● Actively participate in or lead the development and communication of local HR programs and policies in accordance with team priorities.
REQUIREMENTS

Working knowledge of trade and regulatory compliance for hardware, including export controls, sanctions, tariffs and customs
Clear, plain communication with scientists, engineers, and operators, so legal risk turns into a decision they can act on
A low-ego, "doer" attitude and real interest in taking on work outside your core practice area
Intense curiosity about AI and emerging hardware, and a commitment to responsible AI development
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience in hardware or a closely related technical space, with the judgment to run risk assessments and deals on your own from day one

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Establish and facilitate cross-functional meetings needed to resolve dependencies, align plans, make decisions, and maintain progress.
Track commitments and action items across departments and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables.
Identify emerging risks, constraints, stalled activities, resource conflicts, or unclear ownership and facilitate resolution.
Escalate issues to Growth, Development, and Power leadership, the Head of PMO, or broader business leadership when appropriate.
Support prioritization and sequencing across sites and initiatives by maintaining visibility into dependencies, capacity, timing, and competing demands.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other support functions to ensure required business processes are understood, planned for, and initiated at the appropriate stage.
Support Growth, Development, and Power leadership with capacity and resourcing discussions by providing visibility into the volume and complexity of current and upcoming work.
Improve communication and handoffs between Growth, Development and downstream teams, particularly Pre-Construction and EHS.
Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, upcoming milestones, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and decisions required.
Act as an impartial facilitator when cross-department priorities or expectations are misaligned.
Partner with the Head of PMO and other embedded PMO PMs to consistently apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in project or program management in the data center, power infrastructure, industrial development, or related industries.
Working knowledge of site development processes sufficient to understand key milestones, dependencies, terminology, and downstream impacts.
Basic knowledge of real estate contracts, with a general understanding of common gating items in the closing process.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools to manage, streamline, and enhance project workstreams.
Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business functions.
Strong ability to translate complex or loosely defined initiatives into structured, trackable execution plans.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, particularly in environments where accountability spans multiple departments.
Ability to identify dependencies, organizational gaps, and risks and proactively bring the appropriate stakeholders together to resolve them.

- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota

- Co-define, build, and manage against customer success plans that help every customer achieve their desired objectives and realize measurable value
- Learn Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem inside and out so you can be the best build-beside partner for customers navigating new ways of working
- Innovate and iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction risk
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment
- Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—you can co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in the room
- Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage success plans, timelines, risks, and customer commitments across a book of accounts

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤖 THE OFFER AREA
We’re the engine that decides what Alan sells, at what price, and on what terms.
Every Alan member, from a 3-person startup to a public administration body with 200K+ collaborators is covered by an offer that our area designed, priced, contracted and renews every year.
We own the whole offer lifecycle for several kind of services (health insurance, life & disability insurance, employee benefits) across 4 countries. We manage an incredible business complexity and diversity in a scalable way, and most importantly, we empower others to act autonomously on it:
- Offer creation: Enabling Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes, with a real-time pricer and AI assistance, without waiting days for an actuary.
- Contract Lifecycle: Not only signing a contract in one go and writing the settings that become the source of truth for the rest of Alan, but also providing Business Ops with the tools they need to pilot over the years a portfolio of 100K+ contracts
- Enabling growth: We’re at the root of Alan’s Insurance stack. Our technical decisions have a long reach: Claims, Billing and many other teams depends on us. We are key to lift blockers and enable the opening of new segments or markets.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- 🌍 One insurance stack for every country. We're replacing country-by-country code with a shared "Core Stack": one set of shared rules, with room for local differences. Spain already runs on it, and we’re now tackling France. The architecture decisions you make will shape how Alan sells insurance for the next 10 years. (How we made our offer builder global https://medium.com/alan/how-we-refactored-one-of-our-most-used-data-models-33cadaf31313)
- 🤖 AI-native underwriting. Insurance is complex, and most insurers need actuaries on every quote. We empower our Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes. AI-assisted smart alternatives, price explanations, pitching and more are already in the Sales hands, and there’s much more to build.
- 🛡️ Life & Disability as a first-class product: We’re bringing this historically smaller product at Alan to the same level of maturity as Health, with first class member XP, Ops and enabling access to a much wider population.
- 🧑🚀 A growing team. You'll hire it, shape it, and decide what it works on. Talent density, onboarding, feedback, and the mix of skills the area needs are yours to own.
- 🛡️ Technical direction and operational excellence. Architecture calls, quality standards and shaping the organization and incident response as we scale to more countries. And you stay hands-on: at Alan, engineering leaders are expected to build.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth, engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Your users sit next to you: Hundred of Alaners use what your team ships every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is very short, which allows you to iterate and move quickly.
- Complex domain, simple software: Regulated domain, many countries, many segments… The job is to model a messy real world into a stack that stays simple and easy to extend.
- Direct business impact. We own pricing, contract lifecycle and Sales tooling. We have a direct impact on Alan’s margin and growth.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About the Onchain Data Team
The Onchain Data team builds the core data and technology infrastructure behind OKX Web3. We connect to diverse blockchain networks and collect, process, govern, interpret, and serve large-scale onchain data, delivering accurate, real-time, and reliable capabilities to Wallet, DEX, Explorer, Risk, CeFi, and AI products.
Our scope includes, but is not limited to:
Multi-chain data ingestion, parsing, computation, and unified data models;
Data capabilities for onchain assets, transactions, addresses, tokens, contracts, and projects;
Blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, Onchain Data APIs, bots, and agents;
Labels, risk detection, risk-control data, and security investigation capabilities;
DEX trending rankings, token scoring, and other onchain data products;
Global multi-region deployment, high-availability architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability;
Deep application of AI in engineering, data analysis, risk investigation, and intelligent operations.
You will work on challenges involving heterogeneous chains, large-scale data, real-time computation, high concurrency, high availability, data accuracy, and complex cross-functional collaboration. Your work can directly improve user experience, asset security, and business growth.
What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.
Contribute to blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, onchain assets, labels, risk control, DEX rankings, token scoring, and related platforms or products.
Identify critical technical and business problems, make sound judgments, design solutions, coordinate resources, drive execution, and review outcomes.
Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems, while continuously improving reliability, cost efficiency, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
Use AI tools deeply and explore agents, intelligent investigation, engineering automation, and intelligent operations, turning successful practices into reusable team capabilities.
Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
What We Value Most
Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
