Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll help customers succeed with the Figma product suite, from individual designers to large enterprise teams. You’ll join an experienced, close-knit support team that cares about each other and about doing great work for customers. AI is changing how people design and build, and our products are changing with it. You’ll be among the first to see how customers use what we ship, you’ll learn directly from our Product and Engineering teams, and what you hear from customers will help shape what we build next.
This is a full-time role based in our Bengaluru office.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Resolve customer tickets in Zendesk, mostly by email, such as helping a designer get back into a locked account or sorting out who can view and edit a shared file
Troubleshoot technical issues across the Figma product suite, such as figuring out why a prototype isn’t behaving as expected or why a customer’s AI tool won’t connect to Figma
Review AI-generated output and credit usage to make fair, consistent calls, such as deciding whether a customer’s AI credit usage matches what they were charged and explaining the outcome clearly
Write clear bug reports and product feedback, such as documenting the steps to reproduce an issue affecting several customers so Engineering can prioritize a fix
Facilitate calls with customers when email isn’t enough, such as screen-sharing with an Org admin to walk them through their team’s setup
Stay current as our products evolve, such as joining a launch session with Product Managers and Engineers, then turning what you learned into a guide or macro for the team
Work from our Bengaluru office during a schedule that aligns with US business hours
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years in a customer support role, ideally at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, and regular use of AI tools in your work
A knack for technical troubleshooting and explaining complex things simply
Excellent written English and a warm, human communication style
Curiosity and a habit of learning new technology on your own
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Professional experience in UX or product design
Familiarity with AI design or code-generation tools
Working knowledge of Zendesk
Background in supporting both self-serve and enterprise customers

Build and evolve enterprise risk and controls frameworks — including AI Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives and control effectiveness monitoring — that scale across technical and business stakeholders
Manage relationships with external auditors, assessors, and regulators, and oversee audit cycles from planning through remediation
Direct the selection and optimization of GRC platforms and tooling, and maintain the lifecycle of security policies, standards, and procedures
Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Trust on security questionnaires, customer audits, contracts, and trust-related communications that support the sales lifecycle
Scale enterprise risk reporting and report on program health, risk posture, and audit readiness to executive and board-level audiences
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management, including at least 4 years leading or managing a GRC, security, or compliance team
Deep, hands-on experience with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including leading programs through multiple audit cycles
A track record of building GRC programs from the ground up or scaling them through high-growth stages, ideally at a SaaS or platform company, including experience operating in a public company environment with SOX ITGC requirements
Executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships across Security, Legal, IT, Sales, and Engineering and translate technical risk into business terms for executives, the board, and customers
Experience implementing compliance programs for emerging products, including AI-enabled products, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their GRC implications, and a builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity as the program scales
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

Order Management sits at the center of how Figma turns contracts into revenue — every deal our Sales team closes passes through this team before it's invoiced. As part of the Revenue Operations team within Accounting, we own order form review, invoicing, and billing support for Sales and Support for a global customer base. As Figma grows, we're building the order-to-cash process for what comes next, and this role is a builder's seat: you'll take on our most complex orders while helping shape how orders get processed, reviewed, and automated as we scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Own the order process end to end — from contract review and order entry through to invoicing — processing orders accurately and within SLA, including our most complex work with validation for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance
Serve as a go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and partner with cross functional partners to investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems — following up to conclusion
Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and our BPO partners, identifying error patterns and driving them to resolution
Play a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases — writing and executing test scripts, running end-to-end tests from order through billing, documenting bugs clearly, and working with cross functional partners to resolve
Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems, while maintaining SOX controls, audit documentation, and the SOPs and test cases your areas run on
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe
Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across systems — and comfort with data query tools
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences

The Rendering & Animation team (R&A) builds the graphics engine which renders the canvas for all Figma applications. Our mission is to make rendering performant, feature-rich, reliable, maintainable and extendible across all products & surfaces. The team plays a core, bedrock role for the company because it underpins the technology driving the user experience, touching many other teams, and as such is one of the most impactful areas of Figma.
The R&A team is devoted to hiring individuals with graphics expertise. We are interested in a variety of sub-domains, including 2D GPU-driven rendering, computational geometry & vector graphics, animation frameworks, anti-aliasing algorithms, shader effects, and more recently branching into video/image processing. A PhD Intern specializing in any of these areas would be a phenomenal fit for the team with a lot of exciting projects available.
As an intern on our team, you'll take ownership of a high-impact project at the intersection of your technical strengths and our most pressing graphics, rendering, or media challenges. You'll work closely with your intern manager, team leads, and collaborators across 1–2 partner teams to deliver tangible results within your internship. This is an opportunity to do significant, portfolio-worthy work that directly supplies Figma's visual platform.
This is a 12 or 16-week internship role that can be held from one of our US hubs (San Francisco or New York) starting in May or June of 2027.
What you'll do at Figma:
Learn from industry graphics engineers and participate as an embedded team member of the Rendering & Animation team
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and researchers to scope and execute your work
Develop, validate, and document solutions from prototypes to production-ready systems
Drive projects that apply research insights to meaningful product challenges
Contribute to exciting domain areas; some examples: crafting and optimizing shaders for sophisticated effects, investigating improvements to anti-aliasing algorithms, improving media processing capabilities, animating spline interpolation, and more!
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Current enrollment as a 4th or 5th year senior PhD student pursuing a PhD in Computer Graphics, Media Processing, or a related field
Experience working with OpenGL, WebGL, WebGPU, Vulkan or Metal and their respective shader languages (GLSL, WGSL) or other low-level graphics APIs
Proficiency in either C++ or Rust
A track record of rigorous problem-solving through academic or applied research, with experience thinking holistically about use cases and the low-level technology required
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Demonstrated expertise in computer graphics, supported by publications at conferences such as SIGGRAPH, Eurographics, High Performance Graphics, NVIDIA GTC, or Pacific Graphics
Proficiency in WebAssembly, web graphics, 2D graphics, performance optimization, animation, geometry, or media
Interest in art and design applications
Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to write, debug, and optimize code
Related industry experience via a past internship or full-time role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating across functions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert visual and UX instincts, a deep curiosity about our products, and a point of view on how to make product stories land on the web—showing what Figma can do, not just telling. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. You’ll play a central role in defining how Figma shows up on the web through experiences that are inventive, accessible, and beautifully crafted.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way

We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to build and run the program operating system for Figma's growing Internal AI Tooling portfolio. Reporting into the CIO PMO and embedded within the team driving this work, you'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to translate an emerging roadmap into coordinated, secure, and scalable capabilities used across Figma — bringing together Engineering, Security, Legal, Procurement, Data Engineering, Business Systems, IT, Enablement, and business teams.
You'll create clarity across this system by establishing lightweight planning and governance, aligning teams around shared milestones and decisions, and ensuring initiatives move from intake through release and operational handoff with clear ownership and measurable outcomes — shaping not only what gets delivered, but also how Figma evaluates, builds, releases, and operates internal AI capabilities as the portfolio grows.
The ideal candidate can bring structure to an ambiguous, fast-moving environment without introducing unnecessary process, and can lead complex work through influence rather than direct authority.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and prioritized outcomes into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, decision points, and clear ownership
Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and business stakeholders
Operationalize a transparent intake and routing process so requests have a defined problem, expected business outcome, delivery path, risk profile, and accountable owner before work begins
Establish and facilitate lightweight planning and execution cadences, including program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates
Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving timely resolution or escalation when work is blocked
Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor commitments, and business-system integrations so these workstreams are engaged at the appropriate stage of delivery
Ensure releases have appropriate acceptance criteria, operational ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops before handoff
Partner with Product and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and provide clear reporting on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and realized impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of technical program management, or technical delivery experience in a cloud, SaaS, enterprise-technology, or internal-tools environment
Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, Business Systems, Operations, and business stakeholders
A track record of translating product roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, release schedules, and measurable outcomes while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between Product, Program, and Engineering
Technical fluency with enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, platform dependencies, identity and access, and software-delivery lifecycles. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to engage credibly in technical planning and tradeoff conversations
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish lightweight governance, present concise decisions and risks, and create accountability without relying on direct authority
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Direct experience delivering internal AI tooling, platform, or product programs in a rapidly evolving technology environment
Experience with responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, compliance, or AI risk-management frameworks
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, middleware, low-code or no-code automation, identity platforms, data platforms, vendor evaluation, or procurement processes
Experience with change management, enablement, enterprise adoption, Product Operations, or establishing a new program-management practice in an emerging organization

A deep understanding of design processes, terminology, culture, and tools - including Figma
Experience interviewing designers and technical stakeholders, and strong understanding of design tools and workflows
Strong editorial judgment and distinctive writing voice, and active engagement with trends and conversations in the design community
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Background as a product designer, product manager, or in a design-adjacent role
Understanding of front-end development concepts
Experience creating multimedia design content (podcasts, videos)
Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience creating educational content about design
