— Analyze real-world voice AI interactions, evaluate conversation quality, identify failure patterns, and improve AI agents' reliability and effectiveness.
Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in Product / Data Analytics.
— Strong SQL and Python skills.
— Experience with AI/ML/LLM-powered products or solid understanding of AI technologies.
— Strong product thinking, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
— Fluent Russian and English B2+.
