At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company - one that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes—so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across primarily GTM roles, balancing speed with attention to detail. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned - making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow - creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both GTM roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €68,000 - €76,000.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
Take a look at this testimonial https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/ce-que-jai-appris-en-rejoignant-alan-pour-convaincre-les-quellec-aus8e/ from Emilie Quellec https://www.linkedin.com/in/emilie-quellec-6768001/ and watch Julien Plessis https://www.linkedin.com/in/julienplessis/, both part of the Enterprise Sales team 👀
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Enterprise team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2 years managing the whole Enterprise Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Tokyo office to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process in Japan and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, primarily supporting Go-To-Market teams, including remote interviews and onsite panels. You’ll balance speed with attention to detail, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively to keep candidates and interviewers aligned. You’ll ensure logistics, materials, and feedback loops are clear and on time, and troubleshoot day-of changes and scheduling conflicts with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, talent branding projects, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow, creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, reliable approach and thoughtful attention to detail
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of mistakes, learn from feedback, and refine your processes to improve accuracy and consistency
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills to represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and colleagues in both languages
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack, and Notion
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
About the problem space
AI has changed what's possible in go-to-market, support, and business operations. The constraint is no longer "can we build it" — it's "can we deploy it into a real workflow, prove it made things better, and keep it working."
Most companies are stuck at the demo stage: a lot of clever prompting, very little that runs reliably on Tuesday morning without someone watching it. This role exists to get us past that, everywhere outside of engineering.
Little more about the team:
You'll sit on the Data team, which is where this work belongs. Our team already operates at the seam between the business and its systems — we partner daily with RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and we own the data infrastructure these workflows depend on. AI-in-the-business is a data problem with a model attached, and you'll have the pipelines, the warehouse, and the domain relationships already in place.
What you'll do
You are a senior individual contributor. Your job is to take business workflows that are slow, manual, or inconsistent, and make them fast, automated, and measurably better — then do it again, and leave behind enough shared scaffolding that the third one is easier than the first.
Ship automated workflows end to end
Partner with department leaders to identify the highest-leverage workflows in their orgs, and go deep enough on how the work actually happens to know where a model helps and where it doesn't.
Define success before you build: cycle time, quality, cost, risk. Instrument it. Report on it honestly, including when the answer is "this didn't work."
Deliver working systems, not prototypes, with evaluation harnesses, human-in-the-loop review where the stakes call for it, and ongoing monitoring.
Iterate on adoption the way a product manager would: user research, documentation, and a real plan for getting people to use the thing.
Build the shared substrate as you go
Establish patterns for model access, orchestration and agents, prompt and tool management, evaluation, logging, and cost control — derived from what real workflows needed, not designed in advance.
Build on the Data team's existing infrastructure rather than standing up parallel systems.
Co-own shared components with your counterpart in Engineering; identify dependencies early and bring them into partner roadmaps collaboratively.
Make the company fluent
Create templates, playbooks, and golden paths: prompt patterns, agent patterns, safety checklists, evaluation patterns.
Run office hours, demos, and community-of-practice sessions that make adoption feel accessible rather than intimidating.
Develop enablement material for distinct audiences — GTM, operations, leadership — from fundamentals through advanced workflows.
Help people build judgment about AI: when to use it, when not to, and how to tell whether it worked.
Keep it safe and governable
Partner with Security, IT, and Legal on access control, data handling, vendor risk, and policy — so that employees have a clear, fast, safe path to experiment.
Work with the Data team to apply our data classification standards to AI use cases: what data can be used for retrieval and context, and what audit trails are required when sensitive data flows through LLM pipelines.
What you'll bring
Deep experience shipping systems into real business workflows — you've owned something end to end, in production, that non-technical people depended on daily.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks: LLMs, retrieval, tool use and agents, evaluation, guardrails — plus the pragmatism to keep things shippable.
The ability to learn someone else's job well enough to improve it. This role lives or dies on understanding how support, sales, or finance actually work.
A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, bringing clarity, momentum, and crisp decision-making.
Comfort navigating security, privacy, and compliance tradeoffs in real organizations: data classification, retention, access controls, vendor risk.
Strong teaching instincts — you explain complex things simply, write clear docs, and meet people where they are.
Demonstrated ability to stay current as the landscape shifts, and to change your mind in public when the evidence does.
Nice to have
SQL fluency and comfort in a modern data stack (dbt, a cloud warehouse, BI tooling).
Experience with workflow automation or enterprise systems: case management, ticketing, CRM, knowledge bases.
Familiarity with observability practices for AI systems: monitoring, quality signals, evaluation pipelines, cost and latency analysis.
Change management experience across a distributed, multi-function company.
Interest in external evangelism — writing, speaking, podcasts, peer groups.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$310,000
—
$360,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About The Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to identify and reduce security risks across n8n's product and internal systems, using threat modelling, hands-on security expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to help teams design, build, and operate more secure systems.
You'll join our growing security team at a pivotal stage, acting as a trusted security partner to teams across the business. You'll help us build a move from reactive security management to a proactive, scalable security practice.
Here's what you'll be driving:
THREAT MODELLING, RISK ASSESSMENT & SECURITY DESIGN
- Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments across product features, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, corporate IT, internal applications, and data systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending practical mitigations.
- Partner with Engineering, Cloud, IT, and Data teams to review security designs, define actionable security requirements, and influence the implementation of appropriate controls.
- Help teams embed security into their development processes through secure coding guidance, design reviews, documentation, and security tooling that enables them to identify and address risks independently.
VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT & COORDINATED DISCLOSURE
- Participate in the security triage rotation, assessing incoming vulnerability reports, validating findings, and prioritising remediation based on severity and business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate vulnerability remediation, verify fixes, and support secure patch and release processes.
- Help manage our vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programmes, including engagement with security researchers, coordinated disclosures, and GitHub Security Advisories.
SECURITY OPERATIONS & INCIDENT READINESS
- Help establish and improve logging, detection, and protective monitoring capabilities across our infrastructure, corporate systems, and internal applications.
- Develop and improve incident response processes, runbooks, and exercises to strengthen our ability to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
- Work closely with system owners to identify security gaps, prioritise remediation, and verify that implemented controls effectively reduce risk.
CUSTOMER TRUST & COMPLIANCE ENGINEERING
- Support SOC 2 compliance by helping establish continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection, and processes that make security assurance part of everyday operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to respond to customer security assessments and build reusable resources that streamline future requests.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to assess security risks, improve security policies and controls, and strengthen trust with enterprise customers.
We're hiring two Security Engineers with complementary strengths, so you don't need to be an expert in every security domain.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔍 Threat Modelling & Risk Assessment: You have hands-on experience assessing real-world systems, identifying security risks, determining defensible severity levels, and recommending practical controls that teams can implement.
- 🛠️ Technical Security Expertise: You can validate security findings, reproduce vulnerabilities, develop proof-of-concepts, and write code or automation when needed to demonstrate risks or improve security processes.
- 🔐 Security Engineering Experience: You've worked hands-on in infrastructure, product, or application security within a product-focused organisation, with a strong understanding of how modern systems are designed and secured.
- 🤝 Cross-functional Influence: You're comfortable acting as an internal security consultant, advising teams, challenging technical decisions constructively, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- 🎯 Risk Remediation & Ownership: You've helped secure systems you don't directly own, translating security findings into actionable requirements and working with responsible teams to ensure effective remediation.
- 🤖 AI & LLM Fluency: You're comfortable using LLM-assisted tooling and understand its limitations, security implications, and potential failure modes.
- ✍️ Clear Communication: You can explain complex security risks, document technical findings, and provide practical guidance that engineers and non-technical stakeholders can confidently act on.
You also bring deep expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- 💻 Application Security: You've developed security checks, engineering guardrails, tooling, or guidance that helps product teams build and ship secure software.
- ☁️ Platform Security: You have experience securing a major cloud provider and Kubernetes environments, including areas such as sandboxing, multi-tenancy, or identity.
- 🔑 Corporate Security: You've worked on identity and access management, endpoint security, employee access lifecycles, or data access controls across corporate environments.
- 🚨 Security Monitoring: You've implemented logging, protective monitoring, or security detection capabilities that support effective investigation and incident response.
- 📋 Security Assurance & Compliance: You've supported SOC 2 or ISO 27001 from an engineering perspective, including implementing technical controls or automating compliance evidence collection.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🐛 Vulnerability Disclosure: You've helped operate bug bounty or coordinated vulnerability disclosure programmes, including publishing security advisories such as GHSAs or CVEs.
- 🧠 AI & Agent Security: You have experience assessing or securing LLM-powered applications and AI agents, including risks related to permissions, tool access, prompt injection, or sensitive data.
- 🏢 Corporate IT Tooling: You're familiar with platforms such as Okta, Azure, or Drata and their role in securing corporate systems and supporting compliance.
- 🌍 Open-source Ecosystems: You've worked with open-source or source-available products, contributed to security communities, or are already familiar with n8n.
- 🎯 Penetration Testing: You have practical penetration testing experience and can independently identify, demonstrate, and help remediate security vulnerabilities.
- 🌱 Early-stage Security Experience: You've been an early security hire or helped establish security practices in a startup or rapidly scaling organisation.
Why join us?
At n8n, you'll help shape security at a defining stage of our growth. We're building a security practice that goes beyond reacting to vulnerabilities, and you'll play a key role in how we identify risks, influence engineering decisions, and establish security practices that scale with the business.
You'll work across a broad range of challenges, from securing AI-powered product features and our source-available automation platform to improving corporate security, strengthening incident readiness, and making compliance more automated. You'll have direct exposure to teams across the company, the opportunity to influence important technical decisions, and the autonomy to turn your expertise into measurable security improvements.

We need someone who has scaled paid social at volume, who knows how to grow in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of paid social acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation.
- Lead on TikTok: own and scale TikTok as the primary acquisition channel, including account structure, campaign types (including Smart+ / automated formats and Spark Ads), bidding, optimization events and creative strategy.
- Scale spend profitably while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and customer-value data.
- Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks.
- Decide budget allocation across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks, and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional networks.
- Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all networks, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization and attribution.
- Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run acquisition within each platform's rules. Keep ads compliant, handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience.
- Large-scale experience running paid social acquisition.
- Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling.
- Strong hands-on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat Ads experience, scaling them profitably.
- Working experience across other paid social channels is a plus.
- Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on.
- Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization.
- Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover from and prevent them.
- Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor.
- Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY.
To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future:
DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
- Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context.
- Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl.
- Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow.
ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS
- Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time.
- Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently.
- Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n.
OPERATE OUR CONTEXT PLATFORM
- Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling.
- Own day-to-day platform configuration and basic troubleshooting, escalating genuine engineering challenges to our Automation team or vendor when needed.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define requirements for how people and AI agents access sensitive company knowledge.
BUILD FOR LONG-TERM TRUST & REUSE
- Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve.
- Work with functions to ensure the company brain becomes a trusted source of context rather than another parallel knowledge repository.
- Provide product feedback to our context platform vendor and anticipate shared context patterns and capabilities that future agents will need.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🗂️ Information architecture: You have proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale, including taxonomies, style guides, contributor guidelines, templates, or information architecture.
- 🧠 Knowledge systems experience: You’ve worked hands-on with knowledge or context systems and understand what it takes to turn fragmented qualitative information into something others can reliably use.
- ⚙️ SaaS platform fluency: You’re comfortable configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, working with APIs and integrations, and independently troubleshooting basic issues.
- 🎓 Stakeholder enablement: You have a track record of training non-technical stakeholders and enabling them to confidently maintain high-quality content themselves over the long term.
- 🔐 Governance collaboration: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access requirements and compliance-sensitive data flows without needing to own the underlying technical architecture.
- ✍️ Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can set a clear quality bar for how company knowledge is structured, documented, and shared.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Context platforms: You’re familiar with Qontext.ai http://Qontext.ai or a comparable agent-context platform.
- 🔌 MCP: You have experience with or a strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- 🏷️ Knowledge governance: You have a background in knowledge management, metadata, or data governance.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how an entire company’s knowledge becomes usable — not only by people, but by the AI agents increasingly working alongside them. You’ll build a capability we don’t have today and help establish the context layer that future agentic initiatives across n8n will depend on.
You’ll have real ownership over how company knowledge is structured, governed, and maintained, while working closely with teams across IT, Security, Legal, Data, and AI & Automation. You’ll also have the support of a strong technical team and vendor partner, so your focus can stay on creating a trusted, scalable knowledge system rather than building every piece of infrastructure from scratch.
As n8n grows, you’ll help turn fragmented knowledge into a shared company brain that teams can contribute to confidently and agents can depend on reliably.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the context layer for the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
