You will oversee a multi-level team, optimize the customer journey from initial interaction to repeat purchases, and help shape the next generation of AI-powered chat solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for chat-generated revenue, optimizing first-purchase conversion, subscriptions, PPV sales, tips, custom content purchases, repeat spending, and refund performance
- Lead a large, multi-layered chat operations department, managing Chat Managers and Team Leads while ensuring consistent performance across different shifts and time zones

- Participate in the development and evaluation of AI-powered chat solutions, reviewing automated conversations, comparing their effectiveness with human interactions, and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to evaluate first-purchase conversion, revenue per fan, PPV and tip performance, repeat spending, and refunds
- Proven ability to manage multi-level teams across shifts and time zones, maintaining consistent service quality and commercial performance
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, combined with a hands-on approach to resolving operational challenges and improving team effectiveness
- Ability to create engaging, persuasive chat responses independently and adapt communication strategies to different customer profiles
- Commitment to ethical sales practices, avoiding artificial urgency, manipulative pressure, and excessive follow-up messaging
- Comfortable working with adult (18+) content and the commercial specifics of the creator subscription industry
- English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, sufficient for professional communication and reporting in an international environment
Would be a plus
- Experience building a chat department from scratch or transitioning chat operations from offshore teams to EU- or US-based specialists

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to build influencer marketing as a new performance channel for one of our core D2C subscription products — a product that has already acquired over 100 million users through paid ads on every major network. Influencers are a new channel for us: you will own it end to end — from the first plan to a scaled channel across Europe, Latin America and Asia. You will report to the Head of User Acquisition.
This is a performance role, not brand awareness. Every collaboration is measured by paid subscriptions, CPA and ROI. Data and tracking are already in place, and a hands-on UA team will support you.
We give large budgets and expect a highly experienced person in return: someone who thrives in a very fast-paced environment and takes full accountability for the channel's data and metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUILD THE CHANNEL
- Build influencer marketing from zero: markets, platforms, creator tiers, deal models and budget, in a written plan.
- Launch first campaigns within your first month, then scale the ones that pay back.
- Prioritise markets by results: start where the cost per subscription is lowest, then expand.
CREATORS & DEALS
- Find and qualify creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
- Build a network of creators, agencies and creator networks in each region.
- Negotiate deals: flat fee, CPA, hybrid. Keep the cost of every deal tied to its result.
- Manage the full cycle: outreach, contract, brief, content approval, publication, payment.
TRACKING & RESULTS
- Set up tracking for every creator: unique links, attribution.
- Be fully accountable for the channel's data and metrics: spend, subscriptions, CPA and ROI per creator. Keep the numbers accurate and report weekly with a clear decision — rebook, scale or stop.
- Keep a database of creators, prices, results and learnings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years in influencer marketing with a performance focus — for D2C subscription apps, mobile apps or online products.
- Managed influencer budgets of $50K+ per month with measurable results: spend, number of creators, CPA or ROI (examples required).
- Hands-on experience in at least one of our regions: Europe, Latin America or Asia.
- Experience sourcing and negotiating with creators directly, not only through agencies.
- Experience with CPA and hybrid deals.
- Experience setting up tracking: links, attribution.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube rules for sponsored content.
- Fluent written & spoken English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Built an influencer channel from zero.
- Experience with influencer platforms and tools (Modash, CreatorIQ, Upfluence or similar).
- Experience with health, education or self-improvement products.
WORKING ATTRIBUTES
- Results over reach — measures every deal by subscriptions, not views.
- Owns the numbers — knows the CPA and ROI of every creator without asking an analyst.
- Hands-on — does outreach and negotiation personally.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment — launches, measures and decides in days, not months.
- Organised — tracks every creator, deal and payment.
- Reliable — delivers what was promised, when it was promised.
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
- 🚀 Build a new channel from zero, with large budgets and full ownership
- 📈 Product with 100M+ users and proven ads to learn from
- 🌍 Remote work environment (work from anywhere)
- 💰 Competitive compensation — details shared during interview
- 🏆 Performance bonus tied to channel results, on top of salary
- 💻 Company-provided equipment (if needed)
Be part of our fast-growing team and seize this excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth!
INTERVIEW PROCESS
After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:
- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)
- Technical Interview (60 minutes)
- Final Interview (60 minutes)

GeoWay
is the core routing and ETA engine powering every inDrive trip globally—supporting city rides, intercity, freight, and deliveries across 1,200+ cities, 400M+ downloads, and over 9 billion transactions. We build our entire stack in-house, from road graph creation and real-time traffic estimation using proprietary GPS traces to custom cost functions and travel-time prediction. Based alongside our engineering team in Cairo, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of this mission-critical platform.
In this role, you will tackle routing challenges that off-the-shelf global vendors cannot solve. You will lead products built for the world’s most demanding road environments—navigating unmapped streets, dynamic local driving norms, severe GPS multipath, and low-connectivity edge devices across markets like Cairo, Lagos, Karachi, and Jakarta. If you are driven by solving complex algorithmic and geospatial problems at massive scale, this team is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own & Defend the Routing Roadmap:
Set the strategic sequencing for the routing platform, balancing conflicting priorities across six distinct business verticals and defending technical trade-offs with clear rationale.
Ship Rigorous Experiments & Measure Impact:
Launch routing and algorithm changes behind controlled A/B tests, personally evaluating outcomes against core metrics: travel-time error distribution, pre-pickup cancellation rates, and driver earnings per online hour.
Partner Deeply with Backend & ML Engineering:
Collaborate daily on technical feasibility within strict latency and compute budgets, authoring precise, production-ready product specs that routing engineers can directly execute against.
Size Every Problem Before Building:
Quantify the exact opportunity cost of defects and enhancements beforehand, determining trip exposure, bottom-line financial value, and the theoretical ceiling of any proposed fix.
Ground Data in On-the-Ground Reality:
Conduct direct field research by riding with local drivers and couriers across global markets, observing route failures firsthand and translating real-world edge cases into structured data queries.
Protect Platform Integrity with Data:
Serve as the gatekeeper of route quality, leveraging hard evidence to push back against requests—even from senior stakeholders—that risk degrading core platform performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Product Track Record:
4+ years of product management experience, with a proven history of shipping measurable features where you can define the baseline, final outcome, and underlying denominator.
Technical & Systems Literacy:
Strong technical fluency with data pipelines and distributed backend systems; comfortable identifying system edge cases and contributing actively to engineering design reviews.
Autonomous Data Analysis:
Proficiency in writing your own SQL queries to analyze large datasets, evaluate data pipelines, and diagnose root causes independently.
Statistical & Error Metric Mastery:
Deep understanding of error distributions, with the ability to look past simple averages to analyze distribution tails, variance, and segment-specific drivers.
Rigorous Experimentation:
Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests from scratch, including establishing pre-launch hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and post-experiment analysis.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Earlier this year, we launched ElevenLabs for Government, and are now looking for an exceptional product marketer to help us scale this story into global government and public sector markets.
Government agencies everywhere are being asked to answer more calls, in more languages, with the same amount or less staff. ElevenAgents resolves support, cuts hold times, and reaches people who cannot navigate a website or sit on a phone line. This role is to help us shape these capabilities into every market where governments serve citizens by voice.
- Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government
- Scale the narrative across regions: National and Local government in the UK, EU, Federal, State and Local in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC, LATAM, and more
- Anchor everything in citizen outcomes: non-emergency contact centers (311), benefits and eligibility, health and social services, licensing and permitting, and more
- Position our solution for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, and the security and data residency mandates
- Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces
WHO YOU ARE
- You are an experienced product marketer who has scaled messaging into Government and Public Sector segments, from a growth or product marketing seat, ideally both
- You've sold or marketed into more than one segment of public sector
- Technical enough to become our internal expert on conversational agents: latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails
- Excellent project management across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches
- You take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead the delivery of custom agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes
Each engagement runs from SOW through production deployment. Forward Deployed Engineers build the technical solution; you drive the delivery plan, product scoping, stakeholder relationships, and the organizational complexity of deploying agents into complex enterprise environments.
You need to be credible in architecture conversations with engineering leads and equally comfortable running executive briefings with C-suite sponsors. You won't write production code, but you'll pressure-test technical decisions and make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority when things go sideways on an engagement.
This is also a builder's role. We're in the early innings of an emerging motion - the playbooks, the delivery patterns, the repeatable IP that makes the next engagement faster and better don't exist yet. The TDLs who thrive here are the ones who get that codifying what works is as important as the engagement in front of them right now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement. Work from the signed SOW to a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses that FDEs execute against.
Lead delivery discovery. Map customer workflows and constraints in depth, pressure-test the scoped MVP against what you find, and shape the solution architecture with the FDEs.
Run day-to-day engineering execution. Drive delivery across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping during delivery. Author requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope against success criteria, and hold the bar for what good looks like for the people and enterprises who will use the product.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery. Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI. Define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Contribute reusable delivery patterns. Capture what works on your engagements and feed field signal to the Programs Leads, Product, and Research.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity. Security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change. Handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run engagement-level delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and engagement reporting that feed the team's post-sales cadence and dashboards.
Travel to customer sites. Build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption. (up to 25–50% travel expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have led AI/ML engagements/deployments, whether as a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or in a professional services or consulting role.
Operate like the CEO of your engagement. You take initiative without a mandate, make decisions with incomplete information, and lead rather than wait for instructions.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Have experience in a specialized vertical (life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture, etc.).
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making - ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence - polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset - you're here to create a function, not just join one.

About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team, you will lead the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes.
This is a founding team: you will help us to build technical playbooks and define the processes and repeatable patterns needed for us to scale this emerging motion. You will champion our mission in the field, ensure world class delivery, and bring insights back to our product and research teams on a regular basis.
You'll own engagements end-to-end, from SOW through production deployment. You'll work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers who build the technical solution, while you own product scoping, stakeholder management, value measurement, and the organizational complexity that comes with deploying AI agents in enterprise environments. You need to be technical enough to hold architecture conversations with engineering stakeholders and polished enough to run executive briefings with C-suite sponsors.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
Structure SOWs with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses. Translate customer business objectives into a sequenced roadmap that FDEs execute against.
Lead technical discovery:
map customer workflows, identify constraints, define MVP scope, and shape the solution architecture for custom agent deployments.
Run day-to-day engineering execution and delivery
across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping for field engagements: d
efine the MVP, author requirements documentation, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope against success criteria as requirements evolve.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery.
Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI:
define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks. Extract what works across engagements and feed field signals back to Product and Research to improve our platform and models.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity: security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change: handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting.
Travel to customer sites to build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption (25–50% expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership — this could be technical engagement management, technical program management, or technical product management, founders/startups, technical-adjacent backgrounds, professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Can lead architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making, ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence — polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset — you're here to create a function, not join one.
Strong Candidates May Also Have
Experience in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or pharmaceutical verticals.
Background at a Forward Deployed Engineering company or professional services and consulting firms.
Exceptional understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
Experience with regulated industries and compliance requirements.
Experience managing delivery teams with embedded engineers at customer sites.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool use patterns, and orchestration architectures.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. directly for confirmed position openings.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.
