Responsibilities: — Design and deliver engaging learning and development programs — Coach managers and support them in complex people-related decisions — Handle challenging employee relations cases and workplace conflicts — Support organizational change and team development — Partner with business leaders to address people challenges — Build and improve HR processes in a fast-growing environment Requirements: — 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-growing company — Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs — Strong coaching skills and experience supporting managers — Experience managing complex employee relations cases and organizational change — Commercial mindset and a practical, solution-oriented approach — Ability to work independently in a dynamic, distributed environment — Interest in applying AI to HR processes is a plus Benefits: — Fully remote work within the EU — B2B contract — Learning & Development budget — 26 days of time off — 10 sick days — Opportunity to build HR processes and initiatives with significant autonomy
