Track contract statuses, deadlines, and key obligations. Ensure everything is properly archived and easy to retrieve. - Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a point of contact between legal, marketing, creative, and operations teams. YOUR MUST-HAVES - Qualified lawyer with 6+ years of experience, including meaningful time as product counsel or technology/IP counsel at a fast-moving tech company (in-house) or advising tech clients at a top firm. - Strong grounding in at least two of: intellectual property, privacy/data protection, consumer protection, content/platform regulation. - Hands-on experience drafting and maintaining user-facing terms and policies for a consumer or platform product. - Proven ability to give fast, practical, risk-weighted advice to non-lawyers in a shipping-focused environment. - Experience working with international/cross-border legal questions for a global user base. - Excellent written and spoken English — you'll draft user-facing documents and advise the team in English daily.
