About The Role
As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark).

Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.
Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
An understanding of our target customers: The ability to gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of data engineers, data scientists, data architects, and technical stakeholders.

We’re looking for a
Program Manager
to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy in addition to supporting strategic initiatives, as needed. Sitting within Product Program Management and partnering closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, you'll own the cross-functional execution that turns pricing strategy into well-governed, shipped programs. You'll coordinate launches end to end, track commitments, resolve escalations, and expand the playbook that makes growth at Fivetran repeatable and scalable. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of program management, GTM, and product strategy. You will be driving some of the most impactful business outcomes.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Google Workspace(sheets)/Excel, Jira, Looker/Sigma/Hex, Notion, Salesforce and Slack.
What You’ll Do
• Define and own the operating model and standards for pricing program management — the governance frameworks, templates, and decision rights adopted across Growth & Monetization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, influencing roadmap and go-to-market decisions and representing pricing in executive forums.
• Lead the most complex, high-stakes, cross-org pricing initiatives end to end — navigating ambiguity, aligning competing stakeholders, and setting precedent for how future pricing programs are run.
• Track executive pricing deliverables and commitments end to end, including commitments made to the CEO.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
• Manage pricing-related sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
• Lead pricing analyses and business requests, turning data into recommendations that inform pricing decisions.
• Report on pricing outcomes — such as closed-lost-due-to-pricing and overall pricing impact — and translate results into forward-looking recommendations.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing.
• A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
-Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based platforms
-PMP Certified

The Senior Pricing Operations Manager may help prioritize pricing-related test cases and QTC issues tied specifically to pricing and quoting.
The Order Operations & Monetization lead owns final prioritization of the analyst’s workload across order operations, assigned non-pricing UAT participation, and pricing-related support work.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Salesforce CPQ
Jira
Suger and marketplace user interfaces, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake

What You’ll Do
Pricing Operations & QTC Support
Support pricing operations changes through business requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation, helping ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in QTC workflows.
Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.
UAT & Testing
Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
Document test results and defects with clear traceability from business requirement to test outcome, and provide domain-specific readiness input through the established UAT sign-off process.
Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.
Partner with IT’s business systems team and the Proposal-to-Order Lead to keep order operations rules aligned with upstream pricing and quoting logic and downstream billing and revenue systems.
Ensure signature packets and marketplace offers accurately reflect the underlying order and pricing terms before execution.
Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues across bookings, signature packets, and marketplace offers, escalating systemic problems to the appropriate system owner.
Skills We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance within an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with the ability to read and understand configuration logic without necessarily building it directly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
Comfort using conversational AI tools—such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots—to support daily and project work, combined with sound judgment about when human review or decision-making is necessary.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk with minimal oversight.
Bonus Skills
Exposure to Revenue Recognition or Professional Services systems and processes.

About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a a Senior Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team, where we turn data into the insights that shape decisions across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, and more. You'll own analysis end-to-end for your domain — framing the right question, doing the analysis, and delivering a recommendation stakeholders can act on. When a dashboard is genuinely the right solution, you'll define the logic and requirements for our central data team to build.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end analysis for an assigned GTM domain — translating ambiguous business questions into a clear analytical plan, self-serving across SQL, dbt, and BI tools, and partnering directly with revenue stakeholders to deliver recommendations, not just reports.
This is a full-time position based out of our Costa Rica office.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL, dbt, Looker, Omni, Sigma, Excel and/or Google Sheets, Salesforce, Claude (or similar AI assistants) — Hex or similar notebook tools are a plus for exploratory analysis
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end analysis for an assigned GTM domain (Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, among others)
Translate ambiguous business questions into a clear analytical plan
Self-serve on pulling, transforming, and visualizing data using SQL, dbt, and Looker/Omni/Sigma
Recommend data-driven insights and next steps, not just report on metrics
Partner directly with revenue stakeholders to answer recurring and ad hoc data questions
Investigate root causes behind metric shifts (e.g., why conversion rates moved quarter over quarter)
Maintain and troubleshoot existing dashboards and reports within your domain
Document analytical logic and definitions for team and stakeholder reference
Mentor Level 2 analysts on query writing and analytical approach
Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate query development and analysis
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions — not just terminology, but how opportunity stages, pipeline progression, and SFDC object structure actually drive the numbers stakeholders care about
Comfortable with data — able to self-serve on getting, analyzing, and visualizing data
Proficient in SQL, dbt, and Looker (or similar BI tools such as Sigma or Omni)
Skilled at building and maintaining dashboards
Analytical mindset — able to work through problem statements and recommend data-driven solutions
Ability to work directly with revenue stakeholders and answer data-related questions
Proficient with Claude or similar AI tools to support analysis
Bonus Skills
Experience with planning and forecasting for revenue target setting
Understanding of marketing concepts such as funnel stages, MQLs/SQLs, and campaign attribution
Basic financial literacy (e.g., ARR, bookings, revenue recognition) to collaborate effectively when a request touches Finance-owned data or definitions
Experience working with Salesforce
Comfortable digging into harder questions (e.g., why conversion rates were lower this quarter vs. prior quarter)
Python experience
4+ years of experience working with GTM teams

About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Principal Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team, where we turn data into the insights that shape decisions across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, and more. In this role, you'll be a force multiplier for the senior manager and a technical anchor for the broader team, taking on the most complex and time-sensitive questions across the business. When a request genuinely calls for a dashboard, you'll shape the requirements and propose the logic for our central data team to build.
In this role, you'll handle the team's most ambiguous and time-sensitive requests — often scoping a question live, in a meeting with senior stakeholders, and turning it into a usable answer quickly. You'll build models that blend statistical rigor and financial fluency (forecasting, pipeline coverage, quota simulation), review and unblock work from other team members, and represent the team's analytical judgment in rooms the senior manager isn't always in.
This is a full-time position based out of our Costa Rica office.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL, dbt, Looker, Omni, Sigma, Excel and/or Google Sheets (financial modeling), Hex or similar notebook tools (exploratory analysis), Python (statistical libraries), Salesforce, Claude (or similar AI assistants)
What You’ll Do
Translate ambiguous, often verbal requests from senior stakeholders into a scoped analytical plan in real time
Build and maintain complex models that combine statistical and financial methods (e.g., pipeline coverage, quota simulation, forecast accuracy)
Deliver fast, directionally-correct analysis under time pressure, then refine to full rigor when the deliverable warrants it
Represent the team's analytical judgment in meetings with VP+ stakeholders without requiring the manager's involvement
Reframe stakeholder questions when the request as asked doesn't match the underlying business problem
Review and unblock analytical work from Level 2 and Level 3 team members
Triage incoming requests and help route them appropriately across the team
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional analyses (e.g., account matching strategy, end-of-quarter deal pattern analysis)
Apply statistical methods (e.g., regression, confidence intervals, cohort analysis) to strengthen the rigor of insights
Collaborate with Finance's own analysts when a request touches revenue or forecasting logic, to make sure GTM models stay consistent with how Finance defines and tracks those numbers
Skills We’re Looking For
Advanced, self-serve proficiency in SQL, dbt, and BI tools (Looker, Omni, Sigma) — able to independently get, analyze, and visualize data with minimal support
Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (opportunity stages, pipeline progression, SFDC structure) and working knowledge of financial/forecasting concepts (ARR, quota attainment, pipeline coverage, bookings) — enough to collaborate confidently with Finance's own analysts, not to replace them
Statistical knowledge (e.g., regression analysis, distributions, confidence intervals) applied to business problems
Analytical mindset with the judgment to reframe a stakeholder's question when it doesn't match the underlying business problem
Ability to quickly scope and prioritize ambiguous requests under time pressure, often live in meetings, and strong judgment on when to move fast vs. when to prioritize rigor
Experience reviewing or mentoring others' analytical work
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in front of senior or executive stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience owning forecasting or planning methodology, not just reporting on it
Prior experience in FP&A or a quantitative finance role
Experience building simulation models
Some informal people leadership or team lead experience
Advanced Python (pandas, numpy, statsmodels)

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a an Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team, where we turn data into the insights that shape decisions across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, and more. Most of your work will be answering business questions directly — pulling and structuring data, summarizing it clearly, and delivering a recommendation. When a request genuinely calls for a dashboard, you'll help scope the requirements and hand them off to our central data team to build.
In this role, you'll work on well-scoped, clearly framed requests — writing SQL to pull data, looking up how a metric is already built in Looker or Omni when one exists, using Claude to refine and debug your queries, and shaping the output in Excel or Google Sheets into something a stakeholder can act on. This is a developmental role: as you build experience, you'll take on progressively more ambiguous and higher-stakes requests.
This is a full-time position based out of our Costa Rica office.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL, Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas), Claude (or similar AI assistants), Salesforce (viewing/reading data) — exposure to BI tools like Looker, Omni, Sigma, or Hex is a plus
What You’ll Do
Write and adapt SQL queries against well-defined requests, using Claude to refine logic and troubleshoot errors
Look up existing metrics in Looker or Omni to understand how they're already built, and reuse that logic where it applies
Pull, clean, and structure data in Excel or Google Sheets to answer scoped stakeholder questions
Summarize findings into clear, plain-language takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
Validate data accuracy against source systems before sharing outputs
Ask clarifying questions to properly scope a request before starting work
Escalate requests that require deeper analytical judgment to senior team members
Maintain documentation of recurring requests and their underlying logic
Support ad hoc reporting needs across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, among others
Build working knowledge of dbt Labs' GTM data model (Salesforce objects, opportunity stages, fiscal calendar)
Skills We’re Looking For
Working knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, basic aggregate functions)
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to write, debug, or refine queries and analysis
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of SaaS sales concepts (opportunity stages, pipeline)
Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work
Comfortable asking questions rather than guessing at ambiguous requests
Comfortable navigating existing Looker or Omni dashboards to trace how a metric is defined and built
Bonus Skills
Experience building in BI or exploratory-analysis tools like Looker, Omni, Sigma, or Hex (not required — happy to teach this on the job)
Familiarity with Salesforce
Prior internship or role in analytics, RevOps, or FP&A
Basic Python

Based in or willing to be based in the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest, with regional travel expected

Build, test, and execute the SQL and Python transformations that reshape and load business data, including bulk migrations and ongoing pipelines.
Define and enforce standards for data quality, data modeling, and governance across internal systems.
Validate data before and after migrations and pipeline changes, reconciling record counts, values, and business rules with stakeholders.
Build monitoring, alerting, and data quality checks that give end-to-end visibility into data freshness and accuracy.
Work with business partner teams to understand their processes and translate requirements into data models and transformations.
Investigate and resolve data issues raised by other teams, often requiring root cause analysis across multiple systems.
