Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities: — Execute marketing campaigns for chapter events, programs, and initiatives from concept through delivery — Develop and manage content across social media and digital platforms — Create newsletters, flyers, PDFs, and promotional materials that are polished, engaging, and on-brand — Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — Design high-quality visual content using Canva or equivalent tools — Maintain and update website content as needed (event pages, announcements, resources) — Use CRM/marketing tools such as Pipedrive to support campaign execution and tracking — Monitor engagement and performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations — Ensure full brand consistency across all communications and platforms Requirements: — Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution (not hobby-level or occasional freelance work) — Strong portfolio of work across social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns — Advanced design capability using Canva or similar tools (high-quality flyers, PDFs, and social creative) — Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — Demonstrated ability to create and execute email newsletters and campaign content — Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Pipedrive preferred, or equivalent such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) — Comfort managing and updating website content (WordPress or similar platforms) — Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of brand consistency — Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach — Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
