Responsibilities

Trading strategies — market making, flow trading, relative-value and other legitimate strategies the candidate identifies, within Board-approved risk limits.
Counterparty and execution venues — identify, negotiate and onboard the exchanges, prime brokers and OTC counterparties needed for hedging and inventory management.
Risk management framework — in partnership with the Risk function, design, implement and operate the risk limits, monitoring and escalation framework for the book.
Stock Lending cooperation — coordinate securities inventory, financing and revenue with the existing Stock Lending team, avoiding disruption to that revenue line.
Desk cooperation — work with the Options Trading and Fixed Income & Structured Products desks to ensure complementary principal books and shared risk visibility.
Operations and platform — cooperate with Operations, Treasury and Technology on workflow, financing, settlement and platform tooling.
Conflict and best execution — manage conflicts of interest, best-execution arrangements and product-governance compliance across the relevant booking entities (MiFID II, FCA, SFC and equivalent regimes).
Team build-out — size, composition and sequencing at the hire’s discretion as the book grows, consistent with the approved business plan.
Experience
10–20 years’ experience in principal trading, flow trading, market making or running a multi-asset trading book at a sell-side firm, broker-dealer, prime broker or proprietary trading house, with documented P&L through different market regimes.
Multi-asset risk management — strong background across delta, gamma, vega, correlation, liquidity and counterparty risk.
Regulatory expertise — hands-on familiarity with the MiFID II Systematic Internaliser regime, best-execution obligations and conflict-of-interest management in a regulated broker-dealer environment is essential.
Securities financing — familiarity with securities financing and stock lending operations is a strong plus.
Cooperative profile — non-negotiable; the role only succeeds by working closely with the existing Stock Lending team and the new trading desks, and a track record of operating effectively across desks and functions is expected.

Connection beyond your desk — events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.

About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on product manager to own and scale our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a primary focus on
EEA
(Europe) and other onshore regulated markets. Your mission is to drive measurable user acquisition and transaction volume through data-driven optimization and ecosystem building across multi-jurisdictional environments. If you have a proven track record of driving growth at a leading crypto exchange or a hyper-growth platform, we want you.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the affiliate product strategy for EEA and other regulated onshore markets (AU, SG, UAE, BR, TR), aligned with company-level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.
Build data-driven systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality, retention, and ROI — giving BD teams real-time visibility into which partners drive sustainable value vs. short-term volume.
Own the affiliate product infrastructure — dashboard,
attribution
, commission calculation, campaign management, and partner lifecycle tooling across mobile, web, and APIs.
End-to-end ownership of affiliate program operations: onboarding, campaign design, incentive experimentation, and cross-market execution.
Design and run scalable affiliate programs — onboarding flows, incentive experimentation, promotional campaigns, and cross-market performance benchmarking.
What We Look For In You
5+ years in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth roles, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.
Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns and deals.
Strong analytical capability — you can design affiliate quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models, not just read reports.
Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, ideally across European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
Bilingual: fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

As Marketing Strategy Director at Airalo, you will collaborate closely with the Growth organization to define and optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention targets across regions and channels. You will operate as a central, region agnostic capital allocator within Growth — ensuring time, budget, and effort are deployed toward the highest incremental impact opportunities. Acting as a key partner to Growth leadership, you will turn complex data into clear trade off decisions, pressure test assumptions, and help determine where the next dollar and the next hour should be invested.
In this role, you will own Growth’s forecasting and planning processes, ensuring regional and central teams are aligned on targets, assumptions, and trade offs. You will run the operating cadence for Growth, steward the business inputs, scenario frameworks, and planning logic layered on top of Data’s forecasting model, and translate performance insights into cross regional and cross channel allocation decisions that improve incremental growth and capital efficiency — operating within the financial guardrails set by our Finance team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Forecasting, Planning & Operating Rhythm
Own Growth’s forecasting process end to end: gather assumptions, challenge inputs, coordinate with Data, and prepare forecast narratives for leadership
Maintain and continuously refine the business logic, pacing, scenario planning, and target setting frameworks built on top of Airalo’s forecasting model
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews — prepare materials, synthesize insights, and ensure follow-ups drive real action
Run weekly operating cadence for Growth: performance reviews, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and strategic escalations
Budget Allocation & Strategic Decision Support
Build data-driven recommendations on spend allocation across regions and channels, using CAC, pLTV, incrementality and ROI insights to optimize for incremental profit/growth
Conduct granular regional deep dives (country/segment/channel) and identify levers to improve growth or efficiency.
Identify cross-regional capital reallocation opportunities and quantify trade-offs between markets (e.g., where incremental $1 delivers highest marginal return).
Partner with Growth, Product, Brand, and Finance to align on targets, trade-offs, and the drivers behind plan variances.
Analytics Partnership & Insight Activation
Serve as Growth’s primary business partner to the Data team: consolidate analytical needs, provide business context, and ensure high-quality inputs into Data’s roadmap.
Translate analytical outputs (forecasts, dashboards, experiment results) into decisions, actions, and processes that stick.
Ensure Growth teams adopt and operationalize dashboards and models — build documentation, training, and clear workflows.
Cross-Functional Strategy & Special Projects
Lead cross-functional projects such as regional/channel diagnostics, efficiency audits, or market deep-dives - including 30 day “drop-in” sprints to fix specific business problems
Build frameworks that guide decision-making: ROI models, sizing models, scenario tools, prioritization structures.
Identify and implement process improvements across the Growth org to increase speed, clarity, and execution quality.
Must Haves:
9+ years in Marketing Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar analytical roles.
Demonstrated experience owning planning cycles and influencing capital allocation decisions at a multi-market or global level.
Demonstrated ability to maintain forecasting models (Excel/Sheets) and run scenario planning, CAC/LTV experience, pacing, and ROI logic.
Strong analytical proficiency: Excel (advanced), and comfort working with SQL and modern BI tools (Looker, Lightdash, Tableau). Experience with MMM models a plus.
Clear experience turning data into recommendations — not just reporting results, but synthesizing insights into “what we do next.”
Ability to challenge assumptions, pressure-test inputs, and navigate ambiguous or incomplete data.
Experience working cross-functionally with channel leads, PMs, and Data teams; strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Comfort managing complex, deadline-driven projects, prioritizing across markets, and driving alignment among multiple teams.
A proactive, structured problem-solver who can pick up unclear problems, untangle them, and deliver clarity with minimal guidance.
Nice To Haves:
Experience in consumer tech, marketplace, travel, or subscription businesses
Familiarity with marketing analytics: attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, incrementality testing, funnel analysis
Comfort coordinating experimentation roadmaps and interpreting lift tests or causal results
Prior experience as the business partner to a Data/Analytics org

About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional GRC hire. The Tech G
overnance
Office is looking for someone who combines the governance judgment of a seasoned compliance professional with the drive of a forward-deployed engineer — someone who closes gaps by shipping solutions, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding, and operates with the urgency of a startup and the rigour of a regulated financial institution.
You will own complex cross-functional workstreams independently — coordinating across Engineering, Legal, Product, and Finance — while managing external auditors and regulators. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is a meaningful advantage in this role. AI tooling is not optional; it is how you work.
Who You Are
Self-directed driver
— You run cross-functional workstreams without being managed. Ambiguity is a starting point, not a blocker.
AI-native operator
— You already use AI to do more, faster — and you raise the floor for the teams around you.
Clear communicator
— You earn trust across regulators, auditors, and C-suite through precision and consistency — in any room.
Culture Fit
Pace
Standards
Startup velocity
— Decisions move fast. Priorities shift. You ship, iterate, and adapt — without waiting for perfect conditions or top-down direction.
Financial institution rigour
— Audit trails matter. Regulators scrutinise. The bar for accuracy, documentation, and accountability is institutional-grade — always.
> The tension between these two is not a bug — it is the job. We are looking for someone who holds both without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independently lead audit remediation programmes — assess gaps, develop structured plans, and drive verified closure across engineering, product, legal, and operations without escalation dependency.
Own cross-functional governance workstreams — set milestones, coordinate accountability, and remove blockers across departments with limited management oversight.
Conduct IT security and architecture governance reviews — assess whether systems and processes meet applicable standards, and issue findings with clear ownership and remediation timelines.
Build and maintain the policy estate — draft, refine, and operationalise IT governance policies and procedures; translate regulatory requirements into implementation-ready guidance for first-line teams.
Lead regulator and auditor engagement — serve as the primary coordination interface for external audit and regulatory correspondence, representing the Tech G
overnance
Office with credibility and precision.
Deploy AI to accelerate compliance operations — prototype and scale AI-assisted workflows for evidence collection, control monitoring, audit response, and policy generation; drive team-wide adoption.
Deliver Tech G
overnance
-level reporting — produce governance dashboards and executive briefs on remediation status, risk exposure, and regulatory posture, independently and to publication standard.
Track the regulatory horizon — monitor evolving requirements across active jurisdictions, translate changes into prioritised internal action, and brief senior leadership proactively.
What We Look For In You
AI Adoption & Application — Must Have
Active daily use of AI tools to accelerate compliance and governance work — demonstrated practice with measurable output impact, not theoretical awareness.
Ability to identify, build, and scale AI-assisted workflows within a Tech G
overnance
office context — evidence automation, policy generation, audit response, or control monitoring.
Working knowledge of AI governance and risk — sufficient to contribute to internal AI oversight frameworks and assess AI-related compliance obligations.
Independent Cross-Functional Leadership — Must Have
Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams independently — setting direction, coordinating accountability, and delivering outcomes without management escalation.
Track record of influencing without authority across engineering, legal, finance, and operations in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable operating under ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining institutional-grade standards for accuracy and documentation.
Experience
8+ years in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance
3+ years leading governance programmes at a large-scale internet, financial services, or crypto firm
Exposure to IPO-readiness or high-scrutiny regulatory examination programmes preferred
Frameworks & Standards
ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, NIST — deep working knowledge
GDPR and APAC data protection regimes
Crypto and blockchain-specific compliance risk awareness a strong asset
Engineering Sensibility
Able to read and interpret code, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents without engineer-translation dependency
Familiarity with cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP) and associated security tooling
Communication
Executive-level written and verbal communication in English — board-ready governance briefs, regulator responses, and Tech G
overnance
-level reporting produced independently
Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong advantage for APAC regulatory and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Professional security or governance certification:
CISA · CISSP · CRISC · CISM · CCISO · Agentic AI
Experience building AI-powered compliance tooling — audit automation, continuous control monitoring, or policy-to-control mapping
Prior involvement in SOX ITGC, SEC Reg S-K Item 106, or equivalent listing-authority tech governance programmes
Crypto-native compliance exposure — Proof of Reserves, SAB 121, Travel Rule, AML/CFT programme governance
Active regulatory footprint across MAS, VARA, FCA, HKMA/SFC, or equivalent
Why This Role
OKX operates across 50+ jurisdictions with live regulatory programmes. The Tech G
overnance
Office is building infrastructure-grade compliance capability — not checkbox compliance. This is a rare opportunity to shape how that work gets done: independently, at pace, and with AI at the centre of the method.

Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

About Brilliant
Brilliant is creating a world of better problem solvers. We deliver learning that's interactive, adaptive, and fun – at scale. You can learn more about our approach, learners, and method on our about page.
We have always prioritized building a real, healthy business, and we make hires very selectively and intentionally. We serve hundreds of thousands of paid subscribers, and want you to help us serve millions.
In our day-to-day, we value adventure, excellence, generosity, and candor. We are optimists in the face of uncertainty, we take pride in our work, we go the extra mile for each other, and we tell it like it is (the good and the bad). We’re here to do the best work of our lives together.
We believe that real-time collaboration and human connection are necessary ingredients in building a high-velocity, high-trust team. We maintain core hours (9:30am - 2:30pm Pacific) when everyone is online, regardless of timezone. About half of us are located near our hubs in SF and NYC.
In addition to what’s below, you can see all open roles and learn more about our culture on our careers page.
The Role
Engineers at Brilliant work in small, elite teams alongside colleagues from Product, Design, and Content. As an interactives engineer, you’ll craft the building blocks that power Brilliant's interactive learning experiences.
Brilliant's learning experiences blend thoughtful mechanics, intuitive level design, and deep pedagogical insights. Each interactive is driven by APIs designed for learning designers, our LLM-powered content agent, and our AI tutor, with every possible configuration guaranteed to be a correct, solvable, and meaningful puzzle. It's a tricky technical problem with a big payoff for our learners.
Solving this technical challenge enables us to build effective and engaging learning experiences at scale, helping our learners get the reps they need to achieve mastery. With your help, we'll teach all of STEM.
Check out these posts to learn more:
- A world-class tutor in every home
- Hand-crafted, machine-made: How we make learning games with AI
- When “almost right” is catastrophically wrong: Evals for AI learning games
Responsibilities
Craft new interactive building blocks that captivate learners and make foundational concepts addictive to master.
Build clear and expressive APIs designed for experts and AIs.
Own the technical implementation of learning experiences from idea to launch on a cross-functional team that trusts you to do what's right for our users but is there to support you when you need it.
Write simple, robust, readable code that teammates and future engineers can easily maintain and extend.
Contribute to a culture of excellence within your pod, setting high standards for candor and mutual accountability, and striking a careful balance between velocity and quality.
Frequently ask:
How does this impact our learners?
Who are you?
You have at least 7 years of professional experience in web-focused software engineering, ideally with meaningful experience in one or more of game development, animation, or interactive media.
You’re motivated by building robust, maintainable, AI-interoperable software systems that drive user and business outcomes.
You believe in using the right tool for the job — even when it’s an unfamiliar one, and especially when it's a boring one.
You enjoy solving technical challenges in a way simple enough for an intern to understand and build upon. You avoid introducing complex, novel, or "clever" solutions. You write code for humans
and
LLMs to comprehend.
You have a favorite product and can articulate your perspective on what makes using it delightful. You often think about how the products you use could be better.
You're constantly tinkering with AI tools and workflows and have used them to achieve surprising levels of productivity. You have a strongly-held POV on what effective AI-enabled software engineering looks like.
Lack of experience in a specific technology is never disqualifying, but experience with Elm or other functional programming languages would allow you to hit the ground running. This role works with Elm, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and even SVG.
Our Engineering Team
Brilliant's engineering team is small, elite, and AI-enabled. We believe in moving fast, fixing faster, and optimizing for outcomes over outputs. Our team is full of former founders, early employees, and engineering leaders turned ICs whose collective drive, judgement, and standards generate a palpable sense of momentum every day. The norm on this team is doing the very best work of our careers, and we both support and challenge each other every day to do exactly that.
Compensation and Benefits
We use a systematic compensation framework: salary scales are set each year for each job vertical, managers level folks on their team, and those levels are mapped directly to our compensation scales. A location-based adjustment is applied outside of SF and NYC (typically 5-10%) - feel free to ask us about your location!
Given the systematic approach, we always make First and Best offers - there is no negotiation (for new hires nor our existing teammates). This ensures people are paid based on their expected contribution, not their negotiation skills.
We offer top-notch health care plans, with 100% of the premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision for employees.
We offer flexible PTO, with a norm of taking off about 6 weeks per year (including federal holidays). We also provide home office equipment, a professional development stipend, and free food at our offices.

We’re looking for experienced full-stack engineers to join the Figma Weave team. Operate and monitor the systems you build, with a strong focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience
Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, providing feedback, and helping foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining complex systems or products in production
Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby, Go, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively across functions
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with Rust, WebAssembly, or graphics rendering technologies
Prior work on extensibility platforms (plugins, APIs, widgets), or experience contributing to open source developer communities
Passion for crafting excellent developer or user experiences, and an eye for elegant, maintainable architecture
Enthusiasm for learning and teaching - whether mentoring teammates, leading initiatives, or sharing knowledge in code reviews or pairing sessions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

You enjoy turning messy signals into clear action. You look at product usage, marketing engagement, and account activity and immediately start thinking about what should happen next.
You care about building systems that help teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus on the opportunities that matter most. If you like connecting data, processes, and people to create measurable business impact, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
About the role
We're building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational governance into a single system. It will serve as the execution and control layer for AI-driven software development and is a key part of how we see the future of the industry.
As adoption grows, we're looking for someone to own the systems that connect product and marketing signals with commercial action. The goal is simple: help the right users and accounts reach the right people at the right time.
You'll own the workflow that turns product usage, marketing engagement, account activity, and buying signals into qualified opportunities. You'll work across product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to build the processes, automation, and feedback loops that help us learn faster and improve conversion over time.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership. You'll help define how our commercial engine works as we build a new business around one of JetBrains' most strategic investments.
Your day-to-day
Own the end-to-end process that turns product, marketing, and account signals into qualified sales opportunities.
Define and improve qualification criteria using product usage, engagement, intent, and commercial data.
Build and maintain routing rules that connect signals with the right sales and SDR owners.
Improve how quickly and effectively opportunities move from signal detection to commercial engagement.
Maintain high-quality lead and account data through enrichment, segmentation, consolidation, and cleanup processes.
Partner with product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to improve workflows and automation.
Create feedback loops that connect sales outcomes with product and marketing signals.
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them through process changes, automation, reporting, or data improvements.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for CRM workflows, integrations, dashboards, and operational tooling.
Measure the effectiveness of qualification, routing, and engagement processes and continuously improve them.
What you'll bring
A strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve systems rather than work around them.
Good commercial judgment and the ability to distinguish genuine buying intent from noise.
An analytical mindset that helps you turn data into practical decisions.
Comfort working independently in environments where not everything is defined yet.
A bias toward action. You like testing ideas, learning from results, and iterating quickly.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust across different teams and functions.
Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Curiosity about how product adoption, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes connect.
What you'll need
Experience in growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or a similar role in a B2B software or technology company.
A solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, including qualification, Sales Development Representative workflows, account prioritization, pipeline creation, and conversion tracking.
The ability to define qualification frameworks, routing logic, and operational processes that can be implemented and scaled.
Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, analytics systems, or workflow automation solutions.
Confidence working with product usage, account, marketing, and sales data.
The ability to translate business requirements into operational or technical solutions.
Experience partnering closely with commercial teams and improving the processes they rely on every day.
What success looks like
After your first year, the process for turning product and marketing signals into sales action is faster, clearer, and trusted by the teams using it.
Sales and SDR teams know they're receiving higher-quality opportunities. Product and marketing teams have better visibility into which signals actually predict conversion. Leadership has a clearer view of funnel performance and where to invest.
Most importantly, the system continuously improves because the feedback loops, data quality, and operational foundations are in place.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support.
We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
