About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Developers and enterprises build on Claude through the Claude Platform. Our models are getting exponentially more intelligent, and our APIs and developer tools need to evolve just as quickly so developers can take advantage of that intelligence safely.
We're hiring Engineering Managers to lead teams that build these APIs and developer tools. We are shipping APIs and infrastructure for building and running agents in production. These APIs ship alongside SDKs, docs, and tooling that developers (and agents!) utilize in order to build high quality integrations. These abstractions are backed by our identity, verification, and trust platform, which lets us scale access to Claude responsibly.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health
Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need
Talk to customers directly and turn what you learn into engineering priorities
Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows
Work closely with Research, Safeguards, Security, and go-to-market teams to bring new model capabilities to developers safely
Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers
Minimum qualifications
You have experience managing high-performing software engineering teams shipping developer products, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
You're product-minded and customer-oriented. You care about who uses what your team builds, and you've shaped roadmaps alongside product partners
You've built and scaled distributed systems in production, and you have the technical depth required to guide architecture and API design
You've led teams that ship quickly and hold a high quality bar
You collaborate well across functions and can align teams you don't manage
You care about Anthropic's mission and about developing AI safely
Preferred qualifications
Experience building agent infrastructure or products on top of LLMs
Experience with identity, verification, access control, or trust and safety systems
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of team.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As of May 2026, Claude authored
more than 80% of the code we merge
. In September 2026, we merged more than
30,000 changes per day
. Writing a change is fast now, and the hard part is knowing what is correct and safe to ship. Platform Acceleration builds the internal tools that close that gap for Anthropic's product engineers, who own the Claude API, our SDKs, and the rest of the Claude Platform. We work like a small product team whose customers are other Anthropic engineers.
We're looking for Staff+ engineers with a strong background in backend or infrastructure who care about developer experience and have built tools other engineers rely on. We prefer candidates who can work from our San Francisco office, and we'll also consider candidates based in Seattle.
What you'll do
Design, build, and operate the tools that help product teams ship faster
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area, and make sure its hardest problems get solved, by you or through others
Define what it means to trust a change, especially changes written by Claude, and build the tooling that holds the bar throughout the software development lifecycle
Build agents that take on repetitive engineering work, such as diagnosing failures, fixing broken tests, and running migrations
Embed with partner teams to find their biggest sources of friction, validate a solution with them, and turn the fix into a product other teams can adopt
Move between building new tools and improving the shared systems that teams already depend on, as priorities shift
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience building and operating backend services or infrastructure in production, in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript
Deep experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems
Experience leading large, complex technical projects across teams, from an ambiguous problem to a solution developers adopt
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience supporting internal partner teams
Interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications:
Experience at a startup or on a similarly small team, taking a product from zero to one and talking directly to your users
Substantial experience with agents that do engineering or other technical work
Experience building widely adopted CLI tools, developer-facing services, GitHub automation, or open source developer tools
Experience measuring developer productivity and using the data to decide what to build
A point of view on how software engineering changes as agents write more of the code
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Tokyo office to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process in Japan and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, primarily supporting Go-To-Market teams, including remote interviews and onsite panels. You’ll balance speed with attention to detail, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively to keep candidates and interviewers aligned. You’ll ensure logistics, materials, and feedback loops are clear and on time, and troubleshoot day-of changes and scheduling conflicts with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, talent branding projects, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow, creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, reliable approach and thoughtful attention to detail
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of mistakes, learn from feedback, and refine your processes to improve accuracy and consistency
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills to represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and colleagues in both languages
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack, and Notion
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About the Role
What you'll do
Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.
Collaborate on thumbnails and titles with an eye on click-through and retention.
Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
Requirements
What you bring
Must-haves
3+ years of professional video editing, with a portfolio showing both short-form and long-form work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects..
Hands-on experience generating video with Higgsfield AI, with examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted footage used in finished edits.
Proven experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and a clear understanding of how each platform's content differs.
A fast, repeatable workflow: you can show how you organize projects, use templates and presets, and ship multiple finished pieces per day.
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, story and sound; you know why one edit holds attention and another doesn't.
Clear written English for async communication, briefs and feedback.
Reliable high-speed internet, a capable editing machine and your own Adobe Creative Cloud license.
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for check-ins and fast revisions.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with other AI tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI features, Topaz).
Experience with brand, DTC, beauty, wellness or transformation/before-and-after content.
Thumbnail design skills for YouTube.
Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
Comfort reading organic analytics (retention curves, watch time, saves, shares) and editing toward them.
Experience with Frame.io and ClickUp or similar review and project tools.
Use Higgsfield AI to generate and extend shots, B-roll, product visuals, scene transitions and stylized effects that would be slow or costly to film.
Blend AI-generated assets seamlessly with live footage so the final piece feels on-brand, not obviously synthetic.
Benefits
Compensation and details
Type: Full-time, independent contractor
Location: Remote, outside the US
Pay: $2000, paid monthly
Hours: ~40 per week, with at least 4 hours overlapping Pacific Time

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
About the problem space
AI has changed what's possible in go-to-market, support, and business operations. The constraint is no longer "can we build it" — it's "can we deploy it into a real workflow, prove it made things better, and keep it working."
Most companies are stuck at the demo stage: a lot of clever prompting, very little that runs reliably on Tuesday morning without someone watching it. This role exists to get us past that, everywhere outside of engineering.
Little more about the team:
You'll sit on the Data team, which is where this work belongs. Our team already operates at the seam between the business and its systems — we partner daily with RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and we own the data infrastructure these workflows depend on. AI-in-the-business is a data problem with a model attached, and you'll have the pipelines, the warehouse, and the domain relationships already in place.
What you'll do
You are a senior individual contributor. Your job is to take business workflows that are slow, manual, or inconsistent, and make them fast, automated, and measurably better — then do it again, and leave behind enough shared scaffolding that the third one is easier than the first.
Ship automated workflows end to end
Partner with department leaders to identify the highest-leverage workflows in their orgs, and go deep enough on how the work actually happens to know where a model helps and where it doesn't.
Define success before you build: cycle time, quality, cost, risk. Instrument it. Report on it honestly, including when the answer is "this didn't work."
Deliver working systems, not prototypes, with evaluation harnesses, human-in-the-loop review where the stakes call for it, and ongoing monitoring.
Iterate on adoption the way a product manager would: user research, documentation, and a real plan for getting people to use the thing.
Build the shared substrate as you go
Establish patterns for model access, orchestration and agents, prompt and tool management, evaluation, logging, and cost control — derived from what real workflows needed, not designed in advance.
Build on the Data team's existing infrastructure rather than standing up parallel systems.
Co-own shared components with your counterpart in Engineering; identify dependencies early and bring them into partner roadmaps collaboratively.
Make the company fluent
Create templates, playbooks, and golden paths: prompt patterns, agent patterns, safety checklists, evaluation patterns.
Run office hours, demos, and community-of-practice sessions that make adoption feel accessible rather than intimidating.
Develop enablement material for distinct audiences — GTM, operations, leadership — from fundamentals through advanced workflows.
Help people build judgment about AI: when to use it, when not to, and how to tell whether it worked.
Keep it safe and governable
Partner with Security, IT, and Legal on access control, data handling, vendor risk, and policy — so that employees have a clear, fast, safe path to experiment.
Work with the Data team to apply our data classification standards to AI use cases: what data can be used for retrieval and context, and what audit trails are required when sensitive data flows through LLM pipelines.
What you'll bring
Deep experience shipping systems into real business workflows — you've owned something end to end, in production, that non-technical people depended on daily.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks: LLMs, retrieval, tool use and agents, evaluation, guardrails — plus the pragmatism to keep things shippable.
The ability to learn someone else's job well enough to improve it. This role lives or dies on understanding how support, sales, or finance actually work.
A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, bringing clarity, momentum, and crisp decision-making.
Comfort navigating security, privacy, and compliance tradeoffs in real organizations: data classification, retention, access controls, vendor risk.
Strong teaching instincts — you explain complex things simply, write clear docs, and meet people where they are.
Demonstrated ability to stay current as the landscape shifts, and to change your mind in public when the evidence does.
Nice to have
SQL fluency and comfort in a modern data stack (dbt, a cloud warehouse, BI tooling).
Experience with workflow automation or enterprise systems: case management, ticketing, CRM, knowledge bases.
Familiarity with observability practices for AI systems: monitoring, quality signals, evaluation pipelines, cost and latency analysis.
Change management experience across a distributed, multi-function company.
Interest in external evangelism — writing, speaking, podcasts, peer groups.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$310,000
—
$360,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

$225,000
—
$265,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT GTM ENGINEERING:
GTM Engineering is responsible for the data, business logic, workflows, and agents that enable our Marketing and Sales teams to help customers get the most out of Modal.
Like the infrastructure beneath the Magic Kingdom https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_utilidor_system, much of our work happens behind the scenes. We build systems that anticipate and deliver what customers need to grow on Modal.
We bring a product management, growth engineering, and data science approach to GTM, from centralizing our data platform https://deepline.com/blog/gtm-ai-nyc-chris-modal to building agents for account research https://parallel.ai/blog/case-study-modal.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to own our GTM data platform. This role combines analytics engineering with revenue operations: you’ll build the org map, people graph, and data systems that help us discover future customers and support our GTM workflows, partnering closely with our Data team on the shared foundation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain an org map and people graph connecting companies, labs, teams, and individuals to identify researchers, engineers, and early-stage startups, including people beyond our existing users and CRM
- Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas so affiliations, roles, and relationships stay accurate, current, and traceable to their sources
- Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt connecting people, companies, workspaces, workloads, usage, and revenue, giving reps and agents a shared foundation for customer context
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define and implement metrics, data models, and business rules for routing, territory assignments, compensation, pipeline reporting, and attribution
- Partner with Data on usage forecasts and account signals; build reproducible reporting that reconciles actuals, forecasts, human adjustments, and credited attainment
- Build reverse ETL pipelines for ad audiences, lifecycle campaigns, CRM enrichment, outbound, and event outreach, preserving engagement history and campaign eligibility
- Own data quality and system health, from graph coverage and stale enrichment to failed syncs and historical reporting accuracy

YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’re fluent in SQL and proficient in Python
- You already use AI coding tools and agents to build, debug, and automate your work, and help teammates do the same
- You’ve built data models and production pipelines with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Modal, or Hex
- You have hands-on experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and revenue or marketing operations
- You understand how leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue move through a business
- You have high attention to detail and a habit of testing, documenting, and monitoring the systems you build
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with usage-based businesses
Location: US, Boston, MA

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Inventory Specialist, you'll make sure our engineers always have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time. You will run day-to-day receiving, storage, stock control, cycle counting and kitting for the hardware side of a small, fast-moving team of around 40 engineers building cutting-edge humanoid robots. site, keeping material flowing accurately into prototype builds. This is a senior individual-contributor role: we need someone competent and self-directed who can run the site’s stores with minimal supervision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Boston Site Focus
- Be the first dedicated hands-on warehouse resource in Boston, setting up and organizing the stores area, location structure and labelling, and supporting the site’s prototype builds with accurate receiving, storage and kitting.
- Get the site’s prototype material ready for builds, working with the SCM Lead Boston and the local Senior Buyer on inbound material and priorities, including long lead-time items, so shortages are flagged early.
- Keep stock records and inventory reporting aligned with the other Humanoid sites so material can be seen and planned globally, and help shape how the site tracks inventory as it grows.
- Follow OSHA and applicable Massachusetts workplace safety requirements, including safe handling and storage of materials.
Goods Receiving & Put-away
- Receive inbound deliveries from suppliers, carriers and 3PL partners; check paperwork against the purchase order and inspect goods for damage, shortages or non-conformance.
- Record goods receipts accurately on the day of arrival in JIRA and the site’s inventory tracking sheets, and put material away to the correct, labelled location.
- Segregate and record quarantined, rejected and non-conforming stock, and support the return-to-supplier process with the SCM and quality teams.
- Handle ESD-sensitive, high-value, serialized and lot-controlled components with the care they need, maintaining traceability from receipt to build.
Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
- Run daily and weekly cycle counts to the global schedule, investigate variances at root cause, and record adjustments with proper authorization.
- Own stock accuracy for the site: keep physical stock, inventory records and locations in agreement, and report accuracy KPIs to the SCM Lead and global WILP team.
- Set, review and maintain minimum / maximum (safety stock) levels for the site’s consumables, common parts and high-usage items, working with the SCM Lead and the planning team, and raise replenishment requests before stock runs short.
- Support periodic and year-end stocktakes, and flag ageing, excess, obsolete or slow-moving stock early.
- Keep every movement (transfers, issues, returns, scrap) recorded in JIRA and the inventory sheets in real time, so no stock goes untracked.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets, and AI tools where they help, to build and maintain count plans, stock reports and variance analysis, and to automate repetitive tracking tasks.
Material Movement, Kitting & Build Support
- Pick, stage and deliver kits to the build area against BOM and build schedule, and check kits are complete and correct before release.
- Respond to urgent pick requests and shortages from engineering and production, and give procurement and planning a clear, early view of material gaps.
- Manage material issues to builds and returns of unused material back to stock, with accurate records throughout.
- Move material between storage, kitting, build and test areas safely using pallet trucks and other manual handling.
Dispatch, Returns & Inter-site Transfers
- Prepare outbound shipments, supplier returns and rework loops, and arrange collection with carriers or 3PL partners.
- Prepare accurate shipping and customs paperwork for parts and sub-assemblies moving between Humanoid sites (London, Boston and Vancouver), working with the Logistics team so shipments clear without delay.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and chase delays before they affect builds.
Site Operations, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Keep the stores area clean, organised, safe and compliant with local health and safety requirements.
- Maintain location structure, labelling and storage layout, and apply 5S principles.
- Support the site asset register by tagging, locating and verifying tools, fixtures and equipment held in stores, and keeping custody and location records up to date. Ownership of the master asset list sits outside this role.
- Suggest and help implement practical improvements to receiving, storage, kitting and counting processes, and follow global warehouse and inventory SOPs.
- Cover the site’s warehouse needs independently, and escalate issues that need SCM Lead or global WILP support in good time.
Expectations
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, setting your own daily priorities with minimal supervision.
- Act as the site’s subject-matter expert for receiving, stock control and kitting, and a go-to person for colleagues in engineering, production and procurement.
- Train, coach and support colleagues and temporary or contract staff on warehouse processes and inventory tracking.
- Help build, document and improve the site’s warehouse processes as the team grows.
- Not a people-management role: you will set the standard and lead by example on site.
- On-site role in a warehouse and stores environment, including standing, walking and regular manual handling (lifting up to 23 kg / 50 lb, with equipment available for heavier loads).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in a warehouse, stores or inventory control role, ideally in manufacturing, electronics, robotics, aerospace, automotive or a prototype/R&D build environment.
- Practical, hands-on use of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots, simple dashboards) and the confidence to use AI tools to make stock tracking and reporting faster and more accurate.
- Experience of cycle counting and stock reconciliation, including investigating and resolving variances.
- Experience of kitting and material issue to production against BOMs, and the ability to read a BOM and drawings.
- Comfortable using Slack and collaborating digitally with remote teams.
- Able to work safely in a physical warehouse environment, including regular lifting and moving of materials with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be needed to support urgent builds and time-critical deliveries.
Qualifications & Site Requirements
- Degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a warehouse or logistics certificate is a plus.
- OSHA 10-hour general industry training is an advantage.
- Awareness of U.S. DOT hazardous materials shipping requirements is an advantage.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States.
Desirable
- Experience in a small, fast-moving or start-up environment where processes are still being built.
- Experience of JIRA or a similar ticketing system, or of an ERP or warehouse management system. Not required: full training on our JIRA-based processes will be given.
- Familiarity with handling lithium batteries and other regulated or hazardous components.
- Exposure to working with 3PL providers, carriers and import/export documentation.
- Lean or 5S training, or an inventory/warehouse qualification such as APICS CPIM or an equivalent.
Behavioral Skills
- Ownership and reliability: you finish what you start and you are accurate every time.
- Methodical, organized and detail-focused, with a strong sense of accuracy and compliance.
- Clear, proactive communication with engineering, production, procurement and the London-based leadership team across time zones.
- Comfortable working independently and sound judgement on when to escalate.
- Flexible and practical in a fast-paced, changing environment, with willingness to support build peaks.
- A problem-solving mindset and a positive, hands-on attitude.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $60K–$80K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.
