Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs.
Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources.
The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here’s an overview of what this position will be responsible for:
Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption
- Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc.
- Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks.
- Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications.
Measure and multiply
- Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n.
- Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop.
- Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time.
- Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business.
Requirements
Must-have
- Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers
- Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded
- Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how
- Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working
- Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data
- Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch
Nice-to-have
- Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters
- Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company
- Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners
- Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered
- Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs — a role that’s strategic, high-impact, and deeply collaborative. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Go-to-Market (GTM) org, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
This isn’t a conventional recruiter role — you’ll work alongside GTM Sourcers and hiring leaders to define role strategy, design world-class candidate experiences, and deliver outstanding hires across global markets. You’ll help shape what it means to build elite GTM teams in a fast-moving AI company.
If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building recruiting systems that scale — and if you care deeply about quality, speed, and candidate experience — this role is for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partnering closely with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals that elevate quality of hire.
- Collaborating with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools, and targeted pipelines across regions.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Representing ElevenLabs externally — every interaction with candidates is an opportunity to bring our brand and values to life.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
In AI, proximity to customer reality is the moat. Even the best model doesn't run itself: it takes someone who gets close enough to a customer's business to make it work, and that closeness doesn't happen on its own.
That's where the
Forward Deployed Product Manager
comes in. You'll work directly with our biggest customers at the moments that matter most in their journey with Fin, whether that's proving out value in an evaluation, getting a deployment live, or expanding what's possible once it's working, and get them to real, measurable success with Fin faster than they'd get there on their own. What you learn with them feeds back into the product, so every customer after them gets there faster and better too.
This is a very novel role in the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what great looks like at Fin: evolving the playbooks, and shaping how we win and deliver on our biggest, highest-stakes deals.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a PM who wants real time with customers and hands-on time with the product, and who's comfortable making progress before every answer is known.
What will I be doing?
Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
Understand their business, their support operation, and their technical environment well enough that the deployment plan you propose earns trust immediately.
Run the full arc yourself.
Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, hands-on configure it (including custom development if required), and unblock whatever gets in the way, whether that's a product gap, a technical integration, or a cross-functional snag.
Be the AI expert in the room.
Customers should leave every conversation with you knowing more about how to get outstanding results from Fin.
Partner tightly with Sales, Success, and R&D
so each deployment feels like one team to the customer, not a relay race.
Turn what you learn in the field into product.
Bring specific, evidence-backed input, not just feature requests, to shape the roadmap.
Build the playbook as you go:
the deployment patterns, templates, and best practices that make the next ten deployments faster than the first.
Help define what Forward Deployed PM means at Fin
. It's a very novel role across the industry, still being shaped, and you'll help sharpen what it looks like here.
Success in this role looks like your customers thriving with Fin, and the product getting sharper because of what you learned from them. It's product management at its core, not solutions engineering, customer success, or professional services.
What skills do I need?
Experience:
No minimum years required. We care about impact, drive, and potential, evidenced through the skills below, not tenure.
Customer obsession:
Deep empathy paired with a bias for action. You're motivated by solving the real problem and delivering measurable results.
Communication & storytelling:
You can pitch Fin to a room of executives, then get into the technical weeds with their engineers, adjusting depth and tone without losing either audience.
Technical fluency:
You're able to talk to engineers and customers about modern tech stack, from APIs and SaaS infrastructure to LLMs and low-code tooling. You're comfortable onboarding a customer into more technical product setups.
Evidence-based thinking:
You use data, not anecdotes, to make the case for a deployment plan or a roadmap bet, and you're comfortable pulling and interpreting data (conversation logs, usage, CX metrics) to find the story.
Cross-functional influence:
You navigate organizational boundaries easily, and bring people together to get the best outcome for customers and Fin.
Comfort with ambiguity:
You thrive in fast-changing, undefined environments, switching fluidly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
Operational rigor:
Operational rigor: You're highly organized and structured, managing multiple deployments and priorities without becoming reactive, and you know when a moment calls for speed versus polish.
Even better if you have:
Experience building product for enterprise customers
Startup or B2B SaaS experience
Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
In 2025 we doubled, from 95 to 200 people. Today we hire fewer roles, but more senior ones, and every single hire moves the needle. We have built a hiring system we believe in: a clear profile for every role, structured interviews, real-life cases and culture fit assessment on every final. Now we need recruiters who make it run every day, go out and find people who raise the bar, and close them fast.
You will own a portfolio of roles across Adapty, from engineering and product to marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own your vacancies end to end: from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer. Every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire.
- Hire the best people, fast. Run a tight process and keep Time to Offer low without lowering the bar.
- Proactively bring top talent to Adapty. Map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines instead of waiting for inbound.
- Partner with hiring managers and drive alignment. Challenge the brief when it's wrong, keep feedback loops short, and push back when the data says so.
- Run structured interviews and assess candidates against our values and the role's competencies.
- Keep ATS clean and data-driven: scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates.
- Help improve how we hire: share what works, fix what doesn't, and make the process faster and better.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
- You have closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
- You think in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention. You know your own and can explain what you did to move them.
- You are a strong stakeholder partner. You can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
- You move fast and own your results. When a role gets stuck, you are the first to know and you come with a plan.
- You write and speak fluent English and Russian.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
- Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes.
This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.
In this role, you’ll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.
- Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists.
- Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.
- Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.
Turn value into solutions
- Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
- Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact.
- Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.
- Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions.
- A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions.
- The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.
- Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets.
You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We’re looking for a Motion Brand Designer to bring our brand to life through animation, video and graphic design across our digital channels, events and products.
You will help shape how Douro Labs and Pyth move and show up to the world.
This role is for a hands-on designer who loves making things move: a versatile creator who shifts easily from a quick animated campaign graphic to a full motion package for a product launch or an event booth screen, often on short notice.
You will work closely with our Brand Design Lead to bring our visual identity systems to life across every touchpoint both static and dynamic, from web and social to events, while also supporting our Product Design Lead on product-side animation and graphics in the short term.
Location: Remote (US-based, EST preferred)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Design
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers and the global financial infrastructure community. Craft and clarity are key to how we communicate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need a designer who can move quickly without compromising quality. You’ll be comfortable with shifting priorities, short timelines and finding smart ways to get more done.
The Mission: In this role, you will define how Pyth Pro, our institutional offering for leading banks, trading platforms and global financial networks, looks and feels in motion. You will play a key part in expanding the Douro Labs brand beyond Web3 natives into traditional markets, creating work that reaches market participants, developers and industry leaders every week.
About the Role
This is a production-focused role with motion design at its core. Most of the requests coming from our marketing team are motion and video, and you’ll be the person who owns them. You’ll receive art direction, creative direction and project assignments primarily from the Brand Design Lead, and secondarily from the Product Design Lead. At the outset, your time will be split roughly 75% brand and 25% product.
As the design team grows, this role is expected to shift toward supporting the Brand Design Lead full-time, with a deeper focus on motion, campaign and event work.
Responsibilities
Motion and Video
- Create animations and short-form video for social media, campaigns and partner announcements
- Produce motion packages for product releases, exchange integrations and major ecosystem events
- Turn complex ideas, like real-time market data, into clear and engaging animated stories
- Bring our website to life with animations and interactive moments in Framer
- Build reusable motion systems, templates and brand animation guidelines
- Adapt and resize motion assets across formats and platforms
Digital Production
- Design static social assets, sales collateral, internal communications and web content
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels
Event Design
- Create motion content for event screens, stage visuals and booth displays
- Design booth graphics, signage and printed collateral
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time
Product Support
- Support the Product Design Lead with UI animations, micro-interactions, illustrations and visual assets
- Help keep visual consistency between brand and product surfaces
Tools and Workflows
- Use any motion tool you like (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Rive, Lottie or others), as long as deliverables meet high standards and source files stay neatly organized and shareable
- Bring AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up production and explore new ideas
- Experiment with new tools and techniques and share what works with the team
- Help build templates and systems that make recurring motion work faster
About You
You must have:
- Excellent motion design skills, with a portfolio that shows animation, video and brand-led motion work
- Proficiency in Figma, with clean, well-organized files and experience working with shared libraries
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a motion, graphic or brand designer
- Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color and composition
- A portfolio that shows range across motion, video, and graphic design
- An AI-forward mindset, using platforms like Claude, OpenArt, Higgsfield and Firefly in your daily practice to explore new visual ideas
- Self-organization and proactivity, able to manage your own workload and deadlines
- Clear, warm communication: you take direction well and speak up with ideas
- A resourceful, experimental approach to problem-solving, and you enjoy figuring things out
Nice to have:
- 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar)
- Hands-on Framer experience, including building and animating web pages or interactive prototypes
- Illustration and iconography skills
- Crypto, DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity
