Senior Institutional Coverage

The Senior Institutional Coverage role at FalconX involves managing and expanding relationships within the institutional client segment by implementing account management strategies. The position requires identifying opportunities for clients to utilize additional FalconX offerings, particularly in derivatives and credit/lending services. Building and sustaining connections with senior executives and key decision-makers is essential, as is aligning sales efforts and account growth plans with company leadership and overall business goals. The role also demands coordination with middle and back office teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction, alongside monitoring market trends to proactively engage clients. Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in institutional finance, preferably with a background in markets, and possess in-depth knowledge of derivatives, structured products, or lending. A solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and regulatory developments is required. Strong negotiation and communication skills are necessary to articulate complex value propositions effectively. The ability to manage large, complex client accounts with meticulous attention to detail and to facilitate coordination between sales and trading teams is important. Familiarity with trading and prime brokerage products within the FalconX ecosystem is also expected.
