Founding Senior Token Engineer

Ihsan is developing the Ihsan Gold Token, a digital asset backed by physical gold, where each token equals one gram of allocated gold. The role involves creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining Solidity smart contracts on the EVM Base platform, ensuring secure token standards with minting and burning capabilities. Responsibilities include designing permissioned transfer systems with role-based access, allowlists/denylists, emergency pause functions, and authority management. The engineer will also develop multisig/MPC key management and secure signing procedures, integrate on-chain events with off-chain reserve and order systems, and establish deployment workflows across testnet, staging, and mainnet environments, along with monitoring and operational protocols. Candidates must have extensive experience in secure Solidity contract development on EVM-compatible chains, deep understanding of ERC-20 standards and token extensions, and expertise in implementing secure mint, burn, transfer restrictions, and role-based controls. Knowledge of multisig, MPC, hardware-backed signing, and secure key management is required, alongside familiarity with financial ledgers, reconciliation, and payment systems. Strong skills in testing, monitoring, auditing, incident response, and proficient English communication are essential. The technology stack includes Solidity, TypeScript, EVM Base, Go, PostgreSQL, React Native, and Rust.
