What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: VP of Product
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $230,000 to $250,000
base plus bonus and equity
About the Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy and are looking for an experienced product manager to join this growing team. As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of our SIEM product launched in October 2024. We are not building yet another SIEM that intends to replicate what every other SIEM already does. We are building a SIEM that focuses on what really matters to our Small Enterprise and SMB partners. They don’t need a SIEM with all the advanced features and the costs that come with that; they need a SIEM that keeps the relevant data, reduces the noise, makes it easy to find what they need, doesn’t require full-time employees to manage, and works at a cost that fits their budget. This is an opportunity to upend the existing SIEM market for everyone who wants or needs a SIEM but whose current solutions don’t work.
This position offers the chance to help scale the vision of an already wildly successful company past $200M and beyond, sustaining and building on a remarkable existing growth rate. You will make an impact on the vision, goals, and, in partnership with other functions, execution of a SaaS offering (like other Huntress products) that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure with cutting-edge capabilities currently only found in the largest enterprises. You will work very closely with the company founders, product leaders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams, as well as other Product Managers.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills to bridge customer business requirements with trends in the threat landscape. You’ll be asked to frequently interact with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to articulate our value proposition.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Portfolio Leader and relevant stakeholders to assist in setting the SIEM product vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research in order to drive strategy as well as pricing and the product roadmap
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous client needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions that surprise and delight the customer
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Prioritize features by assessing their alignment with the broader product strategy and initiatives, as well as unmet market needs
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Drive and manage product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams
Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive and execute product launches to market
Derive feedback and insights from customers through face-to-face interaction and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Drive high-level strategic initiatives and execution while possessing a willingness to dig into the weeds
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new product or feature idea.
Manage and drive results from user experience testing and gain crucial insights into how customers use (or don’t use) the platform
In partnership with product operations, provide product metrics, including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue, etc., to track and evaluate the success of the product strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR Products
Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic player coach – a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to tackle complex UX challenges and elevate our product to new heights. If you’re excited to dive deep into intricate design problems, raise the bar for design quality, and design and build a complex interface to data.
You’ll shape the workflows that empower technical users to seamlessly explore and understand their data. You’ll dig into user needs, collaborate closely with product and engineering on product strategy, and help foster a culture where design is seen as crucial to our success.
You will largely own both the design and much of the implementation of a cloud hosted offering. Experience in data interfaces, especially business intelligence, SQL and data exploration interfaces is a giant plus.
We value curiosity, humility, ambition, and designers who understand the technical underpinnings of data, and can even implement their own designs. If this sounds like you, send us a hello with a link to your portfolio. We’d love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you’ve made!
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key areas of our product. Deliver creative solutions while proactively identifying and proposing future improvements and features. Collaborate closely with your stakeholders to shape roadmaps and product direction, align design strategy with business goals, and champion user-centered projects from concept to release.
Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Confidently challenge and influence cross-functional partners to embed user considerations in product decisions and ensure the user voice and UX vision remain at the forefront of our product strategy.
Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust, clearly articulate design rationale in terms of business value and technical feasibility, and effectively align teams around your cohesive design strategy. Champion user-centric ideas with your stakeholders and ensure daily design work actively supports strategic business objectives.
Promote design excellence by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team with your expert guidance, actionable feedback, and championing of best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Actively explore new tools, methods, and approaches to elevate the design process and raise the bar for UX quality across teams.
Conduct and utilize user research to deeply understand our technical users. Proactively identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Inform design decisions with insights from your research and validate your concepts through testing and feedback.
Deliver with grit and urgency and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate resilience in navigating ambiguity, proactively unblock challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
Extensive AI tool and development experience
Proven track record of leading major design initiatives.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers.
Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and simplify highly technical workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and executives.
Comfortable balancing strategic vision with practical, hands-on execution.
Experience working in data integration, analytics, developer tools, or related technical fields is strongly preferred.

About the Job:
Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers all teams to deliver and control the best software. As an Senior Infrastructure Engineer on the IDE team, you'll help us build, automate, and improve the systems that keep LaunchDarkly running at scale.
Our platform serves over twenty trillion feature flags daily across a global AWS footprint. The IDE team owns the infrastructure layer — networking, compute, CI/CD, databases, observability — and we're looking for someone who wants to make that layer increasingly self-service and automated. You'll write software that replaces manual processes, build tools that help other engineers move faster, and contribute to a culture where operational toil is treated as a bug to be fixed, not a fact of life.
As part of our you-build-it-you-run-it culture, all engineers participate in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows
Build and improve internal tools and platforms that make other engineers more productive
Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure using Terraform

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

Location: San Francisco, California
An overview of this role
As the Manager, Solutions Architects for our Enterprise team in the San Francisco Bay area, you'll lead a distributed group of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects serving enterprise customers in the West sales territory. You'll guide your team to act as trusted advisors to GitLab prospects and customers, helping them validate GitLab's Enterprise Edition as the right technical and business solution and supporting successful adoption of the GitLab platform across the entire software development lifecycle. You'll hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team, set clear expectations, and be accountable for how your team runs complex technical evaluations, articulates business outcomes, and collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing. You'll model the work of a Solutions Architect yourself, from solution design through technical presentations, so your team is equipped to drive meaningful customer change with GitLab.
What you'll do
Lead a distributed team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects supporting Enterprise customers in the West territory.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, career support, and skills development in both technical and consultative areas.
Grow and retain a high-performing team by hiring thoughtfully, onboarding effectively, and fostering an inclusive, results-focused culture.
Guide by example by engaging in key customer opportunities as a Solutions Architect, from discovery through technical validation and successful adoption of the GitLab platform.
Drive the quality and consistency of technical evaluations, demos, and proofs of concept so that GitLab solutions clearly address customer business and technical requirements.
Collaborate closely with regional sales managers on territory strategy, account planning, and forecast support to ensure alignment between technical and commercial motions.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to share field insights, influence the roadmap, and improve messaging around GitLab's Enterprise Edition and platform capabilities.
Own team execution by defining and tracking key performance indicators, and communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to your team, peers, and leadership.
What you'll bring
Experience mentoring and developing technical team members, including giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Experience managing or leading technical pre-sales or information technology professionals, ideally in an enterprise-focused environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other managers and cross-functional partners to plan and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
Strong technical presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern software development or operations practices.
Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts and their impact on customer outcomes.
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, related technologies, and common customer adoption patterns.
Ability and willingness to travel in line with business needs and the company's travel policy, and openness to learning and using GitLab and related tools, including through transferable experience from adjacent domains.
About the team
The Enterprise Solutions Architect team partners with our largest customers to design and validate technical solutions that drive successful adoption of the GitLab platform. This role leads a group of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects aligned to the West Enterprise sales territory, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to support complex evaluations and long-term customer outcomes. We operate in a fully remote, asynchronous way across North America, using GitLab and our handbook-first approach to stay aligned on strategy, share technical best practices, and continuously improve how we support the sales cycle. Key opportunities for our team include deepening technical adoption of GitLab Enterprise Edition, connecting customer business goals with architectural recommendations, and serving as strong product advocates in the field.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction
Problem Management and Resolution:
Focus on managing wide-scale service issues and handling trade-related problems.
Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes, and apply a strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs.
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options.
Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Motivation for developing business and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management

Our culture
Everything at EXANTE starts with our people. We bring together almost 800 minds across 70 locations. We place trust in our team with real autonomy - the freedom to drive change across products, processes and everything in between. That trust fuels innovation, and the demands of the markets build resilience; we adapt, push forward, and we look after each other while we do it.
That freedom is matched by real investment in growth: we back our people with ongoing learning, hands-on development and the kind of stretch opportunities that turn good careers into great ones.
About The Role
We are seeking established Senior Relationship Managers in various locations.
We are looking for Relationship Managers with a portable book of business: professionals whose client relationships are strong enough to follow them. You will be expected to begin onboarding clients from your existing network within your first months, while also prospecting new markets and attracting new clients.
The ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures.
The candidate must have a proven track record of business development and sales to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors, with demonstrable client loyalty that translates into transferable AUM. Experience ideally spans to both segments: private clients (HNWI) and institutional B2B relationships

Client Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison to top-tier clients, including premium retail, high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
Provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels.
Business Development:
Onboard and activate clients from your existing network, and identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients.
Collaborate with the Regional Head, Sales, and Marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
Project Management:
Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Work in cross-functional teams to address client issues and deliver exceptional service.
Monitor projects’ progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with various internal departments, such as technical operations and programming, to analyze and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
Prepare regular reports on client status, project progress, and business development activities..
What Success Looks Like
Month 1-6: activation of your existing client relationships and expected measurable net new AUM starting to materialise from third month onwards.
Ongoing: expansion of your book through referrals and new-market prospecting.
Qualifications
10+ years in a sales role in the financial services or investment industry
A portable book of business: an established, loyal client base (HNWI, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices and other private investors) ready to onboard with you.
Proven experience in institutional B2B sales – building and managing relationships with institutional counterparties (asset managers, fund managers, wealth management firms, family offices) alongside private clients.
Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options.
Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Motivation for developing business and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management
Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset
Personality and Mindset
Entrepreneurial owner mentality – a hands-on, can-do attitude; you run your book like your own business and don’t expect leads or hand-holding
Honesty and integrity – direct and transparent with clients, even in difficult conversations
Team player with advanced communication and collaboration skills
Competitive drive and an overachiever mentality – visible appetite to win, motivated by performance-based upside
Persistence and resilience – disciplined daily follow-up, and the durability to stay motivated through setbacks and slower periods

What We Offer*
Competitive compensation that reflects your experience and the value you bring, plus uncapped performance-based commission that scales with the revenue your book generates.
Flexibility that fits your life: work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
Flexible benefits, where available under your engagement: you choose the options that suit you, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
A genuinely good place to work: an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
Continuous learning: ongoing training, education programmes, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
Connection beyond your desk: events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
Global exposure: work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.
*Benefits/perks vary depending on the nature of your employment with the company and the country where you work
