Senior Staff Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer

Responsibilities: — Build and operate a modern fintech payments platform integrating traditional payment rails with crypto infrastructure, including real-time processing, settlement, reconciliation, and wallet services. — Take hands-on individual contributor role with daily coding, architectural decisions, and end-to-end technical ownership. — Lead technical direction for teams of 5–15 engineers, including architecture, code reviews, and mentoring. Requirements: — 8+ years of production experience with TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend. — Deep expertise in React and GraphQL (Apollo Server/Client). — Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless systems. — Experience with NoSQL at scale (DynamoDB or similar) alongside PostgreSQL. — Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, including at least 1 year experience with Anthropic Claude. — Russian language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level. Nice to have: — Experience in payments/fintech including settlement, PCI compliance, ledger systems, and fee models.
