Location: Hybrid - San Francisco
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
You will own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Vercel Connect, the products that help developers and agents discover, provision, and connect external services to their workloads running on Vercel. You will design both sides of the ecosystem: builders choosing and managing services, and partners creating and operating integrations across the Vercel dashboard, CLI, API-driven agent flows, v0, and partner tools.
Both products are live, with active customers and partners. You will improve current journeys while defining how integrations and agent access should work next.
You will report into Design and collaborate with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team.
We’re considering candidates at both the Senior and Staff level and will calibrate level based on experience and demonstrated scope and impact.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What You Will Do:
Own the builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal, and shape what the team builds next with Product and Engineering.
Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations across Marketplace and Connect.
Turn OAuth, permissions, environments, credentials, billing, and provider constraints into experiences that feel simple without hiding details that matter.
Build and test working prototypes independently, using coding agents to explore product behavior and technical constraints.
Work directly with customers and partners, using research, support signals, and product data to find opportunities, define success measures, and prove improvements through experiments.
Work through implementation with engineers and maintain quality through launch and iteration.
There is no mature design playbook here. Create the reusable patterns and structure Marketplace and Connect need, and adjust course as evidence arrives.
Take on foundational product problems, including provider dependencies and platform operations. Some high-impact work will be largely invisible to users.
About You:
Your portfolio makes your contribution, decisions, shipped outcomes, and impact after launch easy to understand.
You have independently owned ambiguous, technically complex product work from problem framing through launch and iteration.
You reason about systems while maintaining a high bar for interaction and visual craft.
You use qualitative and quantitative evidence, define success measures, and change direction when evidence challenges the hypothesis.
You make complex products feel clear and trustworthy, including edge cases, recovery, language, and accessibility.
You work directly with Product and Engineering, read APIs or code when useful, and explain tradeoffs clearly.
You independently use coding agents to prototype interactions, inspect implementation, and learn unfamiliar systems. Curiosity and agency with these tools are required.
Production engineering experience is not required. We care more about product judgment, craft, ownership, and how quickly you learn a technical system.
Bonus If You:
Have designed a marketplace, integrations platform, partner ecosystem, or other multi-sided product.
Understand OAuth, permissions, secrets, billing, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
Have shipped AI or agent experiences, especially workflows that move between human approval and autonomous action.
Have an engineering background or experience contributing production web code.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. You will own strategic sourcing for critical cloud infrastructure and AI providers, helping Vercel secure the compute, storage, and infrastructure capacity we need as we scale. You will develop commercial models that balance competitive economics with flexibility, avoiding commitments that constrain growth while creating transparent pricing that improves as our usage scales. Vercel's spend and revenue are scaling fast, and our sourcing motion has to scale with it — you'll know when to move fast versus when to hold the line on process, partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and Security to get deals done without unnecessary friction. This role reports to the Head of Procurement.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What You Will Do:
Lead sourcing strategy and commercial negotiations with cloud infrastructure providers and hyperscalers.
Structure complex IaaS, compute, storage, and capacity agreements that balance committed spend, consumption growth, flexibility, and long-term unit economics.
Design pricing structures (tiered, committed-volume, usage-based) that reflect how Vercel actually consumes vendor services, and that scale with our growth trajectory.
Own strategic sourcing for emerging AI infrastructure and hyperscaler relationships, including commercial models supporting high-volume or customer-facing AI workloads.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams to forecast demand, understand technical requirements, evaluate suppliers, and translate Vercel's growth into sourcing leverage.
Analyze provider pricing, consumption patterns, contract structures, and market dynamics to identify opportunities to improve economics and reduce commercial risk.
Build and maintain AI-powered sourcing tools and playbooks (leveraging Claude, V0, etc) for redlining, negotiation prep, benchmarking, and vendor reporting — raising throughput and deal quality across the team.
Help define what an AI-native sourcing function looks like at Vercel as spend and deal volume continue to climb.
About You:
Strong analytical skills — rate/unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling, pricing model design — able to find the real economics underneath a vendor proposal.
Comfortable operating at pace: high deal volume, ambiguity, imperfect information, and a bias toward execution over perfection.
Clear, direct communicator with executives, both internally and across the negotiating table.
You have significant strategic sourcing experience owning the cloud infrastructure deals, including direct experience negotiating with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, or comparable infrastructure providers.
You understand cloud infrastructure commercial models, including IaaS, compute, storage, consumption-based pricing, committed spend, discounts, and capacity agreements.
You have led complex, high-value negotiations where rapidly changing consumption makes forecasting and long-term commitments challenging.
You can evaluate the tradeoffs between commitment, flexibility, unit economics, pricing transparency, and negotiating leverage as infrastructure usage scales.
You have experience partnering with technical and financial stakeholders to translate infrastructure requirements and forecasts into sourcing and negotiation strategies.
You have experience managing strategic supplier relationships and contracts through negotiation, execution, consumption monitoring, and renewal.
Bonus If You:
Have experience sourcing AI/ML infrastructure, data services, or technical services for an engineering-heavy organization.
Have negotiated directly with AI hyperscalers or providers of large-scale AI compute and inference infrastructure.
Have experience sourcing SaaS and other enterprise software alongside infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
Vercel is scaling fast, and we are building the financial infrastructure, controls, and operating discipline needed to support our continued growth and path to the public markets. We are looking for a SOX Manager based in India to serve as the India execution leader for Vercel’s SOX program, working in close partnership with our US-based SOX leader and the broader Finance organization.
In this role, you will own key SOX execution workstreams across business process and IT controls, including walkthroughs, risk assessment, control design, testing, issue management, documentation, and audit coordination. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Security, Business Systems, Engineering, and external auditors to build a scalable, audit-ready control environment. You will bring strong judgment, hands-on audit experience, and a builder’s mindset to a function that is evolving quickly, helping shape how Vercel approaches controls in an AI-native, high-growth technology environment.
This role will be Hybrid in the Delhi area three days a week on site.
What You Will Do:
Own key execution workstreams across business process, entity-level, and IT controls, implementing and testing Vercel’s initial SOX design, surfacing learnings, and helping iterate the program with the US-based SOX leader.
Lead walkthroughs, risk assessments, control design evaluations, and testing for significant financial processes, including revenue and order-to-cash, financial close and reporting, procure-to-pay, payroll, treasury, and tax; support annual scoping across processes, systems, and key controls.
Lead IT SOX execution with IT, Security, Business Systems, and Engineering across ITGCs, automated and application controls, IPE, SaaS and internally developed systems, data flows, integrations, deployments, and related access, IT operations, change management, and SDLC dependencies.
Lead the day-to-day SOX PMO for assigned workstreams, coordinating with the US-based SOX leader, external auditors, and internal stakeholders on plans, testing and reliance activities, audit requests, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify potential control deficiencies, perform the initial severity and root-cause assessment, partner with the US-based SOX leader on conclusions, and work with control owners to remediate and validate issues through closure.
Develop and maintain clear control documentation, including process narratives, risk and control matrices, testing procedures, evidence standards, and control-owner guidance, while embedding practical and scalable controls into core Finance workflows.
Use AI, automation, and scalable operating processes to improve control monitoring, evidence collection, testing, issue management, and reporting while maintaining auditability and appropriate human review; support broader SOX and IPO-readiness initiatives as Vercel scales.
About You:
8+ years of progressive experience in SOX, internal audit, external audit, IT audit, risk advisory, or internal controls, with experience supporting complex SOX programs in a public, IPO-ready, high-growth technology, or public accounting/advisory environment.
Hands-on experience across both business process and IT controls, including ITGCs, access and privileged access, IT operations, change management, SDLC, automated/application controls, system-generated reports or IPE, interfaces and data flows, and internally developed applications.
Experience reviewing SOC 1 reports, including relevant exceptions and complementary user entity controls (CUECs), and assessing their impact on the control environment.
Strong knowledge of SOX 404 and ICFR, including risk assessment and scoping, control design and documentation, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and audit methodology.
Experience evaluating controls across complex financial and technology environments, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, billing/payments, integrations, and automated workflows; experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems is helpful.
Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to run day-to-day SOX activities as an individual contributor, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
A pragmatic builder mindset, with experience improving processes and using AI or automation to make controls, testing, evidence collection, or reporting more scalable without sacrificing auditability or business speed.
Bonus If You:
Bring public accounting or advisory experience, including Big 4 or another top-tier firm.
Have helped build or scale a SOX program at a high-growth SaaS, technology, or pre-IPO company.
Have experience with usage- or consumption-based revenue models, complex billing flows, or highly automated revenue systems.
Have experience in cloud-native, developer platform, infrastructure, or security-heavy environments and/or with modern GRC, workflow automation, or continuous control monitoring tools.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certification preferred.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our San Francisco headquarters, working standard US business hours.
What you will do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
About you
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus If You:
You’re located within San Francisco Bay Area (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture! This role is primary focus on Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager, Observability to join our Product team. You will own the strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, including Runtime Logs, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Drains, which let teams stream logs, traces, Web Analytics events, and Speed Insights metrics into the systems they already use. You will partner closely with engineering and design to help customers understand and debug what they run on Vercel, both through Vercel's native surfaces and through integrations with vendors that support OpenTelemetry. You will report to the product lead and will be located in New York, NY (hybrid).
Own strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, from telemetry ingestion through the surfaces developers use to debug and monitor.
Turn ambiguous signal — support escalations, customer interviews, usage data, competitive shifts — into a sequenced plan with clear tradeoffs.
Partner daily with engineering on scoping, and with design on making dense telemetry data genuinely legible.
Define the native-vs-integrate line: what Vercel builds, and where we make Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, Honeycomb, and New Relic work seamlessly.
Work with Enterprise customers and Sales/Solutions on observability needs that block adoption or expansion.
Own pricing and packaging decisions with Finance and GTM — observability is metered, and unit economics are part of the product.
Write the launch narrative: changelogs, blog posts, docs direction, in partnership with PMM
Define the metrics that tell you it's working, and hold the team to them.
About You:
5+ years in product management, with meaningful time on developer, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
You've shipped something technical enough that engineers treated you as a peer. You can read a trace waterfall and reason about cardinality, sampling, and retention costs.
Comfortable owning a domain end to end without a PM above you translating strategy into work.
You use the products you build on, and you have opinions about the ones you don't.
Fluency with data: you write your own queries and don't wait on someone else to answer a usage question.
Bonus If You:
Have worked at an observability, APM, or monitoring company, or been the internal power user of one at scale.
Have shipped AI or agent-facing developer tooling.
Have owned consumption-based pricing for a technical product.
Are an active Next.js or Vercel user.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive on the Commercial Scaled Install Base team, you will own a broad portfolio of existing Vercel customers and be responsible for both retaining and growing their business.
You will manage a high-volume book of accounts, balancing renewals, customer engagement, pipeline generation, and expansion opportunities. You will learn to recognize which customers need immediate attention, which signals point to growth, and where proactive outreach can create new commercial opportunities.
This is a true closing role. You will own revenue outcomes, run sales cycles, negotiate renewals and expansions, and build pipeline within your portfolio. You will also learn how to operate at scale, using customer data, automation, AI, and repeatable workflows to focus your effort where it can have the greatest impact.
This role is an ideal next step for an emerging seller who is ready to move into full-cycle account ownership. You may have developed your skills in an SDR or BDR role, renewals, account management, customer success, or another customer-facing position. What matters most is that you are commercially driven, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of a number.

What You Will Do:
Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
Manage the renewal process from early preparation through negotiation and close, protecting recurring revenue and identifying risk before it threatens the relationship.
Build expansion pipeline by prospecting within existing accounts, reaching new stakeholders, developing champions, and uncovering new teams, applications, and workloads.
Run discovery, demonstrations, commercial conversations, and negotiations across a range of renewal and expansion opportunities.
Use customer signals, product usage, account data, and business context to prioritize the right action across a large portfolio.
Re-engage customers with limited activity or unclear growth indicators and develop hypotheses for how Vercel can create additional value.
Build relationships with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, procurement partners, and business stakeholders.
Partner with Solutions Architects, Developer Support, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to help customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity details, forecasts, renewal timelines, and next steps in Vercel’s systems.
Use automation, AI, and repeatable workflows to operate efficiently and deliver thoughtful customer engagement at scale.
Share what you learn and help the team develop scalable plays for renewals, risk mitigation, customer re-engagement, and expansion.
Develop the technical and commercial skills required to grow into increasingly complex accounts and sales opportunities.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step into full-cycle selling and account ownership.
You might be a great fit if you have developed your skills through an SDR or BDR role, renewals, account management, customer success, sales, or another customer-facing position.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Is motivated by owning a revenue target and being accountable for measurable outcomes.
Has experience generating pipeline through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
Can manage a high volume of accounts, priorities, and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
Is comfortable initiating conversations, asking direct questions, and creating momentum where little currently exists.
Learns complex technical products quickly and is curious about how modern web applications and AI products are built.
Can connect customer needs to business value and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrates sound judgment about where to spend time and when to ask for support.
Is organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing opportunities, renewals, forecasts, and follow-up.
Is coachable and actively seeks feedback as a way to improve.
Brings a team-first mindset, low ego, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
Acts proactively and does not wait to be told what needs attention.
Is resilient, resourceful, and energized by working through accounts where the path to growth may not be immediately obvious.
You do not need to arrive as an expert in Vercel or web infrastructure. You do need to be excited to learn, willing to go deep, and able to translate that learning into better customer conversations.
Bonus If You:
Have experience as an SDR or BDR in a technical, developer-focused, cloud, infrastructure, or product-led growth company.
Have owned renewals, expansion opportunities, or a revenue target.
Have experience progressing and closing smaller commercial opportunities.
Have worked with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, or other technical buyers.
Have experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
Experiment with AI, automation, or self-built workflows to improve how you work.
Aspire to grow into larger accounts, more complex sales cycles, or future leadership opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

About the Role
The Next.js team builds the open source framework that powers millions of applications and shapes how developers build for the web. Our work sits at the intersection of React, framework architecture, developer experience, infrastructure, performance, and production reliability.
We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to help build and lead a team working on Next.js. This is a hands-on player/coach role for an experienced engineer who wants to remain close to the code while helping a small team do its best work.
You will be an engineer first and a manager second. You will contribute directly to the framework, lead major technical initiatives, review code, debug complex production issues, and help make architectural decisions. You will also support the engineers around you through clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and practical coaching.
This is not a traditional people management role. You will spend the majority of your time on technical leadership and engineering execution. You should be comfortable owning difficult parts of the codebase while creating enough context and clarity for others to move quickly.
You will work closely with Product, Design, and engineers across Vercel to guide the evolution of Next.js across rendering, caching, routing, build systems, and developer tooling.
What You Will Do:
Build and ship Next.js:
Write production code, review pull requests, debug difficult issues, and contribute directly to the framework and its supporting systems.
Lead major technical initiatives:
Take ownership of complex projects from initial exploration through architecture, implementation, rollout, and production follow-through.
Set technical direction:
Make sound architectural decisions across rendering, caching, routing, build systems, runtime behavior, and developer tooling.
Stay close to real problems:
Investigate performance regressions, production failures, and developer pain points. Turn what you learn into practical improvements to the framework.
Raise the engineering bar:
Establish strong patterns for code quality, testing, performance, reliability, observability, and incremental delivery.
Coach through the work:
Help engineers grow through pairing, design reviews, code reviews, technical feedback, and shared ownership of challenging problems.
Provide focused people leadership:
Set clear expectations, give candid feedback, support career development, and help maintain a high-trust and accountable team.
Improve team execution:
Create lightweight planning and decision-making practices that clarify ownership, reduce unnecessary coordination, and help the team ship consistently.
Partner across Vercel:
Work with Product, Design, Infrastructure, Developer Experience, and other engineering teams so framework changes integrate cleanly across the Vercel platform.
Champion open source:
Work in public, engage thoughtfully with contributors, and balance community needs with the team’s product and technical priorities.
Help grow the team:
Participate in recruiting, assess technical talent, and help new engineers become productive in a complex codebase.
About You:
You have 8+ years of software engineering experience and remain highly effective as a hands-on engineer.

Vercel is committed to fostering and empowering an inclusive community within our organization. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Vercel encourages everyone to apply for our available positions, even if they don't necessarily check every box on the job description.
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City, Austin
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We’re reinventing how People Operations runs at Vercel — and this role sits right at the center of it. You’ll help us build and integrate Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with something genuinely fast and modern. If you get excited about composable HR tech and shipping tools people actually want to use, this is that role.
You’ll also own and evolve our core Workday integrations, partnering closely with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to keep our HR systems reliable, secure, and scalable. This role blends hands-on integration work with real functional fluency in People Operations — you’ll need to understand not just how data moves between systems, but why our stakeholders need it to move that way. You will report to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services and will be located in one of our hub locations (San Francisco, New York, or Austin).
What You Will Do:
Help us build the future -- build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools that will define how this team works, and support our push towards a headless HR tech stack
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) that support key People Operations and Finance workflows.
Partner directly with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into reliable, well-documented integration solutions.
Develop working knowledge of core People Operations processes — like hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management — to inform sound integration and system design decisions.
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and drive fixes in partnership with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, field mappings, and processes for cross-team visibility.
Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices that keep our HR system integrations resilient as we scale.
About You:
Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms
Excited by headless/composable HR tech — you want to build and integrate tools and APIs that go beyond a core HRIS, not just maintain the status quo.
4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs.
Working knowledge of XML/XSLT, calculated fields, and the Workday Business Process Framework; exposure to Workday security configuration is a plus.
Genuine interest in People Operations — you're comfortable learning the functional "why" behind a process, not just the technical "how," and enjoy building relationships with People and Finance stakeholders.
Strong communicator who can translate between technical integration details and non-technical stakeholder needs.
Comfortable owning discrete integration projects independently, with guidance from senior team members on complex or ambiguous problems.
A plus if you have experience using Workday Extend to build applications.

Deliver one-to-many technical workshops for partner engineering teams, and author the workshop content behind them.
Run and support partner hackathons that build partner skills and surface joint solutions.
Provide pre-sales support where partners are engaged: proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside Vercel's sales and sales engineering teams.
Serve as the main technical contact for SIs and GSIs in the region, building lasting relationships with their engineering teams and practice leadership.
Build templates and solutions that equip partner communities with the best practices on delivering with Vercel.

You are experienced in developer relations, from training sessions and talks to producing technical content.
You have a results-driven mindset and are experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
You are comfortable working with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams.
You have excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

You’ll help define Growth Design at Vercel and shape the complete self-serve journey: signup, onboarding, first project and deployment, adoption, conversion, expansion, and retention. The work spans people, agents, and the handoffs between them.
You’ll report into Product Design and work closely with Growth Product, Engineering and Data. You’ll have the authority and support to move from an observed problem to a working prototype, shipped experience, and measured result.
Vercel gives you unlimited access to leading LLMs and in-house tools that make product data easier to explore. If a tool limits the work, you can partner directly with its builders or improve it yourself.
This role does not come with a mature Growth Design playbook, stable briefs, or one bounded product surface. Priorities change as evidence arrives. Some experiments will not ship. Our data and tools allow us to validate hypotheses. You should enjoy finding the right problem, making something real, working through implementation, and staying accountable after launch.
Own the self-serve experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, and retention for people and agents.
Find high-impact opportunities through customer research, product data, and direct use of Vercel.
Co-own Growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success measures with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data.
Build and test working prototypes using the right tools for the question, including Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code.
Design and ship experiments, stay involved through implementation, and interpret results without losing sight of trust, accessibility, or the broader funnel.
Turn what works into durable product improvements, reusable patterns, and better internal tools. Share the learning so Design and Growth improve with every experiment.
About You:
Your portfolio demonstrates strong product design fundamentals and measurable outcomes. It shows how you identified opportunities, understood a funnel, chose what to measure, tested ideas, and improved a shipped product.
You have owned ambiguous, complex work from problem framing through launch and iteration. You create clarity and make progress without waiting for a complete brief.
You can form useful hypotheses, choose success and guardrail measures, and interpret quantitative and qualitative evidence with Data partners.
You build interactive prototypes independently using modern AI tools. You are comfortable prompting, working near code, and learning whatever helps you validate an idea.
You design clear, trustworthy experiences across skill levels and abilities. You care about interaction details, edge cases, language, accessibility, and recovery.
You work directly with Product, Engineering, and Data, explain tradeoffs clearly, seek feedback early, and stay involved through implementation. You know when to use or evolve a system and when a one-off is the fastest responsible way to learn.
Bonus If You:
Have shipped AI or agent experiences.
Have an engineering background or experience contributing production web code.
Have designed developer tools, infrastructure, or other technical products, or are already familiar with Vercel.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

About the Role:
Vercel is seeking a Presentation Designer to own presentation design end to end and help make every deck, from an intimate strategy meeting to a high-profile main-stage keynote, a sharp and compelling reflection of our brand and story.
Presentations are one of the highest-leverage surfaces at Vercel. They are where executives communicate strategy, where product teams tell their stories, and where the company shows up in front of customers, partners, and the press. This role will own the full lifecycle of presentation design, from initial concept through storytelling, visual design, presentation systems, and final delivery across PowerPoint, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides.
Beyond designing individual presentations, this person will help build the systems, templates, components, guidelines, and workflows that allow presentation design to scale across Vercel. They may also partner with our Design Engineering team to explore and build internal tools that make it easier for teams to create high-quality, on-brand decks efficiently.
You'll work closely with our Creative/Brand, Executive, Product Marketing, Communications, Events, and Design Engineering teams to turn complex technical concepts into visual narratives that resonate with any audience and raise the bar for presentation design across the company.
This role is ideal for a designer who thinks about narrative and hierarchy as much as pixels, can balance high-touch creative work with scalable systems thinking, and knows how to build trust while working directly with senior executives under tight timelines. You'll report to the Director of Creative Design within our Creative/Brand team and will be based in San Francisco or New York City.
What You Will Do:
Own presentation design strategy and execution end to end, leading projects from initial concept through final delivery while staying aligned with objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines.
Design visually compelling presentations that combine storytelling, information design, and data visualization to communicate key messages clearly and memorably.
Build and maintain a cohesive presentation design system, including templates, components, layouts, motion principles, documentation, and usage guidelines.
Develop scalable, branded presentation frameworks across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, and Keynote so teams can move quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency.
Partner with Design Engineering to explore, prototype, and potentially build internal tools that improve how presentations are created, maintained, and scaled across the company.
Establish workflows and governance for presentation assets, making it easy to distribute updates, maintain consistency, and evolve the system alongside the Vercel brand.
Identify repetitive presentation-design tasks and create systems, automation, or tooling that reduce manual work and improve quality at scale.
Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across all presentation materials, ensuring every deck reflects Vercel's brand.
Partner directly with executives and speakers to tailor narratives and visuals to their individual voice, style, audience, and presentation needs.
Integrate multimedia, including animation, video, and interactive elements, to maximize audience engagement during high-stakes moments.
Translate complex technical ideas into clear, engaging visuals, researching topics deeply enough to identify the simplest and most compelling way to explain them.
Iterate quickly on feedback from executives and cross-functional partners, delivering polished, presentation-ready materials under deadline pressure.
Support Vercel's highest-visibility moments, including product launches, corporate events, customer presentations, and executive keynotes, with design that performs on the main stage.
About You:
4+ years of experience in visual communication, presentation design, brand design, or multimedia design.
Expert proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Figma Slides.
Strong understanding of presentation systems, including templates, reusable components, master layouts, documentation, and asset governance.
Experience building and maintaining scalable, on-brand self-service templates for use by teams with different levels of design expertise.
A systems-oriented mindset and an interest in improving creative workflows through tooling, automation, and close collaboration with engineers.
Experience partnering with design engineers or developers to prototype or build internal creative tools is highly valued.
Experience incorporating multimedia elements such as audio, video, animation, and interactive content.
Experience developing visual narratives for B2B SaaS, developer tools, technical products, or services.
Ability to research and precisely translate complex information into clear and compelling visual narratives.
Adept at customizing presentations to align with different speakers, audiences, formats, and themes.
Proven track record of designing high-impact presentations for main-stage corporate events as well as smaller executive, strategic, and customer-facing meetings.
Experience collaborating effectively with C-suite executives and senior leaders on presentation projects.
Portfolio demonstrating a range of presentation work across different formats, themes, audiences, and levels of visibility.
Evidence of strong project management from initial concept through final delivery.
Track record of maintaining brand integrity across a broad presentation ecosystem.
Bonus If You:
You have motion design or motion graphics skills.
You have experience building plugins, prototypes, automation, or internal creative tools.
You understand front-end development or have experience collaborating closely with Design Engineering teams.
You are comfortable flexing into smaller brand and visual-design projects when time allows.

Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
About You:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus If You:
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We're hiring a DevRel Engineer to work inside the product teams building Vercel's agentic infrastructure:
AI Gateway
,
Sandbox
, and the primitives that come after them. You'll sit with product and engineering, build with these tools before anyone else can, and show the world what they make possible. You will report to the Head of AI Infrastructure and can be located anywhere.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
When applying, include a link to something you made that taught developers something, a talk, a repo, a post, a video. Applications without one will not be considered.
What you will do:
Build agents and applications on AI Gateway and Sandbox before they ship, then turn what you learn into demos, templates, and open source projects developers actually clone and run.
Teach developers how to build with agentic infrastructure through writing, talks, videos, and live coding. You set the canonical examples the ecosystem emulates.
Shape the products themselves. You sit in the same planning meetings as the PMs and engineers, and your job is to hit the rough edges first and make sure they get fixed before launch.
Own the important pieces of launches: example repos, launch demos, docs contributions, and the first wave of answers when developers start asking questions.
Bring the outside in: track how developers across the ecosystem are building agents, where they get stuck, and what they're reaching for that doesn't exist yet.
About you:
5+ years in engineering, DevRel, or DX roles, with software you can point to.
You've built and shipped AI applications or agents: you know tool calling, model routing, and sandboxed code execution from using them.
Strong TypeScript, and you're at home in the Next.js and AI SDK ecosystem.
You have a public body of work: talks, posts, open source, or videos.
You can take a half-finished API and produce a working demo and a clear explanation in the same week, often times the same day.
You've changed a product roadmap with developer feedback.
Bonus if you:
Maintain or contribute to an open source project other developers depend on.
Have spun up a microVM and have opinions on why isolation matters for agents.
Have shipped something real on Vercel with the AI SDK.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers, taking it over from the Solutions Architect (SA) at deal close. Your focus is continuity: customers renew the annual TAM engagement because their technical outcomes improve each year. This role requires travel to customer offices 4 to 8 times a year.
What you'll do
Own the post-sales technical relationship and the annual TAM renewal for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, running a weekly check-in, monthly review, quarterly business review (QBR), and annual roadmap workshop for each
Lead incident follow-through when an escalation or a pattern of incidents emerges: run the post-mortem, find the architectural root cause, own the remediation roadmap, and respond to priority 1 and 2 escalations within 4 business hours
Deliver proactive architectural reviews, technical risk mapping, cost and usage optimization, and pre-launch readiness assessments
Scope hands-on engineering work for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and audits for Professional Services, and track their outcomes into the customer's technical roadmap, without shipping production code yourself
Relay customer technical needs to Product, Engineering, and Support, and hold those teams to the commitments you have made to your customers
What you need
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles at a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company, such as technical account management, solutions architecture, developer success engineering, or support engineering
Owned customer relationships at the $1M+ annual contract value (ACV) tier, including QBRs, roadmap workshops, and renewals
Architected, debugged, and optimized production systems on Next.js and Vercel, including App Router, incremental static regeneration (ISR) and caching, Fluid Compute, and the AI SDK
Led technical outcomes across Engineering, Product, and Support without formal authority, and written the incident summaries, post-mortems, and executive readouts that came out of them
Bonus if you
Carried a TAM portfolio at a hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer tools company, such as AWS, Cloudflare, Datadog, or GitHub
Built AI agents with the Vercel AI SDK or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
Led cloud financial operations (FinOps) or cost-optimization engagements, or ran an annual roadmap workshop or Well-Architected Review for an enterprise customer
