About Huzzle Labs
Huzzle Labs partners with frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve frontier models through deep human expertise. Contributors directly assess advanced AI systems in their specialist fields, receive competitive compensation, and help define the standards used to measure model performance.
About the Role
Huzzle Labs is seeking experienced accountants to write realistic accounting tasks that test how well frontier AI systems handle accounting work. You will create prompts that are difficult enough for a frontier model to fail, then write a scoring rubric for each task so reviewers can assess the output consistently. A rubric is a list of objective, checkable criteria that a reviewer marks pass or fail. Your judgement helps define the standards used to measure model performance.
This is an expert judgement role focused on realistic task design, careful review of model output and precise, consistent documentation. Training is provided. Prior AI training or data-annotation experience is required.
Responsibilities
Write realistic accounting tasks: Create requests of the kind a client, controller or business owner would send, covering month-end close, bank and credit card reconciliations, AR/AP ageing, accruals and adjusting entries, sales tax, job costing and the clean-up of incomplete or inconsistent books.
Build from real material: Review a deal room containing hundreds of files, select the relevant documents and use them to develop prompts and rubrics for tasks a frontier model struggles to complete correctly.
Require usable deliverables: Each request should call for a working output, usually a spreadsheet, a journal entry schedule or a short memo.
Test against a frontier model: Run each request and review the output with the care you would apply when signing off accounting work. Where the model succeeds, increase the difficulty until a genuine gap appears.
Write scoring rubrics: Define objective criteria that another reviewer can apply without repeating your work, for example, “the reconciled ending balance equals $X” and “the $X deposit is recorded as a customer deposit liability, not revenue.”
Apply guidelines consistently: Follow the task and rubric guidelines, flag ambiguous cases and help refine the criteria.
Requirements
At least 5 years in accounting, bookkeeping or finance operations.
Prior AI training or data-annotation experience is required.
Hands-on knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, AR/AP, accruals and adjusting entries, sales tax and job costing.
Excellent written English and precision with numbers.
Careful and detail-oriented: accurate figures and objective, checkable criteria.
Available 20 to 40 hours per week for an initial one-week trial, with potential extension.
Example Assignment
For a client deal room covering a small business with incomplete and inconsistent books, you would:
Review the files and select the relevant documents, such as bank statements, ledgers, invoices and ageing reports.
Write a prompt as the business owner or controller would, asking for a reconciliation and the adjusting entries needed to close the month.
Run the prompt against a frontier AI model and check the spreadsheet or journal entry schedule line by line.
If the model completes the task correctly, increase the difficulty, for example, by adding a customer deposit, a timing difference or a sales tax complication, until it fails.
Write the rubric, such as “the reconciled ending balance equals $X” and “the $X deposit is recorded as a customer deposit liability, not revenue,” so another reviewer can grade any answer without repeating the work.
Confidentiality
An NDA must be signed before the engagement begins.
Benefits
Compensation:
$60 - $90 USD / hour

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we take our clients' security seriously. The Fraud Investigations team is the front line of defense within our Security & Risk group. We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Fraud Investigator to specialize in Card Fraud and Disputes. You will be the detective protecting our clients' everyday spending, navigating complex card network rules, and ensuring our platform remains a safe place to build and spend wealth.
This is a 9-month initial engagement with the possibility of extensions and conversions based on performance and business needs.
What you will do:
- Investigate & Resolve: Dive into the weeds of card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims. You will evaluate transaction data, authentication methods (like 3DS, Apple Pay, or Chip & PIN), and digital footprints to confidently distinguish true fraud from friendly fraud or commercial disputes.
- Execute Chargebacks: Take decisive action to recover funds by navigating Visa/Mastercard dispute rules, filing accurate chargebacks, and understanding exactly when and how liability shifts apply.
- Guide the Client: Communicate directly with clients who are stressed about missing money. You will guide them through the dispute lifecycle, manage expectations regarding strict card network timelines, and provide updates with absolute empathy and clarity.
- Manage the Queue: Act as a master multi-tasker, managing multiple ongoing card disputes at once while strictly adhering to internal and regulatory case-closure Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Connect the Dots: Participate in weekly calibration sessions with your peers to share findings, spot new card testing (BIN) attacks or merchant scams, and help the team stay one step ahead of the fraudsters.
Who you are:
- The Transaction Detective: You have incredibly high attention to detail. You love looking at authorization data, spotting anomalies, and solving the puzzle of how and where a card was compromised.
- Objective & Analytical: You balance deep empathy with strict risk protocols. You rely on hard data (IP addresses, device IDs, entry modes) to make fair, evidence-based decisions rather than just taking claims at face value.
- An Empathetic Communicator: You know that behind every dispute ticket is a real person. You excel at taking complex payment network rules (like why a chargeback was won or lost) and explaining them clearly and calmly to our clients.
The Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct fraud or disputes experience (experience specifically touching card chargebacks, Visa/Mastercard network rules, or transaction monitoring is a massive asset!).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of fraud management frameworks, controls, and prevention systems within the financial services and payments space.
- Analytical Chops: The ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets with precision and accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

You will be the accounting point of contact for the finance and partner teams at AWS, Google and Microsoft. Internally, you will partner with Finance, FAB, Engineering and business teams to turn partner billing feeds into accurate, auditable revenue. You will also lead the automation of a close that is still heavily manual. Key responsibilities
Lead the revenue close for cloud service provider Marketplace within a listed company timeline.
Prepare and review revenue, revenue-share, reserve journal entries, accruals and true-ups including memos for accounting assessments and judgments.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, reserves, and the usage-to-invoice-to-cash bridge.
Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis and prepare flux decks for leadership.
Own quarter-end deliverables, including footnote disclosures, flux commentary and presentations to leadership and Corporate Accounting.
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
Review the work of accountants and contractors, set the close calendar, and keep close packages complete and audit-ready.
Own monthly and quarterly 3P revenue reporting for leadership and FP&A, by partner, model, product, region and customer.
Review partner usage, invoice, disbursement and fraud reports each month, and resolve data issues before close.
Serve as the accounting point of contact for the finance, engineering and product teams and drive reporting improvements that support an on-time close.
Apply ASC 606 to 3P arrangements, including principal-vs-agent, variable consideration and reseller arrangements.
Estimate and document reserves, including credit loss (ASC 326).
Assess the accounting for new 3P products, programs and billing changes, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Partner with the Engineering teams to automate manual close processes, including SQL-driven workbooks, automated reconciliations and system-generated journal entries.
Own 3P SOX controls, including design, documentation, gap remediation and audit evidence.
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, AR and business teams on forecasts, cash and partner disputes.
Minimum qualifications
Have strong ASC 606 knowledge, especially principal-vs-agent, variable consideration, consideration payable to a customer, and consumption-based revenue.
Have owned a month-end close with tight deadlines and reviewed journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis.
Have built revenue reporting from large, imperfect third-party data sets and reconciled it to the general ledger.
Have managed external partner relationships where you depended on their data, and pushed for fixes.
Have strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar) and experience automating close workbooks or reconciliations.
Have designed or operated SOX controls and supported external audits.
Communicate clearly with accounting, finance, business and engineering teams.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are still being built.
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years managing revenue accounting or close teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent (ACA, ACCA).
Big 4 audit experience combined with industry experience at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

Experience with IPO readiness.
Experience using AI tools to automate accounting and reporting work.

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:

Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

About the Opportunity
OKX Brazil is building its finance function from the ground up while preparing for supervision by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) under the new virtual asset service provider (SPSAV/PSAV) framework. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our Brazil team and take ownership of core day-to-day accounting, accounts payable, and tax-compliance operations.
You will work alongside the Senior Finance Manager and the Finance & Accounting Specialist, in a role where accuracy, documentation, and discipline matter. Our books will soon be reviewed by a regulator, not only by auditors. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to financial regulation, crypto, and Brazil’s tax reform.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accounting & Month-End Close
Prepare monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and recurring accounting schedules.
Prepare and review intercompany journal entries and reconcile intercompany balances with affiliates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain close checklists and supporting documentation in FloQast and NetSuite, meeting group reporting deadlines.
Support the local Portuguese-language books, helping keep entries aligned with Brazilian GAAP and the BCB chart of accounts (COSIF) as we prepare for regulated status.
Accounts Payable & Expense Management
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and weekly payment batches in line with internal policies and approval matrices.
Validate vendor documentation and apply the correct tax treatment before payment.
Review withholding taxes on vendor payments (IRRF, PIS/COFINS/CSLL, INSS, ISS), and keep payment files and supporting documents audit-ready.
Tax Compliance Support
Issue electronic invoices for company operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with municipal and federal requirements.
Support the monthly review of VAT and CIT calculations and maintain supporting documentation.
Support tax-to-accounting reconciliations and coordinate with our outsourced accounting firm on filings and information requests.
Help us follow and prepare for the Brazilian tax reform (IBS/CBS) transition, including the impact on invoicing, vendor payments, and ERP configuration.
Audit & Controls
Support external audit and group-level audit requests: prepare PBC lists, schedules, and reconciliations.
Follow documented controls and flag exceptions or gaps. Contribute to SOPs and process improvements as we build a controlled environment suited to a regulated entity.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CRC registration is a plus).
3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in financial services, fintech, crypto, or big 4.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and BR GAAP/CPC. Familiarity with tax is a plus.
Hands-on experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and AP processes.
Strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and the discipline to document your work.
Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups); Power Query is a plus.
Hands-on, responsible use of AI tools to improve speed and quality of work, while validating outputs and protecting sensitive data.
Professional proficiency in English: you will work daily with international teams and prepare documentation for the group in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with international teams across time zones.
Nice to Have
Experience in an institution regulated by the BCB or familiarity with COSIF.
Exposure to crypto or digital assets, or interest in learning about them.
Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, or similar ERP/close tools.
Exposure to intercompany transactions or transfer pricing.
Experience with external audits.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Employment Counsel to join Ramp's Legal team. This is a generalist employment role with broad scope. You will handle U.S. employment counseling as your base load, cover non-U.S. jurisdictions as needed, and own immigration and global mobility. You will partner directly with People, Talent, Total Rewards, Finance, Tax, Equity Admin, Compliance, and business leaders, and you will manage outside counsel in jurisdictions where we do not hold the expertise in house. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you will cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Day-to-day employment counseling: Advise People partners and managers on hiring, worker classification, compensation, leaves and accommodations, performance management, discipline, separations, and more
- Immigration and global mobility: Collaborate with the People team on the immigration program, including work authorization outside the U.S. Set and communicate the sponsorship policy, manage outside immigration counsel and case volume, and partner with Talent on offer-stage decisions. Support relocations, cross-border remote work requests, and business travel, and work with Finance and Tax on permanent establishment and mobility tax exposure
- Investigations: Collaborate with the People team on internal investigations and advise on findings and outcomes
- Disputes: Handle demand letters, agency charges, arbitrations, and litigation with outside counsel
- Agreements and templates: Own offer letters, employment agreements, separation and release agreements, contractor and consultant agreements, restrictive covenants, and the local-law variants of each
- Transactions: Support employment and immigration diligence, employee transitions, and post-close integration for M&A and new-market entry
- Build for scale: Produce manager training, policies, self-serve guidance, and repeatable processes as we expand in the US and globally
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years practicing employment law, with a combination of top law firm and in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York or California preferred)
- Deep U.S. employment counseling experience across the full employee lifecycle, including wage and hour, leaves and accommodations, investigations, performance management, and separations
- Working knowledge of employment law outside the U.S. and the judgment to triage a cross-border question quickly
- Hands-on experience with U.S. business immigration and global mobility, including running a sponsorship program and managing immigration counsel at volume
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive matters
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can turn an employment law question into guidance a manager can act on in one reading
- High judgment on sensitive and confidential matters, and the steadiness to advise on them under time pressure
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built, and a bias toward action
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company
- Experience standing up employment infrastructure in a new country, including EOR-to-entity transitions and works council or employee representative consultation
- Employment experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada
- A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
