active transaction status, key milestones, issues, decisions and required actions.
Act as the central coordinator for transaction execution across internal stakeholders, counterparties and external advisers, with clear ownership of next steps and deadlines.
Establish disciplined deal documentation, data-room, decision-log and information-management practices appropriate to confidential transaction processes.
Maintain a clear distinction between transaction execution ownership, independent strategic review, governance decision-making and post-deal business execution.
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the M&A and Deal Team; allocate resources across origination and live transactions and maintain clear accountability for quality, pace and outcomes.
Build repeatable methods, templates and standards for target screening, valuation, diligence, deal governance, execution planning, reporting and transaction handover.
Create a high-performance culture that values commercial judgment, execution discipline, confidentiality, ownership, collaboration and concise communication.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
