About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.
Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations).
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Experimentation team.
The Experimentation team is building one of the company’s most strategic product areas: a platform that helps leading engineering organizations move beyond intuition and make product decisions with real statistical confidence.
Sitting at the intersection of large-scale systems, data science, and user experience, the team is creating a best-in-class experimentation product that lets customers set up, manage, and analyze experiments with ease while still earning the trust of even the most rigorous data teams.
From warehouse-native analysis to experimentation workflows built on top of LaunchDarkly’s massive feature management scale, this team is tackling ambitious technical problems with visible customer impact and a clear opportunity to define the future of modern software experimentation.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and operate the services that power this product, contribute to technical direction, and help deliver new functionality to customers.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers across LaunchDarkly to solve complex, data-intensive problems with meaningful customer impact.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs that power LaunchDarkly’s Experimentation product.
Own backend components across their lifecycle, including technical discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Build and evolve systems supporting experiment setup, event data ingestion, metric computation, results processing, and results presentation.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical proposals, making thoughtful trade-offs around scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and maintainability.
Partner with product managers, designers, data scientists, and adjacent engineering teams to translate customer needs and product goals into reliable technical solutions.
Collaborate with Data Platform, Warehouse Integrations, SDK, and other teams on shared data flows, services, and cross-team dependencies.
Investigate complex production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
Improve observability, testing, deployment safety, operational processes, and the reliability of the systems you build.
Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and take ownership of production systems in a you-build-it-you-run-it culture.
Support teammates through thoughtful code reviews, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building and operating backend services in production.
Fluency using AI tools in software engineering workflows, including the judgment to direct, evaluate, and validate AI-generated output.
Experience designing and delivering customer-facing systems that are scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable.
Strong programming experience in Go or a comparable backend language such as Python, Rust, or C++. Our team is using Go.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, APIs, data modeling, or data-intensive services.
Familiarity with analytical, operational, or warehouse data stores such as ClickHouse, Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
Experience diagnosing production issues and improving system reliability through metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and other observability practices.
Experience working in a cloud environment and with infrastructure-as-code or equivalent deployment and operations tooling.
Ability to take an ambiguous problem from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.
Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical partners.
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, data platforms, or similarly data-intensive products.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for an Enterprise Developer Advocate to build a new motion from the ground up: education-first technical sessions inside our largest accounts. Most enterprise customers know LaunchDarkly for one thing. Inside those same companies are teams shipping AI features, running experiments, and managing risky releases who have never met us. You'll design and run sessions that teach those engineers something genuinely useful, build internal champions alongside our account teams, and surface expansion opportunities the field can act on. This starts as a pilot, and how it scales will be shaped by what you prove. It's a role for someone who wants to own a motion, not a queue.
Responsibilities:
Build the motion: design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice, including session formats, account selection criteria, readouts, and measurement
Run sessions inside target accounts: deliver education-first technical sessions (agents and AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, runtime control) tailored to each account's stack and use cases
Build champions with the field: partner with AEs, SEs, and CS to identify accounts, find and develop internal champions, and hand off what surfaces cleanly to the teams who should own it
Keep it credible: protect the non-promotional, education-first nature of the sessions; this motion works because it isn't a sales pitch
Prove it with evidence: instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, debrief with reps, and make the scale, adjust, or stop recommendation based on what the data shows
Shape what comes next: as the motion proves out, define how it scales, including the playbook future advocates would run
Qualifications:
A background spanning at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, technical marketing
Comfortable in enterprise rooms: you can teach a technical session to fifty engineers and handle hardball questions from a skeptical principal architect
Hands-on technical credibility: you build, demo, and teach, and senior engineers take you seriously
Strong operational instincts: you can run a repeatable program, prioritize incoming demand, and keep commitments to the field
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
(Bonus) Experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tooling
(Bonus) You've built a customer-facing technical program (workshops, DevDays, office hours) from scratch
(Bonus) Deep enterprise software background: you understand how large engineering organizations make platform decisions

Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability
